Full text linkKy punim ka për qëllim të analizojë dhe krahasojë strategjitë e komunikimit organizativ të dy radio-stacioneve nacionale në Kosovë, Radio Kosovës dhe Radio Dukagjinit, me fokus në aspektet e organizimit të brendshëm të tyre. Përmes hulumtimit teorik dhe zhvillimit të intervistave me stafin e dy radio-stacioneve kemi analizuar mënyrën e funksionimit të brendshëm.
Strategjitë e komunikimit organizativ janë të rëndësishme për funksionimin e radio-stacionit. Komunikimi verbal dhe shkruar janë strategjitë kryesore të përdorura. Përparësitë e tyre përfshijnë rezultate konkrete në zhvillimin e programit dhe rritjen e dëgjueshmërisë. Në këtë drejtim, komunikimi i brendshëm formal dhe joformal është i pranishëm në baza ditore, në dy radio-stacionet me të vetmin qëllim që lidhja me dëgjuesin dhe komunikimi me kompanitë bashkëpunëtore të jenë aspektet kryesore të komunikimit si të brendshëm dhe të jashtëm

Si shteti më i ri në Ballkanin Perëndimor që synon anëtarësimin në BE, Kosova përballet me sfida politike, ekonomike dhe sociale të rëndësishme. Studimi identifikon mungesën e njohjes ndërkombëtare, sundimin e dobët të ligjit, dhe ekonominë e brishtë si pengesa kryesore.
Mungesa e njohjes nga disa shtete anëtare të BE-së, korrupsioni, dhe papunësia e lartë janë faktorë që pengojnë përmbushjen e kritereve të Kopenhagës dhe zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm.
Megjithatë, procesi i integrimit në BE sjell mundësi për përmirësimin e standardit të jetesës dhe tërheqjen e investimeve të huaja, ndërsa synon modernizimin e institucioneve dhe infrastrukturës. Integrimi mund të ndikojë pozitivisht në forcimin e marrëdhënieve rajonale dhe promovimin e paqes dhe stabilitetit. The Translation of Political Discourse in Daily Online Newspapers in Kosova: With a Focus of War in Ukraine

Grounded in Skopos Theory, the research analyzes eight translated headlines from international online newspapers to evaluate accuracy, cultural adaptation, and translational strategies. A mixed-methods approach combines textual analysis of translated headlines, such as "G7 leaders condemn Putin for attacking Ukraine" and "North Korean troops in Kursk a ‘significant escalation’", with insights from a former translator’s professional experience and literature on journalistic translation challenges. Findings reveal recurring difficulties in: preserving rhetorical force in politically charged statements, balancing fidelity to source texts with target-audience readability, and handling culturally loaded terms. The study contributes to translation theory by refining Skopos principles for crisis reporting, demonstrating how translators prioritize audience impact over literal accuracy. Practical recommendations include: adopting hybrid human-machine workflows for time-sensitive content, developing glossaries for conflict-related terminology, and training translators in political discourse analysis. Limitations include the narrow focus on headlines and the Albanian context, suggesting future research on full-text translations across languages. Exploring EFL Teaching Methods and Student Perception in Lower Secondary Schools in Kosovo: A Comparative Study of Two Schools “Shaban Mazreku” in Sopijë and “Besim Ndrecaj” in Maqitevë
Full text linkTeme masteri e mbrojtur ne fakultetin e gjuhes anglezeThis study aims to examine the teaching methods employed by English language teachers in lower secondary schools to promote efficient and effective English language learning. Additionally, it seeks to explore students' expectations regarding their English learning process. Sixty students completed a questionnaire assessing their perceptions of learning English, their evaluations of their English teachers, and the factors that motivate them to learn the language. Furthermore, ten interviews were conducted with English language teachers to better understand the most commonly used teaching methodologies. The research specifically focused on gathering insights from two groups: students and teachers at "Shaban Mazreku" Lower Secondary School in Sopijë and "Besim Ndrecaj" Lower Secondary School in Maqitevë. Effective English language learning requires active student engagement, critical thinking, supplementary reading, multimedia use (such as videos), and a shift away from passive learning. Through structured lessons, students should learn to evaluate information, apply concepts, and connect new knowledge with their existing understanding.
The study also investigates how teachers are adapting to the new curriculum, the challenges they encounter, and their overall perceptions of its effectiveness. Additionally, a comparative analysis of teaching experiences between the two schools will be conducted, offering valuable insights for future research in this field.
Moreover, the study identifies key English language teaching methods discussed in academic literature. It also aims to provide a clearer understanding of students' perspectives and teachers' instructional approaches while offering readers a theoretical foundation on teaching methodologies

Për më tepër, studimet eksplorojnë sipërmarrjen, menaxhimin e zinxhirit të furnizimit dhe zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm ekonomik.
