Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing Processes: A Review
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted various industries, including manufacturing. AI techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision have the potential to revolutionize manufacturing processes by improving efficiency, quality, and productivity. This review paper provides an overview of the recent developments and applications of AI in manufacturing processes
THD analysis using Three and Five Level Inverter
The main disadvantage of Inverters is total harmonic distortion (THD) and harmonics. In this article, harmonics and THD are examined. A stepped multilevel inverter topology is used to suppress the harmonics generated at the inverter output. Cascading multilevel inverters are most useful for fuel cell orbattery storage power. The rated voltage of the battery is low and the cascade inverter input must be low voltage to get 230 v output. The harmonics of the single-phase load and the inverter output are investigated. Compare the harmonics and THDs of 3 and 5-level stepped multilevel inverters with conventional inverter drives. The multilevel inverter topology suppresses harmonics and THD. The result was analyzed using hardware with a spartan-3 FPGA board
SMART PARKING COMMUNITY SUPPORTS PARKING VEHICLE
Cooperation between vehicles facilitates traffic management, road safety and infotainment applications. However, cooperation requires trust in the authenticity of the information received. In this paper, we address the challenge of securely exchanging information about parking availability. Trust is important in assisting in deciding whether interrogation is appropriaterely on information received about free parking spaces near your destination and thus ignore other possible spaces on the route. Therefore, we propose Parking Communities, which provide a distributed and dynamic way to set up Vehicle groups help each other find safe parking spaces in their respective community areas. Our approach is based on modern, high-performance encryption and signature algorithms as well as a well-understood mathematical trust assessment model. This approach enables end-to-end encrypted request-response communications combined with geolocation and can be used as an overlay to existing vehicular network technologies. We provide comprehensive comparisons with other security solutions The architecture and simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of our method
Demand side Load Management Using AT 89s52 Microcontroller with renewable energy
High power consumers, such as industries, require substantial electricity loads for their production processes. They are assigned a maximum demand limit by the electricity board, which represents the highest power drawn from the grid by the consumer during any 30-minute interval within the billing period. It is the responsibility of these consumers to ensure that their power consumption remains within this limit. Failure to do so results in significant penalties. Monitoring consumption manually is challenging and prone to errors, leading to additional charges on bills, which can be substantial. Therefore, controlling the maximum demand is crucial. To address this issue, the industry has categorized its loads as vital and non-vital. We propose a system that effectively manages maximum demand. When the demand exceeds the predefined maximum value, a sensor detects it and sends a signal to a microcontroller, specifically the AT89S52 model. The microcontroller then transfers non-vital loads from the main power supply (MSEB) to renewable energy sources instead of turning them off completely. The system utilizes renewable energy generated from solar panels and/or windmills. By doing so, we can ensure that the maximum demand remains within safe limits without cutting power to non-vital loads.

Lead Time Reduction in Planning & Procurement
A Lead time is the latency between the initiation and execution of a process. In terms of Supply Chain Management lead time can also be defined as the time from the moment the customer places an order to moment it is ready for delivery. In manufacturing sector lead time includes the time required to ship the parts to the supplier. In project management lead time is the time it takes to complete a task or a set of interdependent tasks. In this paper, we interpret the causes for excess lead time and suggest practical, inexpensive strategies and procedures for reducing it. Our recommendations are based on detailed study of many manufacturing industries. Interpreting the differences between work in process, flow time variance and lead time, we systematically review potential methods for lead time reduction by reducing lead time or flow time varianc
HIGH-PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES FOR CNC MACHINES
The article examines the high-performance tooling for CNC machine tools. The new constructions expanding mandrel and gang-tools are proposed. The deflected mode analyzes of proposed gang-tool constructions are performed by the final element method. Tool turret heads of CNC lathes are an important factor in increasing processing productivity by reducing the time spent changing cutting tools. Thus, a consistent concentration of technological transitions is realized, since there is one tool in the cutting zone. Further increase in processing productivity on such machines is possible by implementing a parallel concentration of technological transitions, which is carried out using special multi-tool holders [1, 2]

APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND MACHINE LEARNING (ML) IN CIVIL ENGINEERING: A REVIEW
Artificial intelligence is new technology which is extending human limits to the maximum. A few decades back things which was an imagination are now possible in the era of digitalization. Artificial intelligence can have a significant impact on the evolution of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sector. Among the most significant advantages that intelligent systems are able to offer to the construction sector. In this paper the review of application of AI technology in Civil and structural engineering is discussed
INFLUENCE APPLICATION OF THE CHILDREN LEARNING IN SCIENCE MODEL TO LEARNING OUTCOMES STUDENTS AT SDN 03 TILONGKABILA GORONTALO
Study this aim describe is there is Influence Application of the Children Learning in Science Model to Learning Outcomes Students On Material Various Styles in Class Class IV SDN 03 Tilongkabila, Bone Bolango Regency . Type research used _ quantitative descriptive . Method research used _ method study experiment and design study nonequivalent group design. Research this use technique data collection through observation , test , interview and documentation . Sample study this is student class IVa and IVb as many as 39 people. Based on results study obtained score significant of 0.000 < 0.05 can concluded the average yield study student for class experiment and for class control obtained score significant of 0.000 < 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted because score significant not enough from 0.05. This showing that there is the effect of the Children Learning in Science learning model on results study student in class IV SDN 03 Tilongkabila
