    Pengembangan SSP zat dan energi berbasis keunggulan lokal untuk meningkatkan literasi sains dan kepedulian lingkungan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untukuntuk mengembangkan SSP berbasis keunggulan lokal yang layak dipergunakan dalam meningkatkan literasi sains dan kepedulian lingkungan siswa MTs. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode Borg & Gall. Subjek uji coba lapangan terdiri dari 50 orang siswa kelas VII MTs Manbaul Ulum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa SSP yang telah dikembangkan layak dipergunakan, berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator sangat baik dan berdasarkan hasil uji beda antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata nilai literasi sains antara dua kelas tersebut yaitu terdapat peningkatan literasi sains siswa menggunakan SSP berbasis kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan. Kata kunci: SSP, keunggulan lokal, literasi sains, dan kepedulian lingkungan Developing of Essence and Energy SSP Based on Local Wisdom to Improve Literacy Science and Environmental Care Of Students of MTs Abstract This research aims todevelop appropriate subject specific pedagogy based on local wisdom to improveliteracy science and environmental care of students of madrasah Tsanawiyah. This research is used the research and development (R&D) of Borg & Gall model.The research subjects in the main field testing were 50 students of class VII MTs Manbaul \u27Ulum. The result of this research shows that the sets of integrated science learning equipment based on local wisdom is feasible to increase the student`s literacy of science. It can be seen from the validator assessment, i.e. grade A or very good. This feasibiliy is also supported by Manova test on the difference of grades study results, literacy science mean score between the experimental class and control class, there is an increase of literacy science using SSP based on local wisdom that was developed.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran biologi berbasis Model Susan Loucks Horsley setting outdoor activities untuk penumbuhkembangan keterampilan proses sains dan karakter peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Borg&Gall. Uji coba lapangan menggunakan dua kelas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah konversi skor ke nilai. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis model Susan Loucks Horsley setting outdoor activities ini memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam menumbuhkembangkan keterampilan proses sains dan karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik. Kevalidan produk terlihat dari hasil uji validasi yang menyatakan bahwa produk mencapai kriteria sangat valid. Kepraktisan produk terlihat dari hasil pengisian lembar respon peserta didik menunjukkan kriteria sangat praktis untuk handout dan proses pembelajaran serta praktis untuk LKPD; dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang berada pada kisaran 91,7% sampai 100%. Keefektifan didukung dengan hasil uji beda antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar,dan skor angket karakter kepedulian lingkungan yang signifikan antara dua kelas tersebut dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, perangkat pembelajaran, keterampilan proses sains, karakter peduli lingkungan Developing of SLH\u27s Model of SSP to Increase Student\u27s Science Process Skills and Environmental Care Abstract This study aims to investigate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of biology tool based learning model of Susan Loucks Horsley setting outdoor activities to increase science process skills and environmental care. This study used research and development (R&D) of Borg & Gall. Try out was conducted by using two classes which were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique was the score conversion into grades. Then it was followed by normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-testwith a significance level of 0.05. The results of this research shows that the sets based-learning of Susan Loucks Horsley\u27s model with setting outdoor activities meets the criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness to increase science process skills and environmental care of the students. Validity of the products shown on the validation test results stating that the product reaches a very valid criteria. Practicality of the product seen from the results of the student\u27s response sheets which shows a very practical criteria for handouts and learning processes as well as practical for LKPD; and observation sheet feasibility study shows that apercentage feasibility study which is in the range of 91,7% until 100%. This effectiveness is also supported by t-test indicating the difference of grades study results, science process skills and environmental care of the score mean between the control and experimental class is significant with significance level of 0.05.     Pengembangan tes kreativitas pada pembelajaran fisika dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada materi teori kinetik gas

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui karakteristik instrumen penilaian tes kreativitas pada pembelajaraan fisika dengan pendekatan inkuiri menurut kriteria instrumen yang baik, serta (2) mengetahui kemampuan tes dalam mengukur berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inkuiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan prosedural, yang mengikuti beberapa tahapan sehingga menghasilkan instrumen penilaian untuk peserta didik SMA. Tahapan tersebut antara lain: (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) perancangan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) uji terbatas, (5) revisi hasil uji terbatas, (6) uji coba luas, (7) revisi hasil uji coba luas. Instrumen evaluasi divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi kemudian dinilai oleh guru fisika, ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sewon. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu: (1) Produk berupa tes kreativitas dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada materi teori kinetik gas berbentuk uraian bebas yang dikembangkan sudah layak sesuai dengan validitas, reliabilitas, dan tingkat kesukaran. Penilaian instrumen tes kreativitas dari aspek isi, konstruk, dan teknis berada dalam kategori sangat baik, serta (2) Proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inkuiri memberikan pengaruh terhadap kreativitas peserta didik yang diinterpretasikan dari hasil analisis effect size sebesar 0,202 dengan kategori efek sedang. Uji coba penggunaan instrumen tes ini menunjukan peningkatan kreativitas peserta didik dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri. Kata Kunci: instrumen penilaian, tes kreativitas, uraian bebas, pendekatan inkuiri Developing a Creativity Test on Physics Learning with Inquiry Approach on the Material of Gas Kinetics Theory Abstract This study aims to: (1) get an assessment of creativity with an inquiry approach in the physics learning and, (2) investigate the capability of test for measure student`s creative thinking in the physics learning with an inquiry approach. This study was research and development with a procedural model, which applied some steps for getting an assessment that is used for Senior High School students. The steps of study consisted of: (1) research and collecting information, (2) planning, (3) developing preliminary form of product, (4) preliminary field testing, (5) product revision, (6) main field testing, and (7) product revision. The assessment that was developed had been validated by experts of theory and evaluation, and then evaluated by a physics teacher, experts of theory and evaluation. The try out subjects of this reseacrh were the students of class XI MIA Sewon Senior High School. The data were collected by using validation sheets, observation sheets, and creativity tests. The techniques of data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The result of the research and development is as follows: (1) Creativity tests with an inquiry approach in gas kinetic theory topic in the form of an essay has been appropriate consisting of validity, reliability, and difficulty levels. The evaluation of creativity consisted of matter, construct and techniques aspect which are in the best category. (2) The learning process with an inquiry approach had an effect on student`s creativity which is interpreted by the value of effect size 0.202 which are in medium efffect.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan membandingkan keefektifan pembelajaran problem posing dan problem solving ditinjau dari ketercapaian kompetensi dasar, metode matematis, dan sikap matematis siswa SMA. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Nonequivalent (Pretest and Posttest) group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Lombok Timur yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Dari tujuh kelas tersebut, dipilih secara acak dua kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. 1). Pendekatan problem posing dan problem solving efektif ditinjau dari ketercapaian kompetensi dasar, metode matematis, dan sikap matematis siswa SMA. 2). Ada perbedaan keefektifan pendekatan problem posing dan problem solving ditinjau dari ketiga variabel dependen secara simultan. 3). Pendekatan problem solving lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendekatan problem posingditinjau dari ketercapaian kompetensi dasar dan kemampuan metode matematis. 4). Tidak ada perbedaan keefektifan kedua pendekatan pembelajaran ditinjau dari sikap matematis siswa SMA. The effectiveness of problem posing and problem solving in terms of basic competence attainment, mathematical method, and mathematical attitude Abstract This study aims to describe and compare the effectiveness of problem posing and problem solving approaches in terms of mathematics basic competence attainment, mathematical method, and mathematical attitude of senior high school students. This study was a quasi-experimental study using the nonequivalent pretest and posttest group design. The population was the X grade students of State Senior High School 1 of Sakra Lombok Timur that consisted of seven classes. The sample was two classes selected randomly from all Year X classes. The results of the study are as follows. 1) Problem posing and problem solving approaches are effective in terms of the mathematics basic competence attainment, mathematical method and mathematical attitude of Senior Hogh School students. 2) There is a different effect of problem posing and problem solving approaches on all dependent variables simultaneously. 3) Problem solving approach is more effective than problem posing in terms of the basic competence attainment and mathematical method. 4) There is no different effect of problem posing and problem solving approaches in terms of student mathematical attitude.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan cooperative learning tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) dan tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) yang ditinjau dari sikap siswa terhadap matematika dan prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-posttest non equivalent group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes prestasi belajar matematika dan angket sikap siswa terhadap matematika. Untuk menguji keefektifan pembelajaran matematika dengan kedua model pembelajaran digunakan analisis one sample t-test. Selanjutnya untuk membandingkan keefektifan pembelajaran matematika dengan kedua model pembelajaran data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji T2 Hotelling, dan independent t-testuntuk menentukan model pembelajaran manakah yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif CRH dan NHT efektif ditinjau dari sikap siswa terhadap matematika dan prestasi belajar matematika dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH lebih efektif dibanding model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT ditinjau dari sikap siswa terhadap matematika dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Kata kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif, CRH, NHT, sikap siswa terhadap matematika, prestasi belajar matematika siswa The effectieveness of cooperative learning CRH and NHT in terms of attitudes and mathematics learning achievement of students Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of cooperative learning Course Review Horay (CRH) type and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type in terms of student\u27s attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics learning achievement. This study was a quasi-experimental study using the pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. It involved two experimental groups. The data collecting instruments consisted of a mathematics learning achievement test and questionnaires for students\u27 attitudes towards mathematics. To test the effectiveness of the mathematics learning through the CRH and NHT cooperative learning model, the one-sample t-test was carried out. Then, to compare the effectiveness of the two model, the data were analyzed using the T2 Hotelling test, and the independent t test to find out which of the two model was more effective. The results of the study show that mathematics learning through the CRH and NHT cooperative learning is effective in terms of student\u27s attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics learning achievement and the CRH cooperative learning model is more effective than the NHT cooperative learning model in terms of student\u27s attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics achievement of student\u27s.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa perangkat pembelajaran matematika SMK menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berorientasi prestasi belajar dan kemampuan komunikasi matematika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model four-D dari Thiagarajan. Model ini terdiri atas empat tahapan pengembangan yaitu define (pendefenisian), design (desain), develop (pengembangan) dan desseminate (penyebaran). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan mengelompokan data berdasarkan kualifikasi produk, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan untuk memperoleh nilai rata-rata yang dimasukkan dalam kategori penilaian skala Likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produk perangkat pembelajaran matematika SMK menggunakan pendekatan saintifik yang berorientasi pada prestasi belajar dan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa SMK yang terdiri atas RPP, LKS dan TPB. Setelah melalui tahapan validasi, produk RPP produk dinyatakan valid, produk perangkat memenuhi kategori sangat praktis, dan hasil tes prestasi belajar dan kemampuan komunikasi matematika memenuhi kategori efektif. Produk pengembangan yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif, maka produk layak dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran di kelas. Kata Kunci: perangkat pembelajaran, pendekatan saintifik, kemampuan komunikasi matematika Developing Scientific-Approach-Based Learning Kit of Limit Oriented to Mathematics Learning Achievements and Communication Skills Abstract This study is aimed at producing mathematics learning kit for SMK using the scientific approach oriented to students\u27 mathematics learning achievements and communication skills.This research was a research and development employing the four-D model by Thiagarajan. The model consisted of four development stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research instruments were validation sheets, practicallity sheets, and learning achievement tests. The data were analyzed by grouping the data based on the product qualification and then calculations were made to obtain mean scores classified into categories in the Likert scale assessment. The results of the study are a product in the form of mathematics learning kit for SMK using the scientific approach oriented to students\u27 mathematics learning achievements and communication skills, consisting of lesson plans, student worksheets, and learning achievement tests. Through the product validation stage, the lesson plans are considered to be valid. The product is very practical, and the results of the mathematics learning achievement and communication skill tests show that the product is effective. The developed product is valid, practical, and effective, and is appropriate to be used in classroom. Keywords: learning kit, scientific approach, mathematics communication skill

    Developing mathematics learning set for special-needs junior high school student oriented to learning interest and achievement

    This study aims to produce a mathematics learning set for special-needs students (mathematical learning disability and mathematically gifted) of Junior High School Grade VIII Second Semester oriented to learning interests and achievement which is valid, practical, and effective. This study was a research and development study using the Four-D development model consisting of four stages: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. The quality of learning set consisting of the following three criterions: (1) validity, (2) practicality, and (3) effectiveness. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive quantitative analysis. The research produced learning set consisting of lesson plans and student worksheets. The result of the research shows that: (1) the learning set fulfill the valid criteria base on experts\u27 appraisal; (2) the learning set fulfill the practical criterion base on teacher\u27s and students\u27 questionnaire, and observation of learning implementation; (3) the learning set fulfill the effectiveness criterion base on learning interest and achievement

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan keefektifan pengelolaan lab komputer di sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri se Kota Banjarbaru, menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kualitatif, bertempat di SMK negeri se Kota Banjarbaru. Populasi sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian adalah tiga orang kepala sekolah, 15 orang guru, tiga orang laboran, 30 orang siswa kelas XII. Objek penelitian adalah lab komputer. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan observasi di lapangan. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara membandingkan antara rerata skor observasi dan norma yang telah ditentukan. Pengelolaan lab komputer secara umum kurang efektif, perencanaan yang tidak terstruktur dan kurang melibatkan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan, pengorganisasian yang tidak maksimal, pelaksanaan yang masih kurang sesuai dengan perencanaan, dan pengawasan yang dilakukan secara tidak terencana dan tidak ada tindak lanjut yang jelas. Untuk itu pengelolaan lab komputer memerlukan strategi dalam melaksanakan fungsinya sebagai salah satu sarana dan prasarana kegiatan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan sumber daya yang ada, memperbaiki kelemahan, dan tanggap terhadap peluang serta mencari solusi untuk setiap hambatan yang ditemukan. Untuk meningkatkan keefektifan pengelolaan lab komputer dilakukan dengan konsultasi dan komunikasi dua arah dengan pihak yang terkait dalam upaya memberdayakan dan mengembangkan sumber daya serta memberi solusi dan arahan penyelesaian masalah yang tepat. Kata kunci: keefektifan, pengelolaan, lab komputer THE MANAGEMENT OF COMPUTER LABORATORIES IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Abstract This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the management of computer labs in state vocational high schools in Banjarbaru. This study used the qualitative descriptive approach, held at all vocational high schools in Banjarbaru. The sample of the study which was also the population consisted of three principals, 15 teachers, three laboratorians, and 30 students of class XII. The objects were computer laboratories. The techniques of collecting the data were structured interviews and field observations. The research instruments were in the form of questionnaire and observation sheet. The data were analyzed by comparing the mean of observation score with the predetermined norm. The research results were as follows. The management of computer labs was generally not effective. This could be seen from the unstructured planning and a lack of involvement of the related parties, the organization which was not maximum, the implementation which was still not in accordance with the planning, and the unplanned supervision without any clear follow-up. Therefore, computer lab management needed strategies to carry out its function as one of the learning activity infrastructures by making use of existing resources, improving weaknesses, being responsive to the opportunities, and finding solutions to any obstacles found. Improving the effectiveness of the computer lab management should be done by conducting two-way communication and consultation with relevant parties in an effort to empower and develop resources and provide solutions and guidance to solve problems accurately.     Peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw di kelas 8c SMP Negeri 3 Berbah

    Classroom Action Research was conducted in class VIII C SMP Negeri 3 Berbah Academic Year 2013/2014 by using Jigsaw cooperative learning approach. This study aims to implement cooperative learning Jigsaw to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students in the subject of Citizenship Education. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that prior to the implementation of the action no activity learners are categorized very active, the active category 5 (22.73%), fairly active 6 (27.27%) and less active 11 (50.00%). After the first cycle are very active category 5 (27.27%), the active category 11 (50.00%), quite active 4 (18.18%) and less active 1 (4.55). And after the second cycle which is very active category 7 (31.82%), the active category 9 (40.91%), quite active 5 (22.73%) and less active 2 (09,09%)). When viewed in the development of mastery learning it before action 9 learners otherwise completed (40.91%), following which the first cycle were 17 (77.27%) students who otherwise completed and after the second cycle students who achieve mastery learning 19 learners (86.36%). During the implementation of the action has been an increase in both, the level of activity and learning outcomes of students. Student activity levels increased along with the lessons learned in the initial group of experts and grouped. With increasing activity of the learner cognitive structure and his memory be better study results also increase
