Get PDFهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للكفايات الحاسوبية في ضوء متغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريسية ، اقتضت هذه الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي ،بحيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (48) أساتذة للتربية البدنية والرياضية للعام الدراسي 2018/2019 في بعض متوسطات ولاية تيسمسيلت تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ، وقد بنى الباحث استبانة اشتملت على 15 بندا. بحيث شمل الجزء الأول على معلومات شخصية عن أفراد الدراسة مثل: المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والجزء الثاني من (15) فقرة تصف درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للكفايات الحاسوبية . وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تمت معالجتها باستخدام طرق إحصائية وصفية، تمثلت في المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، أظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في درجة امتلاك الكفايات الحاسوبية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريسية. وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصي الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لأساتذة التربية البدنية من أجل الرفع من كفاياتهم الحاسوبية من أجل توظيفها في تدريس التربية البدنية و الرياضية. الكلمات الدالة: الكفاية - الكفايات الحاسوبية - أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضيةThe present study aimed to determine the degree of possession of physical and sports education teachers in the light of the variable of scientific qualification and teaching experience. Get PDFهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية برنامج ترويحي بدني المقترح في تحسين بعض المتغيرات الفسيولوجية (مؤشر كتلة الجسم – نبض القلب في حالة الراحة) لدى المسنين، حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بعينة بلغت (20) فردا من كبار السن تراوح سنهم (50-60)،تتكون من مجموعتين ،مجموعة تجريبية(10) ومجموعة ضابطة(10).مستعينين ببرنامج ترويحي بدني مقترح ،واختبارين لقياس مؤشر كتلة الجسم ونبض القلب في حالة الراحة . حيث أفرزت الدراسة النتائج التالية: - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للعينة التجريبية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في نتائج الاختبارات البعدية بين عينتي البحث الضابطة والتجريبية لصالح العينة التجريبية. - للبرنامج الترويحي البدني المقترح أثر إيجابيا في تحسين مؤشر كتلة الجسم ونبض القلب في حالة الراحة لدى عينة الدراسة (المسنين).The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the proposed physical fitness program in improving some physiological variables (BMI - heart rate in rest) in the elderly. No full textيهدف البحث لإلى ما يلي: معرفة فاعلية برنامج التدريب بالأثقال المقترح في تنمية القوة (القدرة العضلية) لدى مصارعي الجيدو. - معرفة فاعلية برنامج التدريب بالأثقال المقترح في زيادة فاعلية الأداء المهاري لمصارعي الجيدو. استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي على عينة من مصارعي الجيدو وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية من منتخبات الجيدو لولاية مستغانم والتي بلغ عددهم 20مصارعا ذكور، من نفس الوزن (أقل من 66كلغ)، وسنوات التدريب (أكثر من 3سنوات تدريب) ودرجة الحزام (أزرق، بني) ولم يسبق لهم التدريب بالأثقال. وقسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية واشتملت على (10مصارعين) وأخرى ضابطة اشتملت على (10مصارعين). كما اعتمد الباحثون على مجموعة من الوسائل لجمع المعلومات المرتبطة بالدراسة كالمقابلات الشخصية والاختبار والقياس ، وتم وضع برنامج التدريب بالأثقال المقترح في تنمية القوة و زيادة فاعلية الأداء المهاري على المجموعة التجريبية أما العينة الضابطة طبق عليها البرنامج التدريبي التقليدي.، وتكون البرنامج التدريبي بالنسبة للعينة التجريبية من 3 وحدات تدريبية في الأسبوع، وقد تم تقسيم البرنامج إلى ثلاث دورات متوسطة (شهرية ) وهـي فترة التأسيس ، وفترة الإعداد ، وفترة ما قبل المنافسة. اعتمد الباحثون على مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية التالية: ( معامل الصدق و الثبات استخدام معادلة برسون "ر" (من أجل تقنين الاختبارات)، متوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، ، اختبار "ت"، ( في دراسة الدلالة). استنتج الباحثون ما يلي: تبين من خلال النتائج الإحصائية الخاصة بالاختبارات القدرة العضلية و المهارية على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في نتائج الاختبارات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية .مما دلت على فاعلية البرنامج التدريب بالأثقال المقترح سواء في تنمية القوة و زيادة فاعلية الأداء المهاريThe research aims to the following:- Knowledge of the effectiveness of the proposed weights training program in the developmentof power (the ability of muscle) in judo wrestlers.- Knowledge of the effectiveness of the proposed weights training program to increase theeffectiveness of the performance skills of judo wrestlersThe researchers used the experimental method on a sample of wrestlers, judo has been selected sample way intentional of teams judo State Mostaganem, which numbered 20 famous males of the same weight (less than 66 kg), and years of training (more than 3 years of training) and the degree of the belt (blue, brown)and have never weights training. To achieve this, the descriptive method was applied to a randomly selected sample of 64 administrators. A questionnaire was utilized as a tool for data and information collection. The findings revealed that administrative requirements contribute to the implementation of e-management in sports institutions. Therefore, the study recommends focusing on training administrative staff in sports institutions in information and communication technologies to meet the demands of e-management efficiently
A Comparative Study of Performance Level in Selected Freestyle Swimming Skills Between Genders in Middle Childhood (Ages 10–12)
Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء الفروق بين الأطفال الذكور والإناث في بعض المهارات الأساسية للسباحة الحرة. تكونت العينة من 20 طفلًا (10 ذكور و10 إناث) تتراوح أعمارهم بين 10 و12 سنة، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي المقارن. خضع المشاركون لاختبارات معيارية قبلية وبعدية شملت عمل الذراعين، عمل الرجلين، والسباحة الحرة لمسافة 25 مترًا، ثم حُللت البيانات بواسطة برنامج SPSS. أظهرت النتائج تحسّنًا معنويًا لكلا الجنسين في جميع المهارات بعد فترة التدريب، مما يدل على فعالية الحصص الاعتيادية في تنمية الأداء. غير أن التحليل البعدي كشف استمرار تفوق الذكور دلالةً إحصائية في المهارات الثلاث جميعها: عمل الذراعين، عمل الرجلين، وسباحة 25 مترًا، مما يشير إلى تأثير بعض العوامل البدنية والوظيفية في سرعة التطور. يُعزى هذا التفوق إلى عوامل مثل قوة العضلات السفلية، وبنية الجسم، وسرعة التكيف الحركي. وتُوصي الدراسة بتضمين تدريبات تقوية، وتشجيع الثقة المائية، ومراقبة التقدم لضبط الشدة وفق الحاجة دائمًا.This study explored gender differences in fundamental freestyle swimming skills among 20 children (10 boys and 10 girls) aged 10–12. Using a descriptive comparative method, participants completed pre- and post-tests assessing arm movements, leg movements, and 25-meter freestyle swimming. Results showed significant improvement in both groups after training. However, post-test analysis revealed that boys outperformed girls in all three skills, likely due to physical factors such as muscle strength and faster motor adaptation. The study recommends incorporating strength training, fostering water confidence, and adjusting intensity based on individual progress.

The study adopts a professional approach that explores the artistic and technical elements used in the directing process and how they are employed to promote Algerian tourist destinations. The problem is identified through an analysis of the differences and similarities in audiovisual directing between the two channels, with a focus on image quality, angle selection, visual rhythm, and audio content.
The study concludes that both channels agree on using consistent artistic elements, such as medium and close-up shots and eye-level angles, to enhance the aesthetics of the tourist image.
