skills mismatch and inadequacy education-job -analytical study of previous studies-

    No full text
The emergence of the theory of human capital in the late sixties of the last century in the United States of America contributed to the expansion of higher education, but the results of this were the emergence of a defect in the labor market represented in the imbalance of the relationship with work education, which took different forms, and the continuation of the phenomenon for a long time contributed to the spread of unemployment. Through our research paper, we will address the topic of the imbalance of the education-work relationship within a theoretical context, in an attempt to identify what it is as one of the new topics that fall within the economics of labor, which is concerned with determining the productivity of individuals, and we have relied on the descriptive analytical approach of previous studies that have already dealt with the subject from different perspectives. &nbsp

استخدام البرمجة الخطية في تدنئة تكاليف الإنتاج: دراسة حالة ملبنة ونيس (ولاية عين الدفلى) لإنتاج الحليب ومشتقاته: Using Linear Programming to Reduce Production Costs: A Case Study of the Wanis Dairy (Ain-Defla State) for the Production of Milk and its Derivatives

    No full text
This research aims to conduct an analytical study on some dairy products of \u27Wanis\u27 (Ain-Defla Province), with the objective of cost reduction and highlighting the level of control in managing production operations within one day of the year 2021 for four key products produced by \u27Wanis\u27. This is achieved through the utilization of linear programming methodology to assist in improving and optimizing the production process, ensuring optimal resource utilization. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed model in determining the quantities of each element used in the production of the composite product with the least possible cost and in optimizing the use of time for operations, thereby minimizing production costs. &nbsp

Algeria\u27s increasing interest in renewable energies is embodied in undertaking a number of measures in light of reliance on a strategic national program that extends to the horizon of 2030, which includes pioneering projects, especially in the field of solar energy and wind energy, and supporting it with regulatory and legal methods that encourage the development of renewable energy because of its great importance in achieving Sustainable development, which is what was highlighted through this paper by highlighting the most important projects in this field, where the role assigned to energies is mainly to meet the demand for energy in isolated places and far from renewable electricity and gas networks within the framework of the national energy policy at the present time in the natural Which makes the efforts made in this field far from hoped for. Algeria\u27s move towards a green economy is a strategic energy choice that contributes to preparing the country for the transition to a new and sustainable economy for current and future generations, similar to renewable energies that support the transition towards a sustainable formula for the Algerian economy. &nbsp

This study aims to identify the impact of both structural and technological changes on the performance of human resources in the Saudi Electricity Company. After presenting the theoretical side of the study and identifying its variables, a questionnaire containing 40 words is designed, trying to measure the relationship between the variables and the possibility of the impact of both structural and technological change on the performance of the employees in the company subject of this study. The results showed that the variable of technological change is the most statistically significant because the corresponding Beta value of this variable is equal to 0.377 and is therefore statistically significant at a level less than (0.05). This variable is followed by the change variable which includes the organizational structure where the value of (Beta) corresponding to this variable is equal to 0.219 and is statistically significant at a level less than (0.05)

مقارنة بين نموذج VAR و ARIMA للتنبؤ بالتضخم في الجزائر: Comparison of the VAR and ARIMA model for inflation prediction in Algeria

    No full text
This study aims to predict the inflation index in Algeria during the period from 2021 to 2023 by using statistical data from 1980 to 2021, in addition to macroeconomic indicators for the standard study, which are economic growth, unemployment and the balance of payments. And by using two different models, the vector autoregressive VAR model and the autoregressive and moving average model ARMA, and to achieve the goal for which the prediction process was made, the predictive values of both models were evaluated based on the statistical criteria MAPE, RMSE and MAE to compare between the two models through the values of Errors and prediction accuracy, where the ARIMA model (1,1,4) proved superior to the VAR model

La production de l’énergie électrique dans les zones isolées Le cas du Grand Sud de l’Algérie: Electric power generation in the isolated areas The case of Great South of Algeria

    Get PDF
The purpose of this study is to verify the economic profitability of a broad integration of renewableenergies in the electricity production sites of the South Isolated Grids of Algeria. Production ensured bydiesel engines and small power gas turbine units. Unable to be connected to the national interconnectedgrid, the coverage of the local demand for electricity in these regions is very expensive and increasesdramatically with distance and isolation.Guaranteeing an energy mix is an objective imposed on Algeria to make conventional power plantsprofitable and reduce fuel consumption.
