ANALYZING THE EFFECTIVE OF TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS IN SHIPPING INDUSTRY
The number of people killed in maritime incidents rose by 10% in 2014, as reported by the IMO. The international governing organisations reported 799 fatalities or missing people Compared to the commercial aviation business, which had 641 fatalities in the same year, the number of deaths in the maritime industry was much greater (IATA, 2015). In order to accomplish the goals, a combination of techniques was applied. DP operators within Floatel Int. were polled to determine the most important factors and topic areas for training. It was in the interviews that the survey\u27s findings were finalized and analyzed. Because of this lack of familiarity, the simulator trainer was unable to make use of the results in any way, shape, or form except for in the case of Follow Target
INTELLIGENCE AND LOCUS OF CONTROL AMONG SPORTS PERSON AND NON-SPORTS PERSON
The main purpose of this study was to find out the mean difference between emotional intelligence and locus of control among sports person and non-sports person. The total sample consisted 100 as a variation belonging to 50 sports person and 50 non-sports person. The research tool for emotional intelligence was measured by Subra Mangal and locus of control was measured by Trict (1985). To check the significant difference between group t-test was applied and to check correlation between variables Karl Person correlation method was used. Here t-test used result revealed emotional intelligence is a not significance difference and locus of control is a significance difference. While the correlation between emotional intelligence and locus of control reveals 0.27 positive correlations

MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS OF INFLOW PERFORMANCE FOR MULTIPHASE FLOW RESERVOIRS
The importance of Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) models to the oil and gas industry cannot be over-emphasized. IPR models are very essential in predicting future production from hydrocarbon reservoirs. Accurate prediction of future production from hydrocarbon reservoirs is very essential as it influences field’s viability and economic analysis. For years, attempts had been made by many authors to develop models suitable for this purpose. However, they have not been so successful as most the developed models have been found wanting in accuracy. Hence, there is a need for improved and accurate models. Therefore, the objective of this research is to introduce IPR models that can be used to predict production from hydrocarbon reservoirs with high degree of confidence. The pseudo-steady state solution of the Partial Differential Equation (PDE) governing multiphase flow in homogenous and isotropic porous media was obtained via Laplace Transform. Furthermore, the obtained solution was expanded using Taylor’s series expansion method in order to obtain a form that is suitable for forecasting production from hydrocarbon reservoirs. By considering different number of terms in the Taylor’s series form of the solution, five different Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) models were obtained. Furthermore, performance analysis was carried out using statistical metrics to ascertain the reliability of the developed models. The result of this analysis shows that the developed models perform better than Vogel and Wiggins models, the two widely celebrated models in the oil and gas industry
INFLUENCE OF PHYTOSUPPLEMENTS GROWING IN UZBEKISTAN ON THE QUALITY OF FLOUR PRODUCTS
The aim of the study was to develop a recipe and technology for the preparation of lingering cookies, gingerbread, rusks with medicinal herbs: peppermint (Mentha piperíta), camel thorn (Alhagi pseudalhagi), stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni), growing in Uzbekistan. The chemical composition of the used phytoadditives was studied. It has been established that the addition of powders of medicinal plants in dosages from 0.5% to 2.0% has a positive effect on the quality of finished products (hard cookies, gingerbread). The products were distinguished by good porosity, pleasant smell and taste, additionally enriched with vitamins, microelements to a level corresponding to the physiological needs of a person. An increase in the concentration of powders to 2.5% or more in flour confectionery products leads to the appearance of a slight bitterness in taste, a slight darkening of the crumb of products and a deterioration in its porosity structure. In the production of crackers, the recommended dosage of A. Pseudalhagi powder is 5% by weight of flour and 25% of the calculated amount of water with the addition of A. Pseudalhagi extract. The use of plant powders slows down the process of staling, lengthens the shelf life, preventing the molding process of products. The authors consider it possible to use medicinal herbs: peppermint (Méntha piperíta), camel thorn (Alhagi pseudalhagi), stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) growing in Uzbekistan in the production of long biscuits, gingerbread, crackers for medical purposes while maintaining satisfactory organoleptic and physical properties. - chemical indicators
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE FIELD OF WOVEN BAMBOO CRAFTS THROUGH AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The economic condition of the community which tends to be stagnant has resulted in Lembah Hijau Village having to be able to look for other opportunities to support an increase in the economic level of the community. Of the various livelihoods that exist in Lembah Hijau, woven craftsmen have considerable potential to help fulfill their daily needs. However, it is very unfortunate that the production process to the distribution of woven bamboo products is still very traditional and the producers face various obstacles. This study aims to describe how woven becomes a source of economic potential in improving people\u27s lives. The method used is the method of analyzing local potentials and problems. The results of this study indicate that the woven bamboo industry has great potential if the local government and non-governmental organizations participate in empowerment training programs. more innovative and diverse so that their potential can develop from time to time
INFLUENCE OF SIZE AND NUMBER OF NACA 0012 BLADES ON THE MECHANICAL POWER OF WIND TURBINE-POWERED CAR
The vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) can harness wind energy. However, there are still significant gaps in our understanding of VAWT aerodynamics and performance, particularly when it comes to designing and selecting blade chords and height. In the case of a wind car, it utilizes a vertical axis and employs a varying number of NACA 0012 blades positioned at a 2° angle of attack and mounted at different angles. These blades are directly connected to wheels using various mechanisms, while gears are used to convert wind energy into mechanical energy to overcome the load on the main shaft during low speeds. The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of blade number and size on the mechanical power of the rotor. Specifically, we measured the torque and mechanical power acting on a blade at an airflow speed of 4 m/s and an angular velocity of 13.056 rad/s, based on previous scientific research
