Rule-following as a new name for old things
The article deals with the Wittgensteinian conception of the rule-following against the background of both traditional and quite modern epistemic notions, from Plato’s anamnesis, through Kant’s opposition of intuition and concept to Brandom’s idea of making something implicit explicit

I understand but what should I do?
Lidé s různými politickými názory interpretují klíčové pojmy politiky odlišně. Mají různé koncepce těchto pojmů, protože mají různou odpověď na politickou otázku: Co dělat? Mít stejný pojem znamená idenfikovat stejnou praktickou otázku, mít různé koncepce tohoto pojmu pak znamená mít jinou teorii toho, co je správná odpověď na tuto otázku, tedy jinou teorii toho, co máme dělat. People of different political persuasions interpret key concepts of politics in different ways. They have different conceptions of these concepts because they answer differently on the political question: What to do? To have the same concept means to identify the same practical question, to have different conceptions of this concept means to have another theory of the right answer for this question.People of different political persuasions interpret key concepts of politics in different ways. Normativity of non-cooperation
This paper deals with the topic of (organized) non-cooperation and free-riding; its aim is to show “cooperation” and “non-cooperation” as relative notions corresponding to different description levels. In the end it is suggested that the phenomenon of organized rules-evading can represent a problem for naturalistic variants of contractarianism
Is lying alway wrong?
Augustine’s authoritative analysis of lying as always wrong shaped the medieval discussion, while later writers, such as Grotius and Milton, claimed that in some cases lying is permissible. The proposed compromise sees lying as always wrong because it is an untruth with the intent to deceive, but not all cases of intentional untruth need to be lies
Lakatos vs. Popper
Cieľom tohto článku nie je, primárne, rozobrať Popperovu teóriu vedy, ale 1. predstaviť Lakatosove námietky proti tejto teórii; 2. kriticky ich analyzovať z hľadiska Popperovej teórie; a 3. vysvetliť, prečo justifikacionista Lakatos nemohol oceniť Popperov skepticizmus. The aim of this paper is not, primarily, to analyze Popper’s theory of science but 1. to introduce Lakatos’s objections to this theory; 2. to analyze them, critically, from the point of view of Popper’s theory and 3. to elucidate why the justificationist Lakatos could not appreciate Popper’s skepticism
