Modeling of COVID-19 cases in the province of Davao Oriental

It caused casualties that disrupted day-to-day life basis. values for this study are from March 2020 to July 2022 and generated a two-month forecast from August – September 2022. For testing the stationarity, the auto.arima command was employed for the autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation function in identifying the candidate model. The purpose of this study is to use ARIMA to make a two-month forecast and ascertain the trend in the number of COVID-19 cases. The candidate model was identified and utilized from RStudio based on the Akaike Information Criteria (AIC) criterion value, normality and residuals, and a two-sample independent test to determine its significance, ARIMA (1,0,1) with a nonzero mean was the most popular model. The forecast showed a significant increase in COVID-19 cases from August – September 2022. Consequently, the findings of this study will serve as a tool to implement strategies or policies in controlling the spread of the disease. It is recommended to utilize other methods or software to improve this concluded work
Service quality and customer satisfaction among banks in Panabo City
This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction among Banks in Panabo City. A total of 365 customers were the respondents of this research. The statistical tools used were Mean and Pearson-r. Quantitative research utilizing descriptive-correlation method was the research design used in this study. Results revealed that the level of service quality of banks in Panabo City in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was very high and yielded a grand mean of 4.37, therefore service quality of a bank meets the satisfaction of the customers. For the level of Customer satisfaction of banks in Panabo City, it garnered a very high result in terms of trust, experience, and word of mouth constituted a 4.44 grand mean, therefore the customers are satisfied with the service of the bank. Furthermore, results found out that there was a significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction among banks in Panabo City. The results yielded a r-value of 0.812 and P-value of 0.000 which was less than 0.05 level of significance, therefore, the null hypothesis (ho) is rejected
Brand attributes and customer loyalty among coffee shop employees perspective
In Partial Fulfillment for the Requirement of the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing ManagementBrand attributes play an important role in tracking customer-based brand equity. The study was conducted to determine the level of Brand Attributes and Customer Loyalty among Coffee Shop Employees Perspective according to Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Perceived Quality (Brand Attributes) and Retention, and Repurchasing (Customer Loyalty). The researchers used descriptive correlation research methods and used convenient sampling in conducting the study by distributing questionnaires about collecting and gathering data for the study. The data were collected and treated statistically using Mean, Pearson R. The total respondents of the survey are ten customers of Coffee Shops. The result revealed that in terms of Brand Attributes Brand Awareness, and Brand Image shows highest mean and with at least slightly difference in standard deviation which means that customers that are aware of the brand which got good image will more likely to be loyal to that brand. Furthermore, the study also revealed that in terms of Customer Loyalty, Repurchasing show up a highest mean, which mean that the respondents agreed to overall, which simply means that when a company's ability to turn customers into repeat buyers and prevent them from switching to a competitor it makes the customer loyal to them. Retention got the lowest mean in when it comes to customer loyalty among coffee shops employees. Furthermore, the study also revealed that there is no significant relationship between Brand Attributes of Coffee Shops and Customer Loyalty among Coffee Shop employee perspective
Walang sa'yo Nicole : a look at feminism in female TV lead roles
In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Arts in CommunicationFeminism is the social, economic, and political belief that all genders and sexes deserve equal treatment. In Philippine TV, the cases of how feminism is represented in a different light is an issue that needs to be scrutinized nowadays. The main objective of this study is to investigate how false feminist representations on Philippine TV radically affected how the public perceived the true essence of feminism. Moreover, through creative works, the researchers produced a documentary film. The proponents investigated why this is prevalent in the industry and if these representations influence the viewer's perception. The study encompassed the residents of Davao City. To further understand this research, the researchers gathered information from different sources from local media practitioners, filmmakers, and feminism advocates, all from other gender sectors, to ensure that there is no gender bias. This explains the factors that cause these representations to be relevant in today's teleseryes. In addition, the implication of this creative research highlights one of the most prevalent societal issues that must be addressed, particularly in the Media, which affects gender equality and societal norms. Upon thorough investigation and insights gathered from related literature and conducting interviews, the researchers discovered several reasons why these false feminist portrayals continue to thrive. One factor is people's general fascination with pop culture and media references, in which these tropes are used as examples. Another factor preventing these stories from being produced is a need for more options on free television. This relates to another factor that contributes to the airing of these shows, which is the ratings of these teleseryes. Companies that create this content assume that this is what the audience wants, but there are few options for the viewers

Food safety knowledge and practices among buffet restaurants in Tagum City

Andana development integrating sustainable vertical housing through bioclimatic approach : an application of the relationship of indoor physical environment and psychological comfort of dwelling occupants in Buhangin district

Thereupon, a higher risk of experiencing psychological discomfort and dissatisfaction may occur. Thus, this study investigates the relationship between the indoor physical environment and the psychological comfort of dwelling occupants in Buhangin District, Davao City. A standard structured questionnaire, ESM-PIT, and MH were used to identify the level of IEQ and psychological comfort among dwelling occupants (n=380). They were supplemented with open-ended questions and ocular visits. Kendall's Tau result revealed multiple significant relationships between the indoor physical environment indicators and psychological comfort indicators for 0.084≤ τ ≤0.62, p<0.05. Therefore, the overall result depicted a positive, significant relationship between variables

Dealing with dangerous drug cases: a phenomenological study

The evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages so as perception to the dealing with dangerous drug cases targeted in this study. To gather more insights and information from the people who really spend their vacant time to hear or read a news on how police officers portrayed in media, we conducted a qualitative research and interviewed 14 participants, 7 for in-depth and 7 for focus group. In describing the expressed phenomenon of the participants, the researchers used analogy as their approach. This qualitative study involves interview of our sample public just so to provide fact under public opinion. Cybercrime awareness among the business students in the University of Mindanao

in Legal ManagementMany studies have been conducted to determine the extent of cybercrime awareness and how that awareness affects people's lives and perceptions of their online behavior. The goal of this study was to determine the level of cybercrime awareness among University of Mindanao College of Business Administration students based on four factors: age, sex, year level, and college departments. The study was conducted at a significance level of 0.05, which suggests that the students' programs had no bearing on their degree of cybercrime awareness. The researchers utilized a purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 where the respondents are enrolled students at the College of Business Administration Education (CBAE) of the University. They used descriptive research method in acquiring factual, accurate, and systematic data. The study found that level of cybercrime awareness of business student at the University of Mindanao is high. This means that students were knowledgeable about cybercrimes and other preventive strategies, enough for them to identify and avoid becoming victims of cybercrimes. But this doesn’t suggest that it will stop them from becoming the perpetrators of such crime. The study also found that students’ programs show no significance to their level of cybercrime awareness. It can be concluded that the students’ level of cybercrime awareness was not honed by their programs but instead it is honed by how their university inform them about cybercrimes as well as the manner the government inform the youth to combat cybercrim
