    DEVELOPING A COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK FOR DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION AMONG PRE-SERVICE FINE ARTS TEACHERS AT UNIVERSITIES

    Năng lực dạy học phân hóa là một trong những năng lực cần thiết của giáo viên để thực hiện mục tiêu phát triển phẩm chất, năng lực cho người học. Việc xây dựng khung năng lực dạy học phân hóa cho sinh viên ngành Sư phạm Mĩ thuật có ý nghĩa quan trọng nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giáo viên Mĩ thuật. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu lí thuyết và phương pháp chuyên gia, bài báo xây dựng khung năng lực dạy học phân hóa cho sinh viên ngành Sư phạm Mĩ thuật gồm 6 tiêu chí, 14 chỉ báo phản ánh đầy đủ các năng lực thành phần của năng lực dạy học phân hóa. Bài báo cũng đưa ra cơ sở, nguyên tắc, quy trình xây dựng khung năng lực dạy học phân hóa cho sinh viên ngành Sư phạm Mĩ thuật. Kết quả nghiên cứu là cơ sở cho các trường đại học xây dựng chương trình đào tạo, bồi dưỡng giáo viên Mĩ thuật đảm bảo chuẩn nghề nghiệp đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục hiện nay.Competency in differentiated instruction is one of the essential professional competencies required of teachers to achieve the goal of developing learners’ qualities and abilities. The development of a competency framework for differentiated instruction among pre-service Fine Arts teachers is essential for enhancing the quality of Fine Arts teachers. Drawing upon theoretical research and expert consultation, the study proposes a competency framework consisting of six criteria and fourteen indicators, which comprehensively represent the component skills of differentiated instruction competence. Furthermore, the paper outlines the foundations, principles, and process for developing this competency framework for pre-service Fine Arts teacher. The research results provide a foundation for universities to develop and enhance Fine Arts teacher education programs that meet professional standards and respond to the current demands of educational innovation

    EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF MAGNETIC FIELDS ON THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF BITTER GOURD (Momordica charantia)

    Bitter gourd (Momordica charantia), a nutritionally and medicinally important crop, is widely cultivated but faces challenges such as inconsistent yields and environmental stress. Magnetic fields (MFs) have emerged as a promising, non-invasive approach to enhance plant growth and development by influencing key physiological processes. This study evaluated the effects of a 150 mT MF on bitter gourd growth during germination, vegetative emergence, the cotyledon stage, and V1 - V5 vegetative stages by measuring germination rate, germination index, plant height, root length, fresh weight of roots and shoots, chlorophyll content, and leaf area. Results showed that MF-treated seeds achieved a 100% germination rate at 84 hours, compared to 90.25% in the control group, with a consistently higher germination index. During vegetative stages, particularly from V1 to V5, MF-treated plants exhibited slight increases in plant height, root length, and biomass; however, most of these improvements were not statistically significant. These findings suggest that while exposure to a 150 mT MF can significantly improve early-stage germination in bitter gourd, its impact on later vegetative development remains limited and warrants further investigation and optimization. This study builds upon a growing body of research demonstrating the potential of MFs to enhance crop traits, such as germination rate, root elongation, biomass accumulation, and stress tolerance in crops.     NEW DATA ON MICROPLASTICS IN THE SURFACE WATERS AND SEDIMENTS OF THE DAY RIVER ESTUARY, VIETNAM

    The estuary is an intermediate zone that receives water from various sources before flowing into the sea. Over the past few decades, plastics from river estuaries have contributed significantly to marine pollution, raising serious concerns among scientists and authorities worldwide. However, data on plastic pollution in river estuarine regions remain scarce. In Vietnam, the Day River estuary is one of the largest river estuaries flowing into the sea. The results of the present study provide new data on the density, characteristics, and distribution of microplastics in both the surface water and sediments of the Day River estuary. This estuary is heavily polluted with microplastics, with an average density of 564 ± 551.6 microplastics/m³ in the water and 3,636.3 ± 750.6 microplastics/kg in the sediments. The most common microplastic sizes ranged from 300 to 1,000 μm. These microplastics exhibit a wide range of colors, which can be classified into eight distinct groups: black, blue, gray, green, purple, red, white, and yellow. Seven of these groups (black, blue, gray, green, purple, red, and white) were found in the sediments, while six groups (black, blue, purple, red, white, and yellow) were found in the surface waters. Among these, white and black microplastics were the most prevalent in both the surface waters and sediments of the study area.     GLOBAL DISSIPATIVITY OF POSITIVE NEURAL NETWORKS WITH TIME-VARYING DELAYS

    In this paper, the problems of positivity and dissipativity are investigated for a model of neural networks with time-varying delays. A novel approach based on comparison techniques via differential and integral inequalities is presented and utilized to derive testable conditions which ensure the existence and the global dissipativity of a unique positive equilibrium point. The derived conditions are formulated in terms of linear programming with M-matrix, providing a computationally efficient framework for analysis.     THE PHYSICAL ORIGIN OF FIDELITY ENHANCEMENT IN THE TELEPORTATION PROTOCOL OF AN ARBITRARY TWO-QUBIT STATE UNDER AMPLITUDE-DAMPING NOISE ENVIRONMENT

    A new analytical expression for the average quantum fidelity of a teleportation protocol for an arbitrary two-qubit state transmitted through an amplitude-damping noise environment has been established. This expression shows that the average fidelity depends not only on the purity measure and the bipartite entanglement measure of each parallel state forming the quantum channel, but also on the multipartite entanglement measure. This entanglement is generated between the qubits of each parallel state when they interact independently with the amplitude-damping environment.     MICROSATELLITE HYBRID STRUCTURE USING ALUMINUM 7075-T6 AND CFRP FOR IMPROVED LAUNCH PERFORMANCE SURVIVABILITY

    This study presents the structural design and simulation of a 50 kg-class microsatellite developed for compatibility with the JAXA Epsilon launch vehicle. A hybrid architecture combining Aluminum 7075-T6 and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) was employed to meet stringent mass, stiffness, and vibration requirements. The final structure, measuring 480 × 488 × 550 mm, achieved a total mass of 45 kg, falling within the required launch envelope. Finite element simulations were conducted using ANSYS 2024R2 to evaluate modal, sine-sweep, random vibration, and shock responses under launch-induced conditions. The first three natural frequencies, 118.99 Hz (X-axis), 123.77 Hz (Y-axis), and 240.42 Hz (Z-axis), surpassed the required thresholds, avoiding resonance with vehicle-induced excitations. Vibration analyses confirmed that peak acceleration responses remained within safe operational margins, with sine-sweep, random vibration, and shock responses showing no modal amplification. Component-level stress simulations revealed von Mises stress values well below material limits across all critical subsystems.     OPTIMAL PARTICLE SIZE OF Ag3PO4 PHOTOCATALYSTS ACHIEVED BY pH-CONTROLLED SYNTHESIS

    Silver orthophosphate (Ag3PO4, APO) was synthesized by a simple co-precipitation method using AgNO3 and K2HPO4.3H2O as precursors. The pH of the precursor solution was adjusted by adding a HNO3 solution (0.5 M), which effectively controlled the particle size without altering the crystal structure. The samples in this work were prepared as APO–xH, where x represents the volume (mL) of HNO₃ added (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 mL). The particle size decreased systematically from ~450 nm (APO–0H) to ~150 nm (APO–2.5H). APO–1.5H, with an average size of ~250 nm, represented the “optimal size,” achieving complete degradation of 10 ppm Rhodamine B within 14 minutes under visible light irradiation from a 50 W compact fluorescent lamp, twice as fast as pristine APO. In preliminary cycling performed only on the reference APO–0H sample, the RhB degradation efficiency decreased to ~30% by the fifth cycle under visible-light irradiation. These findings confirm that the optimal photocatalytic activity of Ag3PO4 does not originate solely from increased surface area but from a balance between particle size, morphology, and structural stability.     Từ 2000 đến nay, với việc thực hiện chính sách chuyển đổi cơ cấu cây trồng vật nuôi theo nghị quyết số 09/2000/NQ-CP, ngành thủy sản Cà Mau đã có sự chuyển dịch mạnh theo lãnh thổ. Diện tích nuôi trồng thủy sản mở rộng cả ở các vùng nước mặn, lợ, ngọt và đem lại hiệu quả kinh tế cao. Đặc biệt, với việc phát triển các đội tàu có công suất lớn, sản lượng đánh bắt thủy sản ở vùng biển xa bờ đã được mở rộng và còn có thể gia tăng. Thông qua việc phân tích quá trình chuyển dịch cơ cấu thủy sản theo lãnh thổ các huyện, thị của Cà Mau trong giai đoạn 2000-2022, bài báo làm rõ những thành tựu và hạn chế. Từ đó đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm tổ chức lãnh thổ sản xuất hợp lí và hiệu quả.From 2000 to the present, with the implementation of the policy of restructuring crops and livestock according to Resolution No. 09/2000/NQ-CP, the Ca Mau fisheries industry has had a strong shift in the territory. The aquaculture area has expanded in both saltwater, brackish, and freshwater areas bringing high economic efficiency. In particular, with the development of large-capacity fleets, the scope of offshore fishing has been extended and can increase in the future. By analyzing the process of restructuring fisheries in the territory of Ca Mau from 2000 to 2022, the paper clarifies the achievements and limitations, thereby offering solutions to organize production territories reasonably and effectively

    IMPACT OF POVERTY REDUCTION POLICIES ON HUMAN CAPITALIN THE LIVELIHOOD ASSETS OF ETHNIC MINORITIESIN DONG VAN DISTRICT, HA GIANG PROVINCE, VIETNAM

    This study aims to analyze the impact of poverty reduction policies on livelihood assets (human capital) of ethnic minorities in Dong Van district, Ha Giang province, Vietnam. The research sample is from more than 400 survey questionnaires of ethnic minority households in Dong Van district, Ha Giang province. Data were cleaned and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. The research results show the positive and main impacts of poverty reduction policies on the livelihood assets of ethnic minorities. Accordingly, in the 5 groups of livelihood assets (human, natural, financial, physical, and social), the impact of poverty reduction policies on human capital is the most important. The study provides policymakers with valuable insights into the impact of poverty reduction policies on livelihood assets of ethnic minorities. The study focuses on the northern border area of Vietnam, in Dong Van district, Ha Giang, which is an area of strategic importance for economic development and national security.
