Усик // Академічні візії, 2024. – Вип. 32.В умовах здійснення освітнього процесу у відповідності з індивідуальними особливостями проблема ефективності навчання здобувачів освіти з особливими освітніми потребами виходить на новий рівень. При цьому важливої ролі в індивідуалізації навчального процесу набуває використання такого інноваційного підходу, як залучення інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, зокрема мобільних додатків. Таким чином, мета дослідження полягає в оцінці ефективності мобільних додатків у навчанні здобувачів освіти з особливими освітніми потребами. Згідно з авторською класифікацією, ефективність мобільних додатків у навчанні здобувачів освіти з особливими потребами визначається за допомогою таких параметрів, як інтелектуальна, пізнавальна, інформаційна, психологічна, адаптаційна, соціальна, комунікативна, креативна, акмеологічна та аксіологічна компетентності. Підрахунок результатів опитування викладачів виявив, що навчальні мобільні технології перш за все сприяють формуванню інтелектуально-пізнавальних та адаптаційно-психологічних структур особистості. Вони, по-перше, наближують здобувачів освіти з особливими потребами до якомога кращого розкриття їхнього потенціалу у сфері накопичення знань, навичок та вмінь, по-друге сприяють розвитку їхньої індивідуально-особистісної сфери. Проведене дослідження з’ясувало, що педагоги по-різному ставляться до можливостей мобільних додатків у цілому та їхньої придатності до розвитку окремих видів компетентностей зокрема. Кластерний аналіз показав, що їх можна розподілити на чотири кластери. Визначаючи ефективність мобільних додатків для навчання здобувачів освіти з особливими навчальними потребами, представники першого кластера (32%) оцінюють її високо, другого (34%) — низько, представники третього (24%) і четвертого (10%) обирають середній рівень. Різниця між останніми полягає у більш диференційованому підході представників четвертого кластера до оцінки користі мобільних додатків для розвитку кожної конкретної компетентності. Таким чином, можна говорити про те, що третина педагогів вважає мобільні додатки ефективними і корисними засобами для навчання здобувачів освіти з особливими потребами, інша третина визнає їхню користь лише до певної міри, ще одна третина не вважає застосування мобільних додатків необхідним і корисним
In the conditions of the implementation of the educational process in accordance with individual characteristics, the problem of the effectiveness of education of students with special educational needs reaches a new level. At the same time, the use of such an innovative approach as the involvement of information and communication technologies, in particular mobile applications, plays an important role in the individualization of the educational process. Thus, the purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of mobile applications in the education of students with special educational needs. According to the author's classification, the effectiveness of mobile applications in teaching students with special needs is determined using such parameters as intellectual, cognitive, informational, psychological, adaptive, social, communicative, creative, acmeological and axiological competences. The calculation of the results of the teachers' survey revealed that educational mobile technologies primarily contribute to the formation of intellectual-cognitive and adaptive-psychological structures of the individual. They, firstly, bring students with special needs closer to the best possible disclosure of their potential in the field of accumulating knowledge, skills and abilities, and secondly, they contribute to the development of their individual and personal sphere. The conducted research revealed that teachers have different attitudes to the possibilities of mobile applications in general and their suitability for the development of certain types of competences in particular. Cluster analysis showed that they can be divided into four clusters. Determining the effectiveness of mobile applications for teaching students with special educational needs, representatives of the first cluster (32%) rate it high, the second (34%) — low, representatives of the third (24%) and fourth (10%) choose an average level. The difference between the latter lies in the more differentiated approach of representatives of the fourth cluster to assessing the usefulness of mobile applications for the development of each specific competence. Based on the analysis of theoretical achievements on the outlined topic, existing diagnostic methods for determining the level of development of coherent speech of preschool children were adapted to the conditions of pedagogical research and an experimental program was developed to overcome the shortcomings of coherent speech of older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment of the III level using didactic fairy tales

No full textObjective: This study explores the value-motivational conflicts among higher education teachers, focusing on the personal and professional determinants that influence these conflicts.
Methods: Utilizing a comprehensive review of psychological and pedagogical literature, this research delineates the concept of value-motivational conflict, its definition, and essential features. The study identifies stable relationships between values and motives within the value-motivational sphere of higher education teachers, categorizes the types and levels of conflicts, and investigates the determinants influencing these conflicts.
Results: The findings highlight the significant role of both personal and professional factors in shaping the value-motivational conflicts experienced by teachers. It emphasizes the need for a deeper understanding of these conflicts to enhance the effectiveness of educational processes.
Conclusion: The research contributes to the theoretical framework of pedagogical psychology by deepening the understanding of intrapersonal conflicts' structure and types within the teaching profession. It underscores the necessity of addressing these conflicts to improve teachers' professional functioning and well-being

No full textSoyka Larysa Hormonal and other methods of thyroid gland examination:A literature review / Larysa Soyka, Oksana Kovalchuk, Iryna Upatova // Bulletin of Medical and Biological Research. – 2024. – Vol. 6, No. 2. – P. 85-91Thyroid diseases are common worldwide and rank second among endocrine disorders. The relatively high prevalence of the disease means that regular examination of the thyroid gland and determination of its hormones is important for early diagnosis and treatment. The purpose of the study was to analyze modern scientific data on methods of diagnosing thyroid condition. A randomized systematic review of 28 scientific sources published between 2015 and 2024 was conducted. The keywords "thyroid gland", "hormones", "diagnostic methods", "structure", "functional state" were used to search for publications in the scientometric databases Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed and Google Scholar. The article provides general information on traditional and modern methods of thyroid examination. It was found that a variety of diagnostic tests, such as ultrasound, nuclear scanning, and fine needle aspiration cytology, are used to evaluate the entire thyroid gland and suspicious lesions found during clinical examination. Thyroid ultrasound is a fast and radiation-free method that adds important information to the patient's medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results. Ultrasound remains the main tool for diagnosing and monitoring thyroid diseases. Nowadays, fine needle aspiration biopsy is considered the gold standard in the examination of suspected thyroid nodules. Positron emission tomography with computed tomography is used to assess tumor response, as well as to diagnose, prognose and determine the stage of thyroid cancer. To determine the functional state of the thyroid gland, serum levels of thyroid hormones are determined: triiodothyronine, thyroxine, thyroid-stimulating hormone, antithyroperoxidase antibodies, antithyroglobulin antibodies, thyroid-stimulating hormone antibodies, thyroglobulin, and calcitonin. Thus, a variety of clinical, instrumental, and laboratory methods are used to determine both the structural and functional state of the thyroid gland.Захворювання щитоподібної залози поширені в усьому світі і посідають друге місце є серед ендокринних порушень. Відносно висока поширеність захворювання означає, що регулярне дослідження стану щитоподібної залози та визначення її гормонів має важливе значення для ранньої діагностики та лікування. Метою роботи було проведення аналізу сучасних наукових даних щодо методів діагностики стану щитоподібної залози. В ході роботи було проведено рандомізований систематичний огляд 28 наукових джерел, які опубліковані в період з 2015 по 2024 роки. Для пошуку публікацій в наукометричних базах Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed та Google Scholar було використано ключові слова «щитоподібна залоза», «гормони», «методи діагностики», «структура», «функціональний стан».
У статті надано загальну інформацію щодо традиційних та сучасних методів дослідження щитоподібної залози. Було встановлено, що різноманітність діагностичних тестів, таких як ультразвукове дослідження, ядерне сканування та тонкоголкова аспіраційна цитологія, використовуються для оцінки всієї щитоподібної залози та підозрілих утворень, виявлених під час клінічного обстеження.
Ультразвукове дослідження щитоподібної залози є швидким і безрадіаційним методом, який додає важливу інформацію до історії хвороби пацієнта, фізикального огляду та лабораторних результатів. Ультразвукове дослідження залишається основним інструментом діагностики та моніторингу захворювань щитоподібної залози. В наш час тонкоголкова аспіраційна біопсія вважається золотим стандартом у дослідженні підозрюваних вузлів щитоподібної залози.
Позитронно-емісійної томографії з комп’ютерною томографією використовується для оцінки відповіді пухлини, а також для діагностики, прогнозу та визначення стадії раку щитоподібної залози. Для визначення функціонального стану щитоподібної залози в сироватці крові встановлюють рівень гормонів щитоподібної залози: трийодтиронін, тироксин, тиреотропний гормон, антитіла до тиреопероксидази, антитіла до тиреоглобуліну, антитіла до тіреотропного гормону, тиреоглобулін та кальцитонін
