Factors influencing the academic performance of first-year medical students
Introduction: during the last few years in the Faculty "Victoria de Girón" academic results in the subjects of basic cycle have shown a variable performance. There was not the expected correspondence between methodological work and academic results. Objective: to identify some factors that could influence the academic performance of first-year medical students. Methods: an observational cross-sectional study was performed, which consisted in the selection by stratified random sampling of 118 first-year medical students from the 2022 academic year of Faculty “Victoria de Girón”. A survey was applied to all students to obtain relevant information on socioeconomic and academic factors with a possible influence on academic performance. Every student was also requested to undergo the domino test which measures intellectual performance, as well as the Ten Wishes technique, the Rotter test, and the LEI (Youth Problems Inventory) to measure motivation and other personality traits. The statistical analysis consisted in the use of a classification and regression tree and association measures in double-entry contingency tables. To summarize academic performance by subjects, a position index was calculated. This index is a weighted and standardize mean, which allows for comparisons among subjects. Results: the importance of the pre-university ranking score, modulated by the student\u27s sex variable, in academic prognosis, is highlighted. Neither the student\u27s motivation, nor their IQ, but the weekly study hours reported by themselves, had a relevant association with academic results. The subjects with the worst results were OhS (Human ontogeny and Soma) with 44,1 % and SNER (Nervous, Endocrine and Reproductive Systems) 48,7 % of failures .Conclusions: The student\u27s rank at admission is the variable that best predicts academic performance, albeit with different cut-off points for male and female students.

The study has established that the main trends in the evolution of Romance and Germanic languages are the intrinsically opposite trends of globalisation and de-globalisation, social changes (political correctness of terminology, in particular), technological progress, the influence of subcultures and their sociolects, and the development of new forms of communication. Conclusions: The key factors affecting the Romance and Germanic languages were such modern norms and values as the desire for equality and diversity, the democratisation of communication forms, and the formation of neologisms that have arisen as a result of a change in the hierarchy of values under the influence of various types of political correctness
Research on the effect model of immersive design in interactive advertising
Introduction: The impact of immersive design in interactive advertising focuses on how visuals in Virtual Reality (VR) and interactive elements influence user engagement. With the growing adoption of immersive technologies, advertisers seek innovative ways to enhance ad performance and optimize user interaction. A high grade of Deep Learning (DL) was used towards the enhancement and prediction of advertisement (ad) performances yet the limitations include insufficient consideration of dynamic user behavior, challenges in analyzing complex multi-modal ad content, and difficulties in generalizing findings across diverse ad formats and user demographics. Objective: The research aims to develop a model that analyzes and predicts the impact of immersive design elements in VR interactive advertising on user engagement. The goal is to leverage innovative DL approaches to focalizing advertising efficiency and improving results of interactions with users. Method: A novel Momentum Search-Driven Intelligent ResNet Architecture (MS-IRA) is proposed, combining an enhanced ResNet model with momentum-based optimization techniques. The dataset comprises engagement measurements, including clicks, time spent, and conversion rates throughout multiple types of ads, as well as interactive and visual ads. Through enhanced persistent associations, the IRA technique improves the feature extraction, and preprocessing enabling it possible to recognize complicated trends in immersive VR ads. Furthermore, by adjusting parameters, MS accelerates up training, assuring faster convergence and improved modeling correctness.Result: The suggested MS-IRA approach accurately facilitates the optimization of immersive advertising designs and improves the interactive advertising efficiency and user interaction results by improving the convergence and model accuracy (AUC with 0.98) in predicting user engagement and ad effectiveness. Conclusion: By leveraging DL techniques, the research offers valuable insights into immersive design strategies, contributing to the evolution of interactive advertising and user-centered engagement approaches.

The Impact of ABO Blood Types on Spontaneous Miscarriage and Cytomegalovirus Infection Iraq
Introduction: Blood groups are linked to diseases as receptors for pathogens, influencing spontaneous abortion. Understanding these factors is crucial for effective risk factor management. Objective: To elucidate the connection between blood types, Rh factor, and the incidence of spontaneous abortion while also examining its association with the dissemination of antibodies to cytomegalovirus. Methods: A cross-sectional study involving 200 pregnant women found that cytomegalovirus seroprevalence was higher in those experiencing spontaneous abortion compared to those not. Rh factor and blood types were also assessed using agglutination. Results: The prevalence of CMV percentage was statistically significant (P≤ 0.001) in the abortion group CMV IgG (93.0%, 20.0%) and CMV IgM (22.0%,1.0%). Blood group O+ was the most prevalent among pregnant women who had experienced abortion and CMV IgG latent infection, whereas blood group B+ was the most common in the healthy group. Additionally, the Rh factor did not demonstrate any statistical significance about abortion or the spread of the virus. Conclusion: CMV is widespread among pregnant women in the Diyala Governorate. Also, Blood group O+ is associated with an increased risk of spontaneous abortion and is also linked to a higher likelihood of CMV IgG latent viral infection in aborted women.

Diversity of theoretical sources in the ecuadorian constitution
Introduction:One of the greatest challenges for justice operators in any society is the lack of understanding of the genesis, scope, and meaning of the norms governing their people, especially when these have constitutional status. This lack of comprehension can undermine the effectiveness of the legal system, rendering it merely declarative and inert instead of an effective structure for collective life and the exercise of fundamental rights. Methods:While an empirical study on the application of the Ecuadorian Constitution in the ordinary and special jurisdictions since its enactment in 2008 can be conducted, the results would be largely quantitative. Therefore, it is essential to carry out a theoretical, historical, critical, and analytical study of the foundations that support the Ecuadorian constitutional proposal to understand its true impact on the legal system. Results:Only through rigorous analysis is it possible to assess the nature and scope of the Constitution, ensuring that it functions as a substantive and effective norm. Its proper application is crucial to consolidating a constitutional state of rights and justice, where fundamental principles and guarantees are not only formally recognized but also effectively enforced. Conclusions:In this context, the prevailing philosophical and theoretical currents of contemporary law that influenced the Ecuadorian Constituent Assembly are examined, with Garantism and Principlism standing out as the dominant approaches shaping the current legal framework.
