Las organizaciones como pilar fundamental para el desarrollo organizacional en el tiempo
Get PDFLa presente investigación aborda el análisis de como las personas constituyen el principal activo de la organización. Los objetivos comprenden identificar el rol de las organizaciones para crecer, prosperar y mantener su continuidad. La metodología aplicada es cualitativa, basada en una revisión bibliográfica de 30 artículos científicos seleccionados entre el periodo 2000 y 2023, acorde a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Los resultados destacan que las organizaciones que son capaces de optimizar el rendimiento de sus empleados alcanzan mejores resultados. Además, ccuando una organización se orienta hacia las personas, su filosofía global y su cultura organizacional existe una evolución del desarrollo organizacional. Las conclusiones señalan que Los progresivos avances que han experimentados las empresas e instituciones desde el DO, se debe en gran parte a la dinámica de transformaciones de la sociedad de la información, el conocimiento y el impacto de las tecnologías, lo que hoy en día se le denomina la digitalización, que han sido capaces de promover cambios sustanciales en los principales procesos, haciéndolos más eficaces, eficientes y productivos, mejorando los niveles de desempeño de los colaboradores, compartiendo información para reducir riesgos, pero enfocado hacia una necesidad constante de cambios.This research addresses the analysis of how people constitute the main asset of the organization. The objectives include identifying the role of organizations to grow, prosper and maintain their continuity. The methodology applied is qualitative, based on a bibliographic review of 30 scientific articles selected between the period 2000 and 2023, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results highlight that organizations that are able to optimize the performance of their employees achieve better results. Furthermore, when an organization is oriented towards people, its global philosophy and its organizational culture, there is an evolution of organizational development. The conclusions indicate that The progressive advances that companies and institutions have experienced since the OD, is largely due to the dynamics of transformations of the information society, knowledge and the impact of technologies, which today is called digitalization, which have been able to promote substantial changes in the main processes, making them more effective, efficient and productive, improving the performance levels of collaborators, sharing information to reduce risks, but focused on a constant need for changes
Current socio-legal impact of the surrogat family in Venezuela
Get PDFLa investigación, está dirigida al estudio del Impacto Socio-Jurídico Actual de la Familia Sustituta en Venezuela, permite engranar los objetivos específicos propios de la investigación, los cuales se mencionan: describir los fundamentos teóricos relacionados con el impacto socio-jurídico actual de la familia sustituta en Venezuela; identificar las fortalezas y debilidades del ordenamiento jurídico y explicar las actuaciones del sistema rector de protección integral para niños, niñas y adolescentes. El estudio se desarrolla en el paradigma jurídico dogmático. En tal sentido, por medio de los referidos objetivos específicos, el estudio de la familia sustituta, según la Convención de los Derechos del Niño Niña y Adolescente, la Constitución venezolana, LOPNNA y el Código Civil vigente. Se puede vislumbrar la importancia de la familia dentro de la sociedad, se concluye que los aspectos necesarios para describir los fundamentos teóricos relacionados con la familia sustituta en Venezuela se encuentran plasmados en la ley. Toda esta pertinencia conlleva a recomendar al Estado que ejerza el control dentro de sus responsabilidades, por medio de la intervención a priori; en casos de familias de origen desintegradas así mismo resguardar la familia sustituta como medio de protección.The research is directed to the study of the Current Socio-Legal Impact of the Surrogate Family in Venezuela, which allows the specific objectives of the research, which are mentioned: To describe the theoretical foundations related to the current socio-legal impact of the Surrogate Family in Venezuela; to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Legal System and to explain the actions of the Governing System of Integral Protection for Children and Adolescents. The study is developed in the dogmatic legal paradigm. In such sense, by means of the referred specific objectives, the study of the substitute family, according to the Convention of the Rights of the Child and Adolescent, the Venezuelan Constitution, LOPNNA and the Civil Code in force. It is possible to glimpse the importance of the family within the society, it is concluded that the necessary aspects to describe the theoretical foundations related to the Substitute Family in Venezuela, are embodied in the Law. All this relevance leads to recommend the State to exercise the Control within its responsibilities, by means of the intervention a priori; in cases of disintegrated families of origin as well as to safeguard the substitute family as a means of protection

Emerging management strategies to strengthen educational management in university institutions in Venezuela
Get PDFEl propósito de la investigación se centró en describir las estrategias gerenciales emergentes para analizar la gestión educativa en las instituciones universitarias de Venezuela. El proceder metodológico se articuló desde un paradigma positivista de carácter cuantitativo a través del método de investigación basado en la modalidad de estudio documental. Se consultó el material publicado entre enero 2020 hasta diciembre 2023 en las bases de datos electrónicas Google Académico, Scopus, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo y Jstore; aplicándose la técnica de arqueo de fuente del material. La revisión bibliográfica permitió comprender que la gestión educativa en Venezuela enfrenta un panorama complejo teniendo un gran potencial para mejorar, siendo necesario un esfuerzo de los actores educativos a fin de superar los desafíos y aprovechar las oportunidades presentes en la cotidianidad de la práctica. Se concluye que la implementación de estrategias emergentes contribuye a fortalecer la gestión educativa en las instituciones universitarias permitiéndoles responder de manera eficiente a los desafíos y oportunidades presentadas en un contexto marcado por la apertura económica, la globalización y la competitividad de los mercados.The purpose of the research is to describe emerging management strategies to analyze educational management in university institutions in Venezuela. The methodological procedure was articulated from a positivist paradigm of a quantitative nature through the research method based on the documentary study modality. The material published between January 2020 and December 2023 was consulted in the electronic databases Google Academic, Scopus, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo, and Jstore, applying the material source counting technique. The bibliographic review allowed us to understand that educational management in Venezuela faces a complex panorama with great potential for improvement, requiring an effort by educational actors in order to overcome the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities present in daily practice. It is concluded that implementing emerging strategies contributes to strengthening educational management in university institutions, allowing them to respond efficiently to the challenges and opportunities presented in a context marked by economic openness, globalization, and market competitiveness
Art and health: biochemistry of well-being and body self-regulation in integrated therapeutic practices
Get PDFEste ensayo argumentativo se planteó el propósito de explorar desde una perspectiva bioquímica, la conexión del arte y la salud para el bienestar y autorregulación corporal en prácticas terapéuticas integradas. El abordaje se hizo a través de una investigación documental utilizando la técnica del fichaje electrónico. El desarrollo teórico comprendió los aspectos relacionados con el arte: vehículo para la homeostasis, regulación del cortisol a través de prácticas artísticas terapéuticas, sistema inmune: conexiones creativas y de resiliencia biológica. Entre las conclusiones se destacó que el sistema inmune y la resiliencia psicológica están interconectados en un proceso adaptativo continuo. La gestión del estrés mediante creatividad y bienestar emocional refuerza las funciones inmunológicas, y las intervenciones que modulan el perfil inflamatorio, como los probióticos, pueden potenciar la capacidad de resistencia del organismo, facilitando el equilibrio y la recuperación integral del individuo. La visión de futuro de este artículo activa la idea que la resiliencia y sistema inmune apuntan a desarrollar intervenciones personalizadas que integren estrategias creativas, emocionales y nutricionales. Modulaciones del perfil inflamatorio mediante probióticos y enfoques neuroinmunológicos abrirán nuevas posibilidades terapéuticas, fortaleciendo la capacidad adaptativa del organismo frente al estrés y promoviendo un bienestar integral en diversos contextos.This argumentative essay aimed to explore, from a biochemical perspective, the connection of art and health for well-being and bodily self-regulation in integrated therapeutic practices. The approach was done through documentary research using the electronic signing technique. The theoretical development included aspects related to art: vehicle for homeostasis, regulation of cortisol through therapeutic artistic practices, immune system: creative connections and biological resilience. Among the conclusions, it was highlighted that the immune system and psychological resilience are interconnected in a continuous adaptive process. Stress management through creativity and emotional well-being reinforces immune functions, and interventions that modulate the inflammatory profile, such as probiotics, can enhance the body's resistance capacity, facilitating balance and comprehensive recovery of the individual. The future vision of this article activates the idea that resilience and the immune system aim to develop personalized interventions that integrate creative, emotional and nutritional strategies. Modulations of the inflammatory profile through probiotics and neuroimmunological approaches will open new therapeutic possibilities, strengthening the organism's adaptive capacity against stress and promoting comprehensive well-being in various contexts

Compliance as a financial control tool for risk management in the Favorita Fruit Group, Ecuador
Get PDFAnalyzing Compliance as a financial control process for risk management in the Favorita Fruit Group, Ecuador, allows initially to evaluate the effectiveness of the functions for the identification and mitigation of risks in companies. Framed in the positivist paradigm, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, in a field research type under the descriptive level, and carried out the analysis that shows the points where they converge and allow comparing the results obtained for the Favorita Fruit Group, Ecuador. These revealed that, although a Compliance program is implemented, there are important deficiencies in the identification of the legal framework and in the application of policies and procedures, and although the ISO 37301:2021 standard that governs the application of this tool is present in the activities of the group under study, it is not possible to fully understand the needs of the stakeholders. It is concluded that weaknesses in practice make it difficult to identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions. This represents a significant obstacle to the group's leadership in measuring and monitoring compliance program objectives.Analizar el Compliance como proceso de control financiero para la gestión de riesgos en el Grupo Favorita Fruit, Ecuador, permite inicialmente evaluar la efectividad de las funciones para la identificación y mitigación de riesgos en las empresas. Enmarcado en el paradigma positivista, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño, no experimental, en un tipo de investigación de campo bajo el nivel descriptivo, y realizado el análisis el que muestra los puntos donde confluyen y permiten comparar los resultados obtenidos para el grupo Favorita Fruit, Ecuador. Estos revelaron que, aunque se implementa un programa de Compliance, existen importantes deficiencias en la identificación del marco legal y en la aplicación de políticas de procedimientos y aunque la norma ISO 37301:2021 que rige la aplicación de esta herramienta está presente en las actividades del grupo en estudio, no se logra entender completamente las necesidades de los interesados. Se concluye que las debilidades en la práctica dificultan la identificación de incumplimientos normativos y la aplicación de acciones correctivas. Esto representa un obstáculo significativo para el liderazgo del grupo en la medición y monitoreo de los objetivos del programa de Compliance
