The influence of the principal instructional leadership of theacer\u27s job satisfaction at vocational secondary schools
This study aimed to discover the school principal instructional leadership influence on job satisfaction of vocational high school teachers in Sleman Regency, D.I. Yogyakarta. This type of research was ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The questionnaire was conducted on 91 teachers (71,09% response rate) to examine the influence of principal instructional leadership (X) on teacher job satisfaction (Y). Validation of the instrument used expert judgment and empirical test with the Pearson Product Moment correlation, 43 out of 43 items are declared valid. The instrument reliability test was applied by using Cronbach\u27s Alpha. The results of the reliability test showed that all variables were declared reliable (α \u3e 0,7). A classical assumption test was done by testing normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Simple linear regression was used as data analysis to test the influence of the independent variable (X) towards the dependent variable (Y). The simple linear regression results indicate a positive and significant influence between the principal instructional leadership on teacher job satisfaction (t = 13,329, p = .000). The coefficient of determination value (R^2) of 0,666 indicates that the principal instructional leadership influences teacher job satisfaction by 66,6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 33,4% are influenced by other factors

The pyramid learning trajectory started from drawing a pyramid, drawing the net of a pyramid, finding formulas related to the relationship between pyramid elements, finding the formula for the surface area of a pyramid, and finding the formula for the volume of a pyramid. The developed learning trajectory, theoretically, could foster students\u27 spatial ability through realistic mathematics education on the learning material about pyramid
Mathematical model of cholera spread based on SIR: Optimal control
The bacterium Vibrio cholerae is the cause of cholera. Cholera is spread through the feces of an infected individual in a population. From a mathematical point of view, this problem can be brought into a mathematical model in the form of Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR), which considers the birth rate. Because outbreaks that occur easily spread if not treated immediately, it is necessary to control the susceptible individual population by vaccination. The vaccine used is Oral Vibrio cholera. For this reason, the purposes of this study were to establish a model for the spread of cholera without vaccination, analyze the stability of the model around the equilibrium point, form a model for the spread of cholera with vaccination control, and describe the simulation results of numerical model completion. Based on the analysis of the stability of the equilibrium point of the model, it indicates that if the contact rate is smaller than the sum of the birth rate and the recovery rate, cholera will disappear over time. If the contact rate is greater than the sum of the birth rate and the recovery rate, then cholera is still present, or in other words, the disease can still spread. Because the spread is endemic, optimal control of the population of susceptible individuals is needed, in this case, control by vaccination, so that the population of susceptible individuals becomes minimum and the population of recovered individuals increases

Discovering the lived experiences of graduate students in the virtual space: Reflections and lessons from a phenomenological inquiry
The COVID-19 pandemic has radically reshaped the academic life of graduate students and revealed the inequities in the traditional education system in the Philippines. This study is a qualitative navigation of the lived accounts of development communication (devcom) graduate students at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. It foregrounds devcom as a field of theory and practice in honor of its pioneer Professor Emeritus Nora C. Quebral and her contribution to the ferment of the field. The credence of phenomenology informed the direction of this research in addressing a paucity of literature that examines the experiences of graduate students on remote learning within the current milieu. The transition of academia into a new phase of development surfaced stories of personal and academic struggles. As social beings, they engage virtual and real spaces in coping that redirect them to a sense of purpose and semblance of normalcy at a time of uncertainties. To address their recurring and emerging conditions is the cultivation of institutional support and online forms of communication support as two pivotal forms of their reflective recommendations. Drawing from the participants\u27 reflections, I developed a schema that investigates the intersectionality of their struggles, coping, and recommendations towards a conducive remote learning milieu
Transformation of health communication literacy in the pandemic era
Indonesian public health communication literacy is the education center for the government and related institutions. The formulation of this research problem is how to model health communication literacy in communities in tourism areas in Indonesia. The research objective was to determine the health communication literacy model in the community in tourism areas in Indonesia. The concept used in this research is new media literacy and health communication and audience attitudes. Several previous studies support this research. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The result of the research is that health communication literacy on social media in a cognitive structure greatly affects the respondents. However, at the conative level, there are still some respondents who do not care about this pandemic because of the long duration. In the simple regression results, this study shows a great influence on the respondent\u27s attitude. The suggestion of this research is the need for knowledge collaboration in subsequent research. So that it is not only in social science research but with natural science
