Speech extraction from conversation based on image-to-image translation using deep neural networks
Get PDFapplication/pdfWe aim to separate sound sources by deep neural networks which has been active in recent years. We attempt to extract a certain human voice from usual conversation using the networks. We focus on image-to-image translation: pix2pix. The algorithm of pix2pix bases on purely procedure of the image processing. Therefore, we need an additional procedure, that is, we convert voice to spectrogram once. After that we perform to learn the networks to separate human voice, we especially pay attention to segmentation between the same sex and opposite sex. Form this point of view, we conducted two experiments using the sounds overlapped both sexes in this paper. Structure-Similarity (SSIM) index and color map representation were used as evaluation criteria. As a result, we confirmed the good extraction of the female voice from the one synthesized both sexes. However, we did not extract the female voice from same sex. Although we reached the conclusion that the separation did not work well, the generated voice seemed to be played naturally. A Study on "r-coloring” in the Chengdu Dialect
Get PDFapplication/pdf「児化」は、中国語において音便現象の１つであり、特に北京方言によく見られ、普通話（共通語）にも取り入られている。西南官話の中に最も代表的な方言の1 つである成都方言にも「児化」現象がある。しかし、成都方言の「児化」と普通話（共通語）の「児化」は、発音においても、児化可能な語に関しても同じとは限らない。
本論文では、成都方言の「児化」について考察し、その音便類型、意味、用法などを明らかにしたい、具体的に、普通話（共通語）と対照しながら、母音・音便、児化詞、意味・用法の順で分析していく。|“r-coloring” is a phonetic phenomena in Chinese. It is especially found in the Beijing dialect and also in Putonghua (Standard Mandarin). The Chengdu dialect, which is one of the most representative dialects of the Southwestern Mandarin, also has the phenomenon of “r-coloring”. However, the “r-coloring” in the Chengdu dialect and in Putonghua (Standard Mandarin) are not necessarily the same in terms, pronunciation and which words use “r-coloring” .
In this paper, I examine the “r-coloring” of the Chengdu dialect, seeking to clarify aspects such as the phonetic typology, meaning, and usage.
