    PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO: A NOVA CEPA DA LÓGICA CAPITALISTA AUTOFÁGICA

    As conquistas históricas das classes trabalhadoras tiveram por resultado, apenas, o arrefecimento temporal da lógica sórdida autofágica do capitalismo. Essa lógica autodestrutiva vem apresentando novas cepas capazes de fazer ressurgir a precariedade da origem linguística da palavra “trabalho” (tripalium), torturando aqueles que são imprescindíveis para a sustentação do capital. Na década de 1970, surgiu um novo modelo chamado de neoliberal, cujo eixo é a otimização da competitividade e concorrência como fator de desenvolvimento. Essa lógica transfere os riscos para a classe trabalhadora, pela relativização do trabalho, o que intensifica a insegurança dos trabalhadores. Esse modelo neoliberal criou uma nova classe ou subclasse de milhões de trabalhadores que recebem a hipócrita nomenclatura de “empreendedores”. Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar como a precarização do trabalho pode conduzir a sociedade atual ao seu desaparecimento ou à uma significativa mudança em seus moldes, caso não seja revista essa lógica nefasta. A empreitada sugere um exame teórico sobre a precarização do trabalho e uma análise da fundamentação dos direitos humanos dos trabalhadores e das recentes decisões dos tribunais trabalhistas brasileiros (e internacionais) sobre esse flagelo sociolaboral

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SPORT ENGAGEMENT AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PERFORMANCES OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN THE PANDEMIC PERIOD: EXAMPLE OF THE REGIONAL AMATEUR LEAGUE

    The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between sport engagement and psychological performances of football players during the pandemic period. 179 players, who were selected randomly from 758 active players participating in trainings in 30 football teams joining leagues in the 4th region of Turkish Football Federation regional amateur league, participated in the study voluntarily. In the study, as a data collection tool, personal information form, sport engagement and psychological performance scales were used. In order to collect data, the Google Forms platform was preferred in order to maintain social distance during the pandemic priod. During the data collection period, information and questionnaires about the study were forwarded to the participants through social networks. SPSS 22 statistical package program was used to analyze the data. The arithmetic mean and standard deviation of the scores of football players from the scales are presented as X ± Sd. In order to reveal the relationship between the scores obtained from the scales, Pearson product moment correlation analysis (r) was applied. As a result, it was determined that the sport engagement and psychological performance levels of the regional amateur league players participating in the study during the pandemic priod were above average. When the sub-dimensions of psychological performance were examined, it was found that they were at the level of special attention. While there was no relationship between sport engagement and psychological performance total score and self-confidence sub-headings, negative correlations were found between negative energy and attention control, and a low level positive correlation was found between the sub-headings of visualization and imagery control, motivation level, positive energy and attitude control. It is thought that this is due to the fact that the pandemic priod does not seem to end soon and the league competitions to be played in this priod are postponed indefinitely

    O presente artigo empírico visa apresentar um modelo teórico-metodológico do churning de recursos humanos, elaborado com base nos principais resultados de entrevistas, onde foram selecionadas as principais dimensões: causas do churning, churning de recursos humanos e medidas estratégicas para a retenção de recursos humanos, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de um tema ainda pouco desenvolvido e explorado em Portugal. Esta investigação teve como objetivo geral, analisar o relacionamento entre construtos que compõem o churning de recursos humanos. Que permitiu a formulação da questão de investigação: “Quais as principais causas do churning de recursos humanos e suas medidas de atenuação?” De forma a dar resposta ao objetivo geral e à pergunta de partida, foram definidos dois objetivos específicos: analisar quais as principais causas do churning de recursos humanos e quais as principais medidas adotadas pelas organizações de forma a minimizar o churning de recursos humanos. Através dos quais foi possível verificar que o churning, está relacionado com os custos resultantes de saídas voluntárias indicando a necessidade de implementar políticas organizacionais para a retenção de recursos humanos

    DISCOVERING CORPORATE FRAUD AND ACCOUNTANT FAILURE: CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS

    The main objective of this study was to discovering corporate fraud and accountant failure: causes and solutions. To collect research literature, library and vector methods were used. The method of this research was descriptive and correlation based on synthetic data and used regression statistical method to investigate the independent and dependent variables. The statistical population of this research is the companies listed in Tehran stock exchange during the period from 2008 to 2018. Using the screening sampling method, 97 companies were studied as the statistical sample size. Data analysis and processing were performed using Eviews9 software and statistical tests (logistic regression). The results of the analysis of the data of this study regarding the research hypothesis that "the diversity of business complexities has a significant effect on the probability of the auditor's penalty (audit failure due to fraud in the company)." It showed that the "variety of business complexities" has a positive and significant effect on the probability of the auditor's penalty (audit failure due to fraud in the company). This means that the variety of business complexities leads to audit failure due to fraud in the company. Therefore, the hypothesis of this research cannot be rejected. According to the results of this research based on the effect of variety of business complexity on the probability of auditor fines (failure to audit in the company), auditors should suggested consider risk associated with variety and complexity of business. On the other hand, it is recommended to managers that in monopoly and monopoly markets, the use of diversification policy will not work; Because to achieve a desirable performance, they need to pass on monopolies and rent rents. Therefore, in addition to product diversification, managers should consider using other available tools

    O crime constitui preocupações que persistem no tempo, comuns a todas as sociedades, que mobilizam as diversas áreas da ciência na procura de explicações para a sua emergência. A generalidade das políticas de sociedade de informação na Justiça contribuem para a simplificação de processos através da adoção de metodologias e ferramentas tecnológicas. Uma das ferramentas atuais é a vigilância eletrónica, considerada enquanto elemento estratégia da política criminal, de reação penal fundamentada da experiência e ainda pelas execuções de penas e medidas dos tribunais. Dito isto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir a utilização da vigilância eletrónica em Portugal aliando o uso das novas tecnologias, à necessidade de resposta à sobrelotação dos estabelecimentos prisionais.     RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BUDGET SYSTEM EFFICIENCY AND VALUES-BASED PERFORMANCE EVALUATION INDICATORS AT THE SADERAT BANK OF IRAN: A STUDY IN FINANCIAL EDUCATION

    The aim of this study was investigating the relationship between the budgeting system efficiency and value-based performance evaluation indicators in Saderat Bank of Iran. The research method is quantitative in terms of data type and it is a descriptive survey in terms of how the research is conducted and an ex-post facto correlational research in terms of the relationship between variables. From the perspective of execution logic, this study can be considered as a deductive-inductive research. The research statistical population comprised the employees of Saderat Bank in Kermanshah Province, amounting to 490 people. A sample size of 216 subjects was selected based on random sampling method and with the help of Cochran’s formula for finite population and the research questionnaire rated on a Likert scale was distributed and completed by the research sample and was used in the analysis. Finally, by performing statistical tests using statistical software on the information about the respondents, which included 216 questionnaires completed by the staff of Saderat Bank in Kermanshah Province, it was determined that there is a significant and positive relationship between manpower expertise with economic value-added, market value-added and cash value-added. According to the results, proper management of costs and investments used can improve economic value-added

    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE RATE OF FLUCTUATION SCALE AND INDEX CHANGES IN TEHRAN STOCK EXCHANGE

    The objective of this study was to the relationship between the rate of fluctuation scale and index changes in Tehran Stock Exchange using the wavelet model. The method of this research is using data technique. One of the most widely used techniques in financial time series is neural network. Due to the comprehensiveness of this technique and the lack of some assumptions about the data, it has become more widespread compared to statistical data. However, noise in time series, especially in financial and economic time series, reduces the accuracy of neural network (NN) predictions. One method of descaling in time series is wavelet transform. The results showed that with constant inflation rate as a controlling variable of exchange rate fluctuation scales and stock price index, from 2005 to 2016, there is a negative and very coherent coherence in long-term scales. According to the results, it can be said that one of the most fundamental issues in terms of training guidelines is the economic situation and the adoption of investment strategies. Accordingly, this shows that in recent years, the long-term decline in the stock price index has reduced exchange rate fluctuations. The results of this research can be an educational guide for those who want to invest in the stock market

    SOBRE O IMPACTO DAS DECISÕES DO TRIBUNAL EUROPEU DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS NAS INSTITUIÇÕES E NOS SISTEMAS ESTATAIS

    O Tribunal Europeu dos Direitos Humanos é o guardião da Convenção para a Proteção dos Direitos do Homem e das Liberdades Fundamentais. No artigo 6.º, número 1, da mesma Convenção, é declarado que todos têm o direito a que os seus conflitos sejam analisados num prazo razoável. O caso Oliveira Modesto e Outros v. Portugal ilustra a importância da aplicação deste principio. Todavia e ademais, ilustra ainda as implicações que as pressões externas, nomeadamente do Tribunal Europeu dos Direitos Humanos, produzem nos Estados-Membros. Deste modo, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo, com recurso a um caso paradigmático, ilustrar de que modo é que instituições externas, com a sua capacidade para exercer pressão internacional, potenciam as melhorias nos sistemas domésticos. Este tipo de análise conduz a uma reorientação de pensamento, combatendo perceções e mitos desinformados, e conduzindo a melhorias sensíveis no sistema de justiça. Por fim, a Direção-Geral da Política de Justiça é apresentada como um exemplo do papel determinante e acrescido que as instituições podem desempenhar ao monitorizar e acompanhar a execução dos acórdãos externos, avaliando os resultados obtidos ao nível das políticas públicas

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF RESPECT AND LIFE SKILLS OF HANDBALL PLAYERS TAKING INFRASTRUCTURE TRAINING IN HANDBALL

    The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between self-esteem and life skills of athletes who receive infrastructure training in handball. In this study, in which Turkey Handball Federation league sports teams that competed in the infrastructure of the 2020-2021 season, selected by random method 109 handball players participated. Google Forms platform was used for data collection. This method was preferred to maintain social distance during the pandemic period. During the data collection, information about the study and questionnaires were communicated to the participants through social networks. Volunteers who participated in the study were asked to fill in the personal information form, Self-Esteem Scale, and the Scales of the Effect of Sports on Life Skills. The data obtained in the study were analyzed in a computer environment. Number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used as descriptive statistical methods in the evaluation of the data. Pearson's correlation analysis was applied between the continuous variables of the study. As a result, it has been determined that handball infrastructure players' self-esteem and life skill levels are above average and there is a positive low-level relationship between self-esteem and life skills. This situation is thought to be due to the positive changes in handball infrastructure players themselves and their success in bringing these changes to life
