Intelligent movie recommendation system
A smart piece of technology, a movie recommendation system uses intricate algorithms to deliver users personalized movie recommendations, enhancing their viewing experience. By utilizing many data sources, including user ratings, movie metadata, and viewing history, the system creates comprehensive user profiles that encompass distinct interests and behaviors. Content-based filtering, which considers storyline keywords, character, and genre, suggests movies that are similar to the ones the buyer has already enjoyed. Collaborative filtering approaches enhance suggestions even further by identifying similarities between users and suggesting movies based on those of people who are similar to each other. Hybrid approaches combine the advantages of content-based and collaborative filtering techniques to offer a wide range of accurate and varied recommendations. Continuous evaluation and user input inform algorithm refinement, maximizing the caliber of suggestions. Users may easily submit feedback, hone their preferences, and connect with other movie buffs in the community thanks to an accessible UI and interactive features. This cooperative ecology not only improves the recommendations\u27 accuracy but also adds to the shared cultural fabric of cinematic experiences. Movie Recommendation App is a monument to creativity and innovation in a constantly changing world, transforming the way people discover and value cinematic art. International legal and theoretical perspectives on general secondary education
Introduction: The article addresses the problem of defining the conceptual and categorical framework and systematic features of the definition of the term "general secondary education".Objective: The article examines the level of informational-psychological safety and psychological safety indicators and their relationship with resilience indicators have been studied. Methods: General scientific methods were employed, such as analysing scientific sources, systematisation, generalisation method, survey. Results: It has been determined that interpreting the aspects of achieving educational outcomes in the general secondary education system through the prism of the legislative framework has a conceptual appropriation. However, it requires expansion in matters of subject-practical regulation at the level of the corresponding educational environment, such as general secondary education and other previously mentioned educational clusters. The necessity of introducing an integration approach to intra-educational equality by each educational institution has been established. This may cause inconsistencies in implementing national legislative provisions at the local level. Conclusions: Thus, a set of proposals by the educational sector\u27s legislator aimed at improving the gender-social components of acquiring professional knowledge in general educational institutions could serve as a mechanism for resolving such situational conflicts. These proposals could subsequently be incorporated by general secondary education institutions into their statutory and regulatory programmatic documentation, proportionally reflecting the peculiarities of their functioning

Autoimmune pemphigus: opportunistic infectious complications and comprehensive patient care
Pemphigus is a rare autoimmune blistering disease characterized by loss of keratinocyte adhesion and the development of blisters and erosions on the skin and mucous membranes. The aim of this narrative review is to describe the clinical and pathophysiological features of pemphigus, analyze opportunistic infectious complications related to immunosuppressive therapy, and summarize recommendations for comprehensive patient care. A structured literature search was performed in SciELO, RedALyC, and LILACS, including original articles, case reports, clinical series, guidelines, and reviews published between 2013 and 2024 in Spanish and Portuguese. The reviewed evidence shows that pemphigus vulgaris and paraneoplastic pemphigus are the variants with the highest mucosal involvement and greater disruption of the cutaneous–mucosal barrier, predisposing patients to bacterial, viral, and fungal superinfections, particularly under long-term immunosuppression. Systemic corticosteroids remain the mainstay of treatment, often combined with steroid-sparing agents and targeted immunotherapy, such as rituximab, according to disease severity. Nursing care plays a key role in skin and mucosal protection, prevention of secondary infections, nutritional support, pain control, and psychosocial assistance. Close coordination of the multidisciplinary team, together with patient and family education, is essential to reduce morbidity and mortality, enhance treatment adherence, and improve quality of life in this chronic and potentially life-threatening disease
