This study aims to improve the athlete\u27s performance from the physiological aspect by knowing the differences in the response of sport massage and swedish massage with variations in pressure (light, medium, and heavy) on the hind limbs a 30 m running speed taken four times. This research is a quasi-experimental design, with the research subjects of POPDA Sleman athletic athletes with sample of 20 people. The sample was divided by matching pairs with the aim of both groups getting a balanced power. The treatments used are sports massage with movement manipulation (effleurage, tapotement, shaking/vibration) and swedish massage with movement manipulation (drainage, compression, tapotement, shaking/vibration) with pressure variation. The results showed that there were differences in the effect/good response of the type of sports massage treatment (group x) with moderate pressure. This is evidenced by the results of an increase in record time by an average of 0.36 seconds. Treatment of light pressure increased record time by an average of 0.28 seconds. Heavy pressure treatment increased record time by an average of 0.04 seconds. There is a difference in the effect/unfavorable response of the type of swedih massage treatment (group y) with all types of pressure, because it provides a decreased response time from pretest to posttest. It is proven by the decrease in the average time of 0.16 seconds on the light pressure treatment, the decrease in the average time of 0.24 seconds on the medium pressure treatment, and a decrease of 0.34 seconds on the heavy pressure treatment

The main problem of the Pancasila and Citizenship courses is the substance problem which is cognitive domains, and the problem of learning approaches. This research results from active collaboration between universities online with the Pancasila & Citizenship learning design for international class students of FTI UII. This research aims to explore the results of online learning Pancasila and Citizenship from student reflections. This goal is to be achieved by analyzing qualitative data on student reflections and analyzing the results of student evaluations of the five-step learning program To Live Pancasila in Our (Global) Citizenship . Qualitative analysis was carried out through content analysis, while the evaluation results were descriptive responses. The reflections of 24 student respondents were gathered into the categories of Pancasila, Citizenship, Meaningful, and Reflect on the Future. The results of the analysis show that the Pancasila & Citizenship course has a novelty in meaning, learning content, and future reflection. The content of learning is about law/regulation, daily life, religious aspects, and tolerance. Furthermore, tolerance breeds respect/appreciation/appreciation. Learning content is conveyed through virtual interactions towards meaningful learning. Future reflection here is related to the learner\u27s awareness or choice manifested in participation. The learning approach, which is blended learning and flipped material, allows students to understand the material and deposit it in reflectio

This study aims to describe the reasoning abilities of high school students in Pandeglang Regency, Indonesia in solving post-Covid-19 PISA model math problems. The subjects of this study were 80 students of two state senior high schools in Pandeglang Regency, Indonesia. The data collection used a written test consisting of four description questions in the form of PISA model math questions (levels 2, 3, 4, and 5), and were through interviews and documentation. The data analysis followed the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the reasoning abilities of Pandeglang Regency high school students in post-Covid-19 are fair in following the rules of inference, checking the validity of arguments, proving, drawing logical conclusions, using patterns, analyzing mathematical situations, and generalizing. However, the reasoning abilities were very poor in providing explanations of models, facts, characteristics, and relationships; constructing valid arguments; and studying conjectures. Thus, it can be concluded that the mathematical reasoning ability of Pandeglang Regency senior high school students is poor when measured using the PISA Post-Covid-19 model of mathematics questions

    No full text
Gunungkidul district is one of the districts in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that is frequently affected by drought disasters. The purpose of this study is to map drought-prone areas in Gunungkidul district using the fuzzy c-means method, making it easier for the government to allocate water-dropping assistance to drought-affected areas. The research variables include rainfall, soil type, infiltration, slope, and land use. The type of variables is an ordinal scale, so they must be transformed using the successive interval method before being analyzed using the fuzzy c-means method. The cluster validity indexes of the Xie and Beni index, partition coefficient, and modification partition coefficient were used to find the optimal k. The results of fuzzy c-means clustering revealed three clusters with a low level of vulnerability consisting of 7 sub-districts, a moderate level of vulnerability consisting of 8 sub-districts, and a high level of vulnerability consisting of 3 sub-districts. Rainfall, land use, soil type, infiltration, and slope were the drought hazard factors with the greatest to least effect in this study

    No full text
Kata Kunci: kedalaman konsep, keterkaitan antar konsep Depth analysis and relationships between concepts in natural science learning during the pandemic Abstract: This paper is aimed to show the results of the analysis of the depth and interrelationships between concepts in the topic on interaction of living things with the environment and environmental pollution material that was delivered by the teacher to junior high school students in distance learning. There were three teachers who became the research subjects, all of which used different media in delivering the material. The first teacher uses a combination of WhatsApp and Google Classroom, the second teacher uses a combination of WhatsApp and Zoom, and the third teacher uses a combination of WhatsApp and school E-learning. The research was conducted by analyzing the learning carried out by the three teachers and the material presented, and supported by the results of interviews with teachers. The results of this study indicate that both the first, second, and third teachers are still limited in conveying concepts, both in terms of the duration of concept delivery and the number of sub-concepts delivered. The teacher is only limited to explaining the meaning accompanied by examples without further discussing the concept, as well as its relation to other concepts. It is very rare for teachers to link between concepts, so that the concepts conveyed seem to stand alone and have no connection with other concepts. The concepts presented by the three teachers were dominated by concepts that should have been taught at the elementary level, but were taught again at the junior high school level
