Methodological Approaches to Determining Negative Mental States in Athletes Before the Beginning of Competitive Activities

Сучасна спортивна психологія вивчає вплив психологічних факторів на спортивні звершення атлетів, а саме, як їх ментальний стан і настрій можуть детермінувати демонстрацію максимальних можливостей спортивної майстерності. На думку тренерів з різних видів одноборств, опитаних у Сумській області, успішні спортивні досягнення неможливі без налагодженої релевантної психологічної підготовки, що сприяє підвищенню мотивації, концентрації та впевненості спортсмена у власних можливостях. Психологічний настрій атлета визначається його емоційним станом, мотивацією та вірою у власні здібності демонструвати готовність до виконання змагальних настанов тренера. Позитивний настрій сприяє зосередженості на завданні, підвищує рівень енергетичного забезпечення виконання фізичного навантаження та впливає на прийняття виважених і раціональних рішень під час відповідальних стартів. У такому стані атлет готовий до подолання складнощів та демонстрації високих спортивних здобутків. Негативний настрій, натомість, може призвести до зниження мотивації, тривожності, страху перед результатом, встановленим на майбутнє змагання та помилок які зведуть нанівець усю попередню тренувальну активність атлета. Результати спортивного змагання часто залежать від того, як спортсмен контролює свої емоції та стресові ситу-ації. Психологія спорту навчає спортсменів технікам релаксації, візуалізації та концентрації, які допомагають підтримувати оптимальний психологічний стан. Це дозволяє атлету зберігати спокій та зосередженість навіть у складних ситуаціях, що сприяє демонстрації ним кращих результатів. Авторський колектив даної наукової статті, представив інформацію для тре-нерів щодо методів визначення негативних психічних станів як в лабораторних умовах так і у змагальній обстановці.Success in sports competitions largely depends on the emotional status and mood of their participants. Modern sports psychology studies the influence of psychological factors on the athletic achievements of athletes, namely, how their mental state and mood can determine the demonstration of maximum possibilities of sportsmanship. According to coaches of various types of martial arts surveyed in Sumy region, successful sports achievements are impossible without well-established relevant psychological training, which helps to increase the athlete’s motivation, concentration and confidence in their own abilities. The athlete’s psychological mood is determined by his emotional state, motivation and belief in his own abilities to demonstrate readiness to fulfill the coach’s competitive instructions. A positive mood helps to focus on the task, increases the level of energy supply for performing physical activity, and influences the adoption of balanced and rational decisions during important starts. In this state, the athlete is ready to overcome difficulties and demonstrate high sporting achievements. A negative mood, on the other hand, can lead to decreased motivation, anxiety, and fear of the outcome set for the upcoming competition, and mistakes that will negate all of the athlete’s previous training activity. The results of a sporting competition often depend on how an athlete manages their emotions and stressful situations. Sports psychology teaches athlete’s relaxation, visualization, and concentration techniques that help maintain an optimal psychological state. This allows the athlete to remain calm and focused even in difficult situations, which contributes to their demonstration of better results. The authors of this scientific article presented information for coaches on methods for determining negative mental states both in laboratory conditions and in a competitive environment
Peculiarities of Training Future Officers to Counteract the Negative Information and Psychological Influence of the Aggressor

Аналіз академічних джерел, присвячених питанню тлумачення підготовки майбутніх офіцерів до протидії негативного інформаційного-психологічного впливу агресора, Аналіз продемонстрував розмаїття методик та суперечливість позицій дослідників стосовно його трактування. Виявлено єдність думки науковців про те, що запропоноване тлумачення слугує своєрідною «сполучною ланкою» між теоретичними положеннями та їх практичним втіленням. Воно, виступаючи уособленням методологічних принципів формування конкретного феномену, забезпечує досягнення заздалегідь окреслених освітніх завдань шляхом впровадження нововведень у процес навчання і виховання. На підставі узагальнення наукових праць, присвячених даній проблематиці, встановлено, що автори під час розкриття сутності підготовки офіцерів до протидії негативного інформаційного-психологічного впливу агресора, широко використовують такі підходи, як фахове оцінювання, обговорення та впорядкування за пріоритетами. В процесі аналізу визначено передумови, що потрібні для навчання майбутніх військовослужбовців з метою результативного протистояння негативному інформаційно-психологічному впливу агресора у контексті інформаційного протиборства. Аргументовано важливість вдосконалення механізму забезпечення державної безпеки України з огляду на особливості війни сучасного типу. Досліджено окремі концепції щодо формування готовності майбутніх військових керівників до нейтралізації ворожого інформаційно-психологічного впливу, а також типові ознаки гібридного конфлікту; здійснено аналіз актуальних викликів у сфері захисту державних інтересів в умовах широкомасштабної агресії.The tasks of the professional training of future officers to counteract the negative information and psychological influence of the aggressor in the context of information war are considered. Analysis of the scientific literature on the topic revealed a variety of approaches and ambiguity in the views of scholars on its definition. It is found out that the suggested definition combines both theoretical and practical implementation. As a statement of the methodological foundations of the formation of a certain phenomenon, it contributes to the achievement of predetermined pedagogical goals through the integration of innovations into the educational process. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, it was established that researchers in the process of determining the training of future officers to counteract the negative information and psychological influence of the aggressor actively use the following methods: expert evaluation, discussion and ranking. The article also identifies the necessary conditions for training future officers to counteract effectively the negative information and psychological influence of the aggressor in the context of the information war. The need to improve the system of ensuring the national security of Ukraine in view of the particularities of modern war is grounded. The analysis of the worldview understanding of training future officers to counteract the negative information and psychological influence of the aggressor, as well as the features of hybrid warfare was carried out, the problematic issues of protecting national interests during a full-scale invasion were analyzed
Piano Cycles of Miniatures in Creativity Ukrainian Composers of the XX–XXI Centuries
No full textМетою статті є окреслення концептуальних та жанрово-стильових векторів інтерпретації жанрової моделі фортепі-анного циклу мініатюр у творчості митців України XX–XXI ст. Досягнення мети передбачає методологічну опору на компа-ративні настанови, які поєднують принципи історичного та культурологічного підходів, жанрового та стильового аналізу. Наукова новизна статті полягає у виявленні та обґрунтуванні провідних напрямів концептуального, стильового та жанро-вого модифікування жанрової моделі фортепіанного циклу мініатюр в художньому просторі України XX–XXI ст. Висновки. У статті жанрова модель фортепіанного циклу мініатюр позиціонована як така, що сягає витоками французького класи-цизму, бароко та актуалізується у просторі романтизму та художніх вимірах XX ст., резонуючи із стильовим різноманіт-тям, жанровою дифузійністю та суб’єктивізацією постcучасного мистецького світобачення. У різноманітті інтерпретацій фортепіанного циклу мініатюр у творчості митців України XX–XXI ст. окреслено такі модуси концептуальної, жанрової та стильової репрезентації, як: насичення виразними національними акцентами, апеляція до художнього досвіду романтизму, апробація новаційних стильових спрямувань у контексті моножанрового «прелюдійного» циклу; створення поліжанрових про-грамних циклів, позначених тяжінням до наскрізних форм, стильовим плюралізмом, новаційністю музичної мови та виразового комплексу; формування стильово-меморіального варіанту жанру, маркованого значущістю концепту історичної та націо-нальної пам’яті, стильових та жанрових апеляцій до національного та світового художнього доробку, різноманіттям типів програмності; синтез світового художнього досвіду на ґрунті неофольклоризму; значущість тенденції інтертектуальності, виявленої в синтезі музичного мистецтва та живопису; активне функціонування «дитячого» різновиду, позначеного внутріш-ньою стильовою та жанровою багатовимірністю, значущістю програмності та інтертекстуальних інтенцій; експеримен-талізм у сфері концепції, стилю та жанру, суголосний орієнтації сучасного митця на формування власного творчого світу.The purpose of the article is to outline the conceptual and genre-stylistic vectors of interpretation of the piano cycle miniatures genre model in the works of Ukrainian artists of the XX-XXI centuries. Achieving this goal involves methodological support on comparative guidelines than the principles of historical approaches, genre and style analysis. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the identification and substantiation of the leading directions of conceptual, stylistic and genre modification of the piano cycle miniatures genre model in the artistic space of Ukraine of the XX–XXI centuries. Conclusions. In the article the genre model of the piano cycle of miniatures is positioned as one of that back to the origins of French classicism, baroque and is actualized in the space of romanticism and artistic dimensions of the XX century, resonated with stylistic diversity, genre diffusion and subjectivisation of the contemporary artistic worldview. In the variety of interpretation of the piano cycle of miniature in the Ukrainian artist`s works of the XX–XXI centuries, the following modes of conceptual, genre and stylistic representation are outlined: saturation with expressive national accents, appeal to the artistic experience of Romanticism, testing of innovative stylistic trends in the context of mono-genre «prelude» cycle; creation of poly-genre program cycles marked by a tendency to crosscutting forms, stylistic pluralism, innovation of musical language and expressive complex; formation of a stylistic-memorial variant of the genre marked by te significance of the concept of historical and national memory, stylistic and genre appeals to national and world artistic heritage, and a variety of program types; synthesis of the world artistic experience on the basis of neo-folklorism; significance of the trend of intertextuality revealed in the synthesis of musical art and painting; active functioning of the «children`s» variety marked by internal stylistic and genre multidimensionality, significance of programmatic and intertextual intentions; experimentalism in the field of concept, style and genre, consonant with the orientation of the contemporary artistic to the formation of his own creative world

No full textThe monograph outlines the substantive and methodological support for the preparation of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature for teaching students in the New Ukrainian School (NUS). Updated educational programs for the training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature are outlined, which have an interdisciplinary and socio-economic orientation. The monograph outlines the content and methodical provision of training future language teachers for the formation of students’ reading literacy in lessons of foreign literature on the basis of the PISA-2018 study. The developed exercises and tasks are aimed at the formation of reading literacy in schoolchildren, which involves the ability to interact with the text at a deeper, interpretive level; critically evaluate the received information, put forward one’s own hypotheses based on the reading, apply it in real life situations.У монографії окреслено змістове та методичне забезпечення підготовки майбутніх учителів до формування читацької грамотності учнів НУШ. Окреслено оновлені освітні програми підготовки майбутніх учителів української мови і літератури, що мають міждисциплінарну та соціонімічну спрямованість. Окреслено змістове та методичне забезпечення підготовки майбутніх учителів-словесників до формування читацької грамотності учнів НУШ на уроках зарубіжної літератури на засадах дослідження PISA-2018. Іпотечна система кредитування в середній Наддніпрянщині упродовж другої половини 19 – на початку 20 ст.
No full textThe purpose of the article is to reveal the essence, organisational principles, and functioning of the mortgage credit system in the Middle Dnieperian region during the second half of the 19th – early 20th centuries, as well as to determine its significance for the socio-economic development of the region, in particular for supporting the agricultural sector. The research methodology is based on the fundamental principles of historical research: historicism, systematicity, and objectivity in the selection of facts and documents.
Scientific novelty of the publication. The organisational principles of the activities of mortgage institutions, their key functions and role in providing financial support to the agricultural sector, the impact of mortgage lending on the economic development of the region, its social aspects, and adaptation to changes in the agricultural market in the context of reforms and modernisation are analyzed. It is emphasised that since the mid-1860s, a mortgage lending system based on new capitalist principles began to form in the territory of the Middle Dnieper region. The mechanisms of mortgage lending and their impact on the economic situation in Ukraine are studied. Special attention is paid to the activities of the Ukrainian branches of the Peasant Land Bank, which were quite effective. Both positive aspects and shortcomings of the implementation of the mortgage lending system in the Ukrainian provinces are identified. It is proved that the mortgage loan became one of the mechanisms for overcoming obstacles that complicated the penetration of capitalist relations into the agriculture of the Dnieper region in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries. Conclusion. Mortgage credit became one of the ways to circumvent the difficulties that stood in the way of the penetration of capitalist relations into the agriculture of the Dnieper region in the second half of the 19th century. In the first post-reform decades, there was a destruction of estate land ownership, mobilisation of land ownership, and growth of rent and mortgage debt, which ultimately led to the creation of conditions for free competition. The mortgage, which was used to purchase land, allowed delaying the payment of the entire amount for its use in the production sector. But here a contradiction arises: the funds used to purchase land were actually withdrawn from agricultural production. And since land in the Russian Empire was expensive, this led to the withdrawal of significant amounts from the production sector of the village. Mortgage credit and the associated debt of large landowners prompted the development of the process of land mobilization. Mortgages in general have become a natural phenomenon that has done its job, accelerating the capitalist restructuring of agriculture and causing social stratification of the countryside.Метою статті є розкриття сутності, організаційних принципів та функціонування іпотечної системи кредитування в Середній Наддніпрянщині упродовж другої половини 19 – початку 20 ст., а також встановлення її значення для соціально-економічного розвитку регіону, зокрема для підтримки аграрного сектору. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на основоположних принципах історичних досліджень: історизму, системності, об’єктивності в ході відбору фактів і документів. Наукова новизна публікації. Проаналізовано організаційні засади діяльності іпотечних установ, їхні ключові функції та роль у забезпеченні фінансової підтримки аграрного сектору, вплив іпотечного кредитування на економічний розвиток регіону, його соціальні аспекти та адаптацію до змін аграрного ринку в умовах реформ і модернізації. Виокремлено, що з середини 1860-х років на території Середньої Наддніпрянщини почала формуватися система іпотечного кредитування, заснована на нових капіталістичних принципах. Досліджено механізми іпотечного кредитування та їхній вплив на економічну ситуацію в Україні. Окрему увагу приділено діяльності українських відділень Селянського поземельного банку, яка була доволі ефективною. Визначено як позитивні сторони, так і недоліки впровадження іпотечної системи кредитування в українських губерніях. Доведено, що іпотечний кредит став одним із механізмів подолання перешкод, які ускладнювали проникнення капіталістичних відносин у сільське господарство Наддніпрянщини в другій половині 19 – початку 20 ст. Висновки. Іпотечний кредит став одним зі способів обходу тих труднощів, які стояли на перешкоді проникненню капіталістичних відносин у сільське господарство Наддніпрянщини в другій половині 19 ст. У перші пореформені десятиліття спостерігається руйнування станового землеволодіння, мобілізація земельної власності, зростання оренди і іпотечної заборгованості, що в кінцевому результаті призводило до створення умов вільної конкуренції. Іпотека, яка йшла на купівлю землі, дозволяла відтягти виплату всієї суми для використання її в виробничій сфері. Однак тут виникає протиріччя: кошти, які використовувався на придбання землі, фактично вилучалися з сільськогосподарського виробництва. Оскільки земля в Російській імперії була дорогою, це призводило до вилучення з виробничої сфери села значних сум. Іпотечний кредит і пов’язана з ним заборгованість великого землеволодіння спонукали розвиток процесу мобілізації землі. Іпотека в цілому стала закономірним явищем, яке зробило свою справу, прискоривши капіталістичну перебудову сільського господарства та обумовивши соціальне розшарування села

No full textПроблематика психічного здоров’я набуває особливої актуальності в умовах соціальних, економічних і гуманітарних викли-ків, що постають перед Україною. Ухвалення Закону України No 12030 «Про систему охорони психічного здоров’я» стало важливим кроком у формуванні комплексного підходу до забезпечення ментального благополуччя населення. У сучасних моделях охорони психічного здоров’я ключову роль відіграє персоніфікований підхід, що ґрунтується на розумінні індивідуальних потреб особистості та її ціннісних орієнтацій. Дослідження підтверджують, що такі особистісні чинники, як оптимізм, сенс життя, вдячність і соціальна підтримка, є визначальними у процесі ресурсного відновлення та формування психологічної стійкості. У статті проаналізовано вплив ціннісних орієнтацій на адаптаційні механізми збереження ментального здоров’я в умовах інклюзивного суспільства. Розглянуто класичні теорії А. Маслоу, М. Рокіча, Ш. Шварца, В. Франкла, що пояснюють значення цінностей у процесах саморегуляції та подолання кризових ситуацій. Дослідження показують, що усвідомлення власних життєвих орієнтирів сприяє підвищенню рівня психологічного благополуччя, зниженню рівня тривожності та профілактиці емоційного вигорання. Особлива увага приділяється інтеграції особистісних цінностей у програми психосоціальної підтримки та розвитку резильєнтності вразливих груп населення, зокрема людей з інвалідністю, внутрішньо переміщених осіб та дітей з особливими освітніми потребами.Результати аналізу підтверджують, що ціннісно орієнтовані стратегії сприяють ефективному ресурсному відновленню й адаптації особистості до кризових умов. Формування політики психічного здоров’я, заснованої на ціннісному підході, є перспективним напрямом розвитку інклюзивного суспільства, що забезпечує рівні можливості та психологічне благополуччя всіх його членів.The issue of mental health has gained particular significance in the context of social, economic, and humanitarian challenges faced by Ukraine. The adoption of Law No 12030 “On the Mental Health Care System” by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine marks a crucial step toward developing a comprehensive approach to ensuring the mental well-being of the population. Modern models of mental health care emphasize a personalized approach, which is based on an understanding of individual needs and value orientations. Research confirms that personal factors such as optimism, life meaning, gratitude, and social support play a critical role in resource recovery and the development of psychological resilience.This article analyzes the impact of value orientations on adaptation mechanisms for maintaining mental health in an inclusive society. It examines classical theories by A. Maslow, M. Rokeach, Sh. Schwartz, and V. Frankl, which explain the role of values in self-regulation and crisis management. Studies indicate that awareness of one’s life priorities contributes to improved psychological well-being, reduced anxiety, and the prevention of emotional burnout. Special attention is given to the integration of personal values into psychosocial support programs and the development of resilience among vulnerable population groups, particularly people with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and children with special educational needs.The findings confirm that value-oriented strategies facilitate effective resource recovery and personal adaptation to crisis conditions. Developing a mental health policy based on a value-driven approach is a promising direction for the advancement of an inclusive society, ensuring equal opportunities and psychological well-being for all its members

The Atomic Principle of Creative Education of a Variety Musician
No full textМета статті – проаналізувати «атомарний принцип» у музичній педагогіці як поняття «організуючої системи» сегмен- тів формування професійних і особистісних компетенцій музиканта. Методологія спирається на міждисциплінарний підхід, який інтегрує педагогічні концепції, психологічні теорії (у тому числі ідеї Л. Виготського про поетапне становлення функцій), дані фізіології, психофізіології, музикознавства й художньо-емоційні аспекти навчання. У дослідженні освітній процес розглядається як цілісна система, де кожен елемент («атом») не існує ізольовано, а функціонує у взаємодії з іншими, формуючи концепцію атомарного принципу методики. Наукова новизна полягає в уточненні змісту цього поняття: він трактується не як зведення навчання до окремих елементів, а як інтегративний механізм, що поєднує технічні, психофізіологічні, емоційно-художні та соціальні компоненти підготовки. Такий підхід дозволяє інтерпретувати навчання естрадного музиканта як бага- торівневий процес розвитку виконавських навичок, культурної ідентичності, творчої ініціативи та здатності до культурного впливу на аудиторію. Акцент робиться на проблемах сучасної музичної освіти, зокрема на суперечностях, вузькопрофільності та редукції творчої ініціативи, що звужують процес підготовки до механічного оволодіння технікою. У висновках визначено, що атомарний принцип є продуктивною методологічною стратегією, яка забезпечує системність і цілісність музичної освіти. Його застосування долає кризу фрагментарності та «синдрому кінцевого результату», притаманних багатьом сучас- ним методикам. У синтезі техніки, емоційної компетентності, творчого самовираження та соціальної місії формується особистість музиканта, здатна до культурного діалогу й створення унікального художнього образу. Таким чином, атомарний підхід відкриває нові перспективи для розвитку музичної педагогіки, зорієнтованої не лише на професійну підготовку, але й на становлення соціально значущої та творчо активної особистості.The purpose of the article is to analyze the “atomic principle” in music pedagogy as the concept of an “organizing system” of segments in the formation of a musician’s professional and personal competencies. The methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach that integrates pedagogical concepts, psychological theories (including L. S. Vygotsky’s ideas on the gradual development of functions), as well as data from physiology, psychophysiology, musicology, and the artistic-emotional aspects of learning. The study considers the educational process as a holistic system, in which each element (“atom”) does not exist in isolation but functions in interaction with others, shaping the concept of the atomic principle of the methodology. The scientific novelty lies in clarifying the meaning of this concept: it is interpreted not as the reduction of training to separate elements, but as an integrative mechanism that ensures the interconnection of technical, psycho-physiological, artistic-emotional, and social components of education. This approach makes it possible to interpret the training of a variety musician as a multilevel process of developing performance skills, cultural identity, creative initiative, and the ability to exert cultural influence on the audience. Emphasis is placed on the problems of contemporary music education, particularly contradictions, narrow specialization, and the reduction of creative initiative, which limit the training process to mechanical mastery of technique. The conclusions define the atomic principle as a productive methodological strategy that ensures the systemic and holistic nature of music education. Its application overcomes the crisis of fragmentation and the “end-result syndrome” inherent in many modern methods. Through the synthesis of technique, emotional competence, creative self-expression, and social mission, the personality of the musician is formed, capable of cultural dialogue and of creating a unique artistic image. Thus, the atomic approach opens new perspectives for the development of music pedagogy, oriented not only toward professional training but also toward the formation of a socially significant and creatively active personality

Метою статті є аналіз механізмів, за допомогою яких європейські вокальні методики, зокрема такі як «Complete Vocal Technique» (CVT), «Estill Voice Training» (EVT) та авторська методика Cheryl Porter впливають на формування сучасного українського естрадного вокалу. Встановлено, як вокальні педагоги не просто копіюють, а творчо інтегрують класичні принципи та передові сучасні методики, зокрема «Complete Vocal Technique» (CVT), «Estill Voice Training» (EVT) та методику Cheryl Porter у власну навчальну та виконавську практику. Визначається, що цей процес є не механічним запозиченням, а справжнім творчим синтезом. Він дозволяє гармонійно поєднати європейську вокальну майстерність із самобутніми укра- їнськими вокальними прийомами. Цей симбіоз допомагає зберегти національну музичну ідентичність. Дослідження показує, що такий взаємозв’язок є ключовим фактором, що сприяє значному підвищенню професійності та креативності української естрадної вокальної школи. The purpose of the article is to analyze the mechanisms by which European vocal techniques, such as Complete Vocal Technique (CVT), Estill Voice Training (EVT), and Cheryl Porter’s authorial technique, influence the formation of contemporary Ukrainian pop singing. It has been established that vocal teachers do not simply copy, but creatively integrate classical principles and advanced modern techniques, in particular Complete Vocal Technique (CVT), Estill Voice Training (EVT), and Cheryl Porter’s technique into their own teaching and performing practices. It has been determined that this process is not a mechanical borrowing, but a true creative synthesis. It allows for the harmonious combination of European vocal skills with distinctive Ukrainian vocal techniques. This symbiosis helps to preserve national musical identity. Research shows that this interconnection is a key factor contributing to a significant increase in the professionalism and creativity of the Ukrainian pop vocal school. By using European techniques to improve their vocal apparatus, artists can remain true to their style and preserve their authenticity, expressing their uniqueness through their choice of repertoire, manner of performance, and emotional delivery.
