The nation's small library is a civic-led village library movement, which began in the mid-1990s to replace scarce public libraries. The small library, consisting of both operators and users participating in the library activities, serves as a life-long education for information welfare, community restoration, and many others are suffering from difficulties. The government and local governments conduct a survey every year to support small libraries through objective evaluation and conduct a small library evaluation based on the results to help them financially.
The purpose of this study is to examine whether the previously developed evaluation indexes are inefficient allocation or out of sync with the small library environment, and to present an improvement plan for the evaluation indexes by reflecting the opinions of the small library operators. The following issues have been addressed for the current evaluation index through surveys and interviews of small library operators.
First, the operational evaluation index does not reflect the individual characteristics of the small library. Small libraries are residents-friendly public facilities and should reflect individual characteristics.
Second, the operational evaluation index does not reflect the characteristics of each operating entity. Because there are differences in the direction of operation and the operating conditions of each operating entity, they should be reflected in the assessment.
Third, it is insufficient to assess the public nature of small libraries. Public libraries supported by the government should be based on fairness and openness.
Fourth, there is a lack as a realistic indicator considering the operational status. Reasonable evaluation should be made with changes in the social environment and the presentation of feasible indicators.
Fifth, it is a favorable evaluation index for large areas. Small libraries in desperate need of support should adjust their allocation or consider a rate system so that they are not disadvantaged through evaluation.
Considering the above five problems, it proposed an improvement plan for operational assessment items and indicators. The details of the indicators considered for each item are as follows:
First, the non-realistic full-time staff and librarian's license retention scores were lowered in the manpower category, and the volunteer's points and the scores of reading-related certificates were raised.
Second, the allocation for the area was deleted from the facility item and the facility indicator lowered the allocation. The quality assessment was replaced by the pleasant facility satisfaction assessment on behalf of the area
Third, the number of books was lowered, the number of new books increased, and the proportion of new books increased, and the balanced composition index of the collection books considering all ages was newly established so that large areas of the data items would not be advantageous.
Fourth, data acquisition and operation cost allocation in favor of small libraries with labor cost support and subsidies was reduced in budget items.
Fifth, the number of annual loan rights and the number of users was reduced by considering areas where there were many users. Considering the reality of volunteers, most of whom are housewives, the weekend opening quota was lowered and the book program was increased. In addition, the weak class program was established to reduce the knowledge gap.
Sixth, in the exchange and cooperation items, the reading culture club and library homepage indicators were newly established and the allocation was increased for the operation of the operation committee activities for systematic library operation.
Finally, a basic item for a qualitative assessment was created so that it could reflect the value of a small library that could not be assessed with a quantitative assessment, and the basic item was set as the public nature, individuality, operator and user satisfaction level of a small library.
The improved indicators should continue to improve through the consensus process. A realistic and fair evaluation is needed to confirm the identity of a small library and help revitalize it, not to operate a small library for evaluation.Maste

Analysis of concrete quality, reducing of construction time, and economical efficiency were analyzed. In the existing laboratory research, it was confirmed that the application area of the thermal insulated gangform is higher than the general gangform data in the integrated temperature(Maturity) and the compression strength of the control specimen for the form demoulding. On the basis of these results, the analysis results of the application cases in the field were classified as the difference of the curing temperature history inside the room when apply for general gangform used space the space is heated, And delayed demolding period were observed. However, apply for insulated gangform used space is the thermal history of each part of the curing space was not large and the proper curing temperature was maintained even during the continuous curing period after the initial curing for 24 hours. It is possible to shorten the construction period by more than 10 days through analysis of the actual installation period compared to the plan. when using the insulated gangform, the break-even point of the input cost for one apartment building (4th generation) in the winter season was calculated at about 92 million won. Also, as a result of the shortened construction period during the winter season, it was found that it had a positive effect on the shorten of the construction period of about 3 months and the progress of the follow-up finishing process. Considering that the construction period of the winter season is about 3~4 months, it will not be long before the break-even point is reached, which will shorten the construction period and reduce construction costs. Because of the different results on construction period and cost depending on the size of the site, proper review should be made when establishing the initial construction plan.Maste

The target plant is S geothermal power plaint in Indonesia which is the largest capacity among the existing geothermal combined power plants in the world, and which is a power plant constructed as a geothermal combined power plant combining a steam turbine and organic turbines.
A combined power plant combines multiple equipments to increase the electricity production and efficiency of the plant. The EPC contractor has to carry out the acceptance tests to guarantee the thermal performance of the overall plant.
In case the energy condition entering into the plant is changed, the electricity production from the plant is also changed accordingly. Therefore the electric output and efficiency of the plant are also changed if the test conditions are different from design conditions. The result corrected by correction curves generated by the thermodynamic modeling is used to compare its performance on design conditions.
This study shows the thermodynamic performance modeling method and the procedure creating the correction curves considering the operation principle and thermodynamic performance characteristics of the main equipment of which the geothermal combined power plant consist. In this study, the correction parameters for the S geothermal combined power plant were selected and the correction curves as well as the correction factor formula were proposed.Maste

In terms of performance, it can satisfy high performance through high cost such as expensive software and hardware. However, the loss or failure of the infrastructure network configuration will cause communication to be paralyzed or delayed, leaving the High Performance Software and Hardware useless.
Demand for the SDN market is forecast to rise about 3.3 times from 8.8 USD Bill in 2018 to 28.9 USD Bill in 2023. Similarly, as SDN's demand for IT information technology markets increases, the Frequency Factor of the DDoS attack is increasing in a proportionally compound annual growth rate (CAGR).
If the basic Threshold Bandwidth threshold is exceeded, temporary flow through Traffic Flow data analysis is stored and data collected to create a database table resource for analysis and query. The same Source IP, Destination IP, Source Port, and Destination Port are counters based on Timestamp in seconds and classified into the primary analysis table. Then, conduct a secondary data analysis. Although a total of 4 troops attempted to attack with Source IP 10.0.0.3, 10.0.0.4 and 10.0.0.5 and 10.0.0.6, the CNT aggregation table was only able to confirm Abnormal classification decisions for 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.4 which attempted to attack continuously. This is because in the case of 10.0.0.5 and 10.0.0.6 normal classifications, the attack was stopped during the first attempt, and the criterion for determining the CNT count was Abnormal.
Therefore, additional data analysis is required, and the probability distribution P(x) for CNT values in seconds of aggregation in the aggregate table is performed for secondary data analysis based on entropy as the amount of information in Information H(x) so that the source IP can be classified and analyzed as a potential attack site.
The amount of information is defined as the spread of information or the degree of surprise in the amount of probability distribution data. Based on the mean of the amount of information, the Status is classified as Hot or Cold if it is lower than Avg, and the CNT aggregates of 50 or lower to reinforce the criteria for the determination of detection/blocking of transient and attack potentials that are judged normal in the primary analysis.
When detecting and defending with a single Mitigation method that links directly from the SDN Controller to the Open vSwitch, it is advantageous to immediately block the attack site by adding Flow Rule after recognizing the occurrence of a DDoS Attack event. On the other hand, blockage is performed as a primary judgment of reaching a simple threshold value. Also, since blocking and defense are repeatedly operated, instability of traffic is increased, and unnecessary resource consumption of SDN Controller is inevitable. For the system proposed in this paper, further QoS Shaping Mitigation can be used cooperatively to improve the repeatability of blocking and defense, to respond to secondary DDoS re-attack with increased throughput of TCP/UDP Throughput, and reduction of Data Loss.
An aggregate database using detection and source data for entropy-based DDoS Attack Incoming Traffic Volume harmful traffic in SDN environments was implemented to reinforce and mitigate Abnormal/Normal judgment criteria. TCP Throughput 8.49 Gbit/s, UDP Throughput 3.76 Mbit/s improved compared to DDoS Attack criteria, and Jitter/Loss decreased 1.812ms, 37.39%, respectively. In addition, the effects of reducing unnecessary resource consumption of SDN Controller, which failed to rise above the threshold setting after QoS Shaping application, and cooperative defense against DDoS Attack was verified with QoS Shaping and Mitigation Application.
With primary Bandwidth threshold detection for DDoS Attack Hazard Traffic, transient flow data is analyzed based on entropy-based analysis to reinforce the accuracy and potential of secondary judgment criteria. Once again, the Defense Application improves attack defense by applying QoS Shaping after it performs a lockout. Implementing a deployment program with software application, save temporary flow source data into a database and conduct this paper on the study of entropy-based DDoS Attack defense techniques in SDN environment using data analysis and utilization of QoS Shaping.Maste

Tool controller can set torque value and send it to tool. And then worker tightens a part with bolts using the tool in the vehicle. As the number of vehicles types and specifications increases, we should set various torque values for vehicle. Also if the worker leaves his work area, the tool controller cant notice. Then the worker will tighten at the wrong torque value. It is a critical problem for quality department. Meanwhile, the worker dont use roughly 80% of tool controller function. Thats when if we replace the function of tool controller with software especially management of tightening information, we can substitute or remove the tool controller in each station. From this we are able to reduce the investment costs.
In this thesis, we design the algorithm that we attach the tag on the tool and vehicle and detect those tags in real time to match when tool tag enters the work space. After that server sends a tightening information to the tag via AP. And then the tag sends a tightening information to the tool. After worker finishes his work, the tag requests the results at tool and the tool sends the work results. And then tag sends work results to the server via AP. There is a software program which can adjust tightening information in the server. We can set the information such as torque value depending on vehicles type, work no, tightening points. We use UWB communication and TDOA, AOA algorithm to track the tags. Also we use LoRa communication for sending tightening results between server and tag.
The final algorithm proposed in this thesis is to send correct tightening information to the tool and receive correct work results from the tool using UWB and LoRa communication. This algorithm helps us to recognize type of vehicle automatically and to remove the tool controller installed in each station.Maste

It is about four times the LNG combined cycle power plant. As the coal-fired power plants has reduced or discarded, the significance of LNG combined power plants have been rising.
Recently, as the LNG combined cycle power plant has become larger, the control loop has been complicated with lots of control logic. Therefore, the optimal tuning of the control loop is required for stable operation without unexpected stopping. However, it became more difficult to access to the control field due to advanced technology HMI, which is the key to power plant operation. Thus, it is also getting difficult to tune the control loop as well.
In this paper, this research examines DCS from each manufacturer to see what is most widely used DCS and HRSG's drum level control. Especially, when variable parameter tuning is applied to the three-element control loop to reduce the risk of tuning during normal operation, this paper wants to take a look at which is the final control device and how does it affect on the control loop.
This allows control engineers to control the tuning of the control loop during power plant commissioning. It provides procedures and guidelines that can be used in the field of instrumentation and control through this operation.
It is expected that variable parameter tuning, applied to drum level 3-element control during normal operation, will contribute stabilized power plant operation.Maste
