Traces in Time: Slavery and Freedom in Conceição From Coité (1869-1888)
No full textEste estudo procura analisar as experiências de escravos presentes em documentos cartoriais
do século XIX, mais precisamente nas últimas décadas do sistema escravista (1869-1888). O
palco de escravos como Joana, Anacleto, Martinha, Miguel e outros citados ao longo deste
trabalho é localizado no Sertão Baiano, numa cidade caracterizada no período estudado, pela
pequena propriedade e uma economia voltada para a subsistência, ou seja, Conceição do
Coité. É nesse contexto, que os cativos conviviam com a escravidão diária e consequente
expectativa de separação dos seus próximos, principalmente dos membros da família através
das negociações de seus senhores. Todavia, esses mesmos cativos também sonhavam com a
liberdade e, para alcançá-la utilizavam estratégias de submissão, conquistando a alforria, seja
gratuita, quando a obediência era uma das formas utilizadas, ou ainda sob condição. Outra
forma de chegar à liberdade era também negociando e comprando-a com suas economias
diárias, chamadas de pecúlio. Para realizar esta investida foram pesquisados documentos
cartoriais, como as escrituras de compras e vendas, as cartas de liberdade e as procurações. A
partir do diálogo com estas fontes, foi possível perceber que os cativos de Conceição do Coité
utilizaram-se de estratégias para sobreviver num sistema marcado pela dominação senhorial e
a possibilidade de conquistar a liberdade tanto particular como de sua família formada dentro
do cativeiro.This study analyzes the experiences of slaves present in notarial documents of the nineteenth
century, more precisely in the last decades of the slave system (1869-1888). The stage of
slaves as Joan, Anacleto, Martinha, Miguel and others cited throughout this work is located in
the backlands of Bahia, a city characterized the period studied, the small property and
asubsistence-oriented economy, ie the Coité Conceição. It is in this context that the captives
coexisted with slavery and the consequent expectation of daily separation from their
neighbors, especially family members through negotiation of their masters. However, these
same captives also dreamed of freedom and to achieve it used strategies submission, winning
manumission, is free, when obedience was one of the ways used or provided. Another way to
get freedom was also negotiating and buying them with their daily economies, called annuity.
To carry out this attack were screened notary documents, such as deeds of purchases and
sales, letters of freedom and powers of attorney. From the dialogue with these sources, it was
revealed that the captives were used Coité Conceição of strategies to survive in a system
marked by the domination of master and the possibility of winning freedom both privately
and his family formed within the captiver
The role of the Manoel de Barros toy library as a training environment for the pedagogue: challenges, opportunities and impacts on educational practice
No full textA presente pesquisa, intitulada "O Papel da BRINQUEDOTECA MANOEL DE BARROS como Ambiente de Formação para o (a) Pedagogo (a): Desafios, Oportunidades e Impactos na Prática Educacional", têm como objetivo analisar o papel da BRINQUEDOTECA MANOEL DE BARROS como ambiente de formação para o (a) pedagogo (a), visando compreender sua contribuição no desenvolvimento profissional e pedagógico dos educadores. Esse estudo busca entender melhor a teoria e as práticas a respeito da ludicidade e o ato de brincar no desenvolvimento infantil, utilizando a importância da brinquedoteca como espaço educativo no desenvolvimento das crianças, no cotidiano de suas famílias e dos educadores. O percurso metodológico é baseado em uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho autobiográfico, com alguns estudos que abordam a importância deste método. Foram convidadas a participar do estudo as monitoras atuais da brinquedoteca, bem como as crianças e seus pais que utilizam o espaço. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio da análise de artigos científicos, documentos e regimentos da brinquedoteca. Foi disponibilizada uma entrevista aberta para as monitoras e a coordenação, atual e anterior deste laboratório, além das narrativas do autor. Foi possível compreender a brinquedoteca não apenas como um espaço para diversão ou direitos das crianças, mas como uma estratégia educacional e colaborativa para as crianças e profissionais da Educação Infantil, sendo uma abordagem eficaz para resgatar o caráter lúdico das atividades pedagógicas no ambiente escolar.This research, entitled "The Role of the MANOEL DE BARROS TOY LIBRARY as a Training Environment for the Pedagogue: Challenges, Opportunities and Impacts on Educational Practice", aims to analyze the role of the MANOEL DE BARROS TOY LIBRARY as a training environment for the pedagogue, aiming to understand its contribution to the professional and pedagogical development of educators. This study seeks to better understand the theory and practices regarding playfulness and the act of playing in child development, using the importance of the toy library as an educational space in the development of children, in the daily lives of their families and educators. The methodological approach is based on a qualitative research of an autobiographical nature, with some studies that address the importance of this method. The current monitors of the toy library, as well as the children and their parents who use the space, were invited to participate in the study. The research was conducted through the analysis of scientific articles, documents and regulations of the toy library. An open interview was made available to the monitors and the current and former coordinators of this laboratory, in addition to the author's narratives. It was possible to understand the toy library not only as a space for fun or children's rights, but as an educational and collaborative strategy for children and professionals in Early Childhood Education, being an effective approach to rescue the playful character of pedagogical activities in the school environment

No full textA presente pesquisa analisa a conformidade da utilização do critério de identidade de gênero do momento de ingresso do segurado no sistema previdenciário com o princípio constitucional da isonomia. O estudo tem como foco a constitucionalidade da Portaria SGP/SEDGG/ME nº 10.360/2022, considerando a situação das pessoas trans cuja transição de gênero ocorreu após sua entrada no sistema previdenciário. A abordagem adotada é interdisciplinar, envolvendo direito constitucional, direito previdenciário, medicina, psicologia e filosofia do direito. Para tanto, emprega-se a metodologia documental, com ênfase na pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio da análise de legislação, doutrina e jurisprudência. Os resultados do estudo buscam contribuir para o debate jurídico sobre a adequação dos critérios previdenciários às garantias fundamentais, especialmente no que tange à igualdade e à não discriminação.This research analyzes the conformity of using the gender identity criterion at the time of the insured person's entry into the social security system with the constitutional principle of equality. The study focuses on the constitutionality of Ordinance SGP/SEDGG/ME No.10,360/2022, considering the situation of transgender individuals whose gender transition occurred after their enrollment in the social security system. The adopted approach is interdisciplinary, encompassing constitutional law, social security law, medicine, psychology, and philosophy of law. To this end, the research employs a documentary methodology, with an emphasis on bibliographic research through the analysis of legislation, legal doctrine, and case law. The study's findings aim to contribute to the legal debate on the adequacy of social security criteria in light of fundamental guarantees, particularly regarding equality and nondiscrimination

No full textO artigo Alcoólicos Anônimos: práticas formativas de uma educação para a sobriedade é resultado de uma pesquisa qualitativa de perspectiva fenomenológica, desenvolvida no contexto do Estágio Supervisionado IV. O estudo teve como objetivo geral investigar a dinâmica de trabalho dos grupos de apoio do AA enquanto prática formativa eficaz. A pesquisa buscou responder à seguinte questão: Como a dinâmica de trabalho da educação não formal do AA resulta em uma práxis pedagógica de educação para a sobriedade?Os resultados mostram que o AA promove uma conscientização coletiva e individual, baseada nos 12 passos, que integra reflexão crítica e transformação pessoal. Textos reflexivos e narrativas compartilhadas fortalecem o senso de pertencimento e incentivam uma mudança consciente de comportamento.The article Alcoholics Anonymous: formative practices of an education for sobriety is the result of a qualitative phenomenological research, developed in the context of the Supervised Internship IV. The study aimed to investigate the dynamics of AA support groups as an effective formative practice. The research sought to answer the following question: How does the dynamics of AA's non-formal education result in a pedagogical praxis of education for sobriety? The results show that AA promotes a collective and individual awareness, based on the 12 steps, which integrates critical reflection and personal transformation. Reflective texts and shared narratives strengthen the sense of belonging and encourage a conscious change in behavior
Challenges of adverse possession against incapacitated persons
No full textO presente trabalho analisa a possibilidade de usucapião contra incapazes no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, considerando os desafios e fundamentos legais envolvidos. São discutidos os conceitos de posse e usucapião, com foco em requisitos como posse mansa, ininterrupta e com animus domini, além de sua relação com a função social da propriedade. O trabalho também abordou a distinção entre incapacidade absoluta e relativa, destacando os institutos de representação e assistência, bem como argumentos em defesa da usucapião, como a boa-fé do possuidor e a segurança jurídica. A pesquisa explora a prescrição aquisitiva, traçando paralelos entre as teorias de prescrição e usucapião, e apresenta interpretações doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais que fortalecem o papel da usucapião na pacificação de conflitos e na estabilização das relações patrimoniais. No campo prático, avalia os desafios enfrentados pelos possuidores e propõe soluções que conciliem a proteção dos incapazes com o reconhecimento da posse legítima e produtiva, promovendo o equilíbrio entre princípios como justiça, segurança jurídica e função social.The present study analyzes the possibility of adverse possession against legally incapacitated individuals in the Brazilian legal system, considering the challenges and legal foundations involved. It discusses the concepts of possession and adverse possession, focusing on requirements such as peaceful, uninterrupted possession with animus domini, as well as its relationship with the social function of property. The study also addresses the distinction between absolute and relative incapacity, highlighting the legal institutes of representation and assistance, as well as arguments in favor of adverse possession, such as the possessor’s good faith and legal certainty. The research explores acquisitive prescription, drawing parallels between the theories of prescription and adverse possession, and presents doctrinal and jurisprudential interpretations that strengthen the role of adverse possession in conflict resolution and the stabilization of property relations. On a practical level, it evaluates the challenges faced by possessors and proposes solutions that reconcile the protection of incapacitated individuals with the recognition of legitimate and productive possession, promoting a balance between principles such as justice, legal certainty, and social function
Occupational risks in laboratory activities at the center for the development and dissemination of aquatic technologies-CDTA
No full textA segurança no trabalho desempenha um papel crucial na proteção dos trabalhadores e na prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais. Trabalhar com segurança é essencial para proteger a integridade física dos trabalhadores. Os acidentes de trabalho em ambientes de laboratório devem ser considerados a todos os expostos que desempenham alguma atividade nesse espaço. Assim através da análise preliminar de riscos, foram observadas diversas lacunas na aplicação das técnicas de Segurança do Trabalho. A pesquisa foi realizada no período de fevereiro a julho de 2024, para coleta de dados e análises in loco nas dependências do laboratório do CDTA, sendo realizada uma avaliação detalhada dos riscos presentes no Laboratório: LAGES, identificando os agentes químicos, biológicos, físicos e ergonômicos envolvido no local, propondo medidas mitigadoras de risco para o laboratório. Os resultados apontaram que mesmo o LAGES já possuindo alguns EPC´s e EPI´s faz-se necessário sua atualização e modulação obedecendo as NRs necessárias que fora apresentado. Sendo assim se faz necessário continuar investindo na prevenção e no cuidado com o trabalhador desta atividade.Occupational safety plays a crucial role in protecting workers and preventing occupational accidents and diseases. Working safely is essential to protect the physical integrity of workers. Occupational accidents in laboratory environments should be considered for all exposed people who perform any activity in this space. Thus, through the preliminary risk analysis, several gaps were observed in the application of Occupational Safety techniques. The research was carried out from February to July 2024, for data collection and on-site analysis on the premises of the CDTA laboratory, with a detailed assessment of the risks present in the Laboratory: LAGES, identifying the chemical, biological, physical and ergonomic agents involved in the place, proposing risk mitigation measures for the laboratory. The results showed that even though LAGES already has some EPCs and PPEs, it is necessary to update and modulate them in compliance with the necessary NRs that were presented. Therefore, it is necessary to continue investing in prevention and care for workers in this activity
The Challenges of Black Women's Entrepreneurship: A Comparative Theoretical Analysis of Brazilian Authors
No full textEste estudo analisa os principais pensamentos de autoras brasileiras sobre os desafios enfrentados por mulheres negras no campo do empreendedorismo. A pesquisa explora a interseccionalidade, abordando fatores de raça, gênero e classe, identificando como essas questões estruturais impactam a trajetória de mulheres negras empreendedoras no Brasil. O tema é de extrema relevância, pois essas mulheres representam um grupo historicamente marginalizado que encontra no empreendedorismo uma forma de resistência e ascensão social. A metodologia de pesquisa adotada foi a bibliográfica e documental, com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se de obras e estudos de autoras brasileiras como Sueli Carneiro, Lélia Gonzalez, Djamila Ribeiro e outras intelectuais que abordam questões relacionadas à identidade, racismo e empoderamento. Por meio da análise de suas reflexões, o estudo busca compreender as barreiras impostas pela exclusão social e econômica, bem como as estratégias desenvolvidas para enfrentá-las. Os resultados indicam que o racismo estrutural é um dos principais obstáculos enfrentados pelas mulheres negras no empreendedorismo. As autoras destacam que o enfrentamento dessas barreiras exige ações coordenadas que articulem políticas públicas inclusivas, educação antirracista e incentivo ao desenvolvimento econômico. Além disso, as políticas públicas voltadas ao empreendedorismo feminino negro são analisadas como instrumentos essenciais para reduzir as desigualdades. Dados de instituições como o IBGE e o Sebrae mostram que as mulheres negras estão sub-representadas em posições de liderança e têm menor acesso a financiamento. Apesar dos desafios, o estudo identifica que as mulheres negras empreendedoras têm construído narrativas de superação baseadas na criatividade, na resiliência e na valorização de sua identidade. Conclui-se que o empreendedorismo negro no Brasil é uma área de desafios, mas também de grande potencial transformador. As análises das autoras brasileiras reforçam a necessidade de articular esforços entre sociedade, governo e instituições para garantir condições igualitárias de acesso e sucesso no mercado. Dessa forma, o empreendedorismo se apresenta não apenas como uma solução econômica, mas como uma plataforma para a justiça social e a equidade.This study analyzes the key ideas of Brazilian authors on the challenges faced by Black women in the field of entrepreneurship. The research explores the intersections of race, gender, and class, identifying how these structural issues impact the trajectories of Black women entrepreneurs in Brazil. The topic is highly relevant, as these women represent a historically marginalized group that finds in entrepreneurship a means of resistance and social mobility. The methodology adopted is qualitative and bibliographic, drawing on works and studies by Brazilian authors such as Sueli Carneiro, Lélia Gonzalez, Djamila Ribeiro, and other intellectuals who address issues related to identity, racism, and empowerment. Through the analysis of their reflections, the study seeks to understand the barriers imposed by social and economic exclusion, as well as the strategies developed to overcome them. The results indicate that structural racism is one of the main obstacles faced by Black women in entrepreneurship. The authors emphasize that overcoming these barriers requires coordinated actions that integrate inclusive public policies, anti-racist education, and support for economic development. Additionally, public policies focused on Black women's entrepreneurship are analyzed as essential tools to reduce inequalities. Data from institutions such as IBGE and Sebrae show that Black women are underrepresented in leadership positions and have less access to funding. Despite the challenges, the study identifies that Black women entrepreneurs have built narratives of overcoming adversity based on creativity, resilience, and the affirmation of their identity. It concludes that Black entrepreneurship in Brazil is an area of challenges but also of great transformative potential. The analyses of Brazilian authors reinforce the need to coordinate efforts among society, government, and institutions to ensure equal access and success in the market. Here's palm oil: Marcos Cajé and literature for black children
No full textEste trabalho analisa os personagens negros presentes nas obras de Marcos Cajé. Tem como objetivo compreender como tais presenças se organizam no contexto da literatura infantil contemporânea, contribuindo para a construção de uma identidade racial positiva em crianças negras. A pesquisa centra-se na representação de crianças negras nas narrativas do autor, investigando as características dos personagens protagonistas, suas relações familiares e escolares, bem como as estratégias narrativas que destacam a valorização da identidade negra e da diversidade cultural. A pesquisa se fundamentou em teóricos como: Bento (2012), Gomes (2002) e Gomes e Araújo (2023), cujas obras contribuíram para a construção do conceito de infâncias negras. Outro tema de extrema importância foi o conceito e surgimento da literatura infantil, que teve como referenciais: Palo e Oliveira (1992); Coelho (1993); Cunha (1999); Rios (2012); Debus (2017); Rossa (2021); Lajolo e Zilberman (2022). Além disso, a pesquisa usará como procedimentos técnicos de metodologia: pesquisa bibliográfica – que consiste em um procedimento exclusivamente teórico, compreendida como a junção, ou reunião, do que se tem falado sobre determinado tema. – Quanto à abordagem, terá característica qualitativa. Será de natureza aplicada, que envolve a aplicação prática da ciência. Quanto aos objetivos será uma pesquisa explicativa, na qual se busca compreender os fatores que influenciam um fenômeno específico, explicando as relações de causa e efeito. Além disso, se fará uso do método dedutivo enquanto método de abordagem. Por meio de uma abordagem interdisciplinar que articula os campos da literatura infantil, identidade racial e educação, esta pesquisa tece reflexões sobre o papel transformador das histórias de Marcos Cajé, ressaltando a importância de narrativas que ampliem o repertório cultural das crianças e promovam a valorização da diversidade na sociedade contemporânea.This paper analyzes the black characters present in the works of Marcos Cajé. Its objective is to understand how such presences are organized in the context of contemporary children's literature, contributing to the construction of a positive racial identity in black children. The research focuses on the representation of black children in the author's narratives, investigating the characteristics of the main characters, their family and school relationships, as well as the narrative strategies that highlight the valorization of black identity and cultural diversity. The research was based on theorists such as: Bento (2012), Gomes (2002) and Gomes and Araújo (2023), whose works contributed to the construction of the concept of black childhoods. Another extremely important theme was the concept and emergence of children's literature, which had as references: Palo and Oliveira (1992); Coelho (1993); Cunha (1999); Rios (2012); Debus (2017); Rossa (2021); Lajolo and Zilberman (2022). Furthermore, the research will use the following technical methodology procedures: bibliographic research – which consists of an exclusively theoretical procedure, understood as the gathering or gathering of what has been said about a given topic. – As for the approach, it will have a qualitative characteristic. It will be of an applied nature, involving the practical application of science. As for the objectives, it will be an explanatory research, in which the aim is to understand the factors that influence a specific phenomenon, explaining the cause and effect relationships. In addition, the deductive method will be used as a method of approach. Through an interdisciplinary approach that articulates the fields of children's literature, racial identity and education, this research reflects on the transformative role of Marcos Cajé's stories, highlighting the importance of narratives that expand children's cultural repertoire and promote the appreciation of diversity in contemporary society
The Representation of Black People in the History Textbook Araribá Project Collection.
No full textEsta Monografia tem por objetivo geral analisar as representações construídas
acerca dos negros nos livros didáticos que compõem a Coleção Projeto Araribá, do
6º, 7º, 8º e 9º do ensino fundamental II. Para tal, estabelecemos como questão
norteadora perceber qual a representação foi construída para o negro no livro
didático da Coleção Projeto Araribá. A escolha da coleção deu-se por essa ter sido
adotada pela Secretaria da Educação do município de Santaluz-Ba, local onde
resido e estudei todo o meu ensino fundamental e médio. Para a realização desta
investigação, baseamo-nos em procedimentos teóricos metodológicos da História
Cultural por esse ser um campo historiográfico que consegue abarcar novas fontes e
sujeitos bem como considera a complexidade em que esses estão mergulhados.
Deste modo, utilizamos do conceito de representação de Roger Chartier (1990),
para compreender como foram construídos os negros que aparecem na coleção
Projeto Araribá. Para além do aporte teórico, aproveitamos de alguns procedimentos
da analise do discurso, a exemplo de critério de verdade, através do qual buscamos
perceber ao longo do texto como foi construída a ideia de verdade, bem como o
conceito de figurativização para analisarmos as imagens dos negros que aparecem
na coleção Projeto Araribá. Concluímos que apesar dos autores da coleção Projeto
Araribá, trazerem discussões positivas relacionadas à afirmação de identidade e ao
Egito, eles ainda privilegiam uma abordagem estereotipada, excludente, inferiorizada
e por vezes invisibilizada do negro.This monograph aims to analyze the representations built about blacks in the
textbooks that make up the Araribá Project Collection, from the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th
grades of elementary school II. For this, we established as a guiding question to
realize which representation was built for the black in the textbook of the Araribá
Project Collection. The collection was chosen because it was adopted by the
Department of Education of the municipality of Santaluz-Ba, where I reside and
studied all my elementary and middle school. For the accomplishment of this
investigation, we are based on methodological theoretical procedures of Cultural
History because this is a historiographic field that manages to embrace new sources
and subjects as well as considers the complexity in which they are immersed. In this
way, we use the concept of representation of Roger Chartier (1990), to understand
how the blacks that appear in the Araribá Project collection were constructed. In
addition to the theoretical contribution, we take advantage of some procedures of
discourse analysis, such as the criterion of truth, through which we seek to perceive
throughout the text how the idea of truth was constructed, as well as the concept of
figurativization to analyze the images of the blacks that appear in the Araribá Project
collection. We conclude that despite the authors of the Araribá Project collection,
even bringing positive discussions regarding identity affirmation and Egypt, they still
favor a stereotyped, exclusionary, inferior and sometimes invisible approach of the
black
The relativization of the principle of human dignity in the police training course
No full textEsta monografia aborda a relativização do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana no contexto dos ursos de formação policial. O princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana é um dos fundamentos do Estado Democrático de Direito, consagrado na Constituição Federal de 1988, e estabelece que todos os indivíduos devem ser tratados com respeito e valor intrínseco, independentemente de sua condição ou circunstância. No entanto, durante os cursos de formação policial, diversas práticas e métodos de treinamento podem entrar em conflito com esse princípio. A pesquisa analisa como certos procedimentos e disciplinas, muitas vezes justificadas pela necessidade de preparo físico e psicológico dos futuros policiais, podem acabar violando a dignidade dos candidatos. Exemplos incluem treinamentos excessivamente rigorosos, práticas de humilhação, e a imposição de situações extremas que podem comprometer a integridade física e mental dos participantes. A monografia explora a linha tênue entre a necessidade de uma formação rigorosa para garantir a preparação adequada dos policiais e o respeito aos direitos humanos dos candidatos. Traz como objetivo investigar como as práticas de treinamento policial podem conflitar com o respeito à dignidade dos candidatos e quais são as justificativas apresentadas para a manutenção dessas metodologias. Discute-se a importância de equilibrar essas demandas, propondo alternativas que possam mitigar os efeitos negativos dos métodos atuais de treinamento, sem comprometer a eficiência e a eficácia da formação policial. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa utiliza uma abordagem qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica. A conclusão aponta para a necessidade de uma reformulação nos cursos de formação policial, enfatizando a adoção de práticas que respeitem a dignidade humana e promovam uma cultura de direitos humanos dentro das instituições policiais. A monografia pretende contribuir para o debate sobre os limites e as responsabilidades das instituições de segurança pública na formação de seus agentes, destacando a importância de um treinamento que alie rigor técnico e respeito aos direitos fundamentais.This monograph addresses the relativization of the principle of human dignity in the context of police training courses. The principle of human dignity is one of the foundations of the Democratic State of Law, enshrined in the Federal Constitution of 1988, and establishes that all individuals must be treated with respect and intrinsic value, regardless of their condition or circumstances. However, during police training courses, various practices and training methods can conflict with this principle. The research analyzes how certain procedures and disciplines, often justified by the need for physical and psychological preparation of future police officers, can end up violating the dignity of candidates. Examples include excessively rigorous training, humiliating practices, and the imposition of extreme situations that can compromise the physical and mental integrity of participants. The monograph explores the fine line between the need for rigorous training to ensure adequate preparation of police officers and respect for the human rights of candidates. It aims to investigate how police training practices can conflict with respect for the dignity of candidates and what are the justifications presented for maintaining these methodologies. The study discusses the importance of balancing these demands, proposing alternatives that can mitigate the negative effects of current training methods without compromising the efficiency and effectiveness of police training. Methodologically, the research uses a qualitative approach, with a literature review. The conclusion points to the need to reformulate police training courses, emphasizing the adoption of practices that respect human dignity and promote a culture of human rights within police institutions. The monograph aims to contribute to the debate on the limits and responsibilities of public security institutions in the training of their agents, highlighting the importance of training that combines technical rigor and respect for fundamental rights
