    The Impact of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Value and Perceived Risk on Purchase Intention via Hypermarket Drive-Thru among Klang Valley Consumers

    This study examines the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived value and perceived risk on Klang Valley consumers purchase intention to using hypermarket drive thru services. A total of 363 responses were collected from consumers in Klang Valley through online platform. The finding revealed that perceived value, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive and significant impact on Klang Valley consumer’s purchase intention whereas perceived risk contributed insignificant impact on consumer’s purchase intention using hypermarket drive thru services. The results identified that perceived usefulness exhibited higher significant impact on consumer purchase intention to use hypermarket drive thru services followed by perceived ease of use and perceived value during COVID-19 pandemic. The current study contributed significantly to theoretical and practical implementation for marketers and hypermarket retailers to better promote the adoption towards hypermarket drive thru services among Klang Valley consumers through effective strategy

    Development of Foot Pressure Monitoring System Using Force Sensor

    Foot pressure measurement has the potential to be a useful tool in a variety of situations, including improving athletic performance, identifying disorders, and improving foot comfort when wearing shoes. The goal of this research is to monitor force pressure in order to determine the optimal weight for improving body balance while performing leg exercises. The strengths and boundaries of current-day structures are reviewed, and a foot pressure monitor device is suited for monitoring excessive stress distributions under the foot with excessive accuracy and dependability. This device employs a force pressure sensor to identify if the weight is normal or not by measuring the pressure on the foot. An Arduino UNO is required to run the programme for the force pressure sensor and LCD in the development of this device. The LCD shows the force pressure result when we place our feet on the sensors. This project will assist the community in measuring force pressure while performing leg workouts and will help them enhance their body balance

    Determine the Growth Performance of Redclaw, Cherax quadricarinatus in Aquaponics System

    There is a little report obtainable about the redclaw, Cherax quadricarinatus in Malaysia. Therefore, the present study was come out. The study aimed to determine the growth performance of redclaw, Cherax quadricarinatus and Pak Choi, Brassica rapa chinensis. A total of 28 individuals for C. quadricarinatus were used in the present study. There were two treatments; control (without aquaponics) and treatment (with aquaponics). In the present study, C. quadricarinatus were cultured for 28 days at Fish Propagation House, Politeknik Jeli Kelantan. Body weight (BW), body length (BL) of C. quadricarinatus and length of Pak Choi were measured for every week. BL and BW for control and treatment for day 28 were 9.58 ± 0.17 cm, 11.13 ± 0.60 cm, 17.08 ± 0.53 g and 19.93 ± 0.48 g. The lengths of Pak Choi for day 0 were 2.58 ± 0.11 cm and after day 28, the lengths of Pak Choi were 9.08 ± 0.37 cm. The results showed BW and BL increased when cultured in aquaponics system than without aquaponics system. Besides, the survival rate (%) was higher (75 %) in aquaponics system than without aquaponics system. In the present study, growth performances of C. quadricarinatus and Pak Choi in aquaponics system give a high chance in survival and grow faster rather than C. quadricarinatus that cultured without aquaponics system. Thus, the aquaponics system was a suitable system to culture the C. quadicarinatus

    Business education has become a global trend in the twenty-first century. In line with thegovernment\u27s desire to support and encourage people to become entrepreneurs, the field ofentrepreneurship is thriving. Students at the Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) should haveentrepreneurial skills. This study looked at the impact of the Entrepreneurship Day Programon students at Segamat Community College. Furthermore, this research looks into therelationship between leadership and career aspects. Among the students took the educationcourse, 82 were chosen as respondents. This is a descriptive study, and questionnaires weredistributed to gather feedback. The findings indicated that the Entrepreneurship Dayprogramme could impact KKS students\u27 motivation. Furthermore, this study found a strongpositive correlation (r=0.89) between entrepreneurship leadership and career aspects.Meanwhile, colleges must carefully plan and implement entrepreneurship developmentprogrammes to increase the number of entrepreneurs and create successful entrepreneurscapable of competing globally to improve the country\u27s economic achievements

    The Community Entrepreneurship Program, designed and implemented by the LifelongLearning Unit, Nibong Tebal Community College, aims to help the local community increasetheir income and enhance their skills in the entrepreneurship sector. To ensure that theNibong Tebal Community College remains relevant as a lifelong learning hub to the localcommunity, this study aims to see how well the program can meet their demands. Studiesare conducted to identify the level of satisfaction with the program and to evaluate the levelof effectiveness of the program in upgrading the quality of life and improving the skills of eachparticipant. The respondents of this study were focused on 15 participants from the localcommunity of Simpang Ampat District, Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang. This study wasconducted using quantitative methods. Data were collected using the questionnaireinstrument and then distributed using Google Forms. Data were analysed using StatisticalPackage Social Science (SPSS) version 26. It used a 5 Point Likert Scale to assess thequestionnaires. After that, data were analysed using descriptive statistics methods thatinvolved the mean and percentage. The findings revealed that the mean level of satisfactionwith the program and the mean average for the programme\u27s effectiveness was very high. Theresults also showed that Nibong Tebal Community College has successfully implementedhigh-impact programs and produced successful entrepreneurs from selected localcommunities through the skills improvement programme implemented. The programme hassuccessfully created a potential, skilled community and produces entrepreneurs in theculinary field

    Development of Lightweight Paving Block Using Plastic Bottles and SW-PU200

    Paving block is versatile, aesthetically attractive, functional, and cost effective and requires little or no maintenance if correctly manufactured and laid. But there are few problems that occur whenever it comes to paving block. Nowadays, the paving block is too heavy due to their high density and have durability which are not strong for long periods of usage and causes of cracking. Thus, in order to modify conventional paving block, plastic bottles and PU200 will be used to reduce the weight of the concrete block paving. The main purpose of the use of plastic bottles is to reduce the current pollution of the environment. Testing has been carried out to determine the density of lightweight paving block with the conventional paving block. The result of the test for lightweight paving block should be less than conventional paving block. To determine the skid resistance the value of the road pavement surface dry and wet, we are using skid resistance test on the paving block. Normal density for paving block nowadays is between 2240 to 2400 kg/m³. This research to produce an innovative lightweight paving block with density between 1440 to 1840 kg/m³ but still maintaining its strength. Furthermore, bottles that been added into paving block are very important for the effectiveness in this project, also from the paving block that produced can less the labour to install the paving block at the site work and reduce the time of installation. The size for the lightweight paving block that we created is 140mm x 80mm x 330mm. This lightweight paving is focused on pedestrian, home areas and pool areas

    Effect of Adding Pineapple (Ananas Comosus) Pulp to the Sensory and Physicochemical Properties of Oat Flour Cookies

    This study aims to investigate the nutritional and dietary fibre potential of pineapple pulp (Ananas comosus) to deal with obesity issues in Malaysia. The objective of this study is to determine the sensory and physicochemical properties of pineapple cookies supplemented with four levels (control, 20%, 30%, and 40%) of pineapple pulp. The physical (hardness, springiness, cohesiveness, and adhesiveness) and chemical (moisture and crude fibre content) attributes were determined in the cookies. Increasing the level of substitution from 20% to 40% of pineapple pulp significantly (p < 0.05) increased the moisture and crude fibre content. The springiness, cohesiveness, and adhesiveness values of pineapple cookies increased with increasing pineapple pulp levels, while the hardness values of the samples exhibited the opposite pattern. Sensory evaluation showed that cookies with 40% pineapple pulp addition were the most well accepted

    Parallel to the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0), the Standard Based Curriculum for Primary School (KSSR) Science subject-based teaching and learning method urgently need be revised. The new curriculum should be promoted the student-centred instruction with a greater emphasis on problem-solving, project-based assignments, subject updates, and formative evaluations. Based on the physical science theme of the Standard Five Science curriculum, which comprises of four sub-topics including energy, the nature of light, electricity, and heat. There is the possibility of combining three subtopics (energy, electrical, and heat) into a single subtopic known as energy harvesting from the environment\u27s waste such as heat waste and mechanical energy waste (eg. vibration waste). A development of thermoelectric generator kit for teaching and learning about energy harvesting from heat waste to electrical energy will be based on a simple experiment setup. At the end of the experiment, students will be instructed on energy harvesting from the environment that satisfies the world demand for energy without placing them at risk of expiration and may be reused

    Light Absorption Near Infrared Wavelength by Laser Pulsed Texturing on Multi-crystalline Silicon Solar Cells

    In the photovoltaic (PV) sector, thin silicon (Si) wafers in multi-crystalline (mc-Si) silicon solar cells offer an option for cost-effectiveness. When the thickness of Si solar cells is less than 100 µm, however, optical loss becomes a critical factor. The silicon bandgap on the other hand is critical in the long-wavelength range of 900 to 1200 nm. As a result, it is captious to look at how to improve the cell conversion efficiency at long wavelengths.  In this paper, we were able to design and fabricate deeply etched micro-textured structure (DELMS) silicon solar cells using pulsed laser radiation. On the front surface of multi-crystalline Si solar cells, the pulsed laser energy power ranged from 15.2W (E1), 23.5W (E2), and 32.5W (E3). With specific depths, widths, and diameters of patterns applied, it boosted the internal scattering inside the sidewall of the structure of the solar cell. The infrared transmission response clearly shows that the DELMS improved the optical performance of cells in the longer wavelength. Our best samples. The short-circuit-current density, voltage open-circuit, and absolute efficiency present the improvement of ΔJsc= 0.5, ΔVoc=1.83, and Δη=0.6%, respectively. The DELMS with 23.5W laser power exhibit an excellent 60.0% reduction in infrared (IR) transmission response compared with 15.2W, 32.5W, and pyramid texture

    The Covid-19 pandemic has provided a holistic picture of the future of the education worldthrough information technology-based teaching and learning applications. However,information technology applications or e-learning platforms still cannot replace the role ofteachers, lecturers, and learning interactions between students and teachers becauseeducation is not only about gaining knowledge but also about value, cooperation, andefficiency. Furthermore, this pandemic situation is a challenge to the creativity of individualsin using technology to develop the world of education. Covid-19 transmission has affectedthe learning method of students by emphasising what minimises physical presence online.In addition, there is a risk of inequality in student achievement, cognitive development andcharacterisation. Thus, the I 2021/2022 session beginning in September 2021 has appliedthe hybrid learning method to suit the current state of the Covid-19 pandemic. This studyaims to identify the impact or impact of implementing hybrid learning methods in teachingand learning sessions for the DET20033 Electrical Circuits and DET30053 Power Systemcourses. A total of 33 students from the Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering andDiploma in Electronic Engineering (Communications) were involved as respondents to thisstudy. The research in this study used a qualitative and quantitative approach to obtainfeedback and findings of research data on the impact of hybrid learning in the teaching andlearning process
