    Get PDF
The study examined the impact of artificial intelligence–based intelligent models on learning and academic management in higher education institutions, using a descriptive–correlational quantitative approach applied to a sample of 182 participants, including students, faculty, and administrative staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, institutional analytics, and documentary records. The findings revealed significant improvements in academic performance, including increased approval rates, reduced dropout, and greater learning personalization. Administrative processes also showed marked optimization, with reductions in processing times, automation of operational tasks, and enhanced student support. Learning analytics techniques identified interaction patterns associated with performance gains and increased teacher feedback. Overall satisfaction reached high levels, confirming positive acceptance of intelligent models within the university environment. These results indicate that AI strengthened institutional efficiency and improved the educational experience, although challenges related to technological infrastructure and digital literacy persist

Women Leaders in the Peruvian Public Sector: Communicative Barriers, Opportunities, and Meanings from a Phenomenological Approach

    Get PDF
Female leadership in public administration is key to gender equity and institutional strengthening. From the point of view of labor law, it is linked to equal opportunities in access, permanence and promotion in employment, guaranteed by national and international regulations. This study, with a qualitative phenomenological-hermeneutic approach, explored the experiences of female leadership in the Peruvian public administration through semi-structured interviews of approximately 45 minutes each, applied to 28 female public servants selected through intentional sampling by criteria, minimum seniority of 5 years in the position, representation of different hierarchical levels and regions. The interviews continued until information saturation was reached, iterations 25-28, verified when no new thematic codes emerged. Data analysis was performed with Atlas.ti v9 software, applying open, axial and selective coding, ensuring reliability through triangulation of researchers and validation of participants. Written informed consents were collected, ensuring anonymity and confidentiality. The findings show normative and sociocultural barriers that hinder the development of female leadership and opportunities. Representative textual quotations are included to illustrate each category. It is concluded that in order to consolidate strong and equitable female leadership, a normative and cultural commitment is required, along with concrete strategies for inclusion such as inter-institutional mentoring programs, gender equality committees, implicit bias training and professional development

    Get PDF
This study analyzed the impact of carrying weapons in Ecuador, motivated by the promulgation of decree No. 707. The objective was to evaluate its potential effect on citizen security and its implications in terms of violence and public well-being. A qualitative approach was used based on the review of legal documents, previous studies and statistical data related to armed violence and accidents in similar contexts. The results showed that, although the decree facilitated access to weapons as a self-defense tool, it also increased the risk of violent incidents and the proliferation of illegal weapons. It was highlighted that the regulation of the carrying of weapons should be complemented by comprehensive strategies that address the underlying causes of crime, such as social inequality. The work recommended future research to monitor the impact of the decree and evaluate educational policies on the responsible use of weapons

    Get PDF
The Ecuadorian criminal justice system faces the challenge of balancing criminal sanctions with reparation and social reintegration. In this cont ext, conciliation has emerged as an alternative mechanism to resolve conflicts in private prosecution offenses, aligning with the principles of restorative justice. The research employed a descriptive-documentary qualitative approach to analyze the impact of conciliation on the criminal justice system. Legal norms, jurisprudence, and academic literature were reviewed, complemented by interviews with judicial operators and conciliation experts. Logical-deductive and socio-legal methods were also applied to connect legal concepts with their practical implementation. The results demonstrated that conciliation is effective in resolving conflicts in private prosecution offenses, particularly due to its ability to prioritize victim reparation, restore social relationships, and reduce judicial backlog. Ecuador\u27s legal framework, led by the Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code (COIP), establishes the foundation for its application, though it faces practical challenges related to limited dissemination and cultural acceptance. Conciliation is a fundamental tool to strengthen restorative justice in Ecuador. Its focus on reparation, dialogue, and the prevention of future conflicts contributes to a more humane and efficient criminal justice system. Additionally, it promotes the principle of minimal criminal intervention by reserving judicialization for more serious cases and allows for quick, voluntary, and proportional solutions to the harm caused

    Get PDF
Academic stress is a significant factor in the lives of university students. This study focused on analyzing the sources of academic stress and its manifestations in students, as well as proposing coping strategies to manage such pressure. A descriptive quantitative study was conducted with a sample of postgraduate students in Educational Management and Leadership at the National Experimental University Francisco de Miranda. The "Villasmil and Isea Academic Stress Inventory" was applied to evaluate aspects of academic stress, including the perception of academic demands, deadlines, and the balance between academic and personal life. Additionally, an expert consultation was carried out. The results indicated that students generally experienced a moderate level of academic stress. The areas with the highest levels of stress were the pressure to meet deadlines and academic demands, while the sense of balance between academic and personal life remained at a low level. Physiological and emotional manifestations of stress were minimal in most participants. In conclusion, academic stress affects students in various ways, although the studied population demonstrated a good capacity to adapt to challenges. It was suggested that educational institutions implement psychological support programs, relaxation activities, and stress management strategies like those proposed in the research, to promote students\u27 emotional and academic well-being

Selective attention as an essential basis for learning processing

    Get PDF
This study examines students\u27 attitudes towards learning, their study habits and the influence of teaching methods. There is no single effective method for studying, as each student must adapt it according to his or her style and the subjects he or she is studying. A common problem in university students is the difficulty in selective attention, which causes distractions and affects their performance. This ability allows differentiating relevant from irrelevant information and managing knowledge. The research, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, descriptive correlational cross-sectional design, employs a direct method. Its objective is to analyze the relationship between self-concept and academic performance, identifying factors that influence university excellence

The necessity for transforming the corporate culture of modern business players towards critical thinking, creativity, and the implementation of Agile/Scrum principles (team interaction, adaptability, and mobility) is substantiated. The dynamics of business process digitalisation in Ukraine are analysed, and the indicators of financial inclusion based on digital technologies in the Ukrainian financial environment are compared with those in the developed international community. Conclusions: Directions for developing financial security and inclusion through innovative financial technologies are formulated. Get PDF
Introduction: The study of phraseological units with a comparison structure in English, Spanish and Ukrainian revealed these linguistic units\u27 universal and culturally specific features. The lexical and semantic analysis showed that a significant part of the phraseological units is based on universal associations that can be easily translated between languages without losing meaning. At the same time, specific images inherent in a particular culture require adaptation that preserves the original\u27s meaning and style. Objective: The study is devoted to the comparative analysis of phraseological units in Romance and Germanic languages and the peculiarities of their translation into Ukrainian. Methods: The lexical-semantic, structural-grammatical and comparative-comparative methods were used in the study. Results: The structural and grammatical analysis confirmed that comparison phrases have a similar syntactic structure in the three languages, but demonstrate different levels of flexibility in use. In particular, Ukrainian proved to be more variable in grammatical transformations, while Spanish and English adhere to stricter formal rules. The quantitative analysis of translation strategies showed that most phraseological units (60%) are translated based on direct equivalence, 30% require semantic adaptation, and 10% require lexical substitution. Conclusions: The study has confirmed that phraseological units with the structure of comparison are an essential element of the linguistic picture of the world, reflecting both universal and unique aspects of each culture. The results obtained may be helpful for further research in translation studies, lexicology and intercultural communication
