    Get PDF
This paper explores the contribution of authenticity to digitized handwritten signatures using a deep learning-based approach, implementing ResNet-50 and optical character recognition (OCR). Signature authentication is a crucial issue in various fields, such as transaction security, protection of official documents, and fraud prevention. Our approach aims to improve the reliability of signature verification systems by exploiting the advanced capabilities of deep neural networks. Experimental results demonstrate a high authentication accuracy of 94% on our collected database and 100% on ICDAR 2011, validating the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The advantages of this method include more excellent resistance to circumvention techniques, adaptability to different signature styles, and robustness against intentional tampering

    Get PDF
The implementation of massive MIMO technology presents a significant boost in throughput mobile networks. However, this technological advancement comes increases energy consumption. The amalgamation of Massive MIMO with M-MMSE serves as a strategic solution, effectively mitigating energy consumption while delivering substantial throughput and improved Energy Efficiency (EE) compared to alternative techniques. Our study delves into the Energy Efficiency of massive MIMO using the Power Circuit Consumption (PC) model, providing valuable insights into its performance. This analytical approach not only enables a reduction in energy usage but also facilitates a noteworthy enhancement in Spectral efficiency (SE) and EE concurrently. This concurrent improvement addresses the challenge posed by the initial surge in energy consumption associated with massive MIMO deployment, ensuring a sustainable and efficient integration into mobile networks

Product advertisement is very crucial in a successful business for several reasons, Advertisement helps increase the visibility of a product. With so many products available in the market, effective advertisement ensures that your product stands out and reaches a wider audience. Advertising a product is also a way to build and reinforce brand awareness. Consistent advertisement helps in creating a strong brand image in the minds of consumers, also the consumers will remember and choose their products when making a purchase. Continuous and strategic product advertisement is essential for the long-term success of a business. It helps in maintaining visibility, adapting to market changes, and staying relevant in the eyes of consumers. Product advertisement can indeed present various challenges, and addressing these challenges effectively is crucial for a successful marketing campaign that is 1) Small company budgets can restrict the range and effectiveness of products advertisement activities 2) Evolving consumer preferences and behaviours can make it difficult to predict how to effectively reach your audience 3) If your brand is not well-known, getting attention for your product can be a hurdle 4) Not fully understanding your target audience can lead to ineffective advertisement strategies. However, the Internet of Things (IoT) plays a significant role in product advertisement and overcome the above listed issues by providing innovative ways to enhance customer engagement, streamline marketing efforts, and gather valuable data for targeted campaigns. This Research investigate the real-time product advertisements using IoT devices and allowing different companies businesses to monitor the advertisement campaigns instantly and remotely for targeted products over different marts and different city locations. We achieved successful results on each remote location as well as targeted mart using ESP-8266 WiFi deployed on each product shelf. In this architecture the overall communication held over the http protocol using RestFul API and Arduino

FLEXURAL BEHAVIOR OF BAMBOO REINFORCED FERROCEMENT PANELS

Ferrocement is an emerging technology that differs from conventional reinforced concrete by the manner in which the reinforcing elements are dispersed and arranged. It consist of closely spaced, multiple layers of wire mesh embedded in cement mortar. Traditionally steel is used as reinforcement in concrete structures; but because of cost and availability, replacement of steel with some other suitable material as reinforcement is now a major concern. The construction industry is the main consumer of energy and materials in most of the countries. Since Bamboo is a natural, ecologically friendly, cheap and also readily available material; it can be use as a substitute of wire meshes in reinforcing of Ferrocement structures. This study describes the results of testing of Ferrocement beams reinforced with different number of Bamboo mesh layers and variation in spacing of bamboo reinforcement. The main objective of these experimental tests is to study the effect of using different numbers of Bamboo mesh layers and spacing variation on the Flexural strength of Ferrocement beams

A REVIEW PAPER ON FLEXURAL BEHAVIOR OF BAMBOO REINFORCED FERROCEMENT PANELS

By spreading and organizing the reinforcing elements differently from traditional reinforced concrete, ferrocement is a developing technology. It is made up of numerous layers of closely spaced wire mesh immersed in cement mortar. Steel has historically been utilized as reinforcement in concrete constructions, however due to cost and availability issues, it is becoming increasingly important to replace steel with another appropriate material. In the majority of the world\u27s countries, the building sector is the largest user of resources and energy. Because bamboo is an inexpensive, naturally occurring material that is also widely available, wire meshes for reinforcing Ferrocement buildings can be replaced with bamboo. The testing findings of cement beams reinforced with varying numbers of bamboo mesh layers and bamboo reinforcement spacing are presented in this paper. These experimental experiments\u27 primary goal is to determine how utilizing varying numbers of bamboo mesh layers and spacing variations affects the flexural strength of cement beams

NOVEL DEVICE FOR ENHANCING TUBERCULOSIS DIAGNOSIS FOR FASTER, MORE ACCURATE SCREENING RESULTS

    Get PDF
Tuberculosis (TB) continues to be a leading global cause of illness and death, highlighting an urgent need for rapid, precise diagnostic solutions. Conventional methods, such as chest X-rays and sputum smear microscopy, often lack adequate sensitivity and specificity, resulting in treatment delays and increased transmission. This research introduces a novel device leveraging deep learning to enhance TB diagnosis, utilizing a convolutional neural network (CNN) model designed to automatically detect TB-related abnormalities in chest X-ray images. The device, powered by a large annotated dataset, incorporates transfer learning to fine-tune pre-trained models, maximizing diagnostic performance. Key evaluation metrics—accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score—demonstrate the model’s efficacy compared to traditional diagnostics. Preliminary findings show that the AI-driven approach significantly enhances diagnostic accuracy, reducing false negatives and facilitating faster screenings. These results suggest that embedding AI technology in clinical workflows can enable earlier TB detection, optimize healthcare resources, and improve patient outcomes. Future directions include testing the device across diverse clinical environments and exploring integration with mobile health technologies to broaden access to rapid TB diagnostics
