ROSTRO ROBÓTICO ASISTENTE DE PSICÓLOGOS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE TRASTORNOS DE APRENDIZAJE
Get PDFEn la presente investigación se elaboró un asistente con rostro robótico para psicopedagogos en el diagnóstico de trastornos de aprendizaje con la finalidad de mejorar la ejecución en los tratamientos para estas patologías en niños con edades comprendidas entre 7 y 9 años. Para elaborar el rostro robótico se establecieron objetivos como estudiar las variables involucradas en los test de tratamientos, acoplar un software al rostro robótico, desarrollar un software con la capacidad de reconocimiento de comando de voz, diseñar un circuito capaz de modular señal de audio y por último construir un rostro robótico con libertad de movimiento. La investigación está enmarcada en la línea innovación de procesos industriales y productos tecnológicos, bajo el paradigma cuantitativo, en la modalidad de proyecto técnico. Se utilizaron materiales reciclables, junto a un software de alto nivel, por último, se elaboró el módulo de control integrado por un microcontrolador arduino encargado de la comunicación entre el software de alto nivel y servos motores para el movimiento del rostro, cuenta a su vez con un circuito electrónico para controlar el servo motor de la mandíbula. Se concluye que el prototipo elaborado fue capaz de llevar una conversación de maestro esclavo (Pregunta-Respuesta) junto con el psicopedagogo, realizando pruebas a un paciente previamente seleccionado, cuyo diagnóstico final fue que el paciente no posee trastorno alguno en el área de aprendizaje.In the present research a robotic face assistant was developed for psycho-pedagogues in the diagnosis of learning disorders in order to improve the execution of treatments for these pathologies in children between 7 and 9 years of age. In order to elaborate the robotic face, objectives were established such as studying the variables involved in the treatment tests, coupling a software to the robotic face, developing a software with the capacity of voice command recognition, designing a circuit capable of modulating audio signal and finally building a robotic face with freedom of movement. The research is framed in the line of innovation of industrial processes and technological products, under the quantitative paradigm, in the modality of technical project. Recyclable materials were used, together with a high-level software, finally, the control module integrated by an arduino microcontroller in charge of the communication between the high level software and servo motors for the movement of the face was elaborated, it also has an electronic circuit to control the servo motor of the jaw. It is concluded that the prototype developed was able to carry out a master-slave conversation (Question-Answer) together with the psychopedagogist, testing a previously selected patient, whose final diagnosis was that the patient does not have any disorder in the learning area

Get PDFEl presente estudio está orientado a analizar las características de la labor que lleva adelante una de la máxima figura de una institución de educación superior, como lo es el decano. Se entiende que el proceso de selección y nombramiento es diferente en cada universidad. En todas las instituciones, la selección se realiza por el jefe director (Rector). Se ubica este extenso argumentativo bajo una investigación de tipo documental y una revisión bibliográfica, orientada a examinar lo relativo al rol del decano en la institución universitaria haciendo un recorrido por sus principales características y funciones entre otras consideraciones. Se concluye que estos elementos representan rasgos, conductas y comportamientos que, en su ejercicio asume como parte del desempeño laboral, además de esto estará en constante aprendizaje aumentando con ello su experiencia en las relaciones entre otras figuras de autoridad, docentes y estudiantes.The present study is aimed at analyzing the characteristics of the work carried out by the highest figure of a Higher Education institution, such as the dean. It is understood that the selection and appointment process is different in each university. In all of them, the selection is made by the direct boss (Rector). This extensive argument is located under a documentary-type investigation and a bibliographic review, aimed at examining what is related to the role of the dean in the university institution, taking a tour of its main characteristics and functions among other considerations. Herramientas digitales para la educación ambiental en el manejo de los desechos hospitalarios
Get PDFThe general objective of this research was to determine digital tools for environmental education in the management of hospital waste aimed at health personnel at the Dr. Armando Velásquez Mago Hospital in the state of Lara. The study is methodologically framed under the positivist paradigm, with a focus quantitative, and with a non-experimental field, cross-sectional, descriptive design. The population is represented by one hundred and two (102) subjects who are part of the health personnel, with a defined sample of thirty (30) health professionals. To collect data, a closed-scale questionnaire was used with response options Always, Sometimes and Never, structured with twenty-eight (28) items. The instrument was subjected to expert judgment and the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient was applied. It is concluded that workers do not have written information for the final collection of waste, intermittency in the supplies of adequate personal protective equipment for waste management, lack of supervision of institutions and organizations, mainly. It is recommended to implement the use of digital platforms, adequate management of social networks, use of Educational Websites with environmental themes, specifically hospital waste management.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar herramientas digitales para la educación ambiental en el manejo de los desechos hospitalarios dirigido al personal sanitario del Hospital Dr. Armando Velásquez Mago en el estado Lara, el estudio se enmarca metodológicamente bajo el paradigma positivista, con un enfoque cuantitativo, y con un diseño no experimental de campo, de corte transversal, descriptivo. La población está representada por ciento dos (102) sujetos que forman parte del personal sanitario, con una muestra definida de treinta (30) profesionales de salud. Para la recolección de los datos, se utiliza un cuestionario de escala cerrada con opciones de respuesta Siempre, Algunas veces y Nunca, estructurado con veintiocho (28) ítems. El instrumento fue sometido a juicio de expertos y se le aplicó el coeficiente de confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach. Se concluye que los trabajadores no cuentan con información escrita para la recolección final de los desechos, intermitencia en los suministros de equipos de protección personal adecuados para el manejo de los desechos, falta de supervisión de instituciones y organismos, principalmente. Se recomienda implementar el uso de plataformas digitales, manejo adecuado de redes sociales, uso de Web Educativo con temática ambiental, en específico de gestión de desechos hospitalarios

A life story narrated with the precision of the protagonist that from beginning to end touches on the theme of health, at the beginning combined with the physical and at the end links it with the emotional-spiritual healing among women; defining the concept from an ecofeminism that marked her life, understanding the full integral wellbeing of the body-mind-feeling that connects her with the spiritual to free herself and heal physical and emotional wounds. Get PDFEste trabajo investigativo tiene el propósito describir la realidad en cuanto a la sensibilización a favor del ambiente por parte de los estudiantes de Procesos Agroindustriales. La realidad en cuanto a la alta sensibilización a favor del ambiente por parte de los estudiantes de procesos agroindustriales, queda definida en las acciones que ejecutan de manera voluntaria y en pro del ambiente como un comportamiento habitual que ante una situación y en plena conciencia eligen y dirigen sus facultades para desarrollar una actitud en favor del ambiente. Por lo que se recomienda el fortalecimiento de la educación ambiental, que promueva la implicación social en el desarrollo de iniciativas dirigidas a incentivar la sensibilización ambiental, desde una perspectiva en incremento de calidad de vida. Se hace un exhorto a los docentes para que hagan investigación no sólo con los estudiantes si no trabajos investigativos por su propia iniciativa que fortalezcan su crecimiento personal e intelectual.The purpose of this research work is to describe the reality in terms of awareness in favor of the environment by students of Agroindustrial Processes. The reality regarding the high awareness in favor of the environment on the part of students of agro-industrial processes, is defined in the actions that they carry out voluntarily and in favor of the environment as a habitual behavior that in the face of a situation and in full awareness choose and direct their faculties to develop an attitude in favor of the environment. Get PDFLa formación en valores constituye un aspecto fundamental de la educación universitaria, debido a que representan una guía para el ser y el quehacer de los estudiantes, durante su interacción con el entorno, permitiendo así fomentarse la interrelación universidad y sociedad. De ahí, que los mismos estudiantes de los últimos períodos académicos, deben cumplir con el Servicio Comunitario, donde aplican los conocimientos adquiridos durante su formación académica, aplicando la metodología aprendizaje servicio para la construcción de un proyecto que dé respuesta a la situación o necesidad comunitaria. En atención se persigue como objetivo general analizar el servicio comunitario como estrategia para el fortalecimiento de los valores en los futuros ingenieros de producción, pertenecientes al Decanato de Ciencias y Tecnología de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado, empleando la revisión documental para luego realizar un análisis crítico de la temática expuesta. Se concluye que el servicio comunitario constituye una estrategia que permite el fortalecimiento de los valores en los estudiantes, entre los cuales se tiene la cooperación, solidaridad, honestidad, compromiso, indignación, responsabilidad, justicia, propiciando la ética del involucramiento, lo que le permitirá mejorar su actuación en el campo laboral y personal, formando una persona empática ante los problemas de la sociedad.Training in values constitutes a fundamental aspect of university education, because they represent a guide for the being and work of students, during their interaction with the environment, thus allowing the interrelationship between university and society to be fostered. Transforming educational management: information and communication technologies are changing the landscape
Get PDFThis research analyzes how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are transforming educational management. The methodology was oriented towards a qualitative approach, employing a phenomenological design to explore the experiences and perceptions of educational actors regarding the effectiveness and use of ICT. The study was conducted in five educational institutions in the Province of Manabí, Ecuador. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with a total of ten participants, including principals, coordinators, and teachers, and an analysis of institutional documents was conducted. The results revealed that ICT has significantly improved administrative management and the quality of the educational process by facilitating greater interactivity and personalized learning. However, challenges were also identified, such as the lack of adequate training for staff and the digital divide, which disproportionately affects institutions in disadvantaged areas. Document analysis complemented the information obtained through the interviews, corroborating the implementation and regulation of ICT in educational practices. This research provides a comprehensive view of how ICT influences educational management, highlighting the need for effective strategies to overcome obstacles and maximize the benefits of these technologies in different educational contexts.La investigación analiza cómo las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) están transformando la gestión educativa. La metodología se orientó en el enfoque cualitativo, empleando el diseño fenomenológico para explorar las percepciones de los actores educativos en relación con la efectividad y el uso de las TIC. La investigación se llevó a cabo en cinco instituciones educativas de la Provincia de Manabí-Ecuador. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a diez participantes, incluyendo rectores, coordinadores y docentes, y se llevó a cabo un análisis de documentos institucionales. Los resultados revelaron que las TIC han mejorado significativamente la gestión administrativa y la calidad del proceso educativo al facilitar una mayor interactividad y personalización del aprendizaje. Sin embargo, también se identificaron desafíos como la falta de formación adecuada para el personal y la brecha digital, que afecta desproporcionadamente a instituciones en áreas desfavorecidas. El análisis documental complementó la información obtenida a través de las entrevistas, corroborando la implementación y regulación de las TIC en las prácticas educativas. Esta investigación proporciona una visión integral de cómo las TIC influyen en la gestión educativa, destacando la necesidad de estrategias efectivas para superar los obstáculos y maximizar los beneficios de estas tecnologías en diferentes contextos educativos
Organizational development: past, present and future for public and private organizations
Get PDFThe evolutionary and conceptual architecture of Organizational Development (OD) constitutes a scenario of factual possibilities and a place for reflection in decision-making in the corporate sphere, as it allows the analysis of the elements that underpin administrative and managerial action, as well as the strategic mechanisms consistent with the progress of organizations. In this sense, the objective of this essay is to explore the concept of organizational development, through a historical tour of the stages and theories that have marked its evolution and impacted organizations over time, for which has proposed taking its approach through a sequential journey that analyzes and describes the theories of organizational development based on the classical (1950), neoclassical (1950-1990) proposals, chaordic organizations, blue organizations and disruptive organizations, also considering the deontological framework limited to organizational culture and the influences of Artificial Intelligence in global contexts. The conclusions allow us to point out that the OD of postmodernity has combined technology, human talent and strategies to provide responses consistent with the realities and problems of the turbulent context of the digital age, having to build an ethical culture that articulates business responsibility with the demands of the historical moment of the present and the future.La arquitectura evolutiva y conceptual del Desarrollo Organizacional (DO) se constituye en escenario de posibilidades fácticas y lugar para la reflexión en la toma de decisiones en el ámbito corporativo, por cuanto permite el análisis de los elementos que fundamentan la acción administrativa y gerencial, así como los mecanismos estratégicos consustanciados con el progreso de las organizaciones. En tal sentido, el presente ensayo se propone como objetivo explorar el concepto de desarrollo organizacional, a través de un recorrido histórico de las etapas y las teorías que han marcado su evolución e impactado en las organizaciones en el devenir del tiempo, para lo cual se ha planteado asumir su abordaje a través de un recorrido secuencial que analiza y describe las teorías del desarrollo organizacional partiendo de las propuestas clásicas (1950), neoclásicas (1950-1990), organizaciones caórdicas, las organizaciones azules y las organizaciones disruptivas, considerando también el entramado deontológico circunscrito a la cultura organizacional y los influjos de la Inteligencia Artificial en los contextos globales. Las conclusiones permiten señalar que el DO de la postmodernidad ha combinado tecnología, talento humano y estrategias para dar respuestas cónsonas con las realidades y problemáticas del contexto convulso de la era digital, teniendo que construir una cultura ética que articule la responsabilidad empresarial con las demandas del momento histórico del presente y del futuro

The purpose of this essay was to generate an intersubjective reflection that configures the episteme of the History of Genesis, A Defender of the Women's Rights, Lara. The phenomenon was reflected from Heidegger's Phenomenological - Hermeneutic method and assigned to the Interpretive Paradigm, a narrative was generated inspired by a story of a real case where the experience of the protagonist is described with her authorization, using a fictitious name to protect her identity. and avoid the systematic violation to which it has been exposed. From the ontological level, I assumed a reality in social construction, given that the phenomenon developed from a network of intersubjective relationships. The epistemological position is transactional, dialogic, subjectivist in nature; because I approached reality and established a fabric with the perceptions from the perspective of the sufferer, how it feels to be a victim and victimizer for defending women's rights. With a descriptive and emotional narrative, the different forms of violence such as institutional, symbolic and computer violence are treated from the voice of those who suffer from it, questioning the justice system and pretending that their life is a reflection so that the many Genesis can be used again your name.La violencia de género tiene distintas manifestaciones que hacen este fenómeno complejo donde la doctrina y las leyes no siempre son la respuesta ante la acontecido El presente ensayo tuvo como propósito generar una reflexión intersubjetiva que configure la episteme de la Historia de Génesis, Una Defensora de los Derechos de la Mujer, Lara. La postura epistemológica es de carácter transaccional, dialógica, subjetivista; por cuanto me aproximé a la realidad y establecí un tejido con las percepciones desde la mirada de quien la padece, como se siente ser víctima y victimario por defender los derechos de las mujeres. Con una narrativa descriptiva y emotiva se trata las distintas formas de violencia como la institucional, simbólica e informática desde la voz de quien la padece, cuestionando al sistema de justicia y pretendiendo que su vida sea una reflexión para que muchas Génesis puedan volver a usar su nombre
