Foundational premises for objective research in Occidentalism
No full textأهداف البحث: أراد البحث تأكيد الإمكان المعرفي للاستغراب، بإثبات وجود حيّز، ومجال واضح للمعرفة المتعلقة به، وترميم وإحكام المعرفة المتشظية، والمتناثرة حول الغرب؛ لبناء منهج موضوعي مناسب في دراسته.
منهج الدراسة: اتبع هذا البحثُ المنهج التاريخي من خلال الاطلاع على الأحداث، والوقائع في البيئة الغربية، المرتبطة بموضوع البحث حصرًا، والمنهج الاستقرائي من خلال تتبع الدراسات المختلفة في ميدان الاستغراب، والدراسات الغربية، مع الاستعانة بالحقول المعرفية القريبة، ثم تحليل كل ذلك تحليلًا نقديًّا، يغور بعيدًا في فهمها، وإدراك علاقاتها؛ للوصول إلى حل المشكلة المطروحة، والإجابة عنها، وتحقيق أهداف البحث المنصوبة.
النتائج: أثبت البحث إمكان إحكام معرفة استغرابية، مبنية على معالجة مبدئية لوجود مجال وحيّز، قابل للتحقيق والدراسة في هذه المعرفة، ومنطلقات منهجية وموضوعية، من خلال تخليص الذات العارفة النقدية من مشكلات التحيّز، وهيمنة المركزية الغربية في استخدام المناهج والأدوات.
أصالة البحث: تظهر القيمة العلمية للبحث من خلال إثبات استقلال المفهوم، والمادة العلمية، والمناهج المتعلقة بمجال دراسة الاستغراب في البيئة الإسلامية عن محاكاة الاستشراق، وعن استنساخ معارف أخرى متداخلة.Purpose: This research aimed to confirm the cognitive possibility of astonishment by proving the existence of a clear space and field for knowledge related to it and restoring and tightening the fragmented and scattered knowledge about the Occident to build an appropriate objective approach in the study of oddity.
Methodology: This research followed the historical method by examining the events and facts in the Occidental environment that are exclusively related to the topic of the research, and the inductive method by tracing the various studies in the field of Occidentalism and occidental studies, with the help of nearby knowledge fields. Then, critically analyzing all of this delves far into its understanding and awareness of its relationships to solve the problem at hand, the answer to it, and the achievement of the objectives of the established research.
Findings: The research demonstrated the possibility of tightening occidental knowledge based on preliminary treatment of the existence of a field and space that can be achieved and studied in this knowledge, and methodological and objective starting points by ridding the knowledgeable critical self of the problems of bias and the dominance of Western centralism in the use of methods and tools.
Originality: The scientific value of the research is shown by proving the independence of the concept, the scientific material and the approaches related to the field of studying Occidentalism in the Islamic environment from simulating Orientalism and from reproducing other overlapping knowledge
The Need of Methodological Rules composing the Occidentalist Thought
No full textأهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التأكيد على أن استثمار التفكير في حقل الاستغراب، بهدف تعزيز فقه التعامل مع الغرب، لا بد أن يتم إرساؤه على بناء هندسي معرفي سليم، وقواعد منهجية واضحة، وقد تم البحث في هذا الموضوع نظرًا لما يلاحَظ في معظم البحوث العربية حول فكر الاستغراب من قلة اعتبارٍ للقواعد المنهجية المعيارية الضابطة لمجال وحدود البحث في هذا المجال.
منهج الدراسة: يعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي النقدي؛ نظرًا لطبيعة الموضوع في علاقته بالتأمل الاستنباطي للأفكار، والعمل على تحليلها، ودراستها.
النتائج: توصل البحث إلى أن دراسة فكر الاستغراب بحاجة إلى الاستناد إلى قواعد منهجية، مؤطرة للأنظار، والفهوم المختلفة، ومحققة لمقاصد هادفة، تحول دون الوقوع في أخطاء منهجية، أو تعميمات غير سليمة، علمًا بأن نص البحث قائم على انتخاب مجموعة من القواعد الكلية الضابطة لحدود المقاربة المطلوبة للفكر الغربي، دراسة، وفهمًا، وتقويمًا.
أصالة البحث: يقدم البحث نماذج للقواعد المنهجية؛ الناظمة للمجال التداولي المعرفي لفكر الاستغراب، وفق رؤية إسلامية هادفة.Purpose: This research aims to emphasize that investing thinking in the field of Occidentalism to strengthen the fiqh method of dealing with the West must be based on sound knowledge foundation and clear methodological rules. I have been researching this topic due to what is observed in most Arab studies on the Occidentalist thought regarding the lack of consideration of the standard and methodological rules composing the domain and the limits of research in this field.
Methodology: The research method remains dependent on the analytical and critical method due to the nature of the topic in its relationship to deductive reflection of ideas and the work on their study and analysis.
Findings: Perhaps one of the most prominent findings of the research is that the study of the Occidentalist thought needs to be based on methodological rules framing different views and concepts and achieving purposeful goals that prevent making methodological errors or improper generalizations, knowing that the text of the research is based on the election of a set of general rules regulating the limits of the approach required for Western thought to study, understand and evaluate.
Originality: The originality and value of the research is reflected in providing examples of the methodological rules composing the cognitive and deliberative field of the Occidentalist thought according to a proper Islamic vision
