Su énfasis en el deber, la autonomía y la ley moral universal nos ofrece un marco sólido para pensar sobre cómo vivir una vida moralmente significativa. La Ética Formal de Kant, también conocida como deontología kantiana, se basa en la idea de que las acciones son buenas o malas en sí mismas, independientemente de sus consecuencias. Esta teoría se centra en el deber y la ley moral universal y sostiene que las decisiones morales deben tomarse de acuerdo con principios racionales que puedan aplicarse a todos los seres racionales. Financial protection of inventory in inflationary environments, challenges for retail companies in Venezuela
Get PDFCurrently, large industrial corporations, including the retail sector, are aware that the way to respond to customers and reduce costs in times of inflationary crises involves combining financial protection mechanisms to find a balance between flexibility and complexity. In this sense, one of the areas with a strong impact on business is the inventory affected by economic vulnerabilities and the accelerated fluctuating rhythm. With this in mind, the objective is to analyze the financial protection of inventory in inflationary environments, as the greatest challenge for companies in the retail sector in Venezuela. Framed in the positivist paradigm, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, in a field research type under the descriptive level, the analysis shows the points where they converge and allow comparing the results obtained from the consulted companies, which require imminent policies to maintain the inventory in the precise levels and of course managed accordingly as the fundamental objective to satisfy the demand and continue its operability in the current complex inflationary environment, with immediate answers to reach its objectives as a result of the different changing economic conditions.Actualmente, las grandes corporaciones industriales incluido el sector retail, están conscientes que la forma de dar respuesta al cliente y reducir costos en periodo de crisis inflacionarias implica combinarse con mecanismos de protección financiera, para encontrar un punto de equilibrio entre la flexibilidad y complejidad. En este sentido, una de las áreas con un fuerte impacto en el quehacer empresarial es el inventario afectado por las vulnerabilidades económicas y el acelerado ritmo fluctuante. Señalado esto, se traza el objetivo de analizar la protección financiera del inventario en entornos inflacionarios, como el más grande desafío para las empresas del sector Retail en Venezuela. Enmarcado en el paradigma positivista,con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño, no experimental, en un tipo de investigación de campo bajo el nivel descriptivo, se realizó análisis muestra los puntos donde confluyen y permiten comparar los resultados obtenidos de las empresas consultadas las que requieren políticas inminentes para mantener el inventario en los niveles precisos y desde luego administrado de manera acorde como el objetivo fundamental de satisfacer la demanda y continuar su operatividad en el complejo entorno inflacionario actual, con respuestas inmediatas para alcanzar sus objetivos producto de las distintas condiciones económicas cambiantes
Teaching role in the construction of a culture of peace. Reflection, from comparative law in Venezuela and Ecuador
Get PDFLa educación en valores de respeto, tolerancia y valoración a la diversidad es esencial para el progreso de la sociedad, con énfasis en la cultura de paz como una forma de vida que rechaza la violencia y fomenta el respeto, la tolerancia, la igualdad, la justicia y la solidaridad; en todo lo cual el docente tiene un papel protagónico. De ahí, el presente artículo es el producto de la reflexión en torno al análisis del rol docente en la construcción de la cultura de paz, desde el derecho comparado en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y Ecuador. Al respecto, se analizaron fuentes jurídicas en estos Estados en el desarrollo del propósito planteado. De modo que, se concluye lo siguiente: el rol del profesional educativo de como promotor social en la construcción de la cultura de paz; debe atender la corresponsabilidad en la formación del ciudadano en el manejo de directrices teóricas de los derechos humanos. Lo señalado, se establece y propicia en el ordenamiento jurídico vigente en Venezuela y Ecuador. Se recomienda a los educadores fortalecer la participación e integración de familia y comunidad, al constituirse junto con la escuela en agentes socializadores por excelencia, para que por medio de actividades y proyectos puedan unir esfuerzos en la promoción de valores, comportamientos manifestados en la no violencia, donde se respeten los ciudadanos, se les consideren valiosos, únicos e irrepetibles en interacciones que fundamenten la cultura de paz.Education in values of respect, tolerance and appreciation of diversity is essential for the progress of society, with emphasis on the culture of peace as a way of life that rejects violence and promotes respect, tolerance, equality, justice and solidarity; in all of which the teacher has a leading role. Hence, this article is the product of the reflection on the analysis of the teaching role in the construction of the culture of peace, from comparative law in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Ecuador. In this regard, legal sources in these States were analyzed in the development of the proposed purpose. So, the following is concluded: the role of the educational professional as a social promoter in the construction of a culture of peace; It must address co-responsibility in the training of citizens in the management of theoretical guidelines of human rights. The above is established and encouraged in the current legal system in Venezuela and Ecuador. It is recommended that educators strengthen the participation and integration of family and community, by becoming, together with the school, socializing agents par excellence, so that through activities and projects they can join forces in the promotion of values, behaviors manifested in non-violence. , where citizens are respected, they are considered valuable, unique and unrepeatable in interactions that found the culture of peace.

La presente investigación se propuso develar la visión de los comportamientos e historias de estudiantes y docentes de una universidad privada de Lima sur acerca del desarrollo de los trabajos de investigación durante el cambio de modalidad presencial a virtual y, luego, de regreso a la presencialidad. Se asumió el enfoque cualitativo, orientado por el método fenomenológico hermenéutico, usando entrevistas a profundidad para recolectar información que fue categorizada y triangulada obteniendo hallazgos que declaran que, no existe un criterio unificado en las investigaciones adaptadas a los requerimientos y realidades de los actores socia-les de las universidades, los docentes deben comprender que la investigación es un elemento importante que posiciona el saber y las producciones originales con argumentos claros y coherentes le dan nivel de altura a la razón de ser de las universidades.Research is the demonstration of the competencies that the student has acquired during their academic training. Neuromanagement, a new approach for university management
Get PDFLa revolución tecnológica transformó la trayectoria del devenir civilizatorio, dando cabida a nuevas formas de producción, comercialización y consumo; a su vez, se reconoce la emergencia de un espíritu distinto que rige los caminos que toma la humanidad, llamado postmodernidad. El mismo, ha impactado y afectado los entramados epistémicos y metodológicos de la ciencia, incluyendo la ciencia gerencial llamada a interpretar los cambios que demandan las organizaciones del siglo XXI, entre ellas, la universidad. En este sentido, la intencionalidad del presente ensayo, obedece a una aproximación teórica inscrita dentro de una investigación de mayor alcance; es así como en su desarrollo, se vislumbra el novedoso enfoque gerencial que ofrece la neurogerencia, el cual consiste en el uso de los conocimientos de la neurociencia en el ámbito organizacional, para conducir los procesos neurológicos relacionados con la toma de decisiones, la inteligencia del individuo y la inteligencia de equipos (Braidot, 2008). Bajo esta premisa, la investigación se realiza desde una perspectiva cualitativa con postura paradigmática-interpretativa, por lo que se vale de fuentes bibliográficas para develar la realidad objeto de interés. Los hallazgos apuntan hacia la identificación de grandes retos que confronta la universidad venezolana llamada a reconfigurar sus fundamentos epistémicos sobre la base de un ethos y una cultura propias.

It has impacted and affected the epistemic and methodological frameworks of science, including management science called to interpret the changes demanded by 21st century organizations, including the university. In this sense, the intention of this essay obeys a theoretical approach inscribed within a larger scope investigation; This is how in its development, the novel management approach offered by neuromanagement is glimpsed, which consists of the use of neuroscience knowledge in the organizational field, to conduct the neurological processes related to decision making, the intelligence of the individual and team intelligence (Braidot, 2008). Under this premise, the research is carried out from a qualitative perspective with a paradigmatic-interpretive stance, which is why it uses bibliographic sources to reveal the reality of interest. INDUSTRIA 4.0: RETOS EN LA FORMACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA DEL INGENIERO INDUSTRIAL

Así, la formación de ingenieros industriales no escapa de ello, pues en el saber hacer para emprender se debe advertir lo que la industria y el mercado a nivel tecno-científico demandan, para instruir eficientemente el capital humano requerido en el campus laboral. En este sentido, el ensayo argumentativo pregona una revisión de las tecnologías emergentes de la industria 4.0, como lo son la big data, el cloud computing, los robots colaborativos, la inteligencia artificial, la realidad aumentada, la realidad virtual y la fabricación aditiva. Desarrolla su argumentación metódica con la revisión-análisis documental, para la interpretación de las premisas: la Industria 4.0, retos para comprender la industria 4.0 en la formación universitaria, la era de la Digitalización de procesos en la industria 4.0 y su conexión con la formación universitaria de ingeniería industrial. Concluye, que en la revolución científica la formación de ingenieros industriales tiene el reto de combinar las competencias metacognitivas críticas, con el desarrollo de capacidades blandas centradas en la colaboración, comunicación y en la experiencia de convertir las dificultades, como oportunidades dentro del capital humano, para la evolución de la industria conexada en los sistemas de producción en pro de las demandas de la sociedad digitalizada.In this 21st century, the concern of universities in shaping professionals with a high capacity for action prevails. Thus, the training of industrial engineers is not exempt from this, as the know-how for entrepreneurship must take into account what the industry and the techno-scientific market demand, in order to efficiently instruct the human capital required in the workplace. In this sense, the argumentative essay advocates a review of emerging technologies in Industry 4.0, such as big data, cloud computing, collaborative robots, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, and additive manufacturing. It develops its methodical argumentation through documentary review and analysis to interpret the premises: Industry 4.0, challenges in understanding Industry 4.0 in university education, the era of process digitization in Industry 4.0, and its connection with university education in industrial engineering. It concludes that in the scientific revolution, the training of industrial engineers faces the challenge of combining critical metacognitive competencies with the development of soft skills focused on collaboration, communication, and the experience of turning difficulties into opportunities within human capital for the evolution of connected industry in production systems in response to the demands of digitized society

Its extension includes the introduction as a thematic preamble, exposition of the reasons for its importance and the structuring of the scientific product; the argumentative development with the interpretative statement of the topic, based on its key words to theoretically relate the corresponding prospective approaches; in the closing of the production, although it is an unfinished section given the mutable vision of the new scenarios, considerations are made regarding the realities and challenges of university educational institutions in emerging environments and finally, the consulted references are presented.Este ensayo tiene como propósito exponer un compendio teórico, crítico-reflexivo sobre la gestión del conocimiento y el aprendizaje organizacional como pilares de sustentabilidad de la universidad en entornos emergentes; está basado en la revisión documental realizada para estructurar formalmente la tesis en el marco del doctorado en Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez, núcleo Barquisimeto, enfocada en la línea de investigación Aprendizaje Organizacional de esta casa de estudios. Hermenéusis del liderazgo consciente en la gestión educativa
Get PDFEste artículo tiene propósito interpretar los significados de los valores del liderazgo consciente en la gestión educativa de la Unidad Académica de IPSIARTE en Santiago de Chile. Se exploran antecedentes internacionales y nacionales sobre liderazgo educativo y se desarrollan descriptores de Liderazgo Consciente, Gestión Educativa y Capacitación por Competencias. Se utiliza un enfoque cualitativo y un método fenomenológico apoyado hermenéutico, aplicando entrevistas a profundidad a cuatro actores sociales. Se validan los resultados mediante la revisión interna y externa por actores sociales y un comité evaluador. Las categorías de estudio incluyen Gestión Educativa, Inteligencia Emocional, Atención Plena, Compasión y Liderazgo Consciente. Como conclusión se encontró que la organización implementa un enfoque humanista en la gestión educativa, influyendo en la cultura organizacional y la calidad de la enseñanza mediante herramientas como el mindfulness y la inteligencia emocional. La compasión es el fundamento del liderazgo consciente, enfrentando desafíos en la personalidad y dedicación al entrenamiento, con un impacto positivo en el contexto educativo.This article aims to interpret the meanings of the values of conscious leadership in the educational management of the IPSIARTE Academic Unit in Santiago de Chile. International and national antecedents on educational leadership are explored and descriptors of Conscious Leadership, Educational Management and Training by Competencies are developed. A qualitative approach and a hermeneutic method are used, applying semi-structured interviews to four social actors. The results are validated through internal and external review by social actors and an evaluation committee. The study categories include Educational Management, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Compassion and Conscious Leadership. In conclusion, it was found that the organization implements a humanistic approach in educational management, influencing the organizational culture and the quality of teaching through tools such as mindfulness and emotional intelligence. Compassion is the foundation of conscious leadership, facing challenges in personality and dedication to training, with a positive impact in the educational context
