نموذج مقترح للأمن الصحي في مواجهة الأزمات غير المخطط لها: A Proposed Model for health Security in The Face of Unplanned Crises
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to understand the difficulties encountered by Algeria’s health sector inrelation to procedural research, as well as the status of relevant human resources under the riskmanagement system and in response to unplanned health crises.The findings indicate that, despite the accessibility and free treatment of health care, the Algerianhealth sector remains among the laggards in the supply chains index. While the Algerian healthsector ranks better in the rapid response to closure restrictions, it has a medium level in terms ofhealth system accessibility. The study also resulted in a proposal for a study model based on thementioned indicators. The study also advocated developing a healthy model based on selfsufficiency,establishing a strong position in global supply chains through solid relationships andresource diversification
The impact of the service quality on customer loyalty in the algerian banking sector – Acase study at AL-SALAM BANK ALGERIA-
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the dimensions of the prevailing service quality. As well to identify the extent of the impact of service quality in customer loyalty in Al-salam bank Algeria. In order to achieve the target, the random sample method was adopted and (120) questionnaires were distributed, (111) have been retrieved and found usable data for analysis, using SPSS. The study proved that there is an impact having statistical significance of the dimensions of service quality (as independent variables) on customer loyalty, these impacts were for the most part weak. Results also showed after using the multiple regression testing that service quality dimensions combined have a significant impact on customer loyalty. The study reached that the SERVQUAL model remains an effective way of measuring customer loyalty. Because customer value is regarded as an asset to banks

In order to determine the degree of concordance and difference between them, bearing on its dimensions.Taking into account the demographic variables. The study aims at the impact of the most influenced dimensions. This is carried out by a statistics program (SPSS). Based on multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods. This study led to numerous results, the most important of which is to demonstrate the effect of factors (quality perceived،price،trust ،brand awareness) in NIVEA brand loyalty

No full textThis study aims to determine the role of applied governance in enhancing the competitiveness of Saudi commercial banks and to seek the nature of their relationship. This research relies on an analytical-descriptive approach. Questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and distribution to the employees of Bank Albilad in Riyadh City, and the sample consists of 386 employees. SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The study draws a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the application of governance across its dimensions can play a clear role in improving Bank Albilad\u27s competitiveness. This leads us to conclude that the strength of competitive advantage comes from the proper application of governance principles. Banks can succeed and maximize the value of their investments in the market, thereby increasing their competitiveness, by carefully regulating the relationship between bank traders and defining the role of the board of directors in its various committees

No full textThis study aimed to assess the contribution of the ERP system to improving decision-making, and it also aimed to identify the extent to which the ERP system is applied in the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, as well as the obstacles to its application. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a direct relationship between the research variables, as it was found that the enterprise resource planning system leads to the improvement of the decision-making process in the authority. This means that the first hypothesis is accepted. And it concluded that the employees have a limited ability to know the time and place where the problem occurred, the inability of the employees to identify possible alternatives to confront the problem, and the absence of difficulties that hinder the process of making sound and effective decisions and modifying or canceling them. The study also recommended the need to take advantage of the results of the study as a reference point for many studies and institutions that need this type of studies in the future, and the need to adopt a system for resource planning that is scientific and systematic because it helps in finding appropriate solutions to the problems of the organizatio

In order to achieve this, the researchers selected the study personnel from among the employees of the banks under study, from different functional levels, a questionnaire was distributed to them and its validity and reliability were checked, and the data was entered into the computer and processed using the statistical program spss.
