EVALUATION OF CYBERSECURITY TRAINING PERCEPTIONS, ADOPTED PRACTICES AND STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR CAPACITY BUILDING
This paper presents the results of a study conducted by the National Institute of Innovations in Cybersecurity CYBERCOR on the impact of specialized cybersecurity training on behaviors related to the protection of personal and professional data. The survey was administered immediately after the completion of the training sessions to a sample of 842 participants from public, private, and academic sectors, aiming to assess the level of awareness and adoption of digital security measures. Data analysis revealed significant increases in the use of security tools and practices, such as performing regular backups, encrypting data, and applying advanced protection programs. The results also highlight differences between participant categories, suggesting that training level and access to resources influence security behaviors. The study confirms the effectiveness of practical, context-driven training but also indicates the need for sustained organizational policies, continuous awareness campaigns, and the integration of user-friendly security solutions. These findings contribute to the development of national strategies for strengthening cybersecurity resilience through education and training
IDENTIFYING REASONS FOR STUDENTS LEARNING ACTIVITY IN VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The fundamental changes taking place in socio-economic life, both in the country and abroad in recent years, have required a revision of priorities in the system of training engineering personnel and have identified one of the most important goals of a higher technical school – the preparation of the future engineer for independent professional and creative activity, as a necessary condition for the formation of the student's personality, motivated by the creative realization of personal potential, professional skills and abilities. Among the psychological and pedagogical problems of higher education, the most significant is the problem of developing the educational motivation of students, since a high level of educational motivation is one of the most effective means of increasing the efficiency and quality of the educational process. The article includes theoretical and empirical research focused on learning motivation among students of the study programs of Engineering and Management in Transport and Automotive Transport Engineering within the Faculty of Mechanical, Industrial and Transport Engineering of the Technical University of Moldova, identifying the specifics of the dominant learning motivation depending on the year and study program, determining students' attitude towards the objects of the curriculum from the perspective of interest, importance and understanding, and establishing the factors influencing students' learning motivation
THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT SUPPORT IN ACCOMPANYING ENTREPRENEURIAL ENTERPRISES TO ACHIEVE INOVATION IN ALGERIA
The research paper aims to highlight the importance of the efforts made by state agencies to improve the ways of success of entrepreneurial enterprises in Algeria, and to focus on the innovation promoting within them in light of modern developments in the economic environment, Descriptive and analytical approaches were used, as well as the statistical approach, as required by the nature of the subject. The study reached in a set of results, the most important of which are: the Algerian government is working to provide all forms of support and accompaniment to small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the areas of financial support and technical advice. Algeria has also launched numerous national and international initiatives and programs to promote start-up innovation and support their entrepreneurial way. Despite all this, these businesses still suffer from weak regulatory and legislative frameworks and a lack of awareness of the importance of innovation and technological progress in the fields of finance and business

Thus, the work EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATIONS FOR THE AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY, which addresses in detail the work processes of technological lines, equipment and installations for the industrialization of agri-food products, designed by the author of the book in an accessible and feasible way, constitutes a valuable material for the training and development of technical and technological skills of students, master's and doctoral students, as well as a useful manual for teachers and specialists working in this field
ВЛИЯНИЕ ПЕРИОДА ВЫРАЩИВАНИЯ НА РОСТ, РАЗВИТИЕ И ПРОДУКТИВНОСТЬ КАРТОФЕЛЯ
Our research aimed to study the problems of potato cultivation in Moldova, and the reasons for refusing to grow it. The article presents the results of production experiments to determine the effect of the timing of growing two varieties of potatoes with planting material from last year’s harvest and freshly harvested tubers on potato productivity in a peasant farm in Grigoriopol district. Spring planting was carried out in the second decade of April with tubers from last year’s harvest. Summer planting for seed purposes was carried out with tubers from last year’s harvest and freshly harvested tubers selected during the harvesting of spring plantings. The prepared tubers were planted on June 12-14. The research includes: meteorological conditions, phenological observations, and biometric measurements. Based on the results obtained, it was found that planting tubers of last year’s harvest is more profitable for both food and seed purposes. The productivity of spring plantings is higher, including in terms of the number of seed tubers, however, summer plantings contribute to obtaining healthier seed material for the future harvest.
Целью наших исследований являлось изучение проблем возделывания картофеля в Молдове, анализ причин отказа от его выращивания. В статье приведены результаты производственных опытов по определению влияния сроков выращивания на двух сортах картофеля посадочным материалом урожая прошлого года и свежеубранными клубнями на продуктивность картофеля в крестьянско-фермерском хозяйстве Григориопольского района. Весенняя посадка проводилась во второй декаде апреля клубнями урожая прошлого года. Летняя посадка на семенные цели осуществлялась клубнями от урожая прошлого года и свежеубранными клубнями, отобранными при уборке весенних посадок. Подготовленные клубни высажены 12-14 июня. В исследованиях приведены: метеорологические условия, фенологические наблюдения, биометрические измерения. На основании полученных результатов установлено, что посадка клубнями урожая прошлого года более выгодна как на продовольственные, так и на семенные цели. Продуктивность весенних посадок выше, в том числе и по количеству семенных клубней, однако, летние посадки способствуют получению более здорового семенного материала для будущего урожая
COMPORTAREA SOIURILOR DE PRUN ÎN PERIOADA DE FRUCTIFICARE ÎN ZONA DE NORD A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA
This study evaluated the growth, development and productivity of plum trees in an intensive cropping system during the fructification period. The research was carried out in 2024 in the plantation of the enterprise SRL “Agrofields”, founded in the spring of 2018, with 6 plum varieties of the European assortment: Piteșteanca (control), Cacanska Najbolia, Empresso, Stanley, Blue Free and President, grafted on the Myrobalan seedling rootstock, tree spacing 5.0x3.0 m, with improved pyramid-shaped crown. During the research, trunk diameter and growth, trunk cross-sectional area, phenological phases, productivity of the plantation and fruit weight as well as yield per unit cross-sectional area were studied. Trunk diameter increment was largely influenced by plum production in the crown as well as by the biological characteristics of the variety. At the end of the growing season of 2024 the trunk diameter increment ranged from 8.3 mm (President) to 9.9 mm (Cacanska Najbolia). The onset of flowering took place over 6 days. The varieties Cacanska Najbolia and President were characterized by early flowering (05.04.2024). The varieties Piteștean and Stanley were characterized by later flowering (10.04.2024). The ripening phenophase started 103 days after flowering for the earliest variety Piteștean and 152 days after for President. The lowest mean fruit weight was recorded for Stanley (38.8 g), and the highest for President (54.7 g). It was established that the varieties under study allow to obtain yields from 11.7 to 25.4 t/ha of competitive quality, distributed over 45 harvesting days
EFICACITATEA BIOLOGICĂ COMPARATIVĂ A UNOR PRODUSE DE UZ FITOSANITAR STROBILURINICE ȘI TRIAZOLO-STROBILURINICE PENTRU COMBATEREA UNOR MICOZE ÎN CULTURILE DE FLOAREA-SOARELUI
The paper presents the results of state testing in the Republic of Moldova of new strobilurin-based phytosanitary products (Arkheon, SC, Netrix 500 SC, and FUN 3 SC) and triazole-strobilurin-based products (Binazol 300 SC, AGFun-10, SC, and FUN 5 SC) against fungi such as Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Phoma mcdonaldi, Phomopsis helianthi, and Alternaria helianthi, which cause key diseases for sunflower – white rot, phoma, phomopsis, and alternaria. The products subjected to state trials showed sufficiently high biological efficacy to be approved and included as fungicides in the integrated sunflower protection system and in the State Register of Phytosanitary Products and Fertilizers, approved for use in the Republic of Moldova
UTILIZAREA INTEGRATĂ A METODELOR DE MONITORIZARE TERESTRĂ ȘI TELEDETECȚIE PENTRU EVALUAREA ETEROGENITĂȚII SPAȚIALE A PRODUCȚIEI DE GRÂU DE TOAMNĂ
A mathematical model was developed to estimate winter wheat yield based on values of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). Using this model, the spatial variability of winter wheat yield across the agricultural lands of RUSTAS LLC was assessed. Under production field conditions in 2024, it was found that mathematical models based on the NDVI vegetation index can be effectively used to evaluate both yield and its spatial variability in winter wheat fields. The results of the multi-year assessment of spatial yield distribution derived from the model data can serve as a basis for identifying zones with differentiated soil fertility. This, in turn, constitutes one of the key prerequisites for the transition of farms to precision agriculture and for the development of scientifically justified crop rotations.
A fost elaborat un model matematic destinat estimării producției de grâu de toamnă pe baza valorilor indicelui de vegetație NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index). Pe baza acestui model, a fost evaluată variabilitatea spațială a producției de grâu de toamnă pe terenurile agricole ale SRL „RUSTAS”. În condițiile câmpurilor de producție din anul 2024, s-a constatat că modelele matematice bazate pe indicele de vegetație NDVI pot fi utilizate eficient pentru evaluarea atât a producției, cât și a variabilității sale spațiale la culturile de grâu de toamnă. Rezultatele evaluării multianuale a distribuției spațiale a recoltelor, obținute pe baza datelor modelului propus, pot servi drept fundament pentru identificarea zonelor diferențiate de fertilitate a solului. Acest lucru reprezintă una dintre premisele fundamentale pentru tranziția exploatațiilor agricole către agricultura de precizie și pentru elaborarea rotațiilor culturilor argumentate științific
MEASURING PASSENGER SATISFACTION IN URBAN PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN CHISINAU
The quality of services provided by the urban public transport system plays an essential role in determining the level of satisfaction of a city's inhabitants and in improving their quality of life. The analysis of the methods used to assess the quality of urban transport services reveals the need to adopt new concepts that more realistically reflect the various aspects of their quality. A critical aspect identified is the fact that traditional methods for assessing the quality of urban passenger transport fail to fully integrate the subjective perceptions of users. They usually focus on technical, operational or economic parameters, neglecting the importance of the personal experience and satisfaction felt by passengers. The integration of subjective perceptions and the use of advanced evaluation methods contribute to the development of a public transport system that better meets passengers' expectations, stimulating the use of public transport and reducing the negative impact on the urban environment.This article represents an application of the principal component analysis (PCA) method to assess the quality of services provided by the urban public transport system using the data collected during the study.This approach will allow for a more balanced assessment focused on the real needs of passengers, thus providing more solid support for decision-making and the implementation of measures to improve urban public transport
MEASURING THE IMPACT OF MOBILE APPLICATIONS
Although mobile devices have widespread popularity, allowing, for example, companies to innovate, streamline operations, and maintain a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market, the economic impact of using mobile applications (apps) is less researched. In an attempt to improve the state of affairs in the field, this paper provides a classification (based on business domains) and defines models for calculating the costs of developing and using mobile apps in various situations. To evaluate the economic impact of mobile apps, the opportunity of use is argued and the mathematical expressions for calculating the quantitative indices, Net Present Value, Profitability and Internal Rate of Return, eventually in conjunction with the Equivalent Annual Value method, are determined for 12 specific cases of development and use of mobile apps. Also, multiple qualitative indices for measuring the impact of mobile apps are succinctly characterized and systematized. In confirmation of the significant economic and social impact of mobile apps, three implementations of them in various fields are described
