EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF SIMILAR ALLOYS AA6063-T4 BY FRICTION STIR WELDING USING BUTT JOINT GEOMETRY
IS:6063-T4 aluminum alloy has gathered wide acceptance in the fabrication of light weight structures requiring a high strength-to-weight ratio and good corrosion resistance. This work clarifies the essential terms of varying the tool geometry of shoulder having a bigger diameter up to 18mm, for avoiding welding failure. All the specialized parts of FSW instrument geometry and material of tool is secured on the weld quality of that material. Three different tools pin profile (cylindrical, threaded cylindrical and triangular) have been used to fabricate the joints at three different rotational speeds, i.e. 600, 800 and 1000 rpm and three different welding speeds i.e., 40, 60 and 80mm/min. The results have been evaluated and compared with that original specimen of Al6063-T4. The maximum joint efficiency is 86.65% is observed at a rotational speed of 1000rpm and welding speed of 80mm/min in the case of threaded cylindrical tool pin profile. Again, the maximum joint efficiency is 86.65% is observed at a rotational speed of 600rpm and welding speed of 40mm/min in the case of straight cylindrical tool pin profile. The weld joints quality in cylindrical pin tool and threaded cylindrical pin tool are excellent in the all cases
PARTIAL REPLACEMENT OF FINE AGGREGATE WITH SHREDDED PLASTIC
The concrete is the second largest material using on earth after water. In India, approximately 400 million metric cube concrete is being used every year and is increasing day by day. This increase in demand will create disturbance in proportion between availability and need of material. Hence an alternative material is required to vanishing this disturbance. In this paper studies conducted on utility of waste shredded plastic material used in the concrete. Moreover, this paper will focus toward the change in various properties of concrete when partially replacing with shredded plastic. Concrete with 0.5%, 1.0%, 2%, 4% and 6 % shredded plastic is prepared. Specific gravity, fineness, setting time, sieve analysis, fineness modulus tests on cement, coarse and fine aggregates are performed in this study. As per IS 10262-2009 mix design code, Mix design is done. Cubes and beams are cast for M20 grade concrete with and without shredded plastics and tests on concrete are conducted. The standard mechanical properties of concrete like compressive strength, flexure and strength are tested and compared with the results of standard specimen
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PARABOLIC SOLAR DISH COLLECTOR FOR STAINLESS STEEL AS REFLECTING MATERIALS
In this research work the performance analysis of parabolic solar dish collector is done with the use of stainless steel as reflecting materials. The Parabolic Dish Solar Collector system is made for hot water production. Water is recirculating from the storage tank to the absorber tank with the help of a pump. This analysis is carried out to study variation in temperature of water in the storage tank to a maximum value. An analysis is mainly based on the reflector material. The values of useful heat gain, instantaneous efficiency, hourly thermal efficiency and overall thermal efficiency, are calculated and their variation with solar intensity and time are plotted graphically. Solar intensity is measured by solar power meter
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING IN USE OF SUSTAINABLE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The construction industry has its own quality of day today construction project work. This factor make the construction industry different from other industry because of the change and development of technology, production and other business have changed their process leaving behind construction industry. The main problem is still remained labour involving a lot of work construction industry in most of the countries including India. The mainly construction industry is still following same traditional process of generating drawing by architects or designers and building erection by the contractors. At the time of contract is set between architects, designers and contractors, the relation begins between them. The more difficulty are change in plan takes long time to correct because of lengthy process involved which adversely affects the productivity and efficiency of the construction industry
CURRENT ISSUES IN TREATMENT OF SKIN LEISHMANIASIS
This article presents the results of studies of the state of immunity in blood serum and affected areas of the skin in patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis in comparison with the indicators of healthy individuals
THE PROBLEM OF DEVELOPING THE ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE ABILITIES OF FUTURE VISUAL ARTS TEACHERS AND ITS ROLE IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM
The article examines the problem of developing artistic and creative abilities of future teachers of fine arts and its place in the higher education system, methods of implementing integrative communication between them based on the use of active teaching methods
PROBLEMS OF WORKING WITH PARENTS OF CHILDREN NOT INVOLVED IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Education is a very responsible matter. It is doubly responsible when it comes to educating preschoolers. After all, it is during this period that the foundation of a person’s personality is laid. To understand a small child, to teach him something, you need to know, understand and be able to do a lot. Traditionally, the first and main institution for raising a child is the family. The family is a special kind of collective that plays a long-term and special role in the education of the receptive
A REVIEW OF STRESS ANALYSIS ON VARIOUS CUTOUTS ON PLATE
In this paper, an attempt is made to review the literature on stress analysis of various-shaped cutouts in a plate which are used in various structural elements in aerospace, mechanical and civil engineering structures. Therefore, this study mainly focuses on stress concentration analysis of perforated steel plates with various cutouts like circular, triangular, rectangular, and square
TRADITIONS OF UZBEK MENTALITY IN ARTISTIC WORKS AND THEIR INTERPRETATION AS LINGUCULTUROLOGICAL OBJECTS
Literature written in a language is also a source for studying or analyzing the linguocultural aspects of a language. Talented Uzbek writer Utkir Hoshimov\u27s works vividly express the national and cultural aspects of the Uzbek people. The analysis of linguocultural aspects in works of art serves to study and enrich the science of linguoculturology. First of all, future philologists need to know the national and cultural features of their language and their culture
PERCEIVED COMPUTER SKILLS IN LEARNING COMMUNICATION AND SATISFACTION IN ONLINE AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS IN PANABO CITY: A CORRELATIONAL ANALYSIS
As time passes, everything evolves and significantly impacts our daily lives. Computer-related methods are one of them, and we develop abilities that we may apply in everyday situations, particularly in learning communication. Whenever it comes to this subject, technological skills are increasingly important. In this study, we assess and correlate the slope of computer skills and satisfaction online of our preferred respondents, the college students of Panabo City. Researchers employed non-experimental quantitative methods. The research question was approached using a correlational research strategy. We evaluate the factors\u27 influence and relationship of the said variables. We\u27ll use a questionnaire divided into two sections to examine our respondents: computer skills and satisfaction. Afterward, we assess the potential outcomes for the results presented in this study
