The effect of external factors moderated by digital literacy on the actual use of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in Islamic universities in Indonesia
The future of education is increasingly worrying due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic since the end of 2019. Restrictions on community activities and campus closures have forced university administrators to use e-learning. On the other hand, online learning has encountered many obstacles. Barriers to the use of e-learning are thought to stem from external problems (online facilities and infrastructure) or educators and students (internal factors), such as lack of literacy, low absorption, level of understanding, and other non-technical factors. This study aims to examine further the influence of external factors and digital literacy and the moderating effect of digital literacy with external factors (System Design, User Friendly, Devices, Internet, Electricity) on the actual use of campus e-learning at Islamic universities. This study found that: External factor variables have a significant positive effect on the actual use of e-learning. The digital literacy variable has a significant positive effect on the actual use of e-learning. The digital literacy variable weakens the influence of external factors on the actual use of e-learning at Islamic universities in Indonesia
CIPP evaluation model - The agreement of the five ministers: Arranging and organizing junior high school teachers
This study aims to use a descriptive qualitative method to describe the program of the agreement of the five ministers implemented in Salatiga. Based on the findings, the implementation of the program to organize and arrange civil servant teachers in the city of Salatiga is still not going well. This issue prompted additional research into the process of leveling and rearranging teachers. Problems in the implementation of the ongoing program at the Salatiga Education Office were discovered with the assistance of CIPP. In terms of context, the implementation procedures are in line with the regional government\u27s procedures in terms of vision and mission, objectives, and identification of needs and opportunities. The input is seen to be by the Mayor of Salatiga\u27s decision, such as aspects of strategy, procedures, and teacher placement. However, the Education, Youth, and Sports Office does not manage funds because there is no allocation. The stages of the process have been running, including readiness identification and monitoring, mutation implementation, and discipline. The result stage demonstrates that while not all of them have achieved their goals, such as equal distribution of teachers in schools, they have done well in terms of benefits, impacts, and sustainability. As a result of the results obtained from the input and output aspects, the Salatiga government must allocate funds for the teacher transfer program for organizing and rearranging middle school teachers in Salatiga to run as expected
Digital learning transformation in strengthening self-resilience
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced teachers to conduct learning activities online through digital technology. As they are accustomed to the conventional or offline learning process, this digital-based learning transformation has resulted in teachers experiencing shock culture and students affected immensely. The current research aims to describe the strategies applied for digital-based learning, examine challenges in digital-based learning, and identify digital-based learning impacts on students\u27 self-resilience. It employs the qualitative research method, and the data consist of primary and secondary data. The primary one is derived from the observation of focus group discussion and documentation. The secondary one is in the form of references from books, journals, and articles. By data reduction and conclusion drawing in a descriptive qualitative analysis, the findings show that using learning application varies depending on the teachers\u27 capability and convenience, and agreement from the institution. The only learning media used in the format are videos and pictures, considering the weak internet bandwidth and limited internet quota. The challenges in digital-based learning should be the point of attention for both teachers and parents. The impacts resulted from this digital-based learning system on students\u27 self-resilience are considerable. Supports from family and school must be wholly given to reinforce students\u27 self-resilience

Aceh\u27s special autonomy in the perspective of asymmetric decentralization policies
This paper aims to reveal the implementation of autonomy in Aceh by using descriptive research methods through literature review. Based on the analysis of the literature sources, it can be found that the policy of regulation and division of territory as well as the pattern of relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments at the beginning of independence were pragmatic and tended to generalize, this could lead to armed conflicts such as in Aceh. Thus, an asymmetric decentralization policy is needed so that it can meet the demands of the Acehnese people, which historically, geographically, and socio-religiously have their own uniqueness and have made a major contribution to the struggle to achieve and maintain Indonesian independence
User Experience Design Practices in Industry (Case Study from Indonesian Information Technology Companies)
User Experience (UX) is a term that has received a lot of attention in the last decade. The number of industries whose consider the importance of implementing the UX design process within their development cycle has increased. Therefore, we think it is important to investigate how UX design processes are implemented in the industries. In this research, we take a qualitative approach with descriptive methods by investigating six information technology companies in Indonesia. As a result, we found that most of these information technology companies implement the UX design process as part of their operation and consider that the UX design process is an important part of software development. Each company has its order and priorities in regard to the UX design processes and only follows their established UX design process framework in order to meet their product development requirements. We also found that there are different UX design process approaches from these six companies
