Conceptual ontogenesis of otherness: understanding the human being from a work perspective
Get PDFLa Ontogénesis significa ir a la fuente primaria de la ontología; su etimología se deriva del griego ontos, que significa "ser" y génesis, "origen". Como tal, la ciencia la emplea para seguir el desarrollo biológico del ser humano desde su fecundación. Sin embargo, este término es proporcionado por el lenguaje para darle sentido a la ciencia en el nacimiento de las cosas, en este caso a la raíz del concepto. Partir desde la radicalidad significa tener el conocimiento del principio epistémico. Para abordar a la Alteridad desde la raíz de la propia palabra fue necesario indagar y escudriñar textos y documentos existentes en sus referentes históricos, por lo que la intencionalidad de este discurrir ensayístico es conocer los significados conceptuales que dan los autores sociales a este fenómeno. En este sentido, este ensayo se inscribe desde lo cualitativo, asimismo, se cataloga como investigación Fenomenológica apoyada en lo interpretativo en la praxis investigativa del autor. En lo referente a la parte conclusiva, se identifican y conocen los autores sociales más destacados con significancia científica al fenómeno de la Alteridad como Lévinas, Frankl (2022), Aristóteles (1957), y Butierrez (2019), Ortega y Gasset (1980).Ontogenesis means going to the primary source of ontology; Its etymology is derived from the Greek ontos, meaning "being" and genesis, "origin." As such, science uses it to follow the biological development of the human being from fertilization. However, this term is provided by language to give meaning to science at the birth of things, in this case at the root of the concept. Starting from radicality means having knowledge of the epistemic principle. To approach Otherness from the root of the word itself, it was necessary to investigate and scrutinize existing texts and documents in their historical references, so the intention of this essayistic discourse is to know the conceptual meanings that social authors give to this phenomenon. In this sense, this essay is inscribed from the descriptive, likewise, it is classified as documentary research supported from the interpretative point of view by the author's investigative praxis. Regarding the concluding part, the most prominent social authors with scientific significance to the phenomenon of Otherness are identified and known, such as Lévinas, Frankl (2022), Aristóteles (1957), and Butierrez (2019), Ortega y Gasset (1980)

No full textFreedom of expression and the right to honor, both fundamental pillars of democratic societies, are in constant tension, especially in the digital era where social networks amplify the scope of opinions and expressions. The article “Libertad de expresión Vs. Derecho al honor: un conflicto interminable” by María Alarcón and José Blanco analyzes this dilemma, exploring the challenges and proposing solutions to achieve a balance between both rights. While freedom of expression allows people to communicate their ideas without censorship, it is not an absolute right. There are clear limits when it is used to defame, slander or incite hatred, actions that can harm the reputation and dignity of others. The right to honor, on the other hand, protects the image and good name of individuals, guaranteeing their respect and social consideration. In short, freedom of expression and the right to honor are inalienable rights that must coexist in a just and democratic society. Dialogue, education and appropriate legal measures are essential to navigate this complex conflict and ensure respect for both rights in the digital age.La libertad de expresión y el derecho al honor, ambos pilares fundamentales de las sociedades democráticas entran en constante tensión, especialmente en la era digital donde las redes sociales amplifican el alcance de las opiniones y expresiones. El artículo "Libertad de expresión Vs. Derecho al honor: un conflicto interminable" de María Alarcón y José Blanco analiza este dilema, explorando los desafíos y proponiendo soluciones para alcanzar un equilibrio entre ambos derechos. Si bien la libertad de expresión permite a las personas comunicar sus ideas sin censura, no es un derecho absoluto. Existen límites claros cuando se utiliza para difamar, injuriar o incitar al odio, acciones que pueden dañar la reputación y dignidad de otros. El derecho al honor, por su parte, protege la imagen y el buen nombre de las personas, garantizando su respeto y consideración social. En definitiva, la libertad de expresión y el derecho al honor son derechos inalienables que deben coexistir en una sociedad justa y democrática. Supervening legal relationship of the de facto situation as a venezuelan migrant in Colombia
Get PDFThis article begins with the projection of a current topic, which reflects legal terms, originated on the occasion of the transit of a Venezuelan to the brother country Colombia. It is to be understood that due to the eventual migration, characterized for being illegal in most of the cases, however, it is reflected in this scenario, an uncertain ritual, by virtue of manifesting itself at the moment of requiring the access to any of the rights, but the same condition of migrants limits in a certain way, its accreditation for being in an irregular situation, not fulfilling the parameters required by both countries, to transit freely, as it is with Venezuelan identity card, or in its effect passport, border mobility card (TMF). Likewise, we find ourselves with a particular but daily scenario, as it is to link a migrant with a person originating from the country where he/she emigrates, certainly the existence of rights to migrants, the answer to this article is sought, to what extent are they and do they cease to be migrants? Reflect on an undetermined number of migrants become customary, begin harmonious relationship, with foreigner in this case of Colombia, to generate rights and eventually can be called migrants, in current legal status.Se inicia este artículo, con la proyección de una temática actual, mediante la cual refleja términos jurídicos, originados con ocasión del transitar de un venezolano o venezolana, hacia el hermano país Colombia. Es de entender que debido a la eventual migración, caracterizada por ser ilegal en la mayoría de los casos, sin embargo, se refleja en este escenario, un ritual incierto, en virtud de manifestarse al momento de requerir el acceso a cualquiera de los derechos, pero la misma condición de migrantes limita en cierto modo, su acreencia por encontrarse de una situación irregular, no cumplir los parámetros exigidos por ambos países, para transitar libremente, como es con cédula de identidad de venezolano, o en su efecto pasaporte, tarjeta de movilidad fronteriza (TMF). This essay report was founded within the framework of the Circo de las Mariposas video, having a manager who did not allow its members to stand out as thinking entities but instead exhibited them as exceptional phenomena, beings without their own will, and who, when they came out of the cocoon, were able to to realize that each one of them represented a repressed personality, that by making decisions they could move forward of their own free will. It was estimated to make remarks about leadership and transformational management, which is of significant importance to generate changes in organizations. Various management theories such as Competency Theory, Business Coaching, Empowerment, Organizational Theory, Classical Theory, Bureaucratic Theory were highlighted. Libro electrónico, nueva perspectiva en la industria editorial venezolana
No full textThis research work aims to know and demonstrate the current position that some publishing agents in Venezuela have assumed in relation to the electronic book as an alternative for the Venezuelan publishing industry, given the incidence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and in the context of the country in relation to others in the region. Methodologically, this work is developed under the qualitative research paradigm, whose design responds to the phenomenological approach, for which consultation in documentary sources and interviews are used, based on a script of questions, directed to six study subjects. The triangulation between documentary sources, the consistent results of the interviews and the theoretical framework ensure a high degree of reliability. The results obtained show that in Venezuela the electronic and printed formats of the book object coexist, as in the rest of the region. According to these results, it is possible to conclude that the publishing production of electronic books in Venezuela could be in a growth stage, supported and relevant information for those interested in knowing the current situation of the electronic book as an alternative for the publishing sector in Venezuela.Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer y evidenciar la postura actual que han asumido algunos agentes editores en Venezuela con relación al libro electrónico como alternativa para la industria editorial venezolana, ante la incidencia de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) y en el contexto del país con relación a otros de la región. Metodológicamente, este trabajo se desarrolla bajo el paradigma de investigación cualitativa, cuyo diseño responde al enfoque fenomenológico, para lo cual se recurre a la consulta en fuentes documentales y a la entrevista, con base en un guion de preguntas, dirigida a seis sujetos de estudio. La triangulación entre las fuentes documentales, los consistentes resultados de las entrevistas y el referencial teórico aseguran un alto grado de confiabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que en Venezuela conviven los formatos electrónico e impreso del objeto libro, al igual que en el resto de la región. De acuerdo con estos resultados se logra concluir que la producción editorial de libros electrónicos en Venezuela podría encontrarse en etapa de crecimiento, información sustentada y pertinente para aquellos interesados en conocer la situación actual del libro electrónico como alternativa para el sector editorial en Venezuela
Competences of the university manager in conflict management and dispute resolution
Get PDFThe purpose of this essay is to analyze the competencies of the university manager in conflict management to find solutions to differences that may arise between the parties in an effective and efficient manner. For its development, reviews of articles, books, presentations, essays on the topic were carried out. Emphasizing the skills required by successful negotiators and mediators to manage conflicts based on theoretical knowledge, flexibility, self-control, negotiation and communication, as well as constant learning. From this perspective, the resolution of differences and the attitudes that the manager must assume to resolve these conflicts will allow him to maintain labor peace in the organization. Among the conclusions, the importance of conflict resolution and the search for solutions to prevent conflicts from worsening and disturbing the proper development of staff and peace in the university organization stands out.El presente ensayo tiene como propósito analizar las competencias del gerente universitario en la gestión de conflictos para la búsqueda de soluciones a las diferencias que se puedan presentar entre las partes de manera efectiva y eficiente. Para su desarrollo se realizaron revisiones de artículos, libros, ponencias, ensayos, sobre el tema. Haciendo énfasis en las competencias que requieren los negociadores y mediadores exitosos para gestionar conflictos basados en los conocimientos teóricos, flexibilidad, autocontrol, negociación y comunicación, así como también el aprendizaje constante. Desde esta perspectiva, la solución de diferencias y las actitudes que debe asumir el gerente para resolver dichos conflictos le permitirán mantener la paz laboral en la organización. Entre las conclusiones, se distingue la importancia que tiene la resolución de conflictos y la búsqueda de soluciones para evitar que se agudicen los conflictos y perturben el buen desenvolvimiento del personal y el deterioro de la paz en la organización universitaria
Doctoral training in the professional development of university teachers: Reflections for educational transformation
Get PDFEl ensayo subraya la importancia de la formación doctoral como un espacio propicio para la transformación social y el crecimiento profesional del docente universitario. Se reflexiona sobre las responsabilidades que recaen en las universidades chilenas en cuanto a la generación, preservación y transmisión del conocimiento en diversas áreas, desde las ciencias hasta las humanidades, las artes y la tecnología. A partir de esta revisión, se comprende el papel fundamental del docente universitario en este proceso educativo. Al considerar la formación doctoral en educación, se interpreta como una oportunidad para la producción de conocimiento innovador, donde se evidencia la capacidad del doctorando para investigar y establecer colaboraciones académicas. No obstante, es crucial abordar los desafíos actuales para aprovechar al máximo estas oportunidades. Por lo tanto, se presentan reflexiones sobre la necesidad de fomentar el pensamiento crítico-reflexivo, apoyar la investigación y la innovación, impulsar el respaldo institucional, valorar la diversidad, promover la formación continua y fomentar la colaboración entre pares, a través de la interdisciplinariedad y la ética en la investigación doctoral.The essay highlights the relevance of doctoral training as a favorable scenario for social transformation and the professional development of university teachers. It reflects on the responsibilities assigned by current legislation to Chilean universities regarding the generation, preservation and transmission of knowledge in various areas, from the sciences to the humanities, arts and technology. From this review, the fundamental role of the university professor in the educational promise of institutions towards their students and society is understood. When considering doctoral training in education, it is interpreted as a scenario for the production of innovative knowledge, where the disciplinary and research skills of the doctoral student are evident, in addition to the academic collaborations that are developed during their training journey. However, it is necessary to address various challenges that allow us to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the current context, therefore, reflections are presented on the need to promote critical-reflective thinking, support research and innovation, promote institutional support, value the diversity, promote continuous training and encourage collaboration between peers, through interdisciplinarity and ethics in the construction of the doctoral thesis
Relationship between politics, the state and life education
Get PDFEl presente ensayo tiene como finalidad mostrar un acercamiento teórico y práctico a las categorías de pensamiento en torno a: política, entendida como cosa pública, el Estado y educación para vida. Me apoyé en las ideas de algunos autores que han intentado desarrollar estas concepciones y, también, en normativas legales vigentes en Venezuela. En este sentido, asumo las ideas sobre la política y la cosa pública como las entiende Enrique Dussel cuando habla de un conglomerado de sujetos intersubjetivos relacionados en las diversas estructuras del poder. Por tanto, la categoría Estado la sustentaré con la concepción de Rousseau que lo interpreta como un pacto social de convivencia pacífica; desarrollado por la concepción de estado social, democrático, de derecho y de justicia que propone la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Finalizando con la concepción de Educación popular y de calidad legado por el maestro Simón Rodríguez. Por tanto, se busca presentar el rol de las instituciones y las políticas públicas en la consolidación de un enfoque educativo que forme para la vida, la liberación integral, donde las escuelas y universidades asuman el aprender haciendo, el aprender a aprender sin desarraigarse de su entorno.The purpose of this essay is to show a theoretical and practical approach to the categories of thought around: politics, understood as a public thing, the state and education for life. I have relied on the ideas of some authors who have tried to develop these conceptions and, also, on legal regulations in force in Venezuela. In this sense, I assume the ideas about politics and the public thing as understood by Enrique Dussel when he speaks of a conglomerate of intersubjective subjects related in the diverse structures of power. Therefore, I will support the state category with Rousseau's conception that interprets it as a social pact of peaceful coexistence; developed by the conception of social, democratic, state of law and justice proposed by the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Finalizing with the conception of popular and quality education bequeathed by the master Simón Rodríguez. Therefore, we seek to present the role of institutions and public policies in the consolidation of an educational approach that trains for life, integral liberation, where schools and universities assume learning by doing, learning to learn without uprooting from their environment.

Es evidente que la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) ha evolucionado hacia una práctica que no solo busca el beneficio económico, sino también el equilibrio social y ambiental, como lo definen Castro e Isea (2019). En la era digital, esta responsabilidad se amplía, incorporando el impacto que las empresas generan en el entorno virtual, social y ambiental, lo cual favorece que las organizaciones sean más transparentes y responsables debido al escrutinio de consumidores y reguladores en línea. El uso de tecnologías como el big data y blockchain facilita la trazabilidad y la medición de impactos positivos, pero también plantea retos éticos sobre la protección de la privacidad y los derechos humanos. En este contexto, la digitalización redefine la interacción empresarial, exigiendo una mayor responsabilidad en cuanto a normativas locales e internacionales para asegurar un desarrollo sustentable integral.The purpose of this essay is to analyze social and business responsibility in the digital age from a sustainable approach.
