Given the multiple sources of stress and emotions within groups or teams in the sports context, two theoretical models were highlighted: the group coping theory and the dyadic coping theory. Their implications, dimensions, and functions in developing coping strategies were clarified. Get PDF استهدفت الدراسة رصد تأثير المشاهدة الماراثونية للأفلام السينمائية بالمنصات الرقمية على المنظومة القيمية لدى الشباب العربي، من خلال التعرف على حجم المشاهدة الماراثونية، ودوافع المشاهدة، ومدى تأثيرها على المنظومة القيمية، وأشكال هذا التأثير، بالإضافة إلى محاولة الكشف عن القيم الإيجابية والسلبية المقدمة من خلالها، ومدى تقبل المبحوثين لها، واقتراح استراتيجية لمواجهة النتائج السلبية المترتبة على المشاهدة الماراثونية للأفلام السينمائية بالمنصات الرقمية، وطبقت على عينة عمدية من الشباب العربي الذين يشاهدون الأفلام السينمائية بالمنصات الرقمية بشكل ماراثوني قوامها (64) من جمهورية مصر العربية، وفلسطين، والامارات العربية المتحدة، والجزائر بالاعتماد على مجموعات النقاش المركزة، وأوضحت النتائج أن منصة نتفليكس Netflix كانت في مقدمة المنصات الرقمية التي يشاهد الشباب العربي الأفلام السينمائية من خلالها بشكل ماراثوني يليها منصة يوتيوب YouTube Premium ثم منصة أمازون Amazon Video Prime، This study aimed to monitor the impact of marathonic viewing of cinematic films on digital platforms on the value system of Arab youth, by identifying the volume of marathonic viewing, the motives of watching, the extent of its impact on the value system, and the forms of this impact. In addition to trying to reveal the positive and negative values presented through it, and the extent to which the respondents accepted them, and proposing a strategy to confront the negative consequences of marathonic watching of cinematic films on digital platforms. The study was applied to a deliberate sample of Arab youth who watch cinematic films on digital platforms in a marathonic manner. The study, based on focused discussion groups, consists of (64) Arab youth from the Arab Republic of Egypt, Palestine, the United Arab Emirates, and Algeria. The results of the study indicated that the Netflix platform was at the forefront of the digital platforms through which Arab youth watch cinematic films marathonically, followed by the YouTube Premium platform, and then the Amazon Video Prime platfor

Get PDF يحاول هذا المقال البحث في إشكاليات بحوث الإعلام السيبراني لدى طلبة الإعلام، وذلك مساهمة منا في تسليط الضوء على أهم العراقيل التي تواجههم، خاصة مع التوجه المتسارع نحو البحث في مجالاته وقضاياه.
لذا فقد تم التقصي حول هذه الظاهرة باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة، وهذا لطلبة الدراسات العليا إعلام واتصال جامعة جيجل، من خلال الحصر الشامل عبر أداة الاستبيان الإلكتروني.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أغلب الباحثين في الدراسة يواجهون مشكلات منهجية متفاوتة، تتراوح بين عدم الفهم الدقيق للموضوع وتساؤلاته البحثية، المقاربات النظرية المفسرة للموضوع، هذا وتشمل النتائج أيضا المنهج والأدوات والعينات، حيث يغيب استخدام المناهج والأدوات الجديدة الخاصة به والكيفية منهاThis article investigates the problems of new media research for the students, as a contribution to shed light on the most important obstacles facing them, especially that these research were increased in many fields and issues. SURGICEL MIMANT UNE RECIDIVE TUMORALE
Get PDFL\u27utilisation d’agents chimiques hémostatiques de contact, tel que le Surgicel est assez répandue en neurochirurgie. Ces agents sont bioabsorbables et souvent laissés en place en fin de chirurgie. Nous rapportons un cas clinique d’un jeune patient de 24 ans, qui a été opéré pour un gliome de bas grade, chez qui du Surgicel a été laissée sur le lit tumoral ; cette chirurgie a été suivie de radiothérapie conventionnelle. L’IRM de contrôle post opératoire une année après a mis en évidence une image difficile à distinguer d’une récidive tumorale. Une deuxième opération a été nécessaire pour déterminer la nature exacte de l’image, qui a été du simple surgicel. Par conséquent, Il est préférable de retirer le surgicel à la fin de la chirurgie une fois l\u27hémostase est assurée.Mots clefs: gliome, surgicel, IRM, récidiv

HEMATOME EXTRADURAL SPONTANE CHEZ LA DREPANOCYTAIRE: Une Complication Rare mais Vitale A propos d’un Cas et Revue de la Littérature
Get PDFLa drépanocytose est une hémoglobinopathie chronique responsable de multiplescomplications, dont les atteintes neurologiques sont parmi les plus graves. Si les accidentsvasculaires cérébraux ischémiques et hémorragiques sont bien connus, l’hématome extraduralspontané (HED) constitue une manifestation exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons le cas d’unepatiente drépanocytaire homozygote de 19 ans, admise pour crise vaso-occlusive thoracique,qui a développé secondairement un HED frontal droit sans contexte traumatique. La prise encharge a consisté en une évacuation chirurgicale avec évolution favorable. À travers ce cas etune revue de la littérature, nous discutons les hypothèses physiopathologiques, les aspectscliniques et les stratégies thérapeutiques. L’observation souligne l’importance d’une vigilanceaccrue chez les patients drépanocytaires présentant des céphalées atypiques, afin de permettreun diagnostic précoce et d’améliorer le pronostic
NEUROCHIRURGIE NÉONATALE ET THROMBOPÉNIE: Gestion de deux Complications Hémorragiques
Get PDFIntroduction : La thrombopénie néonatale sévère est une situation rare mais à haut risque, enparticulier lorsqu’elle est diagnostiquée uniquement en post-partum après un accouchementpar voie basse. Elle expose le nouveau-né à des hémorragies intracrâniennes ou sous-galéalespouvant engager le pronostic vital ou fonctionnel, et qui nécessitent le plus souvent unecorrection hémostatique urgente, voire une prise en charge neurochirurgicale.Objectif : Décrire deux observations de nouveau-nés thrombopéniques nés par voie basse,compliqués respectivement d’une hémorragie intraventriculaire avec hydrocéphalie et d’unhématome sous-galéal extensif, et discuter, à partir de ces cas, l’intérêt d’une stratégiepérinatale anticipative (dépistage anténatal, choix de la voie d’accouchement, préparation deproduits sanguins, imagerie précoce) afin de prévenir ces complications.Observations : Le premier nouveau-né a présenté à J3 une hémorragie intraventriculaireabondante avec début d’hydrocéphalie objectivée à la TDM cérébrale, dans un contexte dethrombopénie sévère ; il a été traité par transfusion plaquettaire puis dérivation ventriculaireexterne, avec une évolution secondairement favorable malgré un épisode d’aggravationradiologique intermédiaire. Le second nouveau-né, cliniquement stable sur le planneurologique mais porteur d’un hématome sous-galéal étendu, présentait également unethrombopénie néonatale et a bénéficié d’une correction plaquettaire suivie d’une évacuationchirurgicale, avec évolution simple.Conclusion : Ces deux cas montrent que, chez le nouveau-né thrombopénique, le facteurdéterminant n’est pas uniquement la technique neurochirurgicale mais le timing du diagnostic.Lorsque la thrombopénie est suspectée ou connue en anténatal, la césarienne prophylactique,la disponibilité immédiate de plaquettes et la surveillance néonatale avec TDM précocepermettent probablement de réduire la fréquence et la gravité des hémorragies. L’intégrationde ces mesures dans un protocole interdisciplinaire obstétrique–néonatologie–neurochirurgiedevrait être recommandée dans les centres où les accouchements à risque sont pris en charge

The study employs descriptive and analytical methods, focusing on the municipalities of Hammadi Krouma and Skikda during the period 2020-2024.
It ultimately concluded that the municipality relies heavily on revenues from the petroleum products tax representing of total collections which reveals a weak diversification of tax resources and a fragile financial base for the municipality

No full textدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى مفهوم الذات لدى طلاب كلية التربية الرياضية والتعرف على العلاقة مابين مفهوم الذات للسادة والمهارات النفسية لدى طلاب كلية التربية الرياضية والتعرف على العلاقة مابين مفهوم الذات للسادة ومستوى اداء بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة السلة لدى طلاب كلية التربية الرياضية . وافترض الباحثون : - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين مفهوم الذات والمهارات النفسية لدى طلاب كلية التربية الرياضية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية مابين مفهوم الذات للسادة ومستوى اداء بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة السلة لدى طلاب كلية التربية الرياضية . واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي باسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 60 ) طالبا من طلبة المرحلة الاولى في كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة تكريت للعام الدراسي 2012 – 2013 ، واستخدم الباحثون الوسائل الاحصائية ( الوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، معامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون ، معادلة سبيرمان براون )The study aimed to identify the level of self-concept among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and to identify the relationship between self-concept of the masters and skills psychological students of the Faculty of Physical Education and to identify the relationship between self-concept of the masters and the level of performance of some basic skills basketball withstudents of the Faculty of Physical Education. The researchers hypothesized:- There is no significant relationship between the moral self-concept and psychological skills of students of the Faculty of Physical Education.- There are no significant differences between the moral self-concept of the masters and the level of performance of some of the basic basketball skills to the students of the Faculty of Physical Education.The researchers used the descriptive manner relations relational and study sample consisted of 60 students from the first stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Tikrit for the academic year 2012-2013, the researchers used a means of statistical (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient of Pearson, the equation Spearman Brown ).The researchers concluded:- Enjoy a sample with a high level of self-concept and psychological skills.- There is a positive correlation between self-concept and psychological skills.- There is a high correlation between self-concept and some basketball skills.The researchers recommended that:- Orientation seminars and extention informing students of the self-concept.- The establishment of developmental courses for psychological and skillsdevelopment through continuing psychological preparation for students of Physical Education.- Undertake further studies on time management for physical education students with psychological variables and other practical lessons
