Full text link تعد ظاهرة حذف العلة الطويلة واحدة من أبرز الظواهر التي عوّل عليها علماؤنا الأوائل في تفسير التغيرات الطارئة على بنية الكلمات معتلة الآخر في مواضع نحوية، ومواضع صرفية طرأت عليها ظروف صوتية أدت إلى تحوير البنية الصرفية لتلك الكلمات بما يناسب القوانين الصوتية في العربية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة المواضع التي فسر فيها العلماء التغير في الكلمة معتلة الآخر بحذف العلة الطويلة، دراسة وصفية تحليلية في ظل مفهوم دقيق للعلة الطويلة، واستنادا إلى النظام المقطعي في العربية؛ بغية تحديد تفاصيل التغيّر الدقيق الطارئ عليها حال تعرضها لظروف تؤدي إلى ذلك.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن النظر في التغيرات في مواضع حذف العلة الطويلة في آخر الكلمة التي قررها الأوائل نظرا تحليليا مستندا إلى النظام المقطعي في العربية، في إطار فهم حقيقة ما سمّاه الأوائل حروف المد على أنها علة طويلة مساوية لعلتين قصيرتين من النوع ذاته، يُحيلنا النظر في الأمرين معا إلى أن التغير الطارئ على آخر الكلمة معتلة الآخر يكون على أحوال: فالتقصير للعلة الطويلة الواحدة، والتقصير لعلتين طويلتين مختلفتين، وحذف فعلي واقع حقيقة.

The phenomenon of deleting the long vowel is one of the prominent phenomena that our early scholars relied on to interpret the sudden changes in the structure of weak words, both in syntactic and inflectional positions, affected by phonetic conditions that led to the modification of the inflectional structure of those words to fit the phonetic rules in Arabic.
This research aims to study the contexts in which scholars have interpreted the change in a weak word when omitting the long vowel. It is a descriptive and analytical study within a precise concept of the long vowel, based on the syllabic system in Arabic. The goal is to determine the precise details of the change that occurs when the word is exposed to conditions leading to that.
The study concluded that examining the changes in the positions where the long vowel is deleted at the end of the word, as determined by the early scholars, analytically relies on the syllabic system in Arabic. To understand the truth of what the early scholars called "long vowels" as an equivalent long vowel to two short vowels of the same type, we need to consider both aspects together. The resulting change at the end of the word can be in the form of shortening a single long vowel, shortening two different long vowels, or actual deletion.

هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد اثر الافصاح عن المخاطر المالية ( مخاطر الائتمان، مخاطر السيولة، مخاطر رأس المال، مخاطر السوق) في ادارة الارباح في الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة الزمنية الواقعة ما بين 2017-2021، وقد اتبعت الدراسة اسلوب تحليل محتوى التقارير المالية للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان فبلغ عدد افراد مجتمع العينة 53 شركة في حين بلغت عينة الدراسة 31 شركة توفرت بياناتها للتحليل للسنوات قيد الدراسة.
توصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك أثر للافصاح عن مخاطر الائتمان ومخاطر السوق في ادارة الارباح في الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، على عكس الافصاح عن المخاطر الاخرى السيولة ورأس المال والسوق كان اثرها غير دال احصائية في ادارة الارباح في الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان. من اهم التوصيات ضرورة حث الشركات على الافصاح عن مخاطر الائتمان والسوق كونها تؤثر في ادارة الارباح، ورفع مستوى وعي المستثمر في الاعتماد على الافصاحات المنشورة في التقارير المالية عند اتخاذه لقراراته الاستثمارية
The Mediating Role of Strategic Flexibility in the Relationship between Strategic Fit and Strategic Drift in the Great Amman Municipality
Full text linkهدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة أثر التوافق الاستراتيجي في الإنجراف الاستراتيجي، إضافة إلى الدور الوسيط للمرونة الاستراتيجية في العلاقة بين التوافق الاستراتيجي والإنجراف الاستراتيجي في أمانة عمان الكبرى. تكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من جميع العاملين من المسميات الوظيفية (نواب مديري المدينة، المديرين التنفيذيين، مديري المناطق، المديرين، رؤساء الأقسام الهندسية، ومديري المشاريع) والبالغ عددهم (193) فرداً. إعتمدت الاستبانة أداة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة من خلال جمع البيانات وأستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية أبرزها انموذج المعادلة البنائية من خلال برمجية AMOS. توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها، يساهم التوافق الاستراتيجي في تجنب الإنجراف الاسترايجي بأمانة عمان الكبرى، وأن التوافق الاستراتيجي يؤثر في المرونة الاستراتيجية لأمانة عمان الكبرى، وأن المرونة الاستراتيجية تساهم في تجنب الإنجراف الاسترايجي لأمانة عمان الكبرى، وأن للمرونة الاستراتيجية ببعديها مرونة الموارد ومرونة التنسيق تأثير وسيط في العلاقة بين التوافق الاستراتيجي والانجراف الاستراتيجي لأمانة عمان الكبرى
وتم تقديم عدة توصيات من اهمها ضرورة تعزيز متطلبات المرونة الاستراتيجية من قبل أمانة عمان الكبرى للاستفادة من انعكاساتها في تجنب الإنجراف الاستراتيجي بالتكامل مع التوافق الاستراتيجي.This study aimed to know the impact of Strategic Fit in Strategic Drift. Moreover, the mediating role of Strategic Flexibility in the relationship between Strategic Fit and Strategic Drift in the Great Amman Municipality. The study population and its sample consisted of (193) employee’s with job titles (deputy city managers, executive directors, district managers, directors, heads of engineering departments, and project managers). The questionnaire adopted as a tool to measure the variables of the study through data collection and the use of descriptive and inferential statistical methods, most notably the structural equation model through AMOS software. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that strategic fit contributes to avoiding strategic drift in the Greater Amman Municipality. The strategic fit affects the strategic flexibility of the Greater Amman Municipality. The strategic flexibility contributes to avoiding strategic drift in the Greater Amman Municipality. The strategic flexibility (resources and coordination) has a mediator impact in the relationship between the strategic fit and the strategic drift of the Greater Amman Municipality.
Several recommendations were presented, the most important of which is the need to enhance the requirements of strategic flexibility by the Greater Amman Municipality to benefit from its implications in avoiding strategic drift by integrating with strategic fit

No full textلقد هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع تطبيق عمليات تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على التميز المؤسسي في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الشونة الجنوبية.
تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (116) مديراً في الإدارة العليا (مدير تربية, مدير مختص) والادارة الوسطى (رؤساء الأقسام, مدراء المدارس), والادارة التنفيذية (اعضاء الاقسام) العاملين في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الشونة الجنوبية, وقد تم استخدام استراتيجية المسح حيث تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على المجتمع ككل لتطبيق الدراسة وتم استرداد (97) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي بنسبة (%83.6).
وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول للنتائج, حيث كانت الدراسة ايضاحية سببية من حيث الغرض وكمية من حيث الاجراءات.
توصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذي دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) لعمليات ادارة المعرفة بأبعادها (اكتشاف المعرفة, امتلاك المعرفة, مشاركة المعرفة, تطبيق المعرفة) على التميز المؤسسي في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الشونة الجنوبية.
كما اتضح ان معاملات (اكتشاف المعرفة, تطبيق المعرفة) من ابعاد عمليات ادارة المعرفة معنوية, بينما معاملات (امتلاك المعرفة, مشاركة المعرفة) لم تكن معنوية.
وأخيراً أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها إعادة النظر في الهيكل الاداري لمديريات التربية واستحداث قسم متخصص لمتابعة مستوى تطبيق المعرفة والعمل على ادخال تكنولوجيا وتقنيات داعمة لعمليات ادارة المعرفة لتفعيل اثر ابعاد امتلاك المعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة من عمليات ادارة المعرفة في تعزيز التميز المؤسسي لمديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الشونة الجنوبية.

The study population consist of (116) managers in top management (general manager, specific manager) middle management (Department Heads, School principals) Executive management (Department members), A survey strategy was used, whereby a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the population as a whole to apply the study, and retrieved (97) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis, at rate (83.6%).
The study used the descriptive analytical method to reach the results, where the study was explanatory in terms of purpose, and quantitative in terms of mechanism and procedures.
The study found a statically significant effect at a significant level (α ≤ 0.05) of knowledge management processes with its dimensions (Discovering knowledge, possessing knowledge, sharing knowledge, applying knowledge) on institutional excellence in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Shuna.
It was also found that the coefficients of (Discovering knowledge, applying knowledge)of the dimensions of knowledge management processes were significant, while the coefficients of (possessing knowledge, sharing knowledge)were not significant.
Finally, the study recommended a set of recommendations, including reconsidering the administrative structure of education directorates, creating a specialized department to follow up on the level of knowledge application, working to introduce technology and techniques that support knowledge management processes to activate the impact of the dimensions of knowledge possession and knowledge application from knowledge management processes to enhancing the institutional excellence of the education directorate Southern Shouna.

Organizational Ambidexterity - A Theoretical Review
Full text linkتتسبَّب المنافسة الحادة بجميع المجالات في تزايد شدّة الضغوط على المنظمات، لتبذل جهودًا كبيرة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية تضمن بقاء ونجاح المنظمات على المدى البعيد في ظلّ حالات عدم التأكّد والتغيّر الدائم الذي يطرأ على بيئة الأعمال، ويتطلّب ذلك ضرورة امتلاك المنظمات القدرة على التنبؤ بالمخاطر التي قد تنتج عن التغيّرات المفاجئة في تفضيلات العملاء، والابتكارات الجذرية المفاجئة والتطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة، والتي قد تتسبَّب بتقادُم التكنولوجيا الحالية، بالإضافة إلى أنّه يتطلّب امتلاك المنظمات القدرة على التقييم الإستراتيجي المتواصل والفعّال لجميع الموارد المتوفرة والفرص المتوقعة. وفي هذا السياق، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف مفهوم البراعة المنظمية، وما علاقته مع التعلم المنظمي، وما هو دور الأبعاد الفرعية لها (استغلال الفرص، استكشاف الفرص)، وكيف يمكن أن يعزز وجود البراعة المنظمية في التأثير على المفاهيم الإدارية الأخرى مثل الابتكار، والأداء المنظمي المتفوق وتحقيق الميزة التنافسيّة المستدامة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المراجعة النظرية التي تطورت في أدبيات الإدارة الإستراتيجية فيما يتعلّق بمفهوم البراعة المنظمية. وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات ومن أهمّها أنَّ مفهوم البراعة المنظمية قد تطوَّر مع تطوُّر مفهوم التعلّم المنظمي، والابتكار التكنولوجي والتصميم المنظمي، وقدرة المنظمات على التكيُّف، وتطوُّر مفهوم القدرات الديناميكية. وأفضت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات، من أبرزها إجراء مزيد من البحوث الكمية لدراسة أثر العلاقات المُفترضة بين البراعة المنظمية والمفاهيم الإدارية الأخرى في القطاعات التجارية والصناعية المختلفة.Intense competition in all fields is increasing the pressure on organizations, pushing them to make significant efforts to achieve a competitive advantage that ensures their long-term survival and success amidst the uncertainty and constant change in the business environment. This requires organizations to possess the ability to anticipate risks that may arise from sudden changes in customer preferences, radical innovations, and rapid technological advancements, which may render current technologies obsolete. Additionally, it requires organizations to have the ability for continuous and effective strategic assessment of all available resources and expected opportunities. In this context, this study aimed to explore the concept of organizational ambidexterity, its relationship with organizational learning, the role of its sub-dimensions (exploitation and exploration), and how the presence of organizational ambidexterity can enhance the impact on other managerial concepts, such as innovation, superior organizational performance, and achieving sustainable competitive advantage. This study relied on the theoretical review developed in strategic management literature regarding the concept of organizational ambidexterity. The study concluded with a set of findings, most notably that the concept of organizational ambidexterity has evolved with the development of organizational learning, technological innovation, organizational design, the ability of organizations to adapt, and the evolution of the dynamic capabilities concept. The study led to several recommendations, the most prominent of which is conducting more quantitative research to examine the impact of the perceived relationships between organizational ambidexterity and other managerial concepts in various commercial and industrial sectors

تناولت هذه الدراسة المراحل التاريخية التي مرت بها السلطة المختصة بالتنفيذ، وبينت ما كان عليه التنفيذ في الشرائع القديمة، حتى قيام الدولة الحديثة، التي نشأت على فكرة عدم جواز الاقتضاء الذاتي للحق، وتنظيم إجراءات التنفيذ كما عليه الحال في قوانين التنفيذ المعاصرة، وعملت الدراسة على ابراز ملامح السلطة المختصة بالتنفيذ خلال بعض الحضارات الانسانية، لتضع تصوراً علمياً للمشرع في العصر الحاضر، بأهمية السلطة التي تتولى مهمة التنفيذ، ويوليها إهتماماً خاصاً ومراجعة دائمة، بما يكفل تحقيق العدالة وعدم ايقاع الظلم على أي من أطراف التنفيذ، وهذا كله لا يتأتى إلا من خلال النظر الى ما اعترى التشريعات القديمة والمتتالية، لنتمكن من الوقوف على اشكالية تطبيقاته في كل مرحلة مر بها، ثم يتمكن القائمون على وضع القوانين من تقييم السلطة المختصة بالتنفيذ في تلك المراحل، ثم تكييفه على واقع تشريعي ملائم
مراعاة الخلاف عند المالكية: تأصيله وتطبيقاته والفرق بينه وبين الخروج من الخلاف
Full text linkيهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح مفهوم مراعاة الخلاف في المذهب المالكي، ببيان معناه في اللغة والاصطلاح، وبيان مشروعيته وضوابطه، وفلسفة العمل به وأهميته، وعرض بعض تطبيقاته في الفروع الفقهية في المذهب.
وعليه فقد قُسّم البحث إلى مبحثين، تناول الأول منهما التعريف بمفهوم مراعاة الخلاف من حيث معناه في اللغة والاصطلاح، وبيان مشروعيته، وضوابطه، وفلسفة العمل به وأهميته، وتناول الثاني عرضاً لبعض تطبيقات مراعاة الخلاف في كل من باب العبادات، والأحوال الشخصية، والمعاملات، وذلك باتباع كل من المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي.
وقد خلُص البحث إلى أنّ مراعاة الخلاف هو الاعتداد بالرأي المخالف لمسوغ، وهو مشروع بعدة أدلة من السنة وبعمل الصحابة والمعقول، ويجوز الأخذ به بعدة ضوابط، وللمالكية تطبيقات كثيرة ومتعددة عليه في الفروع الفقهية المختلفة.This research aims to clarify the concept of the consideration of different opinions in the Maliki school, explaining its meaning in language and terminology, its legitimacy and guidelines, the philosophy of working with it, and its significance. It also presents some of its applications in the branches of jurisprudence within the school.
Therefore, the research is divided into two sections. The first section deals with defining the concept of the consideration of different opinions in terms of its meaning in language and terminology, its legitimacy, guidelines, philosophy, and significance. The second section presents some applications of considering differences in the chapters of worship, personal status, and transactions, using both inductive and deductive methods.
The research concludes that the consideration of different opinions involves accepting the dissenting opinion when there is justification. It is legitimate according to various evidences from the Sunnah, the actions of the companions, and rational reasoning. It can be adopted based on several guidelines, and the Maliki school has numerous diverse applications of it in different branches of jurisprudence

Foundational Differences among Parts of Linguistic Structure in terms of their Indication of Meaning according to the Hanafi School

لما كانت الدلالة اللفظية هي محل نظر الأصوليين واهتمامهم؛ اعتبارًا بأن دائرة عمل الأصوليين هي النصوص الشرعية، حيث يُعمِل المجتهد قواعده وأُصوله في تلك النصوص؛ لاستنباط الأحكام الشرعية منها؛ لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة للبحث في أقسام اللفظ من حيث كيفية دلالتها على المعنى عند الحنفية، وذلك بتحقيق القول في الفروق الأصولية بين تلك الدلالات عند الحنفية: عبارة النص، إشارة النص، دلالة النص، اقتضاء النص.
فقد تصدّت هذه الدراسة لبيان الفروق الأصولية الدقيقة بين تلك الدلالات عند الحنفية، ابتداءً بإبراز أوجه الشبه والفرق بين عبارة النص وكل من الإشارة والدلالة والاقتضاء عند الحنفية، ومروراً ببيان أوجه الالتقاء والافتراق بين إشارة النص وكل من الدلالة والاقتضاء عند الحنفية، وانتهاءً بإيراد أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين دلالة النص واقتضاء النص عند الحنفية.
وقد انتهت هذه الدراسة إلى: تقرير جملة من الفروق الأصولية بين أقسام اللفظ، من حيث كيفية دلالتها على المعنى عند الحنفية، وإن كان ثمة أوجه التقاء بينها.

Since linguistic signification has been a subject of consideration and interest for scholars, given that the sphere of action for scholars is the religious texts, where the diligent scholar applies his principles and foundations to these texts to deduce legislative rulings from them, this study aims to explore the linguistic aspects of signification according to the Hanafi school. The focus is on investigating the foundational differences in linguistic signification within the Hanafi framework, namely: textual expression, textual reference, textual indication, and textual necessitation.
This study delves into elucidating the nuanced foundational differences among these significations within the Hanafi school. It begins by highlighting the similarities and differences between textual expression and each of indication, reference, and necessity within the Hanafi perspective. It then proceeds to clarify points of convergence and divergence between textual reference and each of indication and necessity within the Hanafi school. Finally, it concludes by presenting points of similarity and divergence between textual indication and textual necessitation within the Hanafi framework.
The study concludes with an overview of various foundational differences among linguistic categories concerning their semantic implications within the Hanafi school and identifying areas of similarity between them.
