ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS VALUE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

    Get PDF
Business valuation is one of the most popular services in valuation today. This is due to the fact that this type of information is necessary for owners to make such important decisions as: expanding their business, merging with other companies, investing, etc. According to average estimates, this procedure, once performed voluntarily by about ten percent of managers, is now performed on a voluntary basis in ninety percent of cases. Despite the prevalence and popularity of business assessment in this area, there are many problems caused by the imperfection of the legal framework in the country, the ambiguity of methodological approaches to assessment and their effectiveness. The article considers the main approaches (profitable, cost-based comparative, as well as the Olson and Black-Scholes model, the concept of economic profit) that are used in assessing the value of a business, describes their advantages and disadvantages, most of which are associated with their application without adaptation to the Uzbekistan business realities. The sequence of conducting the business evaluation procedure was studied and summarized, and the ratings of one of the agencies for the year were reviewed by individual indicators. In conclusion, brief conclusions on the results of the study of this issue are presented

DIAGNOSTICS AND CLASSIFICATION OF FAULTS IN DIESEL ENGINE COMPONENTS USING TIME-FREQUENCY APPROACH AND MACHINE

    Get PDF
Diagnosing engine component faults is a challenging task for every researcher due to the complexity of engine operation. Developed faults in engine components subsequently reduce their performance and lead to increased maintenance costs. Therefore, it is necessary to implement an effective condition monitoring method to diagnose faults in engine components. Therefore, this work presents potential fault diagnosis techniques for detecting and diagnosing scuffing defects occurring in diesel engine components. Condition monitoring techniques such as vibration and acoustic emission analysis were used to obtain signals associated with faults. These signals were analyzed in time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain using signal processing techniques viz. fast Fourier transform ( FFT ) and short time Fourier transform ( STFT ). Statistical feature parameters were also extracted from the received signals to diagnose fault severity. Additionally, artificial neural network (ANN) models have been developed to predict and classify scuffing defects occurring in engine components. The results showed that FFT and STFT methods provided better diagnostic information. The developed neural network models effectively classified scoring defects on engine components with 100% accuracy

In the legislative function, the DPD has the authority to submit and participate in discussing bills related to regional autonomy, central and regional relations, formation and expansion and merger of regions, management of natural resources and other economic resources, as well as those related to financial balance between the center and the regions as referred to in Article 22D paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, the birth of the DPD RI is also interpreted as an optimization of Indonesia\u27s representative institutions. The need for a two-chamber parliamentary system is important given the need to guarantee checks and balances mechanisms within the representative institutions themselves. However, in current practice the implementation of the legislative function is still far from expectations, so it is necessary to reconstruct the implementation of the legislative function owned by the DPD in realizing the ideal of people\u27s sovereignty

The Land Procurement Law only mentions what objects must be taken into account in carrying out an assessment of land, but does not explain in detail the procedure for determining the nominal value of the land. In addition, the Land Procurement Law states that the amount of compensation is determined from the results of the assessment from the appraisal team. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to resolve disputes in land acquisition assessed by KJPP without any comparison for land acquisition in the public interest? and how is the fairness of giving compensation for land acquisition which is assessed by the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP)? This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory and case approach. The source of legal materials in this study is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials using library-based legal materials collection techniques. The analysis of legal materials used is systematic interpretation. The theory used in this research is the theory of dispute resolution according to Yahya Harahap and the theory of justice according to John Rawls. The results of the study indicate that the settlement of disputes in land acquisition assessed by KJPP without any comparison for land acquisition in the public interest, namely the party entitled as the owner of the object of land acquisition can file an objection to the local District Court whose jurisdiction covers the location of the object of the Land Procurement within the longest period of time. 14 (fourteen) working days after the deliberation on the determination of Compensation. In addition, an objection to the amount of compensation must be submitted to the two agencies, in this case the agency, namely the Regional Office of the National Land Agency and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesi
