    No full text
Problem-Based Learning has been studied over three decades in various subjects and schools, This meta-analysis study aimed to synthesize the most recent findings of the effect of Problem-Based Learning (PBL), specifically on students\u27 mathematical reasoning ability. The data were obtained from relevant primary studies published in national and international journals or proceedings during 2014-2021. Ten effect sizes from eight studies that fulfilled the inclusion criteria were analyzed using a systematic review and meta-analysis. JASP 0.15.0.0 software was used to measure the formula of Hedges g to determine the effect size. The result showed that PBL has a strong effect on students\u27 mathematical reasoning ability (gRE = 2.062, 95% CI [1.436, 2.689], p \u3c 0.001) when compared to traditional learning. The results of the analysis of moderator variables revealed that publication year (Qb = 5.460, p \u3c 0.05) and sampling technique (Qb = 9.032, p \u3c 0.05) had significant effect on the effectiveness of PBL on students\u27 mathematical reasoning ability, while educational levels (Qb = 1.649, p \u3e 0.05), sample size (Qb = 2.081, p \u3e 0.05) and publication sources (Qb = 0.573, p \u3e 0.05) did not show any significant effect. The result of this study provides important information for further meta-analysis study and the implementation of PBL in mathematics learning

This study aims to develop a self-assessment instrument in the affective domain of students\u27 social attitudes, which was modified by the case of the instrument item. The measurement results can be used as a recommendation for the self-assessment of students\u27 social attitudes at school. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The instrument was content validated by five experts using Aiken, and construct validation using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while the reliability estimation used Cronbach\u27s Alpha coefficient. The results showed that there were seven instrument factors to assess the affective domain of students\u27 social attitudes, namely honest, disciplined, polite, caring, responsible, responsive, and proactive. Content validity using the Aiken index shows 28 valid items. The construct validity of the instrument was carried out using EFA with a KMO value of 0.618, which means it has met the requirements. The fit model based on the CFA results shows the Chi-square value \u3c2df = 258.02\u3c2x341, p-value = 0.416\u3e0.05, RMSEA = 0.0197\u3c0.08, CFI = 0.91, GFI = 0.86, AGFI = 0.88. In item estimation, the factor loading value is \u3e 0.3, which means the items in the instrument are valid. The estimated reliability of the instrument shows the Cronbach Alpha coefficient value of 0.895, which means that all developed instruments are reliable. Valid and reliable instruments are very important to get good information about the affective assessment of students\u27 social attitudes

Technology is an important aspect in improving the process of student development This study attempts to examine how are the descriptive results of teacher perceptions and student learning outcomes and how are the perceptions of the application of the tam model applied to student learning outcomes. The sample of this research is as many as fifty teachers who teach subjects physical education with a working period of 1-8 years and 9-16 years. The method used in this research is a mixed method with quantitative data as primary data and qualitative data as reinforcing data. In the results obtained, it can be seen that there is an influence between teacher perceptions of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) learning model which measures the level of understanding of students in interactive multimedia learning media on student learning outcomes, and the results of teacher interviews that today\u27s technology needs are very important to improve learning. Therefore, this test is very important because there are no researchers who have tested these variables and there is an influence from the variables being tested. Therefore, this study aims to examine the results of descriptive statistics on teacher perceptions seen from student learning outcomes, and measure the effectiveness of the perception of the application of the Tam model on student learning outcomes

This study aims to determine the pattern of compliance of the people of Jambi City to the Covid-19 prevention health protocol. Various factors that influence the level of community compliance were analysed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) or SEM-PLS. Data were obtained from the results of a survey of the people of Jambi City who were selected based on regional sampling techniques, starting from the District and Village. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, the results obtained were 277 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the level of community compliance with the Covid-19 prevention health protocol is quite high. The legal awareness variable significantly mediates the effect of social status variables and legal socialization on legal compliance but is not significant as a mediator of the influence of legal culture variables on legal compliance. For this reason, it is necessary to concern all parties to build public awareness by (1) providing education and understanding through effective socialization programs, (2) building cooperation with community leaders, especially religious leaders and traditional leaders, and (3) providing concessions to the community. Public. So that the poor is not constrained in complying with the Covid-19 prevention health protocol

The existence of institutional village enterprises (BUMDES) has never been adequately monitored in terms of the growth of village-owned businesses in each village. According to the data, there are 17 BUMDES in the Muara District that have been inactive for the most part. Due to the difficulty of monitoring the progress of BUMDES, a significant number of them have become stalled or even inactive. In addition, many BUMDES managers are frequently unprepared to operate the newly opened business. Readiness in terms of the quality of human resources also affects the formation of BUMDES. Consequently, the objective of this study is to facilitate the monitoring of business developments carried out by BUMDES actors in their respective villages, thereby facilitating the feasibility assessment of BUMDES. Aside from that, the purpose of this study is to determine the viability of applying for BUMDES as one of the requirements for obtaining a recommendation from the village head for submission to the Village Ministry. The feasibility analysis employs the AHP method with multiple parameters, including business age, business type, and business capital. According to research findings with applications, several BUMDES are declared unfit, while others are declared feasible. BUMDES with declared eligibility has AHP values ranging from 0.382 to 0.619. Meanwhile, BUMDES that are unworthy receives AHP values ranging from 0.235 to 0.239. It can also be determined based on the weight of each criterion as to whether or not it is appropriate for BUMDES. While the results of black box testing for the system\u27s feasibility using 10 types of testing, including Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis/Limit Testing, Comparison Testing, Sample Testing, Robustness Testing, Behavior Testing, Performance Testing, Requirement Testing, Endurance Testing, and Cause-and-Effect Relationship Testing. Based on the test results, the system is 100% feasible to be used by users

The basically semiprime algebra and its application on authentication protocolAbstractThis library research is conducted with a deductive-inductive approach. The aim of this study is to explore the basically semiprimeness of the finitely generated non-free algebra over a commutative unital ring. The basically semiprime algebra is more general than a semiprime algebra, which is proven by a counterexample. In theory, Theorem 12 is the main result of the study. The finitely generated algebra over a commutative unital ring is basically semiprime, if and only if, the zero basic ideal is the intersection of all prime basic ideals, if and only if, the zero basic ideal is the only nilpotent basic ideal. These necessary and sufficient conditions are analogous to the properties of a semiprime algebra, and proving these properties in both requires a concept of annihilator. The practical aim of this research is to apply an example of non-commutative basically semiprime algebra in an authentication protocol based on the decomposition problem
