This research is evaluation research with a descriptive qualitative approach that uses a discrepancy evaluation model that measures the gaps in the learning process. Data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques and validated using triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the study found that in the evaluation of input, music art learning consisting of curriculum components, lesson implementation plans, teacher qualifications, and learning facilities has run well. However, teacher qualifications and learning facilities need to be reviewed so that they can be adjusted to the standards set by the government. In the evaluation of the music art learning process consisting of teacher performance, student attitudes, class climate, and student learning motivation is in a good category, where the teacher masters the learning material and can manage to learn well, thus creating a class climate, student attitudes, and student learning motivation are in a good category. Music learning outputs are evaluated by the minimum completeness standards set in each school. Music learning programs in schools can still run well, but there needs to be an adjustment of subject teachers\u27 teaching qualifications not to produce outputs that deviate far from the main objectives of art education
Mastery of information technology and strengthening collaboration between editors and marketing: Local media strategies for surviving during Covid-19 pandemic
There was a global pandemic with the emergence of the Covid-19 virus from 2019 until 2022. The pandemic affected all aspects of life, including the press/media world. Media crews had been facing tough challenges during the midst of a pandemic situation. Journalists were required to do work in the field to produce quality content. The business division was required to continue to generate revenue for the company in order to produce quality journalistic works. On the other hand, they had to protect themselves from contracting the plague while carrying out their duties with all the challenges and risks. Since the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, local media revenue has continued to fall. Newspaper sales dwindled, advertising sales slumped, events could not run. While operational costs were not reduced but instead increased. Local media also had to struggle with their own strategies to survive. Mastery of information technology to strengthen collaboration between the editorial department and the marketing department was the key to succee

AR-based mobile application. The study of AR media development uses the Waterfall development model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. In-depth research data collection techniques use observation sheets, interview guides, media expert and material expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires as well as science learning motivation questionnaires and cognitive tests. The learning trial used a quasi-experimental design method with a research pattern using a nonequivalent control group pretest and posttest design involving 2 classes, namely class VII-C as the control group and VII-D as the experimental group. The results of the research show that 1) AR-based mobile applications can be used anytime and anywhere, the resulting applications are equipped with animations, games, and 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional images, 2) the product is valid and AR-based AR-based mobile applications are suiTabel for testing and response results in students towards AR-based mobile applications received a very good response from students, 3) learning using AR-based mobile applications can increase learning motivation and student learning outcomes, especially in the subject of interaction between living things and the environment
Kartini in two lenses: The shifting image of Indonesian modern woman in R.A. Kartini (1982) and Kartini (2017
This paper aims to examine the construction of Kartini figure in two Indonesian films titled R.A. Kartini (1982) and Kartini (2017) and how it represents the idealization of Indonesian woman in both eras. By utilizing textual analysis, the study finds different images of Kartini presented in the films. The 1982 film tends to emphasize on the critical nature of Kartini and her anti-colonial attitude. Moreover, Kartini is also presented as a figure of Javanese woman who is characterized by her feminine gestures and manner. Meanwhile, the 2017 film constructs Kartini figure differently. Instead of focusing on her femininity, the film constructs Kartini as an energetic, and rebellious young woman. The different characterizations of Kartini presented in the films indicate the shifting image of an idealized woman in both eras. As the first film produced in 1982, the ideal woman is represented as a feminine and motherly figure. Meanwhile in the second film, Kartini is imagined as the representation of the female millennial generation, characterized by their productivity, and creativity
