SOLAR POWERED TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON TRAFFIC DENSITY WITH EMERGENCY VEHICLE ALERT
Traffic lights play such an important role in traffic management to control the traffic on the road. Situation at traffic light area is getting worse especially in the event of emergency cases. During traffic congestion, it is difficult for emergency vehicle to cross the road which involves many junctions. This situation leads to unsafe conditions which may cause accident. Traffic police gave authority to emergency vehicle driver to activate the traffic light remotely is developed and designed to help emergency vehicle crossing the road at traffic signal during emergency situation. This system used Peripheral Interface Controller (PIC) to program a priority based traffic light controller for emergency vehicle. During critical cases, emergency vehicle such as ambulance can activate (trigger) the traffic light signal to change from red to green that’s to make clearance for its path automatically. By help of Radio Frequency (RF) the traffic light will turn back to its normal operation when the ambulance finishes crossing the road

SIMILARITY AND LOCATION AWARE SCALABLE DEDUPLICATION SYSTEM FOR STORAGE SYSTEMS
Big data is extensively considered as potentially the coming dominant technology in IT assiduity. It offers simplified system conservation and scalable resource operation with storehouse systems. As a abecedarian technology of cloud computing, storehouse has been a hot exploration content in recent times. The high outflow of virtualization has been well addressed by tackle advancement in CPU assiduity, and by software perpetration enhancement in hypervisors themselves. still, the high demand on storehouse image storehouse remains a grueling problem. Being systems have made sweats to reduce storehouse image storehouse consumption by means of deduplication within a storehouse area network system. nonetheless, storehouse area network can not satisfy the adding demand of large- scale storehouse hosting for cloud computing because of its cost limitation. In this design, we propose SILO, a scalable deduplication train system that has been particularly designed for large- scale storehouse deployment. Its design provides fast storehouse deployment with similarity and position grounded point indicator for data transfer and low storehouse consumption by means of deduplication on storehouse images. It also provides a comprehensive set of storehouse features including instant cloning for storehouse images, on- demand costing through a network, and caching with original disks by dupe- on- read ways. Trials show that SILO features perform well and introduce minor performance outflow
PROTECTION OF CIVIL CITIZENS IN AN ARMED CONFLICT BETWEEN ISRAEL AND PALESTINE REVIEWED FROM LEGAL PERSPECTIVE
The armed conflict between Palestine and Israel is an event full of violence and animosity between the warring parties. In the history of this conflict has caused atrocities for civilians who should get protection. the the purpose of this study is to identify and understand the violations of the principles against civilians in the Israeli- Palestinian conflict in the Gaza Strip during Operation Cast Lead and the mechanism of legal protection in the event of a violation of the protection of the Geneva Convention IV of 1949. This research uses data collection techniques and focus group discussion (FGD) using literature studies with information or data collected by other people in the form of reports, books from the library, as well as group discussions. The results of the research show that: 1) Forms of violation of civil law Israeli cast lead operations in the Gaza Strip from 27 December 2008 to 2020 were carried out against Palestinians. January 2009 can be classified into 2 categories of crimes, namely crimes against humanity and categories of war crimes, 2) law enforcement mechanisms for the protection of civilians through the ICC can be resolved with reference to the United Nations Security Council
EVALUATING THE FLEXURAL STRENGTH OF CORRODED REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS
Corrosion of reinforcing steel is one of the most deterioration factors that influence reinforced concrete structures. Quantifying the effect of corrosion before structural failure is significant for a cheaper and more efficient repair. In this paper, a simple model was used to predict the residual flexural strength of RC beams with varying degrees of reinforcement corrosion based on experimental results. The Model was developed from analysing several beam specimens available in literature, which have been damaged by accelerated corrosion. The validity of this study was compared with separate set of published data. The new proposed model in this study was able to successfully predict the residual flexural strength of corroded reinforced concrete beams. It is recommended to study in future work the applicability of this model to full-scale RC beams that underwent natural corrosion or failed in flexure by concrete crushing
DEVELOPMENT OF ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR SEGREGATION OF METALLIC COMPONENTS
The task of segregation of components is simple yet time-consuming. Automating such a task frees up time and resources to invest in other sectors. Pick and place operations performed by a robot reduce the workforce required and assure a degree of precision. In this paper, the different factors that come into play in designing a portable robotic system for pick and place operations were considered. The design focus was performing pick-and-place operations of components with ferromagnetic properties using object classification with a compact and portable nature. The developed robotic system included a microcontroller for controlling the robotic arm and a Raspberry Pi 4 for performing object classification. The portable system was built for performing the segregation of objects in a mobile manner. The robotic arm and other components were designed and selected for efficient performance

CURRENT MODERN ETIOLOGY OF ANEMIA
Anemia is a syndrome of many diseases encountered in the practice of primary care physicians of all specialties. The main manifestations of anemic syndrome are symptoms of hypoxia - increased fatigue, weakness, dizziness, tachycardia, shortness of breath, which are nonspecific and often observed in many chronic diseases. This is often the cause of hypodiagnosis and delayed therapy of this condition, which leads to worsening of the course of the underlying disease and prognosis. Anemic syndrome is diverse in its etiology [1,2]
INVESTIGATION OF THE PROGRESSIVE COLLAPSE IN THE MIDDLE HEIGHT STEEL FRAMES SUBJECTED TO FAIL OF COLUMNS
Many of the available non-static loads are vulnerable to loads such as explosion load in the design of such loads and therefore their resistance to such loads should be increased. When the explosion occurs, a very rapid energy explosion is released as light, heat, sound and a wave of radiation. The damage caused by the X wave is in two cases; the direct effects of explosion and the effects of progressive collapse. Considering the above mentioned conditions, immunization. Of utilities against the effects of explosion is very important, especially in the case of structures which are in importance in position of specially. In particular, due to the occurrence of terrorist attacks in some of the most important buildings, the structure must have acceptable resistance against these loads .in this study, to investigate progressive collapse in steel structures with dampers in connection of beam to column in the first floor, the method of library studies and Abaqus software was used for modelling. The results of this research show that by creating a damper in the first - floor connection, it has a positive effect against the progressive collapse on the structure so that in some cases, offset the system by 50 percent and prevent further destructio
