No full textThe study aimed to try to present a vision of the main features of the tax policy that couldcontribute to stimulating investment in small and medium enterprises to serve the generalobjectives of the state\u27s economic policy, as facts confirm from day to day that these projects arethe most capable of leading economies towards development. Therefore, the study touched on theeconomic literature of tax policy, and then presented a perception about the mechanisms ofemploying this policy to attract small and medium investments.The study concluded that the tax policy has the tools and options that guarantee positive effectson the investments of small and medium enterprises, if it is formulated through tax legislationcommensurate with the peculiarities of these institutions, based on simplicity and transparency ofprocedures, rational rates, effectiveness in the face of tax evasion and double taxation, Contributeto removing obstacles to these institutions

This research focuses on aspects of technical analysis techniques, as tools that can be used to making the decision to buy or sell in the daily trading in the S&P 500 stock index, using the data of some companies listed in the New York Stock Exchange.
The research confirmed the ability of technical analysis indicators to determine the appropriate time to invest in stocks, but they do not have any effect on the direction of prices, but only study them and predict their future trends, and therefore they play an important role in making the appropriate investment decision, nonetheless the investor who uses the technical analysis should not depend on one indicator, but he should rely on more than one indicator to confirm the appropriate buying and selling signals

Get PDFThis study aims to focus on the "Cat bond" concept that embodies the transfer of catastrophic risks to financial markets, while trying to design a structure conducive to the Algerian case, the results of our study show that the Algerian state has imposed the obligation to take out insurance against CAT-NAT but it is clear that the penetration rate of this type of insurance remains low and that the establishment of a typical cat bond structure in Algeria disengages the public treasury in terms of catastrophic risk management and will have a positive impact on Algeria\u27s public finances.Cette étude vise à mettre l’accent sur le concept « Cat bond » qui incarne le transfert des risques catastrophiques aux marchés financiers, tout en essayant de concevoir une structure propice au cas Algérien, les résultats de notre étude montrent que l’état Algérien a imposé l’obligation de souscrire une assurance contre les CAT-NAT mais il s’avère clairement que le taux de pénétration de ce type d’assurance demeure faible, et que la mise en place d’une structure typique des cat bonds en Algérie désengage le trésor public en matière de gestion des risques catastrophiques et aura un impact positif sur les finances publiques de l’Algérie

No full textThe aim of this study was to clarify the function of central banking supervision to which Islamic banks are subject and the need to adapt it, by focusing on the most important banking supervision tools practiced on banks and the suitability of these tools for the nature of Islamic banking activity، The study also aimed at diagnosing the reality of Bank of Algeria\u27s control over the branches of Islamic banks or Islamic windows operating in Algeria, and the extent to which this control is appropriate to the nature and specifics of the work of these branches and banking windows.
The same study concluded that the Bank of Algeria adapts branches of Islamic banks as well as the windows with the tools which applied to commercial banks, these tools may not fit with the nature of the work of Islamic bank branches and windows, , in a way that affects their relationship with the Bank of Algeria in the regulatory side. The study recommended the need to strengthen the supervisory role of the Bank of Algeria in the manner that regulates Islamic banking activity in Algeria by issuing appropriate legislation for the nature of the work of branches of Islamic banks،, working on the establishment of a supreme Sharia supervisory board at the level of the Bank of Algeria and training human resources to enable them with the skills and assets of Islamic banking،In addition, it is necessary to take advantage of the successful Islamic banking experiences
