Mirada hacia el futuro en las competencias digitales del docente de educación primaria
Get PDFEste ensayo argumentativo, se propuso analizar críticamente las competencias digitales del docente en el nivel de educación primaria frente a los desafíos emergentes de la innovación y flexibilidad de la enseñanza-aprendizaje en el presente y hacia el futuro. Se fundamentó en una investigación documental, empleando la técnica de fichaje, al seleccionar las contribuciones de diversos autores en los subtemas clave: fundamentos de la competencia digitales docentes, herramientas tecnológicas en el aula de la educación primaria e integración tecnológica en el plan de estudios: modelos y estrategias. Entre las conclusiones más relevantes, se destaca que las competencias digitales del docente, combinadas con nuevas actitudes hacia la tecnología, abren escenarios activos para mejorar la calidad educativa. Este escenario se refleja en la capacidad de los maestros para abordar métodos, estrategias de aprendizaje combinadas y en línea, adoptando enfoques innovadores que trascienden los desafíos tradicionales. La perspectiva proactiva y participativa se evidencia en el diseño creativo de recursos y la gestión eficaz del conocimiento en entornos digitales, subrayando la importancia de la adaptabilidad y la innovación. En cuanto a la integración de herramientas tecnológicas en el nivel de educación primaria, se concluye que esta redefinición de los métodos de enseñanza enriquece la experiencia de aprendizaje. Desde aplicaciones interactivas hasta recursos multimedia, las herramientas tecnológicas permiten a los maestros seleccionar contenidos específicos y aplicar estrategias adaptadas a los estilos de aprendizaje individuales. En términos de la perspectiva prospectiva, se sugiere proporcionar una visión crítica y reflexiva sobre las competencias digitales del docente y la integración de tecnologías en el nivel de educación primaria, sirviendo como guía para profesionales y formuladores de políticas en la evolución constante de la educación del siglo XXI.This argumentative essay aimed to critically analyze the digital competencies of primary education teachers in the face of the emerging challenges of innovation and flexibility of teaching-learning in the present and into the future. It was based on documentary research, using the recording technique, by selecting the contributions of various authors on the key subtopics: foundations of teacher digital competence, technological tools in the primary education classroom and technological integration in the curriculum: models and strategies. Among the most relevant conclusions, it stands out that the teacher's digital skills, combined with new attitudes towards technology, open active scenarios to improve educational quality. This scenario is reflected in the ability of teachers to address blended and online learning methods, strategies, adopting innovative approaches that transcend traditional challenges. The proactive and participatory perspective is evident in the creative design of resources and the effective management of knowledge in digital environments, underlining the importance of adaptability and innovation. Regarding the integration of technological tools in primary education, it is concluded that this redefinition of teaching methods enriches the learning experience. From interactive applications to multimedia resources, technological tools allow teachers to select specific content and apply strategies adapted to individual learning styles. In terms of the prospective perspective, it suggests that the contribution of this essay lies in providing a critical and reflective vision on the digital competencies of the teacher and the integration of technologies in primary education, serving as a guide for professionals and policymakers in the evolution constant of 21st century education
The private revenge as a true legal model and how it is regulated in the “Codice Barbaricino”
Get PDFLa venganza privada es un fenómeno histórico que atravesó la humanidad hasta la apropiación del poder punitivo por parte del Estado moderno. En este trabajo, se tomará en consideración el esquema elaborado por el gran jurista italiano A. Pigliaru, denominado el “códice barbaricino”, en el cual se regula de manera exhaustiva el fenómeno de la venganza “vendetta”. Dentro de este código, se señalan no sólo las ofensas que ameritan la venganza, sino también la medida en que esta debe ser ejecutada, lo cual da cuenta de una estructura paralela a la justicia formal digna de análisis. Siendo así el autor se avocará entonces a realizar un breve análisis de la historia de la venganza privada para luego sí, conocer cómo ésta ha sido regulada en el “codice barbaricino”. Finalmente, en la discusión y conclusiones, se intentará dar una perspectiva actual al tema.Private revenge is a historical phenomenon that went through humanity until the appropriation of the punitive power made by the Modern state. This article takes into consideration the “Codice Barbaricino”, a code created by the Italian jurist A. Pigliaru, in which the phenomenon of revenge or “vendetta” is exhaustively regulated as a true legal model. In this code are listed not only the offenses that deserve revenge but also the way of how it should be executed, which realizes a parallel structure of formal justice that is worth the analysis. This being the case, the author will then focus on carrying out a brief analysis of the history of private revenge to later, yes, know how it has been regulated in the "barbaricino codex". Finally, in the discussion and conclusions, an attempt will be made to give a current perspective to the topic

Get PDFEl derecho a la vida ha sido el principal motivo para sustanciar las convenciones interamericanas sobre derechos humanos, así mismo los tratados internacionales relacionados con este derecho y finalmente sea incluido, protegido y garantizado por las constituciones, incluyendo a la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Iniciar la investigación sobre la presencia de un conductor inescrupuloso, arrebata el sentido de un ser humano su vida, ha sido el motivo de inspiración para su estudio exhaustivo. En las últimas décadas, los Hechos Viales, considerados problemas de salud pública. De acuerdo con la Organización Mundial de la Salud (2020) “registró que en 2018 hubo 7.028 fallecimientos en el país vinculados a accidentes viales”. Con base a este informe, confirma la realidad vial de 182 países donde vive el 99% de la población mundial. La elaboración del artículo comprende un recorrido metodológico en un paradigma interpretativo sociocrítico, con enfoque cualitativo, basado en la información consultada y experiencia de la autora de este. Estos hechos son parte de la estadística con un alto porcentaje del total de personas fallecida, así como de lesiones por vehículos de tránsito en donde indistintamente cualquier ciudadano no está exenta de convertirse en un número más de una estadística.The right to life has been the main motive to substantiate the inter-American conventions on human rights, as well as the international treaties related to this right and finally be included, protected and guaranteed by the constitutions, including the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. To begin the investigation on the presence of an unscrupulous driver, snatching the meaning of a human being's life, has been the motive of inspiration for its exhaustive study. In the last decades, road accidents have been considered public health problems. According to the World Health Organization (2020) "recorded that in 2018 there were 7,028 deaths in the country linked to road accidents". Based on this report, it confirms the road reality of 182 countries where 99% of the world's population lives. The elaboration of the article comprises a methodological journey in a socio-critical interpretative paradigm, with qualitative approach, based on the information consulted and experience of the author of this. Get PDFEl equilibrio procesal es una concreción legal del mandato constitucional a partir del cual se le garantiza a los sujetos procesales, al momento de trabar una litis, un trato igualitario. Sin embargo, este derecho no es absoluto y está sujeto a límites o regulación por parte del legislador. De allí que en el presente ensayo argumentativo se propone identificar y analizar quiénes son los Entes Públicos dotados de privilegios procesales. Los fundamentos teóricos emanan, metódicamente, de fuentes documentales como el ordenamiento jurídico y la jurisprudencia, primordialmente con el objetivo de imprimirle originalidad y criticidad a los argumentos y así contribuir con el debate próspero en el seno de la comunidad de las Ciencias Jurídicas, entre las conclusiones se considera que los privilegios o ventajas procesales constituyen desigualdades, en principio toleradas constitucionalmente, pero que por constituir una limitación a un derecho constitucional requiere de una norma expresa y de una interpretación restrictiva (favor libertatis).Procedural balance is a legal concretion of the constitutional mandate that guarantees equal treatment to the parties to a lawsuit at the time of filing a lawsuit. Therefore, this argumentative essay proposes to identify and analyze which Public Entities are endowed with procedural privileges. This work was carried out under a qualitative approach, awakening interest in social phenomenology, with which it is intended to interpret the voices of the social actors, who have lived and experienced in knowledge the thematic that is addressed and is linked to the rights that are applicable to both women and men with tendency of gender violence, in turn in a methodology of hermeneutic design, The manifestation of each one of the selected social actors was presented, with which the categories will emerge after the triangulation, presenting as a reflection, proposing that a service should be guaranteed where the priority is the protection of the human rights of the woman victim, without her being judged, or questioned on whether what she denounces is true or false; assuming the good faith of her statement, as a basic principle, and that the man should also be given greater procedural protection to prove the facts that are denounced.Los estudios investigativos se sintonizan en la esfera de los propósitos o intencionalidades, dirigida a comprender los derechos igualitarios frente a la violencia de género en Venezuela, una mirada a la realidad hermenéutica. Este trabajo se realizó bajo un enfoque cualitativo, despertando interés en la fenomenología social, con lo cual se pretende interpretar las voces de los actores sociales, que han vivido y experimentado en conocimiento la temática que se aborda y se encuentra vinculada a los derechos que le son aplicables tanto a las mujeres como a los hombres con tendencia de la violencia de género, a su vez en una metodología de diseño hermenéutico, se presentó la manifestación de cada uno, de los actores sociales seleccionados, con lo cual emergerán las categorías posterior a la triangulación, presentando como reflexión, proponer que se debe garantizar un servicio donde la prioridad sea la protección de los derechos humanos de la mujer víctima, sin que ésta se vea juzgada, ni interpelada en si es verdad o mentira lo que denuncia; asumiendo la buena fe de su dicho, como principio básico y que también se le brinde mayor protección procesal al hombre para demostrar los hechos que se denuncian

Methodologically, it is an offshoot of the topics covered in my doctoral thesis recently presented as a promotion work; It is an ontological and epistemological position that shows a particularism critical heritage told in a socio-critical manner.El ensayo que presento tiene la finalidad de brindar al lector una información organizada y holística acerca de la participación de la ciudadanía y de los estudiantes de educación superior en la gerencia participativa, con miras a promover las políticas públicas que demande la sociedad en virtud de la satisfacción de sus necesidades. Estas necesidades deben ser gerenciadas por líderes que conozcan la problemática sociocultural que en apoyo del sector universitario a través del servicio comunitario de educación superior coadyuvan en la generación, aplicación y evaluación de proyectos conducentes a promover soluciones a problemáticas determinadas. Estrategias didácticas para la gestión virtual con enfoque ambiental en la Universidad Politécnica Territorial
Get PDFToday university education is conceived as a fundamental space for development and an area of vital importance for individual fulfillment, collective well-being and the development and growth of organizations, hence its strategic role for nations and the need to conceive it as part of public policy. This assessment is shared worldwide and is a basic point of consensus in democratic approaches. At present, one of the challenges of university education is to be able to adapt to the rhythm of changes that are being experienced at the beginning of the 21st century, in a politically changing world, which exceeds the thesis of single individual and end-to-end thinking. the story with which the 20th century closed, as well as facing environmental conditions, for example, COVID-19, still present. For this reason, pedagogy is approached, as an area with relevance for the environmental management of the events that society and organizations directly cause. The environmental dimension must be present in the organizational aspects and considerations that allow responding to the approach to reality, to the origin of the phenomena, because its way of approaching is intrinsically linked to the object of study that involves the human being. For this reason, the article contributes to identify and describe didactic strategies that allow the transversality of the socio-environmental axis in the virtual environment of the National Training Programs (PNF) of the Andrés Eloy Blanco Territorial Polytechnic University of Lara (UPTAEB).
Hoy se concibe la educación universitaria como un espacio fundamental para el desarrollo y un área de vital importancia para la realización individual, el bienestar colectivo y el desarrollo y crecimiento de las organizaciones, de ahí su papel estratégico para las naciones y la necesidad de concebirla como parte de las políticas públicas. Esta valoración es compartida a nivel mundial y es un punto básico de consenso en los enfoques democráticos. En los actuales momentos, uno de los retos de la educación universitaria es poder adaptarse al ritmo de cambios que se viven en el inicio del siglo XXI, en un mundo políticamente cambiante, que supera la tesis del pensamiento único de carácter individual y de fin de la historia con la que cerró el siglo XX., así como a enfrentar condiciones ambientales, por ejemplo; COVID-19, aún presente. Por esta razón se aborda la pedagogía, como área con relevancia para la gerencia ambiental de los acontecimientos que suscitan la sociedad y directamente las organizaciones. La dimensión ambiental debe estar presente en los aspectos y consideraciones organizativos que permitan responder al abordaje de la realidad, al origen de los fenómenos, porque su forma de abordar esta intrínsecamente ligado al objeto de estudio que implica al ser humano. Es por ello, que el artículo contribuye a identificar y describir estrategias didácticas que permiten la transversalidad del eje socio ambiental en el entorno virtual de los Programas Nacionales de Formación (PNF) de la Universidad Politécnica Territorial de Lara, Andrés Eloy Blanco (UPTAEB)
