Teachers' performance and delivery of services as predictor of learning development amidst new normal system
In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational ManagementThe main purpose of this study was to determine if the teachers' performance and the delivery of services significantly predict the learning development of Grade VI students in the new normal system. The researcher employed the quantitative non-experimental design using causal effect technique with Regression Analysis. The total sample size of the study was 300 Grade VI students. Respondents were students from selected public elementary schools in Tagum City Division for the school year 2021-2022. Data analysis included Average Weighted Mean, Pearson-r, and Multiple Regression Analysis as statistical tools. The final analysis revealed that the level of teachers' performance is high, while the level of the delivery of services is moderate, and the level of learning development is also high. Moreover, it was also found that there is a significant relationship between teachers’ performance and learning development as well as between delivery of services and learning development among the respondents. Aside from that, it was also revealed that under teachers’ performance, only two indicators – communication and curriculum instruction – can significantly predict learning development. Under delivery of services, both online learning and modular learning can significantly predict learning development among the respondents. Based on the findings, it has been recommended to prioritize the development of effective feedback strategies, to provide clear guidelines, resources, and a support system for students engaging in online courses, and to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all student's contributions are acknowledged and celebrated.371.102x, 67 page

Transmitting inaccurate knowledge through online konspiracies (Tiktok): Strategies in evaluating fake news on natural disaster
This study explored the different strategies that TikTok users employ in evaluating and identifying fake news on natural disasters. Utilizing semiotics as a methodology, information was gathered on TikTok users who use TikTok on an average basis. Videos were presented during the interviews to further imply the use of Semiotics. Results reveal a handful of strategies being employed, varying from user to user. Ranging from further research and cross-referencing, experiential correlation, looking at the author and the app’s features, looking for visual and auditory cues, determining AI content, content editing, and even citing other social media platforms. Each upholds significant results from the other, but each is aiming to assist in evaluating and identifying fake news on TikTok. Recommendations and implications were given in the development of information literacy among users, most specifically on identifying and evaluating fake news on TikTok. These findings underscore the critical need for strategies that yield good results to empower users in navigating and discerning information in an increasingly digital world
Designing a level III water facility for elevated Barangay Central, Manay, Davao Oriental
Undergraduate thesesWater is indispensable for human survival and crucial for maintaining health
and sustaining life in urban and rural areas. While urban regions have seen
advancements in water supply technology ensuring continuous access to clean water,
rural areas often rely on outdated methods like natural spring collection. This reliance
impedes economic growth and exacerbates the gap between urban and rural regions.
Advocates are addressing this gap by examining water characteristics in Manay,
Davao Oriental, focusing on Barangay Central. The aim is to design and implement a
Level III water distribution system tailored to local needs. Researchers are developing
three system designs, considering economy and efficiency using advanced engineering
applications and region-specific data.
This initiative will produce comprehensive deliverables, including hydraulic
analysis, engineering design, and cost estimates for the selected water distribution
system. By incorporating advanced technologies, the project seeks to provide clean
water access, stimulate socio-economic development, and improve residents' quality of
life in Barangay Central and its neighboring areas.

In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Tourism ManagementIn this era, digital has become vital in achieving e-customer experiences and e- loyalty within the travel industry, particularly the use of online travel agencies (OTAs). This study was conducted to determine the relationship between e-customer satisfaction, perceived e-service quality, and e-customer loyalty in the context of OTAs applications. This study employed a quantitative method and correlational design was utilized using 350 purposively sampled respondents at Davao International Airport. The statistical tools used were Mean, T-test, and ANOVA. Results revealed that overall utilization of Online Travel Agency Applications received and indicated the participants' web-based travel agency e-customer loyalty is high. Also, the outcome of this study demonstrated that the indirect effect between e-customer satisfaction and e-customer loyalty via perceived e-service quality is statistically significant. In addition, it reveals that the mediating role of Perceived E-Service Quality on the relationship between E-Customer Loyalty of online travel agency applications is significantly correlated. Hence, it can be said that partial mediation was observed. This study recommends OTAs enhance their performance and e-service quality and prioritize systematizing information delivery since this will contribute more to e-satisfaction, e- loyalty, and e-service quality of the online traveling agency applications in purchasing or booking tickets. Lastly, future researchers can use this research to reference their study on e-service quality in OTAs applications
