Raportimi për vrasjet zbulimi i identitetit të viktimave në raportimin e mediave online në periudhën 2015-2021.
Full text linkQëllimi i punimit është analizimi dhe krahasimi i lajmeve në mediat online Telegrafi, Express dhe Indeksonline, me fokus se si është bërë raportimi i viktimave nga vrasjet në periudhën 2015 –2021. Ky hulumtim ka mbështetjen teorike, si dhe intervista me gazetarët e mediave që kemi rast studimi në hulumtim. Ky hulumtim është bazuar në pyetje kërkimore: si e rregullon etika çështjen e raportimit të identitetit të viktimave nga vrasjet në mediat online? Dhe cilat janë rastet që mediat online kanë zbuluar identitetin e viktimave përgjatë viteve 2015-2021?
Gjatë këtij hulumtimi janë analizuar nëntë artikuj të cilët kanë raportuar për vrasjet e bëra përgjatë periudhës 2015 – 2021 dhe në secilin prej këtyre artikujve janë vrejtur shkelje të etikës profesionale duke përfshirë identitetin e viktimave, identitetin e familjarëve të tyre dhe shkelje të tjera profesionale. Në përfundim të këtij hulumtimi kemi mundur të shohum që raportimi i viktimave në vrasje ka qenë në kundërshtim me rregullat e gazetarisë.
Ndër të tjera nga ky hulumtim kemi arritur të vijmë në disa rekomandime: të mos publikohen emrat e viktimave të vrasjes, por vetëm inicialet siç është edhe e rregulluar me etikë dhe ligje. Mediat online të mos bëjnë publike imazhe të viktimës dhe pjesëtarëve tjerë të familjes pas vrasjes, por të jepin detaje për rastin që janë të rëndësishme për opinonin publik

While the United States has made significant strides in managing the COVID-19
pandemic, other issues such as economic recovery, racial justice, climate change, and healthcare remain at the forefront of public discourse. In this context, the upcoming elections hold
exceptional importance, serving as a barometer for the aspirations, values, and priorities of the American nation, which will shape domestic policy agendas and inevitably impact the global stage, influencing international relations, trade agreements, and diplomatic engagements.
The 2024 US Presidential Elections are anticipated to be among the most critical in recent
decades, with a highly contested outcome expected. Following a period of intense political
polarization, social unrest, and ongoing global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic,
climate change, and economic instability, the 2024 elections are predicted to reflect the growing priorities and concerns of the American electorate. As the country emerges from the shadows of previous administrations, both the current president and his challenger are gearing up for a highly competitive race addressing critical issues such as healthcare reform, climate policy, economic recovery, social justice, and foreign policy. The dynamics of these elections are influenced by changing demographics, technological advancements, and the increasing role of
social media and digital campaigning.
The 2024 US Presidential Elections have significant implications not only for the future
of American domestic and foreign policy but also for the entire globe. The election results will determine the direction of the US for the next four years, impacting key areas such as economic policy, environmental strategies, healthcare systems, and international relations. Furthermore, 8 the electoral process itself, including voter participation, campaign strategies, media coverage, and election security, offers a rich field of study for understanding modern democratic practices.
Analyzing these elements provides valuable insights into the health and functionality of the US democratic system, the impact of digital and social media, and the effectiveness of various campaign strategies in engaging and mobilizing voters.
Media and technology are playing an increasingly influential role in shaping the narrative
surrounding the 2024 elections and shaping public opinion. With the proliferation of social
media platforms, online media, and digital advertising, candidates have unprecedented access to
voters and unparalleled opportunities to communicate their messages directly to their
prospective voters. However, the proliferation of media bias, misinformation, and online
manipulation raises significant and unprecedented concerns about the integrity of the electoral process.
