THE CONSUMERS’ UNDERSTANDINGS TOWARDS HALAL FOOD PRODUCTS IN MALAYSIA
Research on the effect of consumers’ understandings towards halal food are not well versed in terms of getting good finding and recommendation to halal industry. Although the data of halal consumers throughout the world are rapidly increasing especially among Muslims, related studies to indicate the influence of using halal products among consumers are still in its infancy level. Hence, a conceptual study needs to be conducted to explore and acknowledge several elements that might affect consumers’ action towards halal products and product purchase. The theoretical framework consists of the elements of perception, knowledge, religion, and halal certification are considered important in influencing consumers and their behaviours in the purchase
COVID-19 PANDEMIC: THE IMPACT ON E-COMMERCE AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR IN PAKISTAN
The study is aimed at identifying the effects of COVID-19 on e-commerce businesses to gain a better understanding of how to sustain and improve the business in a hard-hit economic situation. Coronavirus is a very harmful virus, and it spreads very fast from human to human. The virus is fatal and brings many people to death in Pakistan. So, business communication is badly affected. Consequently, business transactions decreased so as economic growth. The survey research is used to collect the data via adopted scales from employees. The findings show that COVID-19 has brought a negative impact on e-commerce businesses. On the other hand, buying behaviour has a significant relationship with e-commerce. It has affected all kinds of businesses, including the SMS sector as well as online businesses
الدعوة الإسلامية حكمها وأركانها ومصادرها
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى بيان حقيقة بعض المصطلحات الخاصة بعلم الدعوة الإسلامية، حيث أهمل الكثير من الباحثين في مجال الدعوةالإسلامية بيان حقيقة المصطلحا ت؛ فنجد اختلافا كبيرا في تعريف مصطلح الدعوة أدى إلى تعريفات متعارضة ومتضادة لعدم التدقيقفي معنى المصطل ح وفي موارد سياقاته المختلفة، وكذلك بيان حكم الدعوة إلى الله؛ اختلفت الآراء فيها بين الوجوب العيني والوج وبالكفائ ي، مما حدا بنا أن نوضح الأمر ونجليه، وكذلك مصطلح أركان الدعوة الذي التبست فيه الآراء واختلطت بمصطلح آخر وهوأركان الإسلام ،وكذلك مصطلح مصاد ر الدعوة ؛ والذي جعلته بعض الأراء في مصادر وضعية، شخصية تميل إلى هوى النفو س،وتبتعد عن الوحي المعصوم . وقد اعتمدت في هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليل ي، فتتبعت ما كتب من تعرفات مختلفةللدعوة وما قيل في حكمها وماذكر في أركانها وما حكي عن مصادرها ثُ قمت بالتحليل لذلك كله . وقد خرجت من هذه الدراسةبعدة نتائج مهمة منها : الدعوة إلى الله تعالى تتفاوت، فمن ها ما هو بَيِينٌ يقوم به كل مسل م، ومنها ما يحتاج إلى عل م فيقوم به أهله،سامى بفرض الكفاية، وتتعاين الطائفة التي تقوم بهاوهذا هو الم بتوفر شروط القيام بمثل ذلك الفعل فيها، كالعلم بأمور الدين في الأمربالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، وكذلك ت عَيُّنِ العدد الذي يكفي للقيام بذلك

LACK OF GUIDELINES BOOK FOR UMRAH WORSHIP SPECIALLY FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED
The limitations of vision disability group cause them to face problems in the implementation of umrah. Among the main factors of this problem is the lack of reference material for umrah guidelines that are friendly to the visually impaired. This study is to determine the problem of lack of umrah references material that focusing to the blind and visually impaired group. This study uses qualitative methods through interviews and references from library which involve the analysis of documents on sources that describing how to perform ibadah for the blind and visually impaired group, the Islamic law of performing umrah, the leniency and guidelines for umrah. The results showed that the blind and visually impaired group have a lack of umrah reference materials and the existing guideline books are not specific to them. The results of this study gave positive results towards suggesting improvements to the existing umrah guidelines especially to the interested parties, Yayasan Orang Buta Malaysia

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted people all around the world in a variety of ways. Due to many factors such as death, unemployment, quarantine, and more, this pandemic contributes to a rise in mental pressure and anxiety throughout society. Tafakur technique is a psychospiritual approach that can help people regulate their emotions and relax. It is also a sort of ibadah that helps people feel connected to Allah. Human senses are the primary gateway to receiving numerous stimuli from the environment. Several empirical studies have been conducted to explain the positive benefits on mental health that can be attained when a person connects with nature. ANALYSIS OF CONTENT PRESENTATION STYLE IN THE DOCUMENTARY FILM JEJAK RASUL
The use of documentary film as wasilah dakwah is considered suitable to easily convey various facts about Islam to the audiensce. However, there are studies that found that documentaries in Malaysia are not presented in a creative form, so documentaries do not gain the attention of television audiensces in Malaysia. This paper analyzes the documentary Jejak Rasul, which has become an icon among documentaries on TV3 in the last 20 years. The aim of this study was to determine the methodology used to present the content of documentaries. In the study, only the documentary Jejak Rasul Ulul Azmi episode 'Mimpi Firaun' was analyzed, which was aired in Ramadan 2019. The results of the study revealed that the methodology used to present content in the documentary Jejak Rasul is in the form of thinking about something, in the form of a story, in comparative form, in the form of suggestions, and in indirect forms. The study also revealed that this documentary has the value of Da'wah, that is, glorifying Allah through the images, scripts and cinematography shown in the documentary
INVESTIGATING THE INFLUENCE OF VISUAL MERCHANDISING ELEMENTS ON CONSUMERS’ BUYING BEHAVIOUR IN APPAREL RETAIL STORES
In order to keep retailers competitive in this largely online world, innovative visual merchandising has undoubtedly become the key importance. This study looks into the Hierarchy of Effects Model which illustrates the stages in advertising by highlighting the preferences of consumers. This study aims to investigate the influence of visual merchandising elements on consumers’ buying behaviour in apparel retail stores in Malaysia, specifically in the city of Kuantan in Malaysia. This study had adapted a quantitative research design. A questionnaire distributed to respondents at the age 18 and above. A total of 112 respondents had participated in the study. The results of the study show that a few elements like displays/pictures, colours, prices and celebrity endorsements are visual merchandising elements that were proven to positively influence the buying behaviour of consumers. The prices of items in clothing stores were found to be most influential visual merchandising elements whereas celebrity endorsements were the least influential element. The study also revealed gender and age factors do not have any significant influence on the preference of visual merchandising elements and consumers’ buying behaviour. Recommendations have been made by the researchers to take into consideration by future studies for further improvement in the research area
THE ASSOCIATION BETWEEN ISLAMIC BELIEF AND MENTAL HEALTH STATUS AMONG NURSES IN SULTAN AHMAD SHAH MEDICAL CENTRE (SASMEC)
Introduction: While religion was used to describe a superhuman power that demands people act in a certain way to prevent a disastrous outcome, mental health was a widespread concern that most people accepted. Nurses are one of the fastest-growing professionals needed in most countries, but nurses must carry a workload burden because of the demand and pressure that can affect their mental health. However, Islamic belief can be one of the coping mechanisms for mental health. Objective: This study explores the association of Islamic beliefs that will be measured by religious attitude and their impact on mental health. Methodology: This study was a cross-sectional study designed to explore the association between Islamic belief and mental health using convenience sampling among 260 nurses at SASMEC. The respondents were personally invited to complete a set of questionnaires containing three parts: sociodemographic data, Islamic beliefs, and mental health status. Results: Most of the participants had normal mental health, based on the mean (SD) score of 4.62 (3.40) for stress, 3.36 (3.64) for anxiety, and 2.69 (3.27) for depression. Most nurses had a solid Islamic belief, with a mean (SD) score of 47.9 (5.03). The Pearson correlation test revealed a significant negative correlation between Islamic belief and mental health status (r = -0.232, p < 0.01). Conclusion: When there is a strong religious tradition at work, it may be easier to manage the nurses' mental health. Ultimately, a healthy mental being of the nurses may enhance the standard of nursing care provided to the patients
THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS MEASURED BY SERVQUAL: A CASE STUDY OF AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE CENTER
The purpose of this article is to examine service quality in the car maintenance and repair industry. The SERVQUAL model is used to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 19 was used to analyse data from a questionnaire-based survey of 241 car maintenance and repair center users. According to the findings, service quality factors (responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) are positively related to customer satisfaction. The fundamental drawback of the study is its cross-sectional design, which limits the generalizability of the findings. Automotive maintenance and repair service centers should increase its tangible and reliability qualities to assure customer satisfaction.
