    Pendidikan multikultural untuk membangun bangsa yang nasionalis religius

    Indonesia is a multicultural country, multiethnic, multi-religious, and multi other things spreaded in the world. Therefore, it needs a wise, appropriate, and effective ways to respond so that the steps taken are not slipped ways and consequently endanger the sustainability of the nation in the future. Multicultural education is required by Indonesia to reduce the occurrence of horizontal conflicts between communities, because of differences in culture, ethnicity, customs, and religion is the emphasizing on learning to appreciate differences and not be regarded as causes of fragmentation. This can be done through selection of suitable material or nuanced tolerance towards all humans in the frame of together and do not emphasize the difference because of the spirit of ideology or their respective groups. Conceptually many religions and beliefs in the shades of multicultural are expected to bring about harmonious relationship, but in the implementation phase are still a lot of gaps between the expectation and realization due to some exclusive-uninded people still in multicultural society

    This essay was aimed at describing the development of civic knowledge, civic skill and civic disposition on textbooks for junior high school namely Belajar Memahami Kewarganegaraan 1, 2 and 3 . Based on content analysis, it can be conducted that civic education element was developed through teaching material presented accompanied by features, such as additional boxes, every chapter including pictures, law corner, info, public figures, and citizenship dictionary. In addition to presentation of civic skill related teaching material, box of uji kompetensi was utilize to enhance civic skill competences.     This study has the objective to discuss in depth about the obstacles experienced by Citizenship Education teacher in building the student\u27s character. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection method were literature study and observation. Data were analyzed using interactive data analysis. Civic Education is a lesson that must be given to students from elementary school to college, so it is not denied that Civic Education has a significant in building a good citizen. Basically, Civic Education teacher\u27s responsibility is huge, because the task is not only to build knowledge of civic (civic knowledge), but also to build the skills of civic (civic skills) and character (civic disposition). Up to now, the effort were not yet brought about a maximal result. The reasons were many such as cognitive-heavy, lack of teacher\u27s competence, had teaching the emphasis on civic knowledge, but not civic skills and dispositions

    Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran fisika problem based learning melalui kegiatan fieldtrip pada materi energi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika model problem based learning melalui kegiatan fieldtrip yang layak, (2) mengidentifikasi hasil belajar fisika berupa aspek kognitif, minat belajar, dan berpikir kreatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Validasi dilakukan oleh dua dosen ahli dan uji keterbacaan diujicobakan pada peserta didik. Subjek coba dilakukan pada kelas XI SMA sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, angket, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis isi dan analisis deskriptif presentase. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) perangkat pembelajaran fisika dinyatakan layak dengan kriteria baik, (2) hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 62,93, dan rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 57,20. Hasil minat belajar peserta didik, pada kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata sebesar 67,50, dan pada kelas kontrol memiliki rata-rata sebesar 65,65. Sedangkan hasil belajar berpikir kreatif peserta didik diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 74,91, dan rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 65,56. A Problem Based Learning Model in Physics Learning Equipment Development Through a Fieldtrip Activity in Energy Material Abstract This research was aimed to: (1) yield a learning-based problem model of physics learning equipment through a feasible fieldtrip, (2) identify physics learning results in the forms of cognitive aspect, learning interest and learner creative thinking from physics learning implementation with a problem-based learning model through a fieldtrip activity.This was a research and development research. The validation towards learning equipment was conducted by two expert lecturers and learning equipment readable was experimented to the learners. The experimented subject was conducted in XI Senior High School grade numbered 30 learners. Data gathering instrument used interview guide, questionnaire and observation. Data analysis was conducted by a content analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. It could be concluded that: (1) physics learning equipment was declared feasible with good criteria, (2) learning results in cognitive aspect in the experimental class obtained average of 62.93 and controlled class average of 57.20. The results of learners learning interest in the experimental class had an average of 67.50 and controlled class average was 65.56. While learning result of learner creative thinking was obtained experimental class average of 74.91 and controlled class average of 65.56.     Pengembangan SSP kimia berbasis pendidikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan literasi kimia dan kesadaran terhadap lingkungan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan, kelayakan dan efektifitas SSP kimia berbasis pendidikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan literasi kimia dan kesadaran terhadap lingkungan peserta didik SMA. Model pengembangan diadaptasi dari model Dick & Carey dengan subjek coba produk pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi lembar validasi, tes literasi kimia berformat benar-salah beralasan, lembar penilaian diri dan lembar penilaian antar teman terkait kesadaran terhadap lingkungan. SSP kimia divalidasi secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) SSP kimia berbasis pendidikan berkelanjutan yang dikembangkan memiliki karakteristik yang meliputi pengembangan melalui model experiential learning pada materi hidrokarbon dan indikator literasi kimia maupun kesadaran terhadap lingkungan diadaptasi dari framework PISA 2015; serta (2) SSP kimia yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik serta efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi kimia dan kesadaran terhadap lingkungan peserta didik SMA berdasarkan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Kata Kunci: SSP, pendidikan berkelanjutan, experiential learning, literasi kimia, kesadaran terhadap lingkungan Developing a Chemistry Subject Specific Pedagogy Based on Sustainability Education to Enhance Chemical Literacy and Environmental Awareness Abstract The study aims to reveal the developing, the appropriateness and the effectiveness of a chemistry subject specific pedagogy based on sustainability education to enhance chemical literacy and environmental awareness of senior high school students. Developing model adapted from Dick & Carey and the trial of this research product was conducted at SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta grade 10th students. The instruments for data collection included validation instrument, a true-false reasoning chemical literacy test, environmental awareness self assessment and peer assessment. The product was validated as qualitative and quatitative validation. The results of research shows: (1) the features of chemistry subject specific pedagogy based on sustainability education is using experiential learning was taught to hydrocarbons and the indicators for chemical literacy test and environmental awareness adapted from framework PISA 2015; and (2) the chemistry subject specific pedagogy based on sustainability education is valid to use with very good category and effective to enhance chemical literacy and environmental awareness based on Kruskal-Wallis test.     Pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android pada materi kelarutan untuk meningkatkan performa akademik siswa SMA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran kimia berbasis Android pada materi kelarutan; (2) menguji tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan; serta (3) menguji pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan terhadap performa akademik peserta didik SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development dengan mengadaptasi model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi lima tahap, yaitu pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan produk, pengembangan produk, validasi produk, dan evaluasi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) software media pembelajaran kimia berbasis Android pada materi kelarutan telah tersusun dengan mendapat masukan dari validator, teman sejawat dan pendidik kimia; (2) media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinilai layak digunakan pada pembelajaran kimia ditinjau dari penilaian aspek materi dan aspek media; serta (3) penggunaan media pembelajaran kimia yang dikembangkan memberikan pengaruh pada peningkatan performa akademik peserta didik SMA. Developing Android-Based Instructional Media of Solubility to Improve Academic Performance of High School Students Abstract This study aims to: (1) develop android-based chemistry instructional media on solubility; (2) proof the feasibility of the developed chemistry instructional media; and (3) proof the effect of using the developed instructional media to the high school students academic performance. This study is classified to research and development that adapted Borg & Gall models modified into five steps: information collecting, product planning, product developing, product validation, and product evaluating. The results of this research are: (1) a software of android-based chemistry instructional media was developed; (2) the developed instructional media were appropriate for teaching, in terms of material and media aspects evaluation; and (3) using of the developed instructional media improved the high school students academic performance.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) karakteristik, (2) kriteria kelayakan, dan (3) keefektifan media komik model PBL pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP kelas VII dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir analitis dan sikap ilmiah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi model Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari lima tahap. Subjek coba pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Sentolo. Pengujian lapangan menggunakan kuasi eksperimen nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran IPA berbentuk komik: (1) memiliki karakteristik: alur cerita sesuai sintaks PBL, judul komik merupakan integrasi dari KD 4.3, KD 7.3, dan KD 7.4, cerita dalam komik memuat indicator berfikir analitis, tokoh dalam komik diperankan melalui sikap ingi tahu dan berfikir terbuka, (2) layak digunakan dengan kriteria sangat baik dan (3) efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir analitis dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Kata Kunci: media komik, kemampuan berfikir analitis, dan sikap ilmiah Developing Science Comic Media Using the Problem-Based Learning Model to Increase the Analytical Thinking Ability and Scientific Attitude Abstract This research aims to knows: (1) the characteristic, (2) feasibility, and (3) effectiveness of natural science teaching media in the form of comic using problem-based learning model to increase the analytical thinking ability and scientific attitude of grade VII students of junior high school. This study was research and development adapting the model from Borg & Gall consisting of five steps. The research subjects were grade VII students of SMP N 1 Sentolo. The main try out used quasi-experimental with the nonequivalent control group design. The results of this research show that (1) the characteristic of comic media are: has a stories according the syntax of Problem Based Learning model, integrated title of KD 4.3, KD 7.3, and KD 7.4, the stories in comics load indicator analytical thinking ability, and the characters in the comics through scientific attitude of curiosity and open minded thinking, (2) the developed science teaching media in the form of comic is in a very good quality category, and (3) it is feasable to use to increase the students\u27 analytical thinking ability and scientific attitude.     Untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa, diperlukan inovasi-inovasi khususnya pada pembelajaran IPA.Salah satu inovasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah pengembangan bahan ajar. Dalam penelitian ini bahan ajar dikembangkan melalui proses rekonstruksi, dimana struktur konten untuk pengajaran dibangun dengan memperhatikan tujuan pendidikan serta diuraikan secara hati-hati dan dihubungkan dengan konteks dalam kehidupan nyata. Salah satu materi konten sains yang sangat dekat dengan konteks dalam kehidupan nyata adalah materi zat aditif makanan. Penggunaan zat aditif yang tidak sewajarnya muncul sebagai Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) kontroversial yang ramai dibicarakan. Penggunaan SSI sebagai konteks diharapkan dapat dijadikan penghubung permasalahan nyata di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode R&D dan desainnya adalah Model of Educational Reconstruction yang dimodifikasi.Bahan ajar dengan konteks SSI pada materi zat aditif makanan yang telah dikembangkan terdiri dari delapan sub bab. Setiap sub bab memuat deskripsi materi, daftar bacaan tambahan dan soal latihan. Penilaian bahan ajar dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu validasi berdasarkan kriteria umum dan penilaian berdasarkan kriteria Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP). Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahan ajar sudah layak dan memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran IPA di kelas VIII SMP. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar memiliki pengaruh yang besar dan dapat meningkatkan literasi sains siswa baik pada aspek kompetensi maupun sikap.Tanggapan siswa menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar dengan konteks SSI pada materi zat aditif makanan sudah dipahami dan memenuhi harapan belajar siswa. Kata kunci: bahan ajar,model of educational reconstruction, socio-scientific issues (SSI), zat aditif makanan, literasi sains Reconstruction of Learning Materials with Socio-Scientific Issues Context on Food Additives Content to Improving Student\u27s Scientific Literacy Abstract To improved scientific literacy of Indonesian students, needed innovations especially for science education. One of innovation that can be done is the development of learning materials. In this research, learning materials were developed through reconstruction process,structure of content for learning was built with attention educational aims, described carefully and linked to context in the real life. One of science content that very close with context in the real life is food additives. The use of food additives were not reasonably emerged as controversial socio-scientific issues (SSI) that lively discussed. The use of SSI as context in learning materials expected to be used as link real problem in society. This research was conducted with R&D method and the design is model of educational recontruction modified. Learning materials with SSI context on food additives content has been developed consist of eight sub chapter. Each sub chapter contains material description, extra reading list and prctices. Assessment of learning materials is done in two ways, validation based on the general criterias and assessment based on Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) criterias. The resultindicated the learning materials already worthy and qualified for use in science learning process in 8th junior high school. The implementation result shows that learning materials have great influence and improve student\u27s scientific literacy at both competencies and attitude aspects. The student\u27s response suggest that learning materials with SSI context on food additives content already understood and fulfilled students learning expectation.     Manajemen program latihan sekolah sepakbola (SSB) GAMA Yogyakarta

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen program latihan sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Gajah Mada (GAMA) Yogyakarta. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi: anggota siswa SSB (3 orang), pelatih (1 orang), pengurus (1 orang) dan orang tua atlet (3 orang) SSB GAMA Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah sepakbola GAMA yang dijadikan tempat pengambilan data manajemen pengelolaan program latihan sudah dilakukan dengan optimal. Sekolah sepakbola yang dijadikan tempat pengambilan data telah menerapkan lima fungsi manajemen. Lima fungsi manajemen itu meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, aktuating, pengendalian dan budgeting. Pelatih di sekolah sepakbola memiliki tugas untuk membuat program latihan berdasarkan kalender kompetisi yang dikeluarkan PSSI DIY. Pelatih, orangtua dan atlet bekerjasama untuk membuat program latihan itu dimaksudkan agar pelatih mengetahui kemampuan atlet dengan mengadakan pengukuran awal, dan atlet menyetujui beban latihan dari program latihan yang disusun. Mekanisme pembuatan program latihan adalah sebuah cara kerjasama pelatih, atlet dan orang tua membuat dan menentukan program latihan yang disesuaikan dengan kalender pertandingan. Kata Kunci: manajemen olahraga, program latihan, sekolah sepakbola Program management school of football (SSB) GAMA Yogyakarta Abstract This study aims to identify school football workout program management (SSB) Gadjah Mada (GAMA) Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection by interview, observation and documentation studies. Subjects in this study includes: SSB student member (3), trainers (1 person), board (1 person) and parents of athletes (3) GAMA SSB Yogyakarta. The results showed that the school is used as a football GAMA data retrieval program management training has been carried out with the optimum. Used as a football school data retrieval has implemented five management functions. The five functions of management include planning, organizing, aktuating, control and budgeting. School football coach has a duty to make an exercise program based on the competition calendar issued PSSI DIY. Coaches, parents and athletes collaborated to create an exercise program that is intended to determine the ability of the athlete to the coach holding the initial measurement, and athlete approved training load of structured exercise program. Mechanisms of making exercise program is a way of cooperation coaches, athletes and parents to create and determine an exercise program that is tailored to match the calendar.     Pengaruh latihan imagery dan koordinasi terhadap keterampilan forehand drive petenis pemula

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan imagery dengan menggunakan script dan video terhadap keterampilan forehand drive petenis pemula, (2) perbedaan keterampilan forehand drive antara petenis pemula yang memiliki koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah, (3) interaksi antara latihan imagery dan koordinasi terhadap keterampilan forehand drive petenis pemula. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian adalah 32 orang petenis pemula mahasiswa PJKR FIK UNY yang mengambil mata kuliah olahraga pilihan tenis yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Random Sampling. Seluruh data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran terhadap koordinasi dengan menggunakan tes koordinasi mata-tangan serta keterampilan forehand drive dengan Hewitt Tennis Test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dua jalur yang dilanjutkan dengan uji pairwise comparisons pada taraf signifikanα = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan imagery dengan menggunakan script dan video terhadap keterampilan forehand drive. (2) Ada perbedaan keterampilan forehand drive antara petenis pemula yang memiliki koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah. (3) Ada interaksi antara latihan imagery dan koordinasi terhadap keterampilan forehand drive petenis pemula. Kata Kunci: Latihan imagery, koordinasi, tenis, keterampilan forehand drive. THE EFFECT OF IMAGERY EXERCISE AND COORDINATION ON BEGINNER TENNIS PLAYER\u27S FOREHAND DRIVE SKILL Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) the difference of effect between the imagery exercise using script and video on the forehand drive skill of beginner tennis players, (2) the difference of forehand drive skill of beginner tennis players with high and low coordination, and (3) the interaction between the imagery exercise and the coordination on the forehand drive skill of beginner tennis players. The method of research was experimental with 2 x 2 factorial designs. Sample of research was 32 students of Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program of The Faculty Sport ScienceUniversitas Negeri Yopgyakarta who take tennis lesson which taking with purposive random sampling technique. Data were obtained by a test and measurement on the coordination using eye-hand coordination test. Besides, forehand drive skills measurement was obtained by using Hewitt Tennis Test. The data analysis technique used was the two lines variant analysis (ANAVA) followed by pairwise comparisons test at a significance level ofα = 0.05. The results of this research indicate that: (1) there is a significant difference between imagery exercise using script and video on forehand drive skill. (2) there is a difference of forehand drive skills between beginner tennis players with high and low coordination. (3) there is an interaction between imagery exercise and coordination on forehand drive sklill of beginner tennis player. Keywords: imagery exercise, coordination, tennis, forehand drive skill
