No full textThis paper aims to study the evolution of the work offer chain within the GP1-Z complex for the period 2008-2022, and to predict its future behaviour and values on the basis of available historical data, in order to control the future development of the internal work offer, who has been balanced with the future needs of the complex of the workforce. In order to model this phenomenon, one of the quantitative methods represented in the method of binary exponential smoothing of Holt and Markov chains was adopted, and an internal prediction was made for the years (2021-2022) in order to compare their actual values with their estimated values, and compare between the two methods using statistical indicators of prediction accuracy (MSE, MAD, MPE, MAPE).One of the most important findings is that Holt\u27s binary exponential smoothing method gives better and more accurate predictions than those made using Markov chains, and by comparing internal work offer values for the base year (2022) with forecast future years values, it turns out that the GP1-Z compound will face a surplus that can be surpassed by the influence of several factors (retirement, transfer, dismissal, death...). No full textThis study aims to identify Earnings Management and how to prospect it through the short-term benefits according to the “Mille Model” applied in EDOUGH institution for the period 2011-2021, Where the descriptive approach was used through previous studies to be the basic premise of the study, and the analytical approach was used through the analysis of financial data, as well as with regard to the process of prospecting for Earnings Management, The results showed that EDOUGH institution have exercised Earnings Management via short-term benefits for the duration of this study, but in varying proportions and in both directions up and down, furthermore this institution is familiar with Earnings Management practices, reaching 95% during our study. In other words, there is only 5% chance that the EDOUGH institution could abandon these practice

The study uses panel data for the period 1997 and 2019 and uses a panel-Granger causality analysis developed by Dumitrescu and Hurlin (2012) to assess the contribution of tourism makes to economic growth. The model uses GDP per capita as the dependent variable and tourist arrivals and tourism receipts as independent variables. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of energy cooperation between Algeria and Spain through a hybrid model that combines natural gas and renewable energy, within the context of global geopolitical and environmental transitions. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, incorporating quantitative data (from 2013 to 2023) and qualitative analysis (30 interviews with experts and official sources), to provide a comprehensive and accurate understanding of this bilateral cooperation.
The findings reveal that Algerian gas remains the backbone of the energy relationship, accounting for 38% of Spain’s energy needs and 22% of Algeria’s national income in 2023. Moreover, the study highlights a 1,300% increase in Algeria’s renewable energy investments over the past decade, reflecting a strategic shift toward clean energy. Economic modeling estimates that the proposed hybrid model could lead to a 25% increase in economic returns by 2030, along with the creation of thousands of direct jobs.
The study proposes the establishment of a joint €1 billion investment fund, modernization of existing infrastructure to include green hydrogen transport, and the development of a hybrid electric grid between the two countries. It also calls for enhanced joint scientific research and regulatory harmonization to support energy integration and regional stability.
This research contributes a practical and implementable framework for sustainable energy cooperation, offering strategic recommendations grounded in real data and multidimensional analysis. It serves as both an academic and policy reference for researchers and decision-makers across the Mediterranean region.
 
التمويل بالسلم في المصارف الإسلامية، ضوابطه ومخاطره وآثاره الاقتصادية: Salam Financing in Islamic Banks: Shariah Regulations, Risk Management, and Economic Implications
No full text تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على عقد السلم كأحد الصيغ التمويلية الإسلامية المطبقة في المصارف الإسلامية، والمخاطر التي تواجه هذا التطبيق، وكيفية إدارة هذه المخاطر والحد منها، مع ذكر الآثار الاقتصادية المترتبة على التمويل بعقد السلم. توصلت الدراسة إلى امكانية تطبيق صيغة التمويل بالسلم في المصارف الإسلامية بكفاءة وجودة عالية، مع إمكانية التحوط من المخاطر التي تنشأ عنها، وتقليلها والحد منه، وما يتحقق بذلك من الآثار الاقتصادية للفرد والاقتصاد بشكل عام.
This study aims to shed light on the Salam contract as one of the Islamic financing instruments applied in Islamic banks, as well as the risks associated with its implementation and the methods of managing and mitigating those risks. It also highlights the economic impacts resulting from Salam-based financing. The study concludes that the application of Salam financing in Islamic banks is feasible and can be implemented efficiently and effectively, with the potential to hedge against and minimize the associated risks. This, in turn, contributes to positive economic outcomes for both individuals and the economy at large.
