Gestion des déchets au sein des entreprises, déploiement de l’économie circulaire en Algérie, étude exploratoire
Get PDFThis study focuses on waste management within companies for the deployment of the circular economy (CE) in the national economy of Algeria, which is an alternative model of the linear model. an exploration study was made in an Algerian company Algia Telecom(AT) in the field of telecommunications, the analysis of the results shows that AT has an integrated management of their waste ,it ingests the principles related to the CE are the 4R and industrial ecology in cooperation with the national recovery company ENR ,the deployment of CE in Algeria requires inter-company cooperation in community through the adaptation of circular business model whose business ecosystem is the key to the deployment of circular economy practices in Algeria .
Cette étude s’intéresse à la gestion des déchets au sein des entreprises pour le déploiement de l’économie circulaire(EC) dans l’économie nationale d’Algérie, qui est un modèle alternatif du modèle linéaire .une étude exploration a été faite dans une entreprise algérienne Algérie télécom(AT) dans le domaine de télécommunication, l’analyse des résultats nous montre que AT a une gestion intégré de leurs déchets ,elle ingère les principes liées au EC sont les 4R et écologie industrielle en coopération avec l’entreprise nationale de récupération ENR ,le déploiement d’EC en Algérie nécessite la coopération interentreprises en communauté via l’adaptation de business model circulaire dont l’écosystème d’affaire est la clé du déployer les pratiques de l’économie circulaire en Algérie .

Get PDFThe green economy is considered an economic model that aims to achieve economic development and protect the environment simultaneously, as it seeks to reduce pollution and depletion of natural resources. It thus contributes to preserving the environment and biodiversity. Foreign direct investment is the process of directing capital and productive resources from foreign investors to a country. Others, to establish new projects or expand existing projects in that country. In Egypt, World Bank data indicate a decline in foreign direct investment coming into Egypt as a percentage of GDP during the last years from 2018 to 2021. It declined from 3.10 to 2.80, 1.50, and 1.20. Respectively, therefore, the researcher aims to study the importance of the green economy in promoting foreign direct investment in Egypt from 1990-2021. The researcher relied in his methodology on the descriptive analytical approach and the quantitative approach by following the standard method and using time series. The study concluded that there is a statistical significance between the economy Green and foreign direct investment coming into Egypt.

No full textThe purpose of this study is to shed light on the role of digital transformation in improving audit quality and efficiency in the face of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic by leveraging digital transformation to protect the privacy of financial data and accounting data and enhance their security, as well as its ability to save time and reduce the cost of audit procedures.
In order to achieve the set objectives and complete the theoretical aspects, primary data on the research topic were collected through questionnaires and subsequently transcribed and analyzed using the SPSS program and processed using appropriate statistical tests to obtain results that support the trend of greater use of multiple digitalization’s Transforming technology to improve quality and performance in the accounting profession. By distributing the questionnaire to 180 external auditors to investigate their opinions.
The study concluded with a set of results that enhance interest in moving towards applying digital transformation technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, robotics, etc., maximizing the quality of auditing, which is considered vital for companies and institutions, because it allows verifying the validity of the data used and the degree of its compliance with standards. Accounting and applicable regulations.
 
The Effect of Capital Adequacy on Profitability -Panel data Evidence from North Africa and Middle East Commercial Banks (2014-2020)-
Get PDFThe objective of this study is to scrutinize and measure the impact of the capital adequacy ratio as required by the Basel Committee on a set of bank’s profitability that operating in the Middle East countries and North Africa, during the period (2014-2020).Thus, we estimate banks\u27 profitability using return on equity (ROE) as the dependent variable, while using the capital adequacy ratio set by the Basel Committee as the independent variable. Hence, to attain the aim of this study, we depend on panel data models.The study came to a conclusion, that the capital adequacy ratio has a significant negative impact on return on equity. So, the increase in the capital adequacy standard observed among the banks in the sample drove to a decrease in the banks\u27 ROE. furthermore, this is by virtue of the procedures used to raise capital, which also require internal or external financing, which in turn causes the latter to distribute profits and add them to capital over a longer period of time, which cause a decrease in the return on equity ratio

CSR: A Reality in Business Strategy Practical Study on the Commitment of Algerian SMEs in the Economic Dimension of CSR
Get PDFCSR has become a reality in the business world. Companies, in particular, SMEs adopt the principles of this new paradigm. Thus, this research aims to explore the engagement of Algerian industrial SMEs in CSR and determine the behavioral typology of these SMEs regarding CSR in its economic dimension. A descriptive approach was used. The data, obtained through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 219 SMEs, were analyzed by the SPAD software. The study’s results using the MCA method allowed us to draw up a typology of Algerian industrial SMEs in terms of engagement in the economic aspect of CSR. It refers to Capron and Lanoizelée typology: opportunistic behavior with 11% and fatalistic behavior with 89%.; with the influence of socio-economic factors in the engagement of SMEs in the economic aspect of CSR

This study aimed to shed light on the impact of social media platforms in creating the entrepreneurial intention for students in terms of perceived desirability and perceived feasibility. Based on the case study approach, we established an E-questionnaire directed to a sample of 170 students at the University Centre in El Bayadh state. No full textThe study aimed to identify the role of competency management in developing the creative behavior of workers, at the Operational Directorate of Algeria Telecom.in Djelfa, and in order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed that included (32) items to collect all the information, as it was distributed randomly to a sample of (40) individuals. Out of (50), data were collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the (Spss) program, and the results of the study showed through the statistical results the average level of both competency management and creative behavior from the employees’ point of view, and it was also found that there is a statistically significant effect. At the level of (α≤ 0.05) for the Compensation for competencies on the development of creative behavior, and one of the most important recommendations of the study is the necessity to intensify the efforts of the Operational Directorate of Algeria Telecom. in Djelfa in the field of developing its human competencies with providing an appropriate environment that supports creativity and innovation
