Get PDFDas deutsch-türkische Anwerbeabkommen aus dem Jahr 1961 steht für eine Zäsur mit einem unumkehrbaren Einwanderungsprozess. Diese Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Kultur der sogenannten Gastarbeiter:innen als Einwanderungsgeneration sowie den Festakten zu den Jahrestagen des Anwerbeabkommens im Kontext kultur- und identitätspolitischer Fragen und Konzepte. Die Studie ist eine Auseinandersetzung mit erinnerungskulturellen Fragen und damit, welche Narrative und Institutionen für eine Erinnerungskultur an die sogenannten Gastarbeiter:innen aus der Türkei ab den 1960er Jahren bis zur Gegenwart zur Verfügung stehen. Für die Studie wurden neben Quellen- und Lektüreforschung Interviews mit Akteur:innen geführt, die zum Thema der sogenannten Gastarbeiter:innen aus der Türkei Sammlungen aufgebaut oder Projekte durchgeführt haben oder sich als Kinder und Enkel der sogenannten Gastarbeiter:innen bezeichnen

Get PDFIm Feld der internationalen Beziehungen und transnationalen Kooperationen gehen normative Haltungen und Werte der Auswärtigen Kultur- und Bildungspolitik (AKBP) bisweilen der Praxis in Deutschland und innerhalb von international tätigen Organisationen voraus. Um nach außen glaubwürdig agieren zu können, sollten insbesondere Kulturmittlerorganisationen auch innerhalb Strukturen von Diversität und Inklusion implementieren. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung werden die Konzepte von Diversität und Inklusion erläutert, eine Auswahl bereits bestehender Maßnahmen aufgezeigt sowie konkrete Schritte zur Implementierung von Diversität und Inklusion erläutert. Für die Auswärtige Kultur- und Bildungspolitik ergeben sich daraus Vorschläge, wie ein entsprechender Kulturwandel innerhalb der Organisationen zusätzlich flankiert werden könnte
