EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION & OPTIMIZATION OF WIRE ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING (WEDM) PARAMETERS FOR SURFACE ROUGHNESS & MATERIAL REMOVAL RATE IN MACHINING OF AISI D3 TOOL STEEL
This paper presents the outcomes of an experimental analysis carried out to study the effect of micro-sized metal powders, when they are mixed to the dielectric fluid, during Wire Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) of different steels. The work piece material selected as AISI D3 tool steel, peak current, pulse on time, pulse off time, and wire feed rate and mixing of fine metal powders(copper) in dielectric fluid are taken as process input parameters. Material removal rate and Surface Roughness are taken as output parameters to measure the process efficiency. A newly designed experimental set up has been used to perform the task. Taguchi design of experiments is used to conduct experiments. The achieved results of this work indicate that the addition of fine metal powders in dielectric increases the material removal rate and reduces the surface roughness
MEDIA PLAYER CONTROLLING BY HAND GESTURES USING OPENCV AND PYTHON
In today’s world, everyone opts for fast interaction with complex systems that ensure a quick response. Thus, with increasing improvement in technology, response time and ease of operations are the concerns. Here is where human-computer interaction comes into play.In this Project we try to control our media player using hand gestures with the help of OpenCV and Python. . Hand gesture is an important component of body languages in linguistics. Human computer interaction becomes easy with the use of the hand as a device. Use of hand gestures to operate machines would make interaction interesting. Gesture recognition has gained a lot of importance. Hand gestures are used to control various applications like windows media player, robot control, gaming etc. Use of gesture makes interaction easy, convenient and does not require any extra device. Vision and audio recognition can be used together. But audio commands may not work in noisy environments

SOLAR BASED ELECTRICAL VEHICLE (CAR) MODEL
The idea of this project is to design a solar car that aims to tackle the problems related to pollution and shortage of fuel. A Smart vehicle is the one that takes all our burdens on maintenance of the vehicle while ensuring safety and comfort for the driver and the passengers. Various parameters have to be taken into account while designing such a vehicle. In our design we have divided the whole system into two major divisions namely,Greenhouse gas emission from transportation is one of the major environmental issues and its emission rate is increasing at faster rate. So solar power for transportation can solve this problem. The aim of proposed work is to contribute a technology that supports green energy. Consider a scenario we could use a solar energy to charge electric vehicle that too solar panels are inbuilt in the vehicle, but the next question is whether it is feasible in rainy season. It’s difficult to charge inbuilt solar panels during rainy season. The solution is SPEV is supported with a charging cable that plugs in to the vehicle and into a 230v wall socket. The electric vehicle has a built-in features like security system drive guidance system, route detection, android app support, Wi-Fi, Battery Update supported. The results from our research are analyzed in depth. Hence Solar powered electric vehicle (SPEV) results in pollution less transportation
OPTIMIZATION ENERGY EFFICIENT OF CRYPTOGRAPHY AS ENCRYPTION AND DECRYPTION IMAGE USING ECC FOR APPLY IN SECURE ONE-WAY COOPERATIVE IMAGE TRANSMISSION
The paper an image compression structure the adaptive JPEG2000 image compression technique using the wavelet image transform is designed. The use of CS for periodic data transmissions is proven as an effective solution for WSNs as observed in CS-based sensor communications reduce data transmissions and improve energy efficiency significantly. But another challenge while using the compression is data loss due to different security threats during the transmission. The image is compressed data is more vulnerable to the different wireless channel threats. This paper addresses the security issues for compressed data by using the modified ECC-based cryptography method. The key problem of the conventional ECC method is the complicated and time-consuming task of scalar multiplication which may consume the extra energy of sensor nodes, so energy consumption is optimized by elaborating the steps of ECC-based encryption and decryption in the proposed ECC-based model. The main aim of improving the image quality with minimum processing time and error rates. However, for WMSNs, force aptitude is also an essential research challenge as the high-dimensional digital images consume more processing capabilities of sensor nodes. In WMSN, the image is transmitted through a large number of relays; thus the larger the transmissions the more the energy consumption. The compressed data at the receiver end is decompressed with poor quality, hence securing the compressed data by using the lightweight security method is important while planning the helpful picture transmission model. In this chapter, we propose our next research contribution to alleviate the challenges of security and energy efficiency for cooperative digital image transmission
TO STUDY THE PLANNING AND DESIGNING OF PIPE DESTRIBUTION NETWORK
66.67% of farmland relies on pandharpur and groundwater sources for irrigation, and global warming and climate change often lead to drought conditions. Sewerage distribution network systems have various drawbacks such as uneconomical water loss and maintenance costs in the long run. This shortcoming can be overcome with the latest alternative pipe distribution network system.Pipe distribution network systems have advantages over traditional methods. The study area is the Kudari Medium Irrigation Project in the Krishna River basin in the Satara district of Maharashtra. This study focuses on the design of some PDNs in the Kudari Medium Irrigation Project and the hydraulic modeling of irrigation networks designed for effective water management systems. To minimize this problem, this research contributes through an approach to the planning and design of pipe distribution networks used for irrigation purposes. Pipe distribution network (PDN) for irrigation is one of the best solutions to significantly improve design and actual OPE (efficiency of the entire facility). Pipe Distribution Network (PDN) is a technique for irrigating command areas through a network of HDPE pipes under gravity rather than open channels. This document describes the need for a PDN system, the benefits and scope of PDN, the basic requirements for PDN implementation, general PDN installation guidelines, and PDN planning and design principles. This treatise also discusses the magical improvement of OPE in irrigation projects with the introduction of PDN. This paper compares the project efficiency improvement rate and other parameters of the illustrated project in the village of Dapawadi in Satara, Maharashtra.

A NEW APPROACH FOR SIZING ISOLATED POWER PLANTS: CASE OF DIANA REGION - MADAGASCAR
The northern region of Madagascar has strong potential in terms of renewable energy sources. We can particularly mention the sun and the wind. The sunshine rate is estimated at over 3000h annually and the average wind speed in several places can go up to 10 m/s at 50 m height. This being said, several parameters such as existing technologies, locally sold equipment and especially the way of use of the local population as well as regional atypical climatic conditions (Varatraza, high heat) are very little considered decision criteria in the choice of power source configurations according to the desired power levels. So, this contribution offers an original approach of choice of power sources adapted to the North-East zone of Madagascar and more particularly, the Region of Diana. This work deals particularly with the state of the art of the most popular systems in the world and in the country, supported by a critical analysis upstream, before the presentation of a multi-criteria matrix of choice of configurations, highlighting the particularities of the studied area
