Formation Of the Digital Ecosystem of Inclusive Entrepreneurship as a Component of the Economic Security Strategy of Ukraine
No full textСтаття обґрунтовує концепцію формування цифрової екосистеми інклюзивного підприємництва як інструменту посилення економічної безпеки України. Мета – запропонувати цілісний підхід до поєднання нормативно правових, фінансових, освітніх, інфраструктурних та цифрових рішень, здатних зменшити бар’єри входу для жінок, молоді, ветеранів, ВПО та осіб з інвалідністю. Методологічний інструментарій дослідження охоплює системний та порівняльний аналіз, узагальнення кращих практик, а також елементи політико-конструкторського проєктування. Результати: визначено критичні прогалини політики, сформовано модель з п’яти компонентів, підготовлено дорожню карту впровадження й набір індикаторів моніторингу інклюзивності. Практична цінність полягає в наданні уряду й громадам операційних рекомендацій щодо розширення доступу до фінансів і знань, цифровізації e послуг, запуску інклюзивних бізнес хабів та стимулювання ринку через держзакупівлі й податкові стимули.The paper substantiates the design of a nationwide digital ecosystem for inclusive entrepreneurship as a lever of Ukraine’s economic security in the recovery phase. The purpose is to propose a coherent framework that systematically integrates regulatory, financial, educational, infrastructural and digital solutions so that women, youth, veterans, internally displaced persons and people with disabilities can start and grow businesses with lower transaction costs. Methodologically, the study applies a systems approach and policy analysis combined with comparative benchmarking, evidence informed synthesis, stakeholder mapping and scenario planning; the methods are used to structure problems, prioritize interventions and test implementation pathways under resource constraints. The results specify the binding constraints that currently suppress inclusive business formation (unclear legal status, limited finance, uneven digital skills and service accessibility), and offer an actionable architecture of the ecosystem built around five pillars: digital connectivity and platforms; inclusive e government services for firms; skills, mentoring and incubation; inclusive finance (grants, microcredit, guarantees, blended finance); and communities, markets and procurement access. The paper proposes a sequenced roadmap with short term quick wins (1–2 years), a scaling phase (3–5 years) and a maturity phase (5–10 years); defines measurable indicators for monitoring inclusiveness and service performance; and formulates design rules for digital by default service delivery, grant selection, credit risk sharing and tax stimuli. The practical value lies in a policy ready blueprint that public agencies and local communities can adopt without major redesign: a consolidated portal for inclusive entrepreneurs, standardized advisory and mentoring workflows, simplified access to grants and guarantees, and an explicit link to public procurement that creates predictable demand for inclusive firms. The framework is designed to produce measurable outcomes-more start ups created by vulnerable cohorts, higher survival rates of micro and small enterprises, increased employment and incomes in lagging regions-thus reducing inequality, strengthening social cohesion and enhancing the resilience dimension of economic security
Foreign Experience in the use of Methods of Physical Training of Young Football Players in the Pre-Competition Period
No full textФізична підготовка є одним із ключових компонентів тренувального процесу у футболі, оскільки вона забезпечує розвиток основних фізичних якостей, необхідних для успішної участі у змаганнях. Витривалість, сила, швидкість, координація та гнучкість є основою ефективної гри у футбол, і їхній розвиток має відбуватися відповідно до вікових, фізіологічних та психологічних особливостей юних спортсменів. Особливе значення має правильне планування тренувального процесу, що враховує не лише фізичні можливості гравців, а й їхній рівень мотивації, психоемоційний стан та індивідуальні харак- теристики. Юні футболісти проходять через різні етапи фізичного, психічного та соціального розвитку, що робить неможливим застосування однакових тренувальних програм для всіх вікових категорій. Недостатня адаптація навантажень до фізіоло- гічних можливостей дітей та підлітків може призвести до перевантажень, травм або передчасного виснаження, що негативно впливає на спортивний прогрес та загальний рівень мотивації спортсменів. Саме тому важливим аспектом є розробка та впровадження науково обґрунтованих методик фізичної підготовки, які дозволяють не лише розвивати необхідні фізичні якості, а й запобігати перевтомі та травматизму.
Дана стаття присвячена аналізу наукової літератури та огляду сучасних методик фізичної підготовки у дитячо-юнацькому футболі, зокрема методів, що застосовуються у передзмагальний період. Розглядаються основні концепції та підходи до розвитку фізичних якостей юних футболістів, їхній вплив на загальну ефективність тренувального процесу, а також рівень адаптації до змагальної діяльності. Окрему увагу приділено сучасним тенденціям у підготовці спортсменів, зокрема викорис- танню ігрових методик, функціонального тренінгу, високоінтенсивних інтервальних тренувань та методів, що поєднують фізичний і тактичний розвиток.Аналіз наукових досліджень демонструє, що оптимальна фізична підготовка юних футболістів базується на комплексному підході, що включає поступове збільшення навантаження, індивідуалізацію тренувального процесу та контроль відновлення. Крім того, важливу роль відіграє поєднання традиційних методів підготовки з новітніми технологіями моніторингу фізичного стану спортсменів, що дозволяє коригувати навантаження відповідно до їхніх індивідуальних особливостей. Таким чином, стаття містить детальний аналіз існуючих методик фізичної підготовки юних футболістів, їхні переваги та недоліки, а також пропонує рекомендації щодо впровадження ефективних програм підготовки у тренувальний процес дитячо-юнацьких футбольних команд.Physical training is one of the key components of the football training process, as it ensures the development of essential physical qualities required for successful participation in competitions. Endurance, strength, speed, coordination, and flexibility form the foundation of effective football performance, and their development must align with the age, physiological, and psychological characteristics of young athletes. Proper training planning is particularly important, as it must consider not only the players' physical capabilities but also their level of motivation, psycho-emotional state, and individual characteristics. Young football players go through various stages of physical, mental, and social development, making it impossible to apply the same training programs across all age categories. A lack of adaptation of training loads to the physiological capabilities of children and adolescents can lead to overtraining, injuries, or premature exhaustion, negatively affecting their athletic progress and overall motivation. Therefore, a crucial aspect is the development and implementation of scientifically grounded training methods that not only enhance the necessary physical qualities but also prevent fatigue and injuries. This article focuses on the analysis of scientific literature and the review of modern physical training methods in youth football, particularly those used in the pre-competition period. It examines key concepts and approaches to developing the physical qualities of young footballers, their impact on the overall effectiveness of the training process, and the level of adaptation to competitive activities. Special attention is given to modern trends in athlete preparation, including the use of game-based methods, functional training, high- intensity interval training, and approaches that integrate physical and tactical development. Scientific research shows that optimal physical training for young football players is based on a comprehensive approach that includes a gradual increase in workload, individualization of training programs, and recovery control. Furthermore, the integration of traditional training methods with modern technologies for monitoring athletes’ physical conditions plays a crucial role in adjusting workloads according to individual characteristics. Thus, this article provides a detailed analysis of existing physical training methodologies for young footballers, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages while offering recommendations for implementing effective training programs in youth football teams

Ukrainian Vocal Variety Art of the Early XXI Century: in Search of Innovative Conceptual Horizons
No full textМета статті полягає у виявленні концептуальних новацій у сучасній національній вокальній естраді як основи її функціонування у сучасному національному художньому просторі. Методологія статті ґрунтується на компаративних настановах, які передбачають опору на культурологічний, виконавський, персонологічний та аксіологічний підходи, а також метод теоретичного узагальнення. Наукова новизна розвідки зумовлюється окресленням новаційних концептуальних модусів у національному мистецтві вокальної естради та визначенням специфіки виконавських засобів їх утілення, зокрема у творчості гурту «Біла Вежа», а також А.Пивоварова та Джамали. Висновки. У статті акцентовано, що вагомим новаційним концептуальним модусом сучасної української вокальної естради є актуалізація духовного досвіду нації. Уведення в контекст вокальної естради раніше не була апробованого у змістових параметрах естради поетичного спадку XIX–XX ст. відбиває ідею відродження зна-чущості національного духовного досвіду та інтенсифікації його буття в контексті сучасності, наповнює українську вокальну естраду тематикою як утвердження імперативності та первинності зв’язку людини із нацією, так і духовного зубожіння людства й особистості, нерозривного ціннісного зв’язку часів і просторів культури. Закарбування історичного шляху нації, як новаційний концептуальний вектор української вокальної естради, репрезентується крізь призму відродження фольклорної традиції в різноманітті її етнічних вимірів та у синтезі з академічною традицією та стає основою тематики історичної трагедії етносів, протесту проти етноциду. Героїко-патріотичний вектор сучасної національної естради репрезентований зверненням до поетичної спадщини часів розстріляного відродження та до сучасних трагічних реалій буття української спіль-ноти, поєднаних духом боротьби за суверенність держави та самостійність національної культури, а також позначений апробацією новаційного – воєнного тематично-образного спрямування. Обґрунтовано, що концептуальне оновлення сучас-ної української вокальної естради засвідчує набуття нею значущої соціальної місії, статус сфери вираження як вічних, так і гостро актуальних проблем буття людини та людства, зокрема в національному забарвленні.The purpose of the article is to identify conceptual innovation in the contemporary national vocal variety art as the basis for its functioning in the modern national artistic space. The methodology of the article is based on comparative guidelines, which include reliance on cultural, performance, personological and axiological approach, as well as the method of theoretical generalization. The scientific novelty of the research is determined by the outlining of innovative conceptual modes in the national art of vocal variety and the definition of the specifics of the performing means of their embodiment in particular in the works of the group «Bila Vezha», as well as A.Pyvovarov and Jamala. Conclusions. The article emphasizes that a significant innovative conceptual modus of the contemporary Ukrainian vocal variety art is the actualization of the spiritual experience of the nation. The introduction of the poetic heritage of the XIX–XX centuries, which has not been previously tested in the context of the vocal variety art, reflects the ides of reviving the significance of the national spiritual experience and intensifying its existence in the context of modernity, feels the Ukrainian vocal variety art with themes of both affirming the imperative and primacy of the connection between a person and the nation, and the spiritual impoverishment of humanity and the individual, and the inseparable value connection of the times and space of culture. The depiction of the national historical path, as an innovative conceptual vector of the Ukrainian vocal variety art, is presented through the prism of the revival of the folklore tradition in the diversity of its ethnic dimensions and in synthesis with academic tradition, and becomes the basis for the theme of the historical tragedy of ethnic groups, protest against ethnocide. The heroic and patriotic vector of the modern national variety art is represented by the appeal to the poetic heritage of the times of the executed revival and to te modern tragic realities of the Ukrainian community, united by the spirit of struggle for the sovereignty of the state and the independence of national culture, and is also marked by the testing of an innovative – military thematic and figurative direction. Research on the State of Formation of Sound Pronunciation in Senior Preschool Children with Speech
No full textУ статті описано результати дослідженнясформованості звуковимови у старших дошкільників з порушеннями мовлення. Одним із ключових завдань мовленнєвого розвитку дошкільників є формування звукової культури мовлення, що включає чітку артикуляцію звуків, дотримання фонетичних і орфоепічних норм, розвиток мовленнєвого дихання, контроль сили голосу, темпу мовлення та фонематичного слуху. Основними причинами порушень звуковимови є фізіологічні чинники, патологічні зміни, а також мовленнєві порушення, зумовлені педагогічною занедбаністю або неправильним розвитком мовленнєвого апарату. У процесі дослідження визначено критерії оцінювання звуковимови: чіткість вимови, стан артикуляційної моторики та рівень розвитку фонематичного слуху. Було виділено три рівні сформованості звуковимови в дітей старшого дошкільного віку: високий, середній і низький. Для аналізу чіткості вимови застосовано методику «Правильна вимова», для оцінювання артикуляційної моторики – методику «Діагностика артикуляційної моторики», а рівень фонематичного слуху досліджувався за допомогою спеціальних парних малюнків. Результати показали, що 30% дошкільників мають високий рівень сформованості правильної звуковимови, 45% продемонстрували середній рівень, а у 25% дітей виявлено низький рівень. На основі отриманих даних визначено рівень розвитку звуковимови й артикуляційної моторики кожної дитини, що дозволило спланувати індивідуальну корекційну роботу для вдосконалення мовленнєвих навичок. Отримані результати використовувалися для створення мовленнєвого портрета дитини, що є важливим у логопедичній діяльності та розробленні навчально-корекційних програм. Діагностика засвідчила необхідність систематичної та цілеспрямованої корекційної роботи для покращення звуковимови більшості дітей старшого дошкільного віку. Особливий акцент має бути зроблений на автоматизацію складних звуків і забезпечення стабільності їх вимови в мовленнєвому потоці. Формування звукової культури мовлення ефективне за умови залучення дітей у різні види емоційно насиченої діяльності (навчально-мовленнєву, художньо-мовленнєву, ігрову), що націлені на закрі-плення звуковимови, розвиток фонематичного слуху й інтонаційної виразності мовлення.Research on the state of formation of sound pronunciation in senior preschool children with speech disordersThe article describes the results of the study of the formation of sound pronunciation in older preschoolers with speech disorders. One of the main tasks of speech development of preschoolers is the formation of a sound culture of speech, which includes clear articulation of sounds, phonetic and orthoepic correctness of speech, speech breathing, voice strength, speech tempo, phonemic hearing. The main causes of incorrect pronunciation of sounds are the following categories of disorders: physiological; pathological disorders in children’s speech as a result of pedagogical neglect; disorders caused by improper development of the speech-motor apparatus. The criteria and indicators of the study of sound pronunciation were determined: clarity of sound pronunciation, the state of articulatory motility and phonemic hearing. We determined the levels of formation of sound pronunciation in older preschool children: high, medium, low. To determine the clarity of sound pronunciation, the “Correct Pronunciation” method was chosen, to determine the levels of development of articulatory motility, the “Diagnosis of Articulatory motor skills” method was used, to study the levels of phonemic hearing, tasks were offered from special paired pictures. A high level of formation of correct sound pronunciation was shown by 30% of preschoolers, an average level was demonstrated by 45% of children, and a low level was demonstrated by 25% of preschoolers. Based on the obtained estimates, the level of formation of sound pronunciation and articulatory motor skills in the child was revealed, which made it possible to plan further individual work to improve speech skills. The results of these methods were used to create a speech portrait of the child, which is important in speech therapy work and during the formation of educational and correctional programs. The results of the diagnostics demonstrate the need for systematic and purposeful work to correct sound pronunciation in the majority of children of senior preschool age. Special attention should be paid to the automation of complex sounds and the stability of their pronunciation in the speech stream. The formation of a sound culture of speech is effective if children are involved in various types of emotionally rich activities (educational and speech, artistic and speech, game), which are aimed at consolidating sound pronunciation, developing phonemic hearing and intonational expressiveness of speech
Preparing IT Specialists for Mobile Application Creating: a Review of Current Research

Розуміння принципів роботи платформ, підходи до розробки та принципів дизайну, орієнтованого на користувача, має важливе значення для ITфахівців. Метою дослідження є аналіз актуальних досліджень щодо особливостей підготовки ІТ-фахівців до створення мобільних додатків. За результатами аналізу доведено, що створення мобільних додатків вимагає різноманітного набору навичок, який охоплює мови програмування, фреймворки, хмарні сервіси, інтеграцію API та управління базами даних. Обґрунтовано, що створення мобільних додатків вимагає структурованого підходу, що забезпечує якість, ефективність та задоволеність користувачів. Коротко подано ключові методології розробки, їх відношення до створення мобільних додатків та інструменти, що використовуються для полегшення процесу. Охарактеризовано тестування для забезпечення якості в розробленні будь-якого мобільного додатку. Розглянуто кар'єрний розвиток та обґрунтовано важливість безперервного навчання для IT-фахівців, які займаються створенням мобільних додатків. Показано, що підготовка IT-фахівців вимагає особливого підходу для ринку мобільних додатків, який охоплює як формальну освіту, так і постійний розвиток навичок в неформальних умовах.The mobile application ecosystem is a dynamic, rapidly evolving field driven by technological advances, user needs, and the growing integration of mobile devices into everyday life. IT professionals must understand the principles of platforms that work in mobile app creation, development approaches, and user-centered design principles. Those skills must be formed in their professional training. The study aims to analyze current research on the peculiarities of training IT professionals to create mobile applications. The analysis proves that mobile application development requires diverse skills, including programming languages, frameworks, cloud services, API integration, and database management. It is substantiated that mobile application development requires a structured approach that ensures quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The critical development methodologies, their relevance to mobile application development, and the tools used to facilitate the process are briefly presented. Testing for quality assurance in the development of any mobile application is characterized. Career development is considered, and the importance of continuous learning for IT professionals creating mobile applications is substantiated. It is shown that the training of IT specialists requires a unique approach for the mobile application market, which includes formal education and continuous skill development in informal settings
The War in Ukraine as a Catalyst for Change in European Strategic Military Marketing

Наведено ключові показники за 2020–2024 рр., які підтверджують докорінні зміни. Пояснено, чому ці кількісні зміни, разом із збільшення кількості міжнародних виставок озброєнь та зростанням реклами військової тематики, свідчать про нову еру в просуванні оборонних можливостей Європи. Доведено, що війна в Україні, хоч і стала величезним викликом для безпеки, водночас стимулювала Європу до консолідації і модернізації оборонної сфери. Європейський стратегічний військовий маркетинг пройшов прискорену еволюцію – від пасивного до проактивного, від розпорошеного до інтегрованого. Попри наявні труднощі, результати трансформацій вже зміцнили оборонний потенціал Європи і підвищили її роль на світовому ринку озброєньThe purpose of the article is to substantiate the transformational changes in the strategic military marketing of the European Union countries under the influence of a full-scale armed invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The object of the study is the strategic principles of the formation of military marketing in the EU countries. It is considered how Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine (2022) became a catalyst for large-scale transformations in the strategic military marketing of Europe. Key indicators for 2020–2024 are presented, which confirm the fundamental changes. It is explained why these quantitative changes, together with the surge in international arms exhibitions and the growth of military-themed advertising, indicate a new era in the promotion of Europe's defense capabilities. Four main obstacles to these transformations are identified: the fragmentation of the European defense industry and the inconsistency of national interests, which prevents the achievement of economies of scale; dependence on imports of critical components (raw materials, microchips), which creates “bottlenecks” in production; lack of qualified personnel, which hinders the expansion of production; bureaucratic and regulatory barriers that slow down the implementation of defense programs. At the enterprise level, four transformations are identified: the transition of defense companies to a large-scale (de facto military) production regime to meet unprecedented demand; increased marketing activity - record participation in international exhibitions, the use of modern PR tools and the promotion of the combat advantages of products; adaptation of the product portfolio to the lessons of war (priority to the production of ammunition, air defense, drones, etc., which have proven effective in combat); significant expansion of personnel and a change in personnel policy aimed at attracting and training a new generation of specialists. It is proven that the war in Ukraine, although it became a huge challenge for security, at the same time stimulated Europe to consolidate and modernize the defense sector. European strategic military marketing has undergone an accelerated evolution – from passive to proactive, from dispersed to integrated. Проаналізовано роль соціальної взаємодії (Л. Виготський), афективних чинників (С. Крашен), культурного контексту та виклики міжкультурної комунікації в умовах глобалізації. Окрему увагу приділено впливу цифрових технологій – насамперед автоматичного перекладу – на процеси мовного навчання й міжкультурного порозуміння. У роботі акцентується увага також на необхідності комплексного підходу, що поєднує психологічні теорії, культурну обізнаність і цифрову грамотність.This article provides a comprehensive analysis of key psychological and pedagogical theories of foreign language acquisition within the context of globalization and the digital transformation of society. The paper highlights leading concepts that explain the mechanisms of language mastery, including behaviorism, which views linguistic behavior as a result of stimuli and reinforcement; N. Chomsky’s nativism with its idea of an innate Language Acquisition Device (LAD); cognitivism, which links language development to general cognitive processes; and interactionism, which emphasizes the role of social interaction. Special attention is given to L. Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, which focuses on the importance of the social context and the «zone of proximal development», as well as S. Krashen’s Monitor Model, which distinguishes between subconscious acquisition and conscious learning and underscores the significance of «comprehensible input» and affective factors (motivation, anxiety). The article emphasizes the inseparable link between language and culture, positing that meaningful intercultural communication is impossible without a deep understanding of sociocultural norms. It analyzes the impact of modern digital technologies, particularly machine translation systems. While such tools significantly simplify the technical aspect of communication, they are unable to convey cultural connotations and speech pragmatics, which can lead to misunderstandings. The conclusion is drawn that effective language education in the modern world requires a synergistic approach that integrates proven psychological and pedagogical theories, the development of intercultural competence, and the formation of digital literacy. Such a comprehensive approach is key to fostering a linguistically aware individual capable of successful and harmonious interaction in a global environment

Зокрема, акцентовано увагу на використанні мультимедійних презентацій, відеоаналізу рухів, інтерактивного середовища, а також віртуальної реальності, що забезпечують доступність навчального контенту, підвищують якість засвоєння технічного матеріалу та стимулюють творчу активність здобувачів освіти. Особливу увагу приділено мультидисциплінарному підходу у викладанні, що дозволяє поглибити розуміння естетичної та емоційної природи народного танцю, а також забезпечує більш широкі можливості професійної підготовки майбутніх хореографів. Визначено перспективи подальшого розвитку системи викладання українського народного танцю в університетській освіті, які передбачають розширення спектру цифрових освітніх інструментів, адаптацію навчальних програм до потреб сучасного мистецького середовища та підготовку фахівців із високим рівнем творчої та педагогічної компетентності.The article highlights the current issues of teaching Ukrainian folk dance in higher education institutions of Ukraine. A comprehensive analysis of innovative approaches to combining traditional methods with modern educational technologies has been carried out. Based on the application of general scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization) and specific scientific (comparative and comparative analysis) research methods, the state of development of teaching Ukrainian folk dance has been analyzed and modern educational practices that contribute to effective student learning have been identified. In particular, attention is focused on the use of multimedia presentations, video analysis of movements, interactive environments, and virtual reality, which ensure the accessibility of educational content, improve the quality of mastering technical material, and stimulate the creative activity of students. Special attention is paid to a multidisciplinary approach to teaching, which allows for a deeper understanding of the aesthetic and emotional nature of folk dance, and also provides broader opportunities for professional training of future choreographers. Prospects for further development of the system of teaching Ukrainian folk dance in university education are identified, which include expanding the range of digital educational tools, adapting curricula to the needs of the modern artistic environment, and training specialists with a high level of creative and pedagogical competence
