No full textThis study aimed to identify the reality of electronic payment methods and its role in mitigating financial and banking risks through applied to Yemeni banks. The study depends on analytical descriptive approach to analyzing the data of the study. The study population also consisted of a group of workers in some Yemeni banks, whose number is (6) banks. And through Statistical treatment. The study reached a set of results. Electronic payment methods contributes to increasing the mitigation of financial and banking risks in Yemeni banks by (.783), And there is a significant impact of the use internet banking and electronic payment cards in Yemeni banks in mitigating financial and banking risks, the size of the effect of each of them reached (67%), (63%),Also There is a slight impact of using electronic money wallets in mitigating financial and banking risks in Yemeni banks, the size of their effect reached (48%),And Weak of banking awareness in the use of electronic payment methods by Yemeni bank customers, the degree of awareness reached (63%).

European Union law has been used to illustrate how it has dealt with the issue, as well as Algerian law, which has focused on industrial subcontracting as a tool for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).On the basis of the adopted hypothesis, the study concludes by clarifying when competition law is violated in an industrial subcontracting and how competition policy accompanies partnership agreements between sub-contractor SMEs
Modeling and Forecasting Volatility of Qatar Stock Exchange in light of the blockade and Covid-19 crises Using GARCH Models
No full textThis study aims to model the Volatility of the (Qatar Stock Exchange) QSE returns and to forecastthem out of the sample using GARCH models using the database of daily closing prices for theQSE index during the period (04/01/2016-07/07/2022). The study concludes that the GARCHmodel (1,1) is the best model for estimating and forecasting the volatility in the returns of the QSEindex out of sample. It is also found that the returns will take stable levels in the short term .despite the critical economic situation and health instability as far as the region and the wholeWorld. From here, we conclude that the blockade crisis prepared Qatar for the COVID-19 crisis,and the COVID-19 crisis prepared Qatar for future crises. No full textThis study aims at knowing with application of standard modeling showing the impact of fluctuations inthe official exchange rate and economic openness on inflation and the trade balance in Algeria incomparison with some Arab countries during the period (1990-2020), in order to explain the nature of theeconomic relationship between the explanatory variables and the two dependent variables in Algeria, incomparison with other Arab countries chosen in this study.The assessment results concluded that there is a long-term relationship between the independentvariables; official exchange rate, and trade openness with the two dependent variables; the inflation rateand the trade balance, also exchange rate fluctuations have a long-term inverse effect on the inflation rate,while economic openness had a long-term positive effect on the inflation rate, and that positive exchangerate changes have an inverse relationship with the trade balance in contrast to negative exchange ratechanges that had a direct long-term relationship with the trade balance in the group of Arab countriesincluded in study, and the effect was more severe in Egypt and Jordan in comparison with Bahrain, Algeriaand Saudi Arabia
Analyse économique des instruments indirects de la politique monétaire de la zone euro: Economic analysis of indirect instruments of monetary policy in the euro area
Full text linkThe purpose of this article is to present an economic analysis of the indirect instruments ofmonetary policy of the European Central Bank (ECB) from 1999 to date. Thus, we carried out astudy of the indirect instruments of the common monetary policy, based on a qualitative andquantitative analysis of the data extracted from the various official sites of this institution. The firstresults show that the effects of monetary policy on inflation, the main objective of the ECB, and onthe economy only materialize after a certain period, because these effects follow severaltransmission channels which are slow. , complex and different from one State to another within theeuro zone itself, which makes decisions on single currency policy difficult, especially after the lastfinancial crisis.L’objet de cet article est de présenter une analyse économique des instruments indirects de lapolitique monétaire de la Banque Centrale Européenne (BCE) de 1999 à ce jour. Ainsi, nousavons effectué une étude des instruments indirects de la politique monétaire commune, baséesur une analyse qualitative et quantitative des données extraites des différents sites officiels decette institution. Les premiers résultats attestent que les effets de la politique monétaire surl\u27inflation, principal objectif de la BCE, et sur l\u27économie ne se réalisent qu\u27après une certainepériode, du fait que ces effets empruntent plusieurs canaux de transmission qui sont lents,complexes et différents d’un Etat à un autre au sein même de la zone euro, ce qui rend difficile lesdécisions de la politique de la monnaie unique, notamment après la dernière crise financière
