No full textThe study is concerned with knowing The mediating effect of marketing administrative functions on the relationship between the golden square of marketing and competitive superiority in Mobilis Annaba. and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used a main tool for data collection and then processed by the SPSS and Smart PLS program, The study used the descriptive and analytical approach. The results of the statistical analysis showed a significant impact on the golden square of marketing on competitive superiority, The interest in the Golden Square of Marketing at Mobilis has increased its impact - direct and indirect through the marketing administrative functions - positively on competitive superiority. The study concluded that Mobilis should continue to promote the golden square of marketing and activate the marketing administrative functions, because of their positive impact on competitive superiority

Tourism is considered a human behaviour and economic activity that has an essential significance after liberalization of foreign trade, particularly services trade. The tourism activities has grown rapidly due to the achieved economic advantages as an important source of income in one hand and also the social benefits resulting from tourism on the other hand. In addition, any individual needs tourism as a recreational activity. However, the tourism industry has emerged as an international phenomenon that has crucial temporal and spatial dimensions which motivated writers and thinkers to set studies and researches that focus on the tourism impact on both tourist and host country. Hence, the tourism became an international phenomenon linked to the extent of nation’s advancement and people progress and development of human society’s abilities to exploit leisure time ideally. Also, it is a criterion for development of relations between societies.
Basrah governorate is one of the most important cities in Iraq, Economically, geographically, culturally, historically, and religiously. It has civilized legacy that could catalyze its developmental take off due to a number of natural factors and potentials such as palm forests and marshes - It is the confluence of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers that constitute Shat-al-Arab River. Moreover, Basrah has other resources like oil and natural gas, it is one of the most commercial and industrial city in Iraq. Finally, it is featured by its temperate climate in winter season and a strategic location as a sea border city in Iraq with three countries, namely Iran, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

تعد السياحة سلوكا إنسانيا ونشاطا اقتصاديا يحظى بأهمية بالغة لاسيما مع تحرير التجارة الخارجية وبخاصة تجارة الخدمات . إذ نمت الأنشطة السياحية بصورة متسارعة نتيجة للإيجابيات الاقتصادية المتحققة منها وبخاصة كمورد مالي مهم من جهة وللمنافع الاجتماعية المترتبة على السياحة من جهة أخرى ، فضلاً عن حاجة الإنسان لها باعتبارها أهم نشاط ترويحي ، كما برزت صناعة السياحة كظاهرة دولية ذات أبعاد زمانية ومكانية مهمة دعت الكتّاب والمفكرين لأعداد الدراسات والبحوث التي تركز على بيان آثارها على كل من السائح والدولة المضيفة ، وبذلك أصبحت السياحة ظاهرة عالمية ترتبط بمدى تقدم الشعوب وتطور قدرة المجتمعات الإنسانية على استغلال أوقات الفراغ بالشكل الأمثل ، فضلاً عن كونها معياراً لتقدم وتنمية العلاقات الإنسانية بين المجتمعات .
أن محافظة البصرة هي واحدة من أهم مدن العراق اقتصادياً ، جغرافياً ، ثقافياً و تاريخياً ، ودينياً ، إذ تمتلك موروثا حضاريا يمكنها من تحقيق الانطلاقة التنموية نتيجة لامتلاكها العديد من العوامل والمقومات الطبيعية كغابات النخيل والمسطحات المائية (الأهوار ) وهي ملتقى نهري دجلة والفرات المكونين لشط العرب وفيها العديد من الموارد والثروات الطبيعية لاسيما النفط و الغاز الطبيعي وهي أحدى المراكز التجارية والصناعية المهمة في العراق مع مناخها المعتدل لاسيما في فصل الشتاء فضلاً عن موقعها الاستراتيجي المهم باعتبارها المنفذ البحري الوحيد للعراق و كونها محافظة تحدها ثلاث دول إيران والكويت والسعودية.

Blended Learning as Helping Tool to Enhance Student Learning
No full textThe COVID-19 pandemic has significantly reshaped the global educational landscape, compelling institutions to rapidly adopt distance learning strategies. In Algeria, where face-to-face instruction has long been the standard, this transition presented a range of new challenges. This article examines the effectiveness of blended learning—a hybrid model that integrates both distance and in-person instruction—within the context of Algerian higher education. To evaluate its impact, a survey was conducted among Master’s students in Translation at the University of Mascara, using a questionnaire followed by a descriptive analysis of the collected data focusing on response frequencies and patterns among the participants. The findings confirm the anticipated benefits of blended learning while uncovering additional advantages. They emphasize the urgent need for Algerian universities to strengthen their infrastructure and resources to support this approach effectively, while also addressing the socio-economic disparities that influence students’ access to distance learning.

This work explores the various complexities, highlighting the persistent challenges encountered, particularly in terminology, the selection of suitable equivalents, and the cultural elements embedded within the folktales of Bihar, a state of Eastern India. The importance of this study lies in its focus on the challenging task of translating folktales rooted in cultural traditions, offering valuable insights into translation as an intercultural practice. This work provides strategies for translators to address cultural and linguistic hurdles. The significance of this work lies in its contribution to the broader understanding of translation as an intercultural activity. The present work contributes to the discussion on navigating cultural and linguistic aspects, thereby assisting translators in effectively managing the complexities. The primary objective is to summarize the stages involved in translating these folktales, identifying and analysing recurring challenges related to terminology, the selection of appropriate equivalents, and intercultural aspects. Descriptive and analytical methods were employed to scrutinize both linguistic and extra-linguistic aspects, revealing significant challenges, especially in the absence of direct equivalents in the target language. The findings emphasize the importance of employing culturally nuanced translation methods to retain the original text’s integrity while making it accessible to the target audience
La Dimension Sociale De La Communication Spécialisée Dans Le Contexte De La Pandémie Covid-19
No full textCet article présente les défis de la communication spécialisée pendant la période de la pandémie Covid-19 vers un public hétérogène du point de vue de la connaissance, degré d’information et acceptation des données statistiques et biomédicales. Les exemples sont extraits des sites officiels pendant les différentes périodes de la pandémie : de l’incertitude scientifique par la simple définition du virus vers la connaissance plus détaillée, son comportement, méthodes de prévention, traitement et vaccination. La forte collaboration entre les établissements gouvernementaux au niveau mondial (OMS, ANSP, Ministères de Santé et de la Prévention de différents pays etc.) est motivée aussi par la tendance des publics à être informés. Ainsi, les documents présents sur ces sites (articles de vulgarisation scientifique, BEH, infographiques, dossiers thématiques, questionnaires, études de cas etc.) dépassent le contenu purement informatif et descriptif, les objectifs étant orientés vers la responsabilité sociale. La création des émotions devient possible grâce à la mise en valeur de l’esthétique de la communication spécialisée. Masque, confinement, image du médecin fatigué par la surcharge du travail, blouse blanche sont les éléments qui redéfinissent les valeurs de la communication spécialisée dans le contexte de la crise sanitaire mondiale.

No full textيعرف عصرنا اليوم بعصر التكنولوجيا الرقمية التي ألقت بضلالها على كل المجالات حتى الأدبية منها، فبرزت مفاهيم جديدة على شاكلة الثورة التكنولوجية والأدب الرقمي وغيرها، . وقد كان للترجمة، بنوعيها، التحريرية والشفوية، نصيب وافر من هذا التطور؛ فقد بات حقل الترجمة اليوم يزخر بعدد كبير من الأدوات التكنولوجية التي تم تصميمها لتطوير عمل المترجم، والجمع بين عامل الجودة والسرعة في التنفيذ استجابة لحاجات السوق، وهذا ما يعرف بالترجمة الذكية التي تزاوج بين ذكاء الإنسان وخبرته وذكاء الحاسوب وكفاءاته المجسدة في مختلف البرامج الحاسوبية والتطبيقات الإلكترونية المجانية والتجارية، وكذا المدونات الالكترونية التي تعد فرعا من فروع التكنولوجيا، ومرحلة لا غنى عنها من مراحل البحث التوثيقي والمصطلحي الذي لا يستقيم الفهم والاستيعاب دونه في الفعل الترجمي. ومن هذا المنطلق تسعى هذه المداخلة للإجابة عن إشكالية مفادها تحديد طبيعة العلاقة الكائنة بين التكنولوجيات الحديثة ومجال الترجمة؟ و ما مدى اسهامها في تسهيل الفعل الترجمي وجودته ؟ وبالأخص تلك المرتبطة بالترجمة الآلية والترجمة بمساعدة الحاسوب ونظم الترجمة - وسبل الاستفادة منها ؟ ومدى تأثيرها على جودة الترجمة؟ فالتطورات الحديثة التي أسفرت عنها ثورة المعلومات والاتصالات تستدعي تكوينا للمترجم يتماشى والتحولات التكنولوجية الحالية والمعطيات الجديدة التي أسفرت عن ضرورة اكتساب المترجم للكفاءة التقنية وضرورة استخدام الأدوات المعلوماتية بما في ذلك برمجيات الحاسوب واستخدام شبكة الإنترنت من مواقع ومدونات إلكترونية خصوصا في الحقول المعرفية والمجالات التي تزيد تطورا يوما بعد يوم على مستوى المفاهيم والمصطلحات و المعلومات، فضلا عن مهاراته اللغوية و الترجمي

While commonly associated with prestigious institutionslike the UN and EU, many countries collaborate with international organizations for conferencesrequiring interpreting services. Noteworthy is the strict time management observed duringtheseevents, leading to accelerated speech rates and the prevalence of impromptu speeches. Thesecharacteristics, such as fast-paced, accented, and read speech, present challenges for interpreters, particularly in simultaneous interpretation. The paper explores these features\u27 impact onlanguage processing, emphasizing speech rate\u27s effects on comprehension and interpreting. Despite the acknowledged challenges, there\u27s a gap in research quantifying the additional cognitive load on interpreters and its implications for comprehension.
